Jim Magilton joins Michael McNamee and Liam Beckett to discuss his career and the latest talking points from football in Northern Ireland.

Magilton, now elite performance director at the IFA talks about the pathway for young players making first team football and if they are better serving their time in Northern Ireland rather than going to full-time academies in England and Scotland.
