That moment. I live through it every day. So, technically, the first time I felt it in my DMs. I want to say the first person to reach out was Scott Disick. I don't. I don't have to look, and I don't want to, like, search, but it.

Let's look. You know, let's. Let's just see. Because I had never messaged him. I didn't. I don't even think he followed me. Lord Disick. And he. And it's all forever.

And, of course, saddened by all the horrific fires everyone is dealing with. But there ain't no couple that deserves their fame and money more than you guys. I hope it keeps getting bigger. Yeah, but I mean, so listen, in all the times I've hung out with him, I always thought he was funny and charming. I don't really know what's going on. I know that, like, how it works out now with them having their show, at least in the last few years. Like, even when I interviewed Malika and her sister, I always call them the Malikas. Cause that's what that one girl would call them. The one that would do the. Did you ever read, like, I don't know what happened. I was following this count, and it was this girl did the Northwest Black Book, and it was.

So they probably got that count deleted.

No, they had her come on the show once. They thought it was funny. But I think as north got older, I don't know if that still exists anymore. But anyway, she would call them, from North's perspective as a little girl, the Malikas. Because, like, the main one was Malika, but her twin sister. Anyway, when I interviewed them years ago, one of them said, yeah, at a certain point, like, you know, we were like, hey, can we get a fee? You know, we should be paid as the friend. We can't just be coming over all the time and just sign a release. Like, we're the only person Courtney or Chloe's talking to. So I know that throughout the years, like he had, even when they were separated or divorced, a point of being on the show. But I don't know if he's really on the show anymore. Scott.

I'm gonna tune in and catch up on Hulu, but I'm not aware. Can't wait to binge watch it on Hulu. All up episode streaming. But then. So I meet him after that DM for the first time at the Hulu event or whatever that cool name they had for it. Yeah, but. And he came up and he was so nice and he's like, congratulations, bro. This is the funniest thing I'm dealing with. Which everyone keeps on saying to me, like, it's so amazing what's happening. And if I had enough money from this amazing, like, moment that's happening to rebuy our exact 2,500 square foot house with our exact knives and plate, all just exactly what we had, I could like embrace that. But I come off so, like, what are you talking? Like, because I don't feel that, like, it's exciting and there's so much positivity, but we still don't have our house. We don't have the money to rebuild our house. So God willing, maybe it keeps coming. But based off of what's happening with my algorithms, it doesn't seem like I'm getting more famous. It feels like I'm drastically getting less famous.

So I want to talk about that too, because that's really funny what you've been doing. So first of all, you know, you're really big on TikTok. Got to the million on TikTok.

[Spencer Pratt]

2.1 million.

[Heather McDonald]

2.1 million. And then, and I saw that you were doing a lot of TikTok shops and stuff. And I actually was saying to Drake, my son who now works full time, I said, you know, we should talk to Spencer about it. Cause maybe when you come back, because I've got like 435,000 people and we just put the clips of the show and a couple funny opinions. I'm not selling stuff, but I buy a lot of stuff from people. I buy a lot of TikTok products. I just got a dress that was. But a lot of my outfits are good. You know, I'm like, sometimes I'm just like, well, this is $20. If it sucks, who cares? I don't return it. But anyway. But I was seeing that you were doing that and I was like, maybe I'm like leaving money on the table. But then you said that's what like screwed up now people not seeing your videos as much. Can you explain what you think is going on?

[Spencer Pratt]

Okay, so let's rewind peak most famous I've ever been in my whole life. The truly billions of views like in 30 days. You look at the analytics one one said like 580 million. It was so insane. So the heads of TikTok were like, we're going to connect you with that global top TikTok shop person. And so I talked to this legend. I love him. It's not his fault anything happened. He's a good guy, Luke. And he's like, he's like, oh, I'll get you a house, any house you want. We'll make you millions with your da da da da da. I'm like, lock it in, set it up. Next thing you know, I'm selling pre owned beautiful luxury designer purses with this Chinese company. They're the number one Chinese company that came over here to work with TikTok. So I'm in this house in Beverly Hills with all lovely Chinese people from China. I don't know if they all live in the house, but there's just me and all these Chinese fueling and so I'm not making millions of dollars and my views are crashing.

