The women who attended the summit last year still talk about the friendships they formed and the identity shifts they had that literally changed the trajectory of their lives after only one day. That's what we're creating and recreating and expanding. It's not a conference, but a container for your transformation. Hey, it's Renee and welcome to the into the Wild podcast. Each week I'll unravel growth, mindset, methods, authority building techniques and the secrets to living in integrated. Plus chat with expert guests to teach you the fearlessness needed to step into your greatness. Are you ready for it? Let's get wild. This podcast is a Martell Media production. Hey, you wild thing. I am excited like I am every time I press record. But today I'm going to be talking about the summit that is coming up. And before you press fast forward or to the next episode, I really want you to listen to this because it's kind of like as an entrepreneur, you understand. You put these big visions out, these big dreams out about the thing that you want to build. And we know it's going to take time. We know it's going to be tough. Some days, some weeks, it's going to feel impossible. And it's kind of been the case for the Pink Skirt project and putting this summit together. Year two, if you had the chance to attend last year or looked at the content, we had over 300 women in a room. It was electric, it blew the roof off, literally. The sunroof off of one woman's car shattered on the way home because she was just gyrating with excitement. I'm going to give you a little preview of what's happening this year. And I want to talk to that one specific woman today, the one who already know that she's outgrowing her current rooms, but hasn't said it out loud. Maybe this is you. Maybe you're the one who's been quietly wondering if maybe the reason nothing feels like it fits anymore is because you're ready for something that your current circle can't even give you. Maybe this is you because you've been saving links to things, watching posts and wondering if this is the year that you actually go all in, that you buy the ticket, you get on a plane and you go to the events and the rooms you know you have to be in. That's you. I want you to pay attention because today I'm gonna pull back the curtain about everything that's happening July 9th and 10th in Kelowna BC, and I'm not doing it in The Instagram way or the polished promo, real way? I'm doing it the way I do it. If we were sitting across from each other at a table with two coffees, just hanging out, sister to sister, and you're asking me what is this whole summit actually about? Because you've seen me being very obvious about how excited I am about this summit, but I haven't actually sat down and told you the whole thing, the whole story, the theme we're rallying around, the badass headliners we're flying in for you, the moments we've built in between every session and why. I believe, with everything in me, that this specific room in Kelowna is going to shift the whole year for the women that walk into it. I know it will, because it did last year. And it has changed people's lives. And I know this is my mission, I know this is my calling in this season of my life, to curate this room, create this room, and make this the most magical, epic experience that you could ever feel in a room with other female entrepreneurs. So let's dive in. Let's talk about the theme and the purpose of what's actually happening here. It's the heartbeat of the whole thing. Because once you understand the why, the what is going to make so much more sense. This year's summit has a theme. It's called Be seen. And I want to tell you where it all came from. Because this isn't just a branding exercise. It's the entire point of. Of why we're gathering this year. I kept coming back to the image of picture this. Old school newsies standing on street corners shouting the headlines. You know the ones. Extra, extra. Read all about it. And something in that image cracked me open. Those boys weren't waiting to be discovered. They were writing the front page in real time and handing it to the world. That's what I want for you. I want you to stop waiting to be discovered and to start writing the front page yourself. Because that is the shift. This year is all about visibility. And not the kind that comes from vanity. It's the kind that comes from courage. The kind where you stop shrinking your voice to make yourself more palatable, to start showing up as the woman you already are on full volume. Every woman who walks into that room becomes proof of what's possible. And that's what we're building this whole event around. So here's what's actually happening over those two days. Both days are stacked with high impact keynotes from founders who've built, failed, rebuilt, scaled and what makes these keynotes different is that every one of them is delivered with radical honesty about what it actually took. Not the curated story, but the real one. We've got the Rebel panel, which is the candid conversation about the courage it takes to be seen. The kind of panel that names the things most women are afraid to say out loud. For our VIP ticket holders, there's a VIP mastermind, where you get to go deeper with a smaller group and ask the questions you've been sitting on for months. And I'm talking about VIPs. You don't only get the most wickedest VIP bag, you get access to the speakers. The other VIPs, a dinner, a special mastermind. On the end of day two, we also have a curated vendor marketplace spotlighting women owned brands. Because part of being in this community is buying from women when you can and champion the ones who are building alongside you. And to close it all out, we're throwing the signature pink skirt celebration, a ceremony honoring women who rise together, activating our beliefs, activating the dreams that we want to fill in the next year. If you were at the event last year, you already know this is not your average closing reception. This is the kind of feeling that sticks with you for years. And here's the piece I always come back to. Between every session, there is space. Real, unhurried, built on purpose space. Because the moment that shifts your whole year doesn't happen during the keynote. It actually happens in the moments before and after. And in between, in the moments when you name the dream you usually whisper. And the women next to you, she doesn't blank, she believes you. And it makes you believe in yourself a little more, too. Or when you look around the room on day two and you realize these women already have your back in a genuine way and you didn't even have to ask them. And that's something I still get messages about today. The women who attended the summit last year still talk about the friendships they formed and the identity shifts they had that literally changed the trajectory of their lives after only one day. That's what we're creating and recreating and expanding. It's not a conference, but a container for your transformation. And this year's lineup, it is chef's kiss. It is world class. And it is the part I'm still pinching myself about. I did not book a random cross section of Internet coaches. I booked people whose work has genuinely shaped how I build, whose bodies of work I trust, and who I knew could hold the caliber of women we're putting in that room. Let me walk you through who's actually stepping onto this stage. We've got Jen Gottlieb, the best selling author of Be Seen and named one of the top 50 global keynote speakers in the world, and one of my favorite humans. Jen's