Let's check in with ourselves today. You know, 80% of the battles that we face, I believe, are in our mind. You know, Bob said, free yourself from mental slavery or emancipate yourself from mental slavery. Only ourselves can free our mind. I like to see our mind like a playground, playground for ideas, a place for us to romanticize ourselves, to hang out, to chill. But then sometimes that inner dialogue, that inner conversation, that inner talk, that interview, it gets so ugly, it gets so negative that we find every single way to escape ourselves. You know, life is a mirror. Often life will mirror how our inner dialogue is sounding, even if we're avoiding it. Even if you just look into your environment, you know, how's your car right now? How's your bedroom? How's your home? How's the fridge? Do you have moldy food in the fridge that's been there for a minute that you haven't thrown out? If so, I guarantee there's some thoughts in the mind that have been lingering around that you haven't thrown out. We have to check in with ourselves, like truly check in with ourselves, because it's. It's very easy to drift away, and then it's very easy to fall out of place. And then we have to get all this energy and trying to get back in the direction that matters. Now let's have some grace for ourselves, right? Grace is a beautiful thing. So is gratitude. Gratitude for the fact that we are still breathing, that we are still here. But often we need to realize that some of us have been grinding ourselves into the ground a little bit too much, trying to exert more effort. Effort, effort, effort. Not realizing that we're moving and operating from a place of fear, from a place of lack of. You know, when you see successful people online, does it inspire you or does it bother you? If it bothers you, then you're operating from a place of lack. Because every successful person or every window into another person's life that you may like, that is a testimony that is life showing you what is possible. Now, their exact life is never going to be for you. But of course, there may be things about their life, little highlights that you like and you want to implement into your own. But if our playground, if our mind is not in a healthy place, we're going to be operating from a place of lack, a place of worry, a place where we are rushing in the morning. How are we doing? Are we checking in or are we rushing? Are we losing our keys all the time? Are we scrolling? Oh, my God. This post only did this oh, are we consuming the news? Can we hear the guidance within? When's the last time you truly just felt your divine ally speak to you intuitively and let you know that you are loved, that you are guided, that everything is going to work out? You know, the past is the past, and it would be nice if we could leave it in the past. But far too often we are reminiscing on the things that happen and the things that we regret. And it's taking over our present and it's infiltrating our future. So we have to take care of our mind, truly take care of it. Check in. It's an exercise. You know, it only takes three days to transform your life, Three days to transform your reality. Now you may be like, how's that possible? Well, your reality is just really how you see things, right? How you see things. Two people could be living very similar lives, and one person could be full of gratitude, which is such a great energy. Gratitude is an amazing energy. If you're into manifestation, gratitude is what you should root yourself in. Because why? You're grateful for everything that you have, but you're grateful for everything that is coming as well. Because when you are manifesting, when you are building a life, when you are visualizing what is to come, you're not doing it out of a place of a lack or wanting. You're doing it from a place of knowing. You know this is happening. You know you are creating. You know you are building a life that you love, and you're gonna love it while you live it. So we're in gratitude, making it our main attitude. And we're exercising the mind. Because it only takes 3 days. 3 days. Pay more attention to the inner dialogue. If it's getting negative, speak to it, Speak to it with grace and reaffirm to yourself your beauty, your strength, your resilience. Reaffirm to yourself who you are becoming, not who you wish you become, who you are becoming. Because you are, you need to step into knowing. Knowing you may be in a season right now where you feel like things are slow. There's been a delay, but it's not a delay. It's preparation. As preparation, sometimes you are separated just to be prepared. And beautiful things are happening. Something beyond the things that you have never even seen before. Something beyond your expectations as well. The blessing that is coming, you already have it. Know that. Feel it. Right? How does it feel? Should be warm. Sit in that. You know where the body goes, the mind will follow. So if the mind is overactive, if the mind hasn't been in the best place. Nurture the body, let the body move, let the body expand. Bring a calm to the body and the mind will follow. You know, often there's just a lot of chaos going on within the mind, body and spirit. And we