So how does it work? Do you get a commission off each purse you sell?

[Spencer Pratt]

Each purse you sell. So but the reality is the commission, these purses cost so much to begin with that the cut like I don't have to sell. And so I stop at like five hours of like showing purses and handbags and they look at me dead serious. Why are you stopping so soon? I'm like been standing for 5 hours non stop unzipping purses and I'm like, what are you talking like? Like we need to go for like eight hours. I'm like, are you nuts? My feet hurt, my jaw hurts. Like I can't even do this. So then I started working with all the brands. I'm doing the gum, I'm doing the anything that they have in TikTok shop, the powders on meat. I'm trying everything but I just in my conspiracy, what I believe is TikTok shop as the algorithm wants all of these companies that are the sellers to put money behind the video of you selling their thing to boost it. So it turned my entertainment TikTok account into an e commerce account. And what I know from businesses, they are not, they're not going to just push the those mints. If I have a mint thing, I'm like, they only make money if that mink company pays for the boost. Like, boost this to this many millions of viewers. So I spent the last two months, 10 emails a day calling. They couldn't disconnect my TikTok account because there were all these pending orders, blah, blah, blah. So finally they went to the heads of China TikTok and they got a deal to recode my TikTok. And now I sabotaged myself a thousand times TikTok shop. Because when I think they recoded my TikTok, they created it like it was a new account. Like, I turned it on, like, I signed up. So my whole algorithm is as if I am respectfully an unhoused person that just got a phone on the sidewalk and just made a TikTok with no wifi and is like, oh, that's the equivalent to how I went from getting millions of views on my TikTok to 1000. When I posted before, I just post and go, 100,000. Now I post, it goes 400 viewers. So it is. It's like a real. Like, I'm talking to God. Like, I actually prayed for 10 minutes. Like, God, you need to fix this.

Because you can pray for more than 10 minutes.

[Spencer Pratt]

But.

No, but I need to pray for.

More than 10 minutes.

Maybe pray for warm. No, but I'm saying it. It is. It was so interesting when I saw. And then you're like, oh, I'm doing. And you'd, like, put the phone in a bag and put your head in the bag. You're like, I'm just trying to do different things. Or I used to joke and say, why does every girl have to tell a story doing makeup? Why can't I just tell you the story with, like, a pool in the background? Like, why do I have to, like, be, like, doing all this?

The AI.

It's. There's something. Yeah, there's something with it, and then that gets old and it has to be like, cooking or whatever. And I mean, I just. For people. And we will get to other things. But I do think this is interesting because it is a big part of our life and it is crazy. And I'll see other content creators being like, I don't know what happened. Can you let me know if you're seeing this? Like, sometimes people think they're getting banned because there's too controversial or two. Or like, they're speaking the truth and, like, the world is coming down.

They're not wrong.

It could be that.

[Spencer Pratt]

No, I'll tell you how I know. Because what I didn't know is somebody to call me like a TikTok live battler that, you know, I used to do the TikTok live battlers and all money calls me and he's like, if you checked your violations, I'm like, what are you talking about? He's like, click below your post where it says more data. I'm not kidding. I want to say 500 of my videos below had violations for. And the AI now it's so AI driven, if I was eating a taco, it would be like substance abuse. So I'd have to appeal the violation. But if you don't, it's like limited your audience appeal violations. So these people may not know that they are getting violations. And if you say hate speech, bullying, anything you could ever think of, my videos had it. So for two days straight, I'm like submitting appeals so they're not even crazy.