entire body of work is about the inner shift that has to happen before the outer visibility can even follow. And if you've ever felt like being seen was the scariest thing on your to do list, she'll help you rewire that belief. We've got Adley Kisman, the CEO of Viralish, which is generating over a billion monthly views. Let me say that again. A billion. Adley is one of the sharpest on viral content and digital attention working today. And given that our whole theme this year is about being seen, I genuinely cannot think of a more aligned voice to have on our stage. Plus, she is absolutely hilarious. We've got my husband, Dan Martell, of course. He's one of the top executive business coaches in the world, a Wall Street Journal bestselling author of Buy Back youk Time, and has literally blown up the last few years in social media. And I'm going to force him to wear a pink shirt because he did last year and he loved it. We have Lori Harder coming back again on the Rebel panel to talk all things what it took to build her personal brand and how that personal brand is one of the most important things she's ever done for herself and her business. We've got Maria Wendt, a Forbes featured strategist whose practical Instagram and digital product teachings have reached more than a hundred thousand people. She sells low ticket digital products and she's made millions of dollars all because she was not afraid to be seen. We have Patrisse Washington, once known as America's money maven. With more than 20 million downloads on her own podcast, Patrisse is one of the most respected voices on wealth and money in the industry. Next up, Samantha Skelly, the founder of Pause Breathwork, leader in the Breathwork space, and one of the most energetic people I have ever met. We got Joanna Wieb, the founder of Copyhackers. And if you don't know that name yet, let me put it this way. She is the original conversion copywriter. She basically wrote the rules on how to sell with words, which is absolutely perfect for this event. We've got Jen pike, women's hormone expert and the bestselling author of the Simplicity Project. Jen is a dear friend and her work sits at the intersection of women's health Energy and ambition. And there's still more speakers to be announced. We also have the most incredible sponsors making our whole event possible. We have Wonder Bar, Pilates, Glow Natural Wellness and Thrive Accounting Canada, and more that have yet to be announced. These women aligned brands are backing the movement we're building. And I'm so grateful to have them inside the Pink Skirt family. That's the lineup and it's more than I could have ever dreamed of. It is the most perfect group of women. It's the most perfect mix. The tactical and the soulful, the strategy and the embodiment, the data and the heart, all held inside one room. And that's what I've been quietly building and that's what I'm inviting you into. I need to be honest with you though, about something. The women who don't come to this summit will keep building. They'll keep showing up, they'll keep hitting their goals. But they'll do it the hard way, the lonely way, and maybe even in a way that cost them their peace. Because here's what isolation does for ambitious women. It makes you doubt yourself more than you should. It makes you second guess decisions you'd be certain about if you had someone talk through with you. Those like dial up friends. And you're just like, dude, I need help on this thing. I'm the only one feeling this. It makes you shrink your goals because there's nobody around you dreaming that big. And it makes you think that the problem is you, when really the problem is you're in the wrong room. I lived this for years. I was building a million dollar PR agency, raising two babies, showing up like it had it all together on the inside. I was actually drowning. I didn't have women around me who understood what it felt to want more. And I felt guilty about wanting it. And I didn't have people who could hold space for both my ambition and my exhaustion at the same time. And I kept telling myself I just needed to be stronger. I needed to be more disciplined, I needed to be more capable. And what I actually needed was community. I needed women who'd been where I was and could tell me it gets better. Women who were ahead of me, who could show me the path, women who were right beside me. And I could remind myself that I wasn't crazy. And the moment I found these women, literally everything in my life changed. Not because they handed me a strategy that I didn't have, but because they gave me permission to trust myself. They reflected back my capability when I couldn't see it they celebrated my wins when I was too scared to. Mm. And they held me accountable to the woman I said I wanted to become and secretly to the woman that they know that I was possible of becoming. That's what you're walking away from if you don't come to Kelowna on July 9th and 10th. It's not the content, it is the connection. Because last year, the friendship groups that formed from this event was, in it of itself, worth the price to enter that room, worth the price of getting on an airplane and booking a hotel room. By the way, we've partnered with one of the most beautiful, iconic hotels in Kelowna called the Delta grand. And we just can't wait to have you in this space along the side of a lake overlooking the mountains. You couldn't have asked for a better space to host this. And I get it. Sometimes the investment can feel big or heavy, but early bird pricing is still happening at the time of this recording. And if you're weighing this against everything else, the business expenses you know you need to make, the family trip you've been planning, the savings account you're trying to build, this is absolutely worth it. Here's what I want you to think about. What is it costing you to stay isolated? What opportunities are you missing because you don't have the right people around you? And what version of yourself are you delaying because you're trying to figure it out alone? It's only a one time investment for these tickets. The cost of staying stuck is compounding every single day. So here's what I want you to leave with today. July 9th and 10th, Kelowna BC isn't just another event on your calendar. It's the room where you stop performing and start becoming. It's where your ambition doesn't need defending. It's where the loneliness you've been carrying finally gets replaced with belonging to. And if you've been telling yourself you'll come next year, I'm going to tell you with so much love that next year's version of your wishes, they won't change. They're in this room this summer. They're in this room in Kelowna. All you gotta do is go to thepinkskirtproject.com summit2026 to grab your ticket. They leave braver, they leave clearer. And they leave surrounded by women who still carry them through the next year and far beyond. The magic that came out of the room last year is so palpable. It was so pink. It was so vibrant. Even my husband, who spoke on many, many, many stages in his life and the other speakers who are coming back said it was one of the most electrifying audiences they have ever been in. And I want that for you. I want that sisterhood for you. The connections, the incredible speakers and sponsors and vendor marketplace for you to experience. And the experience of just being there. Because not only is it about the women you're going to meet, but what it's like to show up, to feel like you're the headline, you're the spotlight, the newsies theme are opening ceremonies all the pink.
