In a world racing toward prediction, automation, and AI-generated everything, human creativity is becoming the ultimate premium. This episode explores how to protect and amplify our uniquely human abilities to build, create, and make meaningful decisions. As AI handles routine tasks and generates content at scale, what sets us apart isn’t speed or volume—it’s originality, emotional depth, discernment, and the courage to experiment beyond patterns. We discuss the risks of over-reliance on AI (which can homogenize ideas and weaken our creative “muscles”), the power of human-AI collaboration, and practical strategies to thrive. Listeners will leave with a renewed commitment to guarding their creative edge in an era where authentic, human-made work commands a premium. We’ve all watched smartphones get thinner and laptops get lighter while packing insane power — that’s Moore’s Law at work. So why, all of a sudden, are hyperscale data centers popping up like mushrooms across the countryside, sucking down electricity equivalent to entire countries? In this episode we unpack the explosive growth of data centers, the hidden math behind the “compute paradox,” and whether the real story is just AI hunger… or something more centralized and potentially unsettling. Expect history, hard numbers, and a no-BS look at the darker implications. A hantavirus (often called “hunta virus” in early reports) outbreak has struck the MV Hondius expedition cruise ship in the Atlantic—three deaths confirmed, multiple cases, passengers and crew now quarantined off Cape Verde. It’s only been days since the news broke, but the echoes of 2020 are loud: cruise-ship quarantines, fear-filled headlines, and questions about how this could escalate. In this episode we unpack our earliest instincts through the lens of “Is this COVID Round Two?”, explore the political mantra “never let a crisis go to waste,” and arm listeners with a biblical perspective on spiritual warfare and practical prayer strategies.

What happens when a smooth-talking con man slips into your church family? In this raw episode we unpack the real frustration church leaders face—lost trust, drained finances, divided congregations, and the exhausting emotional toll. More importantly, we discover why the biblical gift of discernment may be one of the only reliable tools to spot the danger before it destroys what God is building. If you’re a pastor, elder, or leader who’s ever felt that sinking “something’s off” feeling, this episode is for you. PEOPLE > STUFF, propertypickersestatesales.com flisterjames@gmail.com

In this episode, we explore NASA’s Artemis II – the first crewed mission to the Moon in more than 50 years. Launched on April 1, 2026, aboard the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket with the Orion spacecraft Integrity, the four-person crew (Commander Reid Wiseman, Pilot Victor Glover, Mission Specialists Christina Koch and Jeremy Hansen of the Canadian Space Agency) completed a daring lunar flyby on April 6th. The highlight? A textbook “slingshot move” – the Moon’s gravity assist on a free-return trajectory – that naturally bent their path and hurled them back toward Earth with almost no extra engine burns. We unpack the elegant physics behind it, why it’s a brilliant safety feature, and the delicious irony: despite smartphones in our pockets and computers that laugh at 1960s tech, the mission’s core trajectory, capsule shape, and splashdown look remarkably like Apollo 8 (1968). Physics hasn’t changed one bit – and that’s the beautiful part. Perfect for space enthusiasts who love the “how” behind the “wow.” PEOPLE > STUFF, propertypickersestatesales.com flisterjames@gmail.com

What happens when a thriving antique business collides with a calling to something greater? In this episode, we share the wild, rewarding ride of building antique stores, an estate clean-out service, a U-Haul dealership, bustling outdoor markets, dozens of events each year, and a vibrant community of hundreds of creative vendors. For 14 years, we’ve worked hard to be more than just another stop—we’ve aimed to set the pace in our industry and become a true regional destination. We’ve always tried to do things the right way, without apologizing for our faith. Now we’re stepping into a bold new chapter: transforming one of our antique malls into a space for unapologetic, faith-based worship, praise, prayer, and testimony. It’s been both incredibly rewarding and deeply challenging—but above all, it’s obedient. We’ve always believed that people matter more than stuff and we’ve tried to live that out every day. In this next season, we’re doubling down on that conviction and trusting what God has in store for us—literally. Join us as we reflect on the lessons from the “reality show” of business, the joy of putting faith first, and the excitement (and unknowns) of what comes next. In a world where artificial intelligence can generate sermons, write devotionals, and even craft eloquent prayers on demand, is there anything AI simply cannot replicate? In this episode, we explore the profound differences between machine-generated words and Spirit-empowered prayer. We dive deep into key biblical concepts that highlight humanity’s unique connection to God: Praying continuously (1 Thessalonians 5:17) — What it really means to live in constant communion with God, not as nonstop talking, but as an ongoing attitude of dependence and awareness of His presence. Fervent, effectual prayer — Drawing from James 5:16, “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much.” We unpack what “fervent” truly means: passionate, heartfelt intensity fueled by the Holy Spirit — not mere emotion, but faith-filled persistence that releases God’s power. Anointing and healing — The role of the elders, anointing with oil in the name of the Lord (James 5:14-15), confession of sins, and the prayer of faith that brings restoration and healing. Sure, AI can analyze vast libraries of Scripture and human prayers to produce polished text. It can mimic language, structure, and even theological depth. But a machine has no soul. It cannot be filled with the Holy Spirit. It cannot offer genuine intercession born out of love, faith, or righteous standing with God. AI simulates — it does not commune. Only a human heart surrendered to God can experience the transformative power of prayer that “avails much,” moves mountains, and invites divine healing and breakthrough. This episode is a timely reminder of our uniqueness as image-bearers of God. In an age of rapidly advancing technology, let’s not outsource our spiritual life. Instead, let’s lean into what only we can do: draw near to God with authentic, Spirit-led prayer.
