A breakthrough is about to come. Can you feel it? Oh, my God. You about to create the life of your dreams. How often do you talk to yourself like that? Oh, my God. You about to create the life of your dreams. Oh, my God. You're taking all these raw experiences, these ideas, these emotions, these limitations, these opportunities, and you're bringing them together. And there's about to be an explosion, something new, something beautiful. You're transforming your mind. We are rewiring the mind, right? We understand that we can't control life, right? But we can maneuver with it, right? Just like a river, understand? River sees a log in the way. What does it do? It flows over it, it flows around it, it goes under it. But the river keeps its momentum. It keeps flowing. And two, eventually a lake, a body of ocean, where it becomes oneness, right? We can't control what happens, but we are in control of how we respond. And how do we respond to life. You understand? We have our tea, we go on chill mode. It's never that serious, right? It's never that serious. We may think it's serious in the moment because we feel it. But think about something in the past that was, like, horrible, and you were stressing, like, let's say, like seven years ago. And think about how that is not a threat anymore. You're not in that experience anymore. You barely even think about it, right? A lot of your problems that you are experiencing right now is the same thing. Two years from now, maybe even two weeks from now, it's going to be in the past completely, not even in your mind, right? A breakthrough is about to come, and it's going to be so beautiful. I love to remind myself of that in the reminder deck. You know that clarity often arrives. Clarity. Because some of us are looking for clarity. But clarity often arrives after we have been wrestling with life. So when you're wrestling with life, when you're going through it, just know, like a breakthrough is about to come, right? You're creating so much friction, something's going to erupt, right? That breakthrough, right? That clear path, the direction. But clarity often arrives as well when we settle the mind. So sometimes we have to stop asking questions. Sometimes you have to stop trying to figure it out, Sit back, create space, and just observe life instead. Have some tea, you know, be as still as tea. You understand? Look at the leaves. They just sit there. They just coast. They just allow the hot water to pull its essence out so it can pour into us. Clarity often arrives. I have to resettle the mind, tell the mind to take A break. You understand? Let it be idle. Let it go to rest, right? That's when your genius pulses through, when you can rest, right? Sometimes we're not. We don't need to generate solutions. Sometimes we need to allow the solutions to come to us, but create the right soil in the mind for them to come to us. Create the right space, right? Create a beautiful energy where you just trust that things are working out for you, that the answers are coming your way. Answers are coming my way. I know a breakthrough is about to come. And I know I'm growing, right? You know you're growing beautifully, right? In every single way. Mentally, you're getting stronger because the. The shit you just went through, it made you stronger emotionally. You're understanding yourself more, which means you're going to be loving yourself more. You're growing through whatever you are going through. Now, the path may be windy, just like this picture. You see how her neck and everything is going all over the place. But you have to realize that your mistakes and struggles are opportunities. Now, they may not be the most exciting opportunities, but that's our perception. 80% of the pain. 80% of the pain, I would say, yeah, that we experience is actually in the mind. It's in the way that we see things. What if next time when you're going through it, you switch to it and be like, oh, man, what am I going to learn? Oh, man, I'm in the gym. I'm in the gym of life right now, right? Just like when you're in the gym, like an actual gym, and you're training and like your muscles are hurting. You're not like, oh, my God, no, my muscles hurt. You're like, oh, I know what that means. I know that. I know. I just push myself to the limit. Not beyond the limit, but to the limit. And now my muscles are going to grow. But when are they going to grow? When you rest, right? Everybody knows you need a rest as well. You need good sleep so your body can strengthen and renew itself, replenish itself. And you may be there as well. Or you need a rest. You went through a lot of things. Embrace a new tempo. It's okay. You don't have to be top speed all the time, rushing all the time. You are growing. Allow here to expand. Then what do you think is going to happen naturally? You're going to illuminate blessings into your life. You're going to create, you know, you're not going to have to overly exert yourself. You're going to be just a creative individual creating Everywhere. Expressing yourself, you know, and led by spirit, not even just by yourself. Understanding that you have, like, a divine ally. Man, you got angels looking out for you. Not even one. You got a squad. I want you to. I want you to think about that every single day. Be like, I have a squad looking out for me. I can't see them, but they're in the unseen world. But I got a whole squad looking out for me. You understand? They love me. They're rooting for me. And even when I feel isolated and alone, I know that they're there. That's just me and my mind again. 