Well, that's so interesting because, you know, with. It's not like that on Instagram. But I'll cut the clips from the show and sometimes it'll get 4,000 views and sometimes it'll get a million and they'll be right next to each other on my grid. And I'm like, I don't know what it is. I don't know if it was the time I hit it or what. But for me, I just go, whatever, that one was a waste. And three more, it'll be at 500,000. Again, it's like I. But it was a very interesting thing. So no, I won't be selling purses on TikTok.

What I need to do is if.

You do it, I've learned is you do your burner account so you'd add Juicy Scoop shop a new TikTok. And on that account you connect to TikTok shop and you put all the Juicy Scoop merch in there. Once a week you could do videos in there and you do hashtag. So now on the At Heidi and Spencer account, I connect to TikTok shop and at the Rad Daddy account because it is a great thing I buy. Like you said, it works, right? But if you're trying to be an entertainer and they say it shouldn't, they say that the algorithm will feed your entertainment posts to the entertainment people and your TikTok shop. But the problem with me is everything I do seems like e commerce. All I'm doing all day long is saying, order, pre order, stream, shop. So my entertainment is trying to sell you Heidi music all day Long. So it's been. And again, I don't care because now I'm posting like it's a spam account. Yeah, because I was at the Airbnb event with all the famous influencers in my first real influencer event I got invited to. So funny, though, I didn't know all the megastars like Christina Aguilera, Kevin Hart, and all these people are going to be there. So I'm in the front row doing my content. Da, da, da. And also I see all these people, like, coming from Airbnb team, like, kind of hovering over me. I'm like, why are they, like, vibing me? And then I look at the seats and I'm looking at all the name tags for my name, and I don't see my name, but I see Kevin Hart, Christina. I'm like, start filming. I'm like, what the F? These people are coming. And they're like, you're not allowed to be in this section right now. They're waiting for me to move to, like, bring the real celebrities in. And then I joked, like, because they didn't have names for, like, non celebrities, it was like a number. So I counted back from the, like, A list celebrities and I was like, A, B, C, D. I was like, I think I'm an F list celebrity because of the row, but it was still the closest I've ever been to a lister. So I didn't take it as a negativity. I was just telling the other influencers. But then, like, Sean White's wife was in front of me and I was like, oh, I don't know if she knows she's D list, but. So when I was quizzing all the big time, TikTok influencers, they only post once a day. So that's the algorithm for the real. If you really want to be strategic, that's what they do. And I'm doing 50 a day, so I don't care because I'm like, getting.

Keep in mind, respectfully, there's buff ass Dax Shepard with all his muscles. He didn't really like my joke, but I told him to chill on the push ups. So there's like, you know, Mandy Moore, Ashley Simpson, a lot of names I'm forgetting, but you know, respectfully, actual celebrities there. So they're asking us to be introduced. This is Monster Jam. Start the engines. We're like, definitely. So that was a moment where this is the first time I didn't feel like the F list. You know, they brought us in the front. It felt incredible. And Gunner got to yell and the thing. So that was amazing. But then the best part about this is when Brody and I were like 20 years old, we met Mandy Moore, Brody Jenner. There's no other Brody's.

And so when the house is all burned down, people were trying to cancel her for putting like a GoFundMe link that obviously somebody in her family or friends asked her to share, which she's not rich enough to go buy somebody else a new house. Yeah, it's not Elon Musk or Bezos where they're putting a GoFundMe. So people were trying to cancel her. So I did a bunch of tiktoks when I had my peak TikTok fame, like, you come for me anymore? So I forgot I even did that because I've done a lot of tick tocks and I Was unhinged. And so she comes up to me and is like, I just want to thank you so much for your tiktoks. Keep my back. I'm like, well, in that case, guess what you have to do. She's like, huh? I'm like, you got to come out of retirement and do a song with Heidi. She's like, huh? And like, her husband's, like, supportive, and her friends swear. I'm like, it's done. You're doing this. She's like, really? You think? I'm like, you have to do this for me. So she said she would. So I talked to all the top. I messaged Timberland Circuit, all these top producers to do a remake flip, as they call it, of Candy for her and Heidi to do so. And then Heidi rolls up on Ashlee Simpson. I didn't know this separately. And gets Ashlee Simpson to say she'll do. So we got a Mandy Moore Heidi song and an Ashlee Simpson Heidi song in the works.

