Shelon “Hutch The Marine Investor” Hutchinson is a Master Gunnery Sergeant (E-9) in the United States Marine Corps. Throughout his 24 years career, he has served in many leadership roles in Marine Corps aviation. He has been awarded several personal awards for his job performance. He has created and led teams of various sizes that performed effectively in training and combat operations. Hutch has successfully executed over $2.4 million in single-family real estate transactions, which include over $870k as a real estate agent (currently not active), and Co-Sponsored over $26m in multifamily property acquisitions totaling 352 units in the Southeast. Hutch is a member of the Raise Master's Mastermind. Hutch has earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He is the "Husband of Athena" for 20 years and the father of three beautiful children.

Simon holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. In addition to his extensive professional experience, Simon serves as Chair for the prestigious Alexander Briseno Leadership Development Program (ABLDP) offered through the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, President for the South Texas Chapter for the Risk Management Society, and serves on the St. Mary’s University Greehey School of Business Finance & Risk Management Advisory Board.
