Today I, you know, someone left a comment the other day, and they're like, hey, Heinz, you haven't really pulled up the reminder deck for us. So today got the reminder deck, my own deck of cards that I designed with two other individuals, Adrian and Suf. Shout out to my brothers. These cards offer 33 reminders to tap into the balance potential. We each have to expand and grow. That's what we like to do over here at the number one chill spot on the Internet. Self exploration transformation. We like to chill, drink some tea also. Let's just cleanse the space one time, right? If any negative energy, you know, if you've been having a bad day or a bad week, you know, we're gonna shift in a new direction in the direction that matters today. You done know, in hindsight, everything gon be more than all right. Clip your wings so a new set of wings can grow. I absolutely love this card. Your old ways may not serve you in this new space There are new heights to see New views that stretch over the sea A new way to simply be Clip your wings so a new set of wings can grow. Actually, I was just noticing my plant over there. There were some leaves that were dying, and I was getting really depressed because I just bought. I just really bought it and, you know, brought it into the space. And I was like, all right, let me trim these dead ones so they're not robbing energy from the rest of the plant. And then today, I noticed all this new growth, and I was, like, beyond excited. I was like, oh, my God. And it really made me excited to just, like, nurture that plant even more now that I know it's actually not dying. And it was actually just shedding its old ways, its old leaves, allowing space for new growth. And, man, your new growth is going to be so beautiful. But a lot of us were. We're holding on to our old ways. Some of us are holding on to old stories and old narratives. You know, when we go through, like, deep suffering or pain and, you know, we feel as if, you know, those traumatic events or whatever we went through is, you know, preventing us from progressing forward. The thing that's actually preventing us from moving in the direction that matters is our grip on that story, on that narrative. Some of us need to give our nervous system a new experience, a new story. The story you have been reliving in your mind over and over. It may have give you a sense of comfort, protection, but now it's preventing you from your new growth. You know, some of us, it just may Be our creative process. Need to change it up. It's become a little bit too formulaic, you understand? It's like you go into that creative space, and it's almost as if you're in a warehouse on a manufacturing assembly line. Maybe you need to bring in some new challenge, bring in some new tools, right? Get a new lens for your camera, some new tones in your color set. Whatever it may be, switch it up. Our old ways may not serve us in this new space. Get used to outgrowing yourself. Get used to maybe not even recognizing yourself two years later, right? Because you are growing. You may have had a philosophy, an operating system to think through in this world. And now you realize a lot of the things you once believed, they're just not in alignment anymore for you. And then you're like, oh, does that mean. Was I wrong? No, it just means that's what was serving you in that season. But now we're in a new season, so what are we going to do? We're going to loosen the grip on our old ways, because there is a new way to simply be. This is my favorite one. I always say this, actually. Someone hit me up the other day, and they're like, heinz, I got one of the quotes from the reminder deck on tattooed on myself. And I was like, whoa. I was like, which one? And they're like, when you lead with love, you leave with love, right? What does that mean? When you lead with love, you leave with love. It means that I truly believe that, like, no matter what happens, no matter what they did to you, no matter the situation, that if your intention was love, that you can still leave your heart intact. You know, sometimes we go through rough situations with people and they try to. They try to drag us down to hell with them. And sometimes out of your own ego or pride or just defensiveness, you feel like you have to match that energy. But I truly believe in, like, what Jesus said, Sometimes you just gotta turn the other cheek and go in the direction that matters. Keep your heart intact. Like when I, like I always tell people, be very mindful of trying to get revenge, you know, because what that does to your spirit and to your heart is so unfortunate. And if anybody is trying to drag you down, simply lead with love. So you can still leave with love, with your heart intact. You don't want to move in this world bitter and cold because of everything that has happened to you. Remember, a lot of the times, it's not even the pain that's stopping us from progressing. It's our grip on that story and many of us, maybe we have been moving through a season where we're like, oh, f. All these type of people, this and that, don't trust nobody. And you have hardened your heart way too far. Sometimes we do harden our hearts, and we need to because we need to protect ourselves. But you can't live in that frequency forever. You need to open up your heart. Your