I mean, so in doing these songs, what is the. How does she do it? Does she write any of them? Does she work with a writer? Like, how are you coming up with these names and these bops?

So here's the best thing that we keep being told by the real deal people. Yeah, Rihanna, who has more hits than anyone, didn't write one of her songs, and why she has the most hits is she didn't go in the studio, try to take the most talented people in the world and mess their flow up. So the problem with today's artists, and there are some that can write, you know, Taylor, but a lot of the other ones, they have to be in the session with the top writer producers putting in their two cents. Heidi's well aware of what her strengths are and not being a number one Billboard writer. So we're getting records for Heidi that you wouldn't have gotten in 2005 because there were artists like Rihanna that would just take their call, pitch records. So superstar producers and writers do a record and they pitch it to the labels. But now the labels aren't taking these records because their artists have to be in the session and get a co writer credit. And a lot of the top people don't even want to do that with people. So we're getting these insane records because the real competition has to write from scratch. Oh, so we're getting the game changed. It's a miracle that now everyone's so like, I wrote my song. Like. Whereas Heidi doesn't need to say that. Yeah, she did write no going. No. She wrote Forgive and Forget with Callie. Technically, she did write no Going Home. She didn't take a credit. You know, I mean, she was part of that, but she's not, like, doing the harm. Let the writers get their writer's share. We're the label. She owns the Masters.

And this other girl did a very similar small short film that had, like, shot by shot of these girls doing Patty cake. And you know the plagiarism that goes on, whether it's Mel Robbins saying, you know, let them. Which came from this other girl's poem from two years ago or three years ago. I feel like people at home don't care about plagiarism. Unless you're a creator yourself, you do not care. And they. No one cares about the Malia Obama thing and no one cares about the meal Robbins. They're just like, so what? They so what that they took it? I'm like, okay.

Explain. Like, today's took, like, two takes because, spoiler alert, today I had a stack of pancakes, and I had them hollow out the pancakes and stick the burrito inside and then cover the pancake. But I told them. They just. People forget. You can't cut the burrito in half because then it becomes a wrap. Can't be dancing with a wrap. Is that a spinach wrap? Like, what are you. Is that a Caesar salad wrap? Has to be a burrito. So when I got it, I was like, oh, my God. So that sometimes takes a process of. No, it has to be a burrito, but depending on the situation. So it blew up the water one, and I said, heidi, I can't be jumping in the ocean. And it tasted like salt, no matter how much I was like, I can't even be eating a salt water. I don't want to be getting in the ocean every day. So I just started figuring out, you know, ways to keep it more entertaining. But then I'm like, people get used to them. Like, I got to hide them and stuff and make it more, like, what's the reveal? So now my brain is scary trying to figure out where to hide a burrito.

So, like I said, your day, you wake up, you have kid stuff to do. Then you have to figure out what burrito hiding place is gonna be and film that video. Then you have to go and find more stuff for Heidi to promote. Heidi, do your tiktoks cry about your tiktoks going down. Then talk to the lawyers about the Palisades fire locks case.

Now also I'm also suing the insurance. Cause they only decided to pay half of what was in the policy. So a new lawsuit suing California fair plan. So, I mean, it's the level, but do you sleep? I just started today. Yesterday was my first day in a hyperbaric chamber where they locked me up in a thing which I thought I would sleep in it. But my ears like yes and no. I'm having lots of medical things happening to me. So I'm like, I'm working on getting better, but I am feeling the fleeting. And I always knew this. You have a moment? David Foster told me, the mic comes in front of your face. If you don't grab it, it goes to the next person. It's not coming back. And I already had it and it went away and it came back and now they're trying to take it away again. So I am going a thousand times what I've ever gone right now because this is it. I have to rebuild a house for my family, Rebuild everything that was in it. And then I need to figure out how to also help my parents, who had zero insurance, get a house. So the stakes are. Yeah, I used to hustle chilling. You know, my parents had a big house down the street in Palisades. We go in their swimming pool. I had a house, we lived in. I felt fed hummingbirds. And I still hustled and was crazy. So now I am. Like I said, I was in the gutter. I'm in the sewers below the gutter now, grinding. But no, I don't sleep.

