This week, we promote awareness of “Shoe The World Day – March 15” by visiting a long-forgotten genre that emerged in the late 80s – early 90s. A genre that exploited obscured vocals, guitar distortion, effects, feedback, and overwhelming volume: SHOEGAZE. In part 1, we focused mostly on bands from the UK, but in part 2, we are exploring bands from other parts of the world.
