Lately I’ve been realizing that healing is not always about becoming a new person. Sometimes it’s about finally creating a life where your mind, body, and spirit feel safe enough to rest.

In this conversation, we’re talking about survival mode, emotional safety, nervous system healing, peace, overstimulation, spirituality, and what it really means to stop performing your way through life. I also open up about how chaos can become familiar, why peace can feel uncomfortable at first, and the quiet ways we abandon ourselves trying to survive.