What is going on? We've seen him look a little disheveled and whatnot. What's going on with him? And. And Hailey Bieber. But then they were snuggling at a game together, like a couple days. Some basketball. Oh, no. Hockey games. Some Canadian hockey team. They were there. And, you know, there's. Just to fill people in. There's always been a lot of videos and people thinking that, you know, Hailey Berry. Wait. Hailey Bieber sought after him, was like a stalker, was, you know, at events that he was at. Even though her dad is famous too. So it's not crazy that she'd be at these events. Got him to fall in love with her. He's on a couch with Ellen saying it was an arranged marriage. It was through their pastor. And of course, everyone thought he was joking. And people like, is there truth to that? Hailey Bieber has a huge makeup line herself called Road that's apparently very, very successful. She's also a model. So she gets on the COVID of Vogue, and Justin posts it on his page and writes this. Yo, this reminds me. When Haley and I got into a huge fight, I told Hales that she would never be on the COVID of Vogue. Yikes. I know. So mean. For some reason, people, I felt so disrespected. I thought, I gotta get even. I think as we mature, we realize that we're not helping anything by getting even. We're honestly just prolonging what we really want, which is intimacy and connection.

I think she got on his phone. This is just me. And people don't agree with me because I put this in.

Not just a criminal. What's the word? A like a sex offender crim that frequency that now he has that taint, that energy. So I also think that could just be coming out more than ever right now. And then Courtney Stodden, who was the famous child bride who when she was on every hard Copy, Chrissy Teigen tweeted mean stuff to her, like, go take a dirt, you know, and, and you know, Courtney Stodden wants to remind the world of that a lot. And Chrissy has said, like, I'm sorry, I think, but whatever. So then Courtney made some joke about, you know, oh, I'm drinking. And people are like, why don't you respect the sobriety? But it just goes to that whole thing about just everybody do you.

That's my fault.

If you. Do you. If you know, it's a hard thing to say. And there's so many things where people then they give up drinking, but they do smoke pot or they microdose or they take, get rid of everything and then they, or they go sober for five years and now they are able to have like a glass of wine or champagne and it's like, no, once you give it up, you're supposed to give it up forever. I'm like, that's two people that created AA 100 years ago. It doesn't, we don't know what works or what doesn't. And then you're also just like, I don't know if it makes you happy and it's not hurting anybody. I mean, who's to say where we are going to be in five years? Like, I like a cocktail and I enjoy it and I, oh my gosh.

So you are millennial. You're a millennial. I'm a Gen X. Okay. Most Gen X's people, their kids are.

Gen Z, they don't drink.

Gen Z's are Like, they're not drinking that much. Some are, but I am telling you, we went to the Nest with a couple Gen Z's. My son and my friend's daughter and her friend. And, you know, so there was like the four parents and three Gen Zers and they play music. And my generation is drinking. We're dancing. This one girl that was with us was like, I had the best. She'd never partied harder than when she was with the Gen Xers. I was. I gave her. I'm like, try my drink. It's a Cosmo, but it's done. Less sweet. It's really sour. She's like, I think I drink twice a year. That was the funnest night of my life. They get in an Uber to come back to our house. The Uber is a karaoke Uber. They were like. I'm like, the thing is, also, I don't feel like Gen Z, they don't really dance. Like, we would go to clubs and dance or we'd have like, frat parties and actually dance. And I think that. That. I think we can bring everybody together. I think we can bring everybody together. And people need to get out and fucking party more. And it's fine if you don't want to drink, but at least listen to some music and dance.