forgiveness, your compassion, your love, and your empathy. That is your superpower. When you lead with love, no matter what happens, no matter what they did, you still leave with love. You leave with your power. You understand? I love this card. Uncertainty is a gift. Oh, what about this one? This one's fire, too. Sometimes all you have is all you need. Sometimes all that you have is all that you need. You know, many of us have big goals, and we're like, how am I gonna get there? And we're stressing it way too much, not realizing you have everything that you need in this season to succeed. You truly do. You have everything that you need to take the next step. You may not know what you need to do five steps from now, but every step that you take illuminates the path, illuminates the next step. Sometimes when I'm, like, just too deep in the mind, procrastinating, thinking too much, the best thing for me is just to get a momentum, get emotion, Let the magic reveal my next step. You understand? And it always works. You have all that you need to succeed. You just have to take a step and have gratitude for what you do have. Right? There's so much blessings and so many things that are coming to you. And some of us, we focus on what we don't have, and we think that there's so many things in the way when in reality, what you want is on the way in. Divine timing, proper preparation prevents poor performance. So realize that, like, hey, you have everything that you need to succeed. Back in the. Like, I have so much equipment now, it's actually wild. I have, like, I got, like, seven, eight, nine cameras. I got lenses. I got multiple micro. I got. I got. I got a lot of good equipment. And sometimes, I'm not gonna lie, it's almost like I have so much that it cripples me. But back in the day when I first started and I had nothing, I made it work. I worked with what I had, and I utilized it to the best of its ability and beyond. And it gave me unique skills and a perspective. So realize that sometimes when you have limitations in your life, they're not there to stop you or, you know, prevent you from doing something. It's actually there to mold you, to make you better. Don't focus on what you don't have. Oh, I don't have a relationship or love in my life right now. This is an opportunity to strengthen the relationship with yourself or strengthen the relationship as well with the people already in our life. Sometimes we get so focused on more friends, more connections, a new love interest. But like, what about strengthening the connection with your father, right? Like, what about strengthening that connection with your mother? What, your what your friend that you haven't really been talking to? How about you re spark that connection and at the same time we're nurturing that connection with ourselves because we, we love self love over here. You understand? Like, how are you supposed to know how to love others if you don't even know how to love yourself? You understand? And I truly believe that when we truly love ourselves, you know, we see that every single one of us is living the same human experience. So we move around with a lot more grace for people, right? And we don't they anybody. And you know, we don't see much division. We just understand that we're all living our own lives. And you know, we're not judging because we realize, hey, who am I? Like Jesus said, you know, check the speck in your own eye before you point it out in your brother's or sister's eye, right? And to me, self love, you understand, gave me that perspective. It's a, it's a, a beautiful thing. You have all that you need to succeed. Remember that, right? Remember that. One or two more? Yeah, why not? Need a little bit more tea. Also, make sure that you sign up for my newsletter. We're going to be bringing that back in motion. So the link is in the description. We got a lot of cool stuff coming up. Life is good. Life is good. Some of us, man, we went through a storm. Some of our spirits were put through the fire. But look at you now. Beautiful, ready to be utilized in this world with your gifts. You understand? The most high is just going to flow right through you. God is good. Can I get a God is good in the comments? God is good. Yeah. All right. Whatever you are going through, you are growing through. This is probably one of my greatest skills is when I'm going through tough times, just having the perspective that, man, this is teaching me. I can take this and turn this into an opportunity. No matter what it is, you know, like alchemy, whatever we are going through, we are growing through. Anytime you listen to like a good story or read a book about somebody or anybody that goes on a podcast that tells their story. What do they always do? They always tell. They always tell their story from some of the toughest times. Points where they thought that, like, they weren't going to make it. Why? Because that's when their character was truly tested. Right? Sometimes when life is good, listen, we're supposed to just enjoy and be joyful and receive. But sometimes when it's real rough, that's the time where we are truly molding ourselves. And it's. It's beautiful. Your mistakes and struggles are opportunities for growth. Nothing is happening to you, but it's happening for you. See that shift? It's not happening to