“I started listening in 2022 and secured my first internal job transfer to a different department. Fast forward to now, we have always wanted to relocate out of state and decided 2026 was the year. I'm proud to say that after a 2.5-month, lengthy, intense job interview process, I received an offer at the very top of the salary range and was able to negotiate my start date to fit the move and a small break.