That is why, if you notice a lot of performers now, ask the audience, please, for this song. And I don't. I'm. I'm getting content. So I don't care what anybody says, but they're not dancing because everyone's making sure they get content. The TikTok, the Snapchat. So you're like, holding your phone to get the evidence of you being at something, which I get you paid money for. You got a show. So it's all because of this social media construct that you can't just, like, let loose. And, you know, people are filming you now. So you're. You're. The old world that we lived is like, dance like nobody's watching. Now you can't dance like nobody's watching because somebody could be filming you and making you like a cringe viral tick tock. Like, look at this idiot.

La Quinta Hotel is like a franchise of hotels. La Quinta is a city gotcha that I have the house at. And this place is so it's just fun because it's just because it's a variety of people. When you get there earlier it's like a little bit older, but then when you, if you're leaving at 10, there is a line of like 20 somethings ready to like rip it out. Because then there's, there's like the live music in front and in the back there's a dj. Anyway, so she. It's a good time, it's just a fun time and it's just like I feel like there's not a lot of places like that in LA anymore to.

Go to the club scenes. Yeah, no, I don't want to say dad, it's so club. But I mean from my era it's gone, you know, but see this isn't.

This what's great about this, It's a restaurant with music that you can sit, have a meal, get a drink and dance. It's not. You had to buy bottle service. Like what. I think that's what happened.

Throws people off the pressure that what.

[Heather McDonald]

Happened with the, you know, in the millennial era of like the only way that you could get in as a dude is to spend thousands of dollars on bottle service. Like that didn't exist when I was young.

Yeah, that's like Grey Goose and a Voss. Yeah, like three grand.

[Heather McDonald]

Yeah, like that. So I think that, yeah, they have to figure out a different way to like get people together, whatever that is. So Carl from Summerhouse is starting a sober bar. He's attempting the sober bar and you know, a lot of people say it's going to be a challenge. This was a post that someone sent me because he spent, he raised 130,000 from investors and he, he signed a seven year lease, but it's 10,000amonth. But he still hasn't built it out and in the end it will only serve non alcoholic drinks.

[Spencer Pratt]

I think he would be better off like just getting a permit for a park because you don't need alcohol in the park and doing like one of these hangs like they have in Venice that everyone goes to.

[Heather McDonald]

Yeah, there's a. Well, there's a morning now. There's morning coffee. DJ day parties where they do have the DJ and people just have coffee and they're up and they're dancing.

[Spencer Pratt]

There's a part that I keep seeing, and it's like you have to be so hot to be there. It's like the like thing and they all just sit on blankets and.

[Heather McDonald]

Yeah.

[Spencer Pratt]

So. And again, anyone here that's sober, you be sober. I love that for you. I just don't understand the. It's just projecting things. It's like politics. I don't need anybody. Tell me. Just. Just do whatever is happy. You know, that's my whole thing. I hang out with sober people all the time. It's just when the. It gets that weird with the energy. Like, oh, you're. Oh, you're so. Like, I could play it back to you. Yeah, we could. So that was my point. I don't care what people do. It's just once it becomes this judgment thing. And that's why I hate. I don't judge any. You do whatever makes you happy as long as nobody's getting hurt. And obviously there's people with alcohol problems. That's not what I'm saying.

There's a viral video of Bert Kreischer talking about, like, why he loves drinking. And people have played it a million times. And I related to it because it's one of those things that, like, I. I like the ritual of all the occasions of drinking so much that. That's why I've always wanted to, like, make sure I don't get to a place where I would have to give it up, you know, like. So I wanted to respect it this whole time. And so far, so good. But it is. It was like the Bloody Mary at a football game. Yeah. It's the champagne. It's the first drink of the night when you're like getting ready.

Espresso martini.
