▸ THE CONDITIONS — Timing, environment, surrounding circumstances. The historical moment you happened to be born into. Not under your control either.

You don't make the result. You make the readiness. The world makes the conditions, on its own schedule. Your job is the part you control.

Nobody self-made anything. They prepared seriously when nobody was watching. Paid honest attention to the world they were developing in. Were genuinely curious about that world for long enough that they were still there when the moment came.