80% of the pain that we experience is often in the mind. So if we can shift our perspective, right? And that's exercising. We have to do that every single day. We have to learn how to speak to ourselves in a way that enhances us, that elevates us, that makes us feel powerful, right? We have to create and take action, producing evidence that raises our confidence, right? Because we're showing up for ourselves, which is a beautiful thing because we're embracing the human experience, right? Like, we came to this planet with a return ticket. We didn't come to this planet with one ticket. We came to this planet with a return ticket. So we're kind of like a soul or a spirit, whatever you may believe, having a human experience, which means we should ground ourselves in that gratitude for the full spectrum. You know what? I love, and I always say this, and I'll say it again, because at the end of the day, simple reminders go a long way. Doesn't matter how matter how rich you are, poor you are, privileged you are, or where you were born. Every single person will experience the human experience. The spectrum of emotions we will all go through. Pain, joy, laughter, love, happiness, heartbreak. Everybody goes through them all, right? The human experience, you just have to experience it, right? You can't have light without some darkness. You're not gonna have darkness without the beautiful light you understand? Night and day. So ground yourself in that. That no matter what this season is, take it with gratitude. If it's a bad day, well, a good day is coming. If it's a good day, embrace it. Have gratitude. Because you already know. Some rough times will come as well. But we get stronger and we learn how to navigate through those times again. We often make everything worse for ourselves because we're struggling now. We're beating ourselves into the ground. But instead, if we could just chill, have some tea. I understand. Create a nice. Create a nice practice. Every single day where you have tea, you Take a sip. You have gratitude. Name one thing you're grateful for, man. I'm grateful for the fact that we're about to move into summertime and it's going to be hot. My skin. Oh my God. I'm grateful for the sun. I'm grateful for the warmth and the heat that it's going to give, right? And then as you pour out, maybe you say a prayer, you know, say a prayer for your family, you know, that you want the best for them, that you want the best for everybody in your life. I want the best for you. And do that every single day, right? Craft experiences that allow you to form the best you, the more positive you, right? The more creative you, the more compassionate you, right? Those are all muscles as well. Created creativity like love, compassion, resilience, those are all muscles as well. And some of us, you know, we want to be certain types of individuals, not realizing we have to have certain experiences to become those individuals. If you want to be somebody that inspires a lot of people or is very known, you're going to need to develop a type of skin where you care less about the opinions of others. As long as cuz you know your, where your intentions are, you know what your intention is, you're not worried about the judgment, right? You're standing in your truth. So you have to go through experiences that teach you that. You're going to have to go through experiences where you get hated on you get critiqued, where people don't believe in you. Did you ever think about that? That sometimes you have experiences where people don't believe in you, just so you believe in yourself, right? It's like the resistance causing you to be like, no, you don't believe in me. Well, I'm gonna believe in myself because I realize no one else believes in me, right? It's an experience helping you, shaping you, strengthening you. So have gratitude for it, you understand? And make sure that you're loving yourself because self love is service, you understand? The change we want to see in the world is a change we must make within ourselves first. You have the ability to change the world by just having beautiful energy, by beautiful energy. You go out for the day, you smile, you compliment someone, you have a little conversation and you don't even know what that may do for them, what that may do for them. That may pivot their whole day, their whole mood, their whole child. They may be in a season of like feeling super lonely, but you saw them as a human being and like smiled and said, man, you're I love the earrings, you understand? Start to be the type of individual that just casually interacts with people around you while you're doing your day to day, you understand? Bring energy into the world. What's going to happen? Good energy is going to come back to you, you understand? 80% of the pain that we experience is in the mind. So if we can rewire and see things in a better light, right? See things in a beautiful way, knowing that we are problem solvers, that any problem that we come across, that there is a solution and then we get excited about discovering those solutions, right? Life just look at it like a video game, a very real video game that hurts at times, but at the end of the day, we're going to return, right? We came here with a return ticket. That's just reality, not a one way with a return ticket. So we might as well make the most of it, you know, Alignment isn't hard to find when you have a sound mind. So what are you doing every single day to make sure that you have a calm mind, a sound mind, a creative mind, right? A present mind, A sound mind is a whole mind. Breathe into that, you understand? Breathe into that. Remember, a breakthrough is about to come.