need to check in, we need to unplug, we need to renew. But it only takes three days. Three days of consciously nurturing ourselves, being mindful of what we consume, being mindful of the way we speak to ourselves. When you walk past a mirror and you glance at yourself, what's your first reaction? Are you like, ah, yeah, you're beautiful. Or do you avoid yourself? Do you nitpick at yourself? When you wake up in the morning, what's the first thing that comes to mind? Do you think about the worries of the day? Do you think about yesterday and what you didn't like? Are you afraid? Are you in fear? The morning is a soil. The morning is a soil for the whole day. If you are waking up in the morning and the mind is overactive, there's a problem. We need to be mindful, we need to check in. Reaffirm to yourself as soon as you wake up. Who you are, who you are becoming, what you are grateful for. Even before you can get to a gratitude journal, as soon as you open your eyes, say one to three things you are grateful for and remind yourself that everything's going to be beautiful today. Remind yourself that you are creating, you are creating a life that you love and you are loving it while you live. Embrace the transformation that is already happening within you. Wake up in the morning and be like, I am transforming today. I am transforming today. I feel a new being emerging, a new creation. Continuously talk to yourself in a way where you don't allow your mind to take over your being. Because sometimes I think the mind is simply teasing us, Almost like a bigger brother, trying to strengthen us, trying to make sure that we love ourselves, that we'll stand up for ourselves. Right before you go to bed, what's your last thought? What is the last thought before you go to bed, before you go into the dream world? Are you going to worry? Are you going in with gratitude? These little moments, these little habits, these little actions throughout the day, just checking in on ourselves, checking in on our mind. Don't you think it compounds over time? How does. So how do some people have such positive mindsets and other people's are just, oh, it seems like they can never see the light now? There's obviously different factors. Everybody's different, hardwired a little Bit different, but we can train the mind. We can strengthen the mind. Just like you can strengthen the body, you can strengthen the mind. It's a daily practice. Practice nourishing yourself. Practice renewing the mind. Check in on yourself. And the more you do, the more you will feel peace. The more you do, the deeper you will go and the more you will love the depths of yourself. And even when you go into a space of uncertainty, a season of uncertainty, you will have a deep knowing that a beautiful transformation is happening in this space. Even if there's no signs of it in the outside world, even, even if there's no visible proof yet. You will feel it within you because you know you are transforming because you trust yourself. And that's just simply the power of knowing. Knowing that things are working out in your favor even if you can't see them. Just having that attitude like everything is working out in my favor. I'm doing the best I can, while I can, and behind the scenes, everything that I cannot see, the universe, the most high, my divine ally, angels, whatever you believe in, the. They are working it out for me, and I'm grateful for that. Knowing that we're being guided into our next best step. Know that you are elevating. You are elevating to a whole new height, outside and inside. When you look within yourself, you see the power of your heart. Now you've raised your heart posture, you're stronger, you're more compassionate. Things don't bother you as much because you know yourself. Your validation is coming from within because you remind yourself that every single day, you're checking in with yourself. We're checking in with ourselves every single day to make sure that we are centered, that we are strong, that we have a foundation. Validation is really only as far as we set it apart from ourselves. So if you put your validation in everybody else's mouth, then you'll be chasing it left, right and center. But when we look within and we know our validation is right here, right now because we take time to check in on ourselves and we know who we are becoming, there's really no need to worry if you know who you are becoming, right. You may want to get there faster because you're just so excited, right? You're just. You got the butterfly. You're like, oh, my God, I know who I'm becoming, and I just want to be that individual right now. But you know that there's a bunch of steps we still have to take. But you know who you are becoming, and when you know who you are becoming. You can have gratitude. You can have a little bit more patience and enjoy the present moment. So just check in with yourself today. Check in with the mind. How's the mind doing? Speak to it in a way that's empowering. Speak to a way that elevates your whole mind, body and spirit. Don't allow the mind to take control over you and know who you are becoming. Visualize it the best version of yourself possible. And know that is you. That is you.