you. It's happening for you. Nothing is in your way. Everything is on the way. Take a moment and have gratitude for your current experiences and not just saying, oh, I'm grateful. Like, really embody it. Really take a moment. You know what I like to do, like when I pray and, you know, just have that gratitude. I have a prayer song that I put on, and it kind of just sets me in the mood with the right intention to go into prayer. And the song is about three minutes. So I'll be in there for about three minutes. And it's just. It's a good assistant for me. It's almost like it creates the room for me to be in there. And gratitude. So really embody it. Don't just say, oh, I'm thankful. Because, you know, you're supposed to be gra. Thankful, you know? No, like, really take a moment and be like, no, I. I am thankful for this human experience and for who I am and like the unique self, that unique abilities that I have, and the opportunity to learn and grow and expand and everything, you understand, to realize yourself. Self exploration is like one of my favorite things. I always say there's a well of worlds within us. A well of worlds within us, right? And our experiences, the things that we go through, activate that realization of who we are. Right? You get to learn who you are sometimes through tremendous heartbreak because you decided to still love others and be kind to yourself and to heal in an efficient, healthy way and didn't numb yourself or try to bring that pain onto other people. That was a time for you to really understand the beauty of your heart. Observe and breathe in this moment. You got this right. Remember, anytime you are going through anything, when it's a good day, man, enjoy. Because a bad day will come. And when it's a bad day, have a little bit of gratitude. Why? Because a good day is right around the corner. One more card before we go. Hey, let's do this one. It's better to be felt and not just seen, Especially in a world where everybody's trying to be seen on social media. They're trying to hook you little gimmicks to get your attention. Over here at the number one chill spot on the Internet, we focus on the energy. I truly believe it's better to be felt. Root yourself today in the true you, the authentic you. Focus on the spirit, not just the surface. If you go to my Instagram Instagram hindsight, you'll notice my bio doesn't have my achievements. And I have many achievements. I do. I've done a lot of cool things. But my bio says my credentials are in my spirit. Why? Because I truly want to be remembered for how I made people feel. I truly want to be remembered for my offerings into the world, not just for the titles. You understand? I always say, like, if someone tells me they have an Oscar, it tells me that they are disciplined and talented, but it doesn't tell me the full spectrum of their character, right? Like, pretty sure, like Harvey Weinstein. That's Oscars, right? And he's a jackass. So focus on the spirit, not just the surface. Unfortunately, you have to realize a lot of people, they're not going to celebrate those intrinsic qualities about yourself because other people want to see how much money you got. You know, how is your physical beauty? Who do you know? What titles and credentials do you have on your LinkedIn? Right? And nothing wrong with that, but again, it doesn't tell the full story. It doesn't really tell people exactly who you are. And I find that when I made this shift, because I learned this back in the day when I was spending a little bit of time in Los Angeles and I'd meet people, they'd always introduce themselves by who they know or, like, what they did. But, like, I'm like, but who are you? You know what I'm saying? Like, you are more than just a title. And a lot of us, we freak out in life if we don't feel like we have those things figured out. But some seasons, you're. You're. You're going and you're settling your roots. You're. You're doing a lot of inward growth, right? You are, you know, maturing your compassion. You are elevating your joy. You are crafting your acts of service. You know, you are remembering the power of forgiveness. You are realizing how resilient and. And disciplined you truly can be and also realizing how joyful you can be. Right? Like, these are the things in my mind that nobody can take from you, right? At the end of the day, on the Internet, people can, like, unfollow you. People can make up lies about you and, like, you know, spread gossip and whatever, even offline. But if you know who you are, that is the biggest blessing. And nobody can take that away from you, no matter what they say. Sometimes it's better to be felt and not just seen. Focus on the connection. And I. I truly believe that when we have that stronger connection with ourself or more deeply intimate with life, you know, we're waking up. It's like, okay, like, we're having our tea. You know, we're breathing. We're having beautiful conversations. We're just in a vibe. We're in a flow. You know, everything starts to work out. We're not in this rush, and we're honoring our own timeline and our own path, and then we realize that you don't know, in hindsight, everything gonna be more than all right. It's the number one chill spot on the Internet. Thank you for tuning in. Get yourself a reminder, Deck, and I'll see you soon.
