Every time we open the news or social media, it feels like we're just 1 more headline away from Earth combusting into flames. It's hard not to feel that way when we're fire-hosed with atrocity at the top of every hour.

I can't help but wonder: is the world actually ending, or are we just chronically overexposed to doom with no alternative vision to reach for?

In this solo episode, I explore my own doom-and-gloom mode that sent me into AI psychosis, how I climbed out of the dark hole, and started to realize the power of imagination, relationships, art, creativity, and prioritizing seeking joy.
