Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.
Jillian Michaels
Here we go. This is a big one. A bombshell report.
Gillian
These are the people that are supposed to be writing laws for 330 million of us. And what it tells you very clearly is that they are in an active cover up. Because it is obscene and it is gross and it is therefore I would
Hasan Piker
vote for Hamas over Israel every single time.
Gillian
Keeping it real with Jillian Michaels.
Jillian Michaels
All right team, it is time to talk about Hassan Piker. Hassan Piker. Oh, where do we start? I think we start with the clip of Hassan Piker with the Vietnamese refugee team. Let's, let's cue that up because as
Gillian
Vietnamese refugee we have endure suffering under the communist regime and we believe that.
Hasan Piker
Ok, you, dude, I mean seriously, F you old lady. Shut the up, you stupid idiotic old lady with your stupid gamer headset. Who has you harder, America or Ho Chi Minh? Suck my dick old lady. God damn, dude. Yo, this refugee, OK seriously, this South Vietnamese mother, whatever, like Christian supremacist, psychotic f refugee living in America now and able to talk that shit. Why don't you go back and live in South Vietnam in the same conditions, if that's your perspective.
Gillian
Okay, so much to say about Hasan Piker, but I would like to lead with this. Actually. I just found this out the other day, which I thought was exceptionally telling. Dave Rubin enlightened me. Do you know that he is Cenk Uyghurs nephew? Do you guys know that?
Jillian Michaels
Do you know that's like the only reason a door was open for him to assume his current position?
Gillian
Well, I only know it because of Dave. But what I actually think is so scary is what a horrendous reflection it is on Cenk. There was a minute a couple years ago when Trump was elected and Cenk had wanted to work for Doge. I remember thinking that Cenk was reasonable. And of course, you know, that has all subsequently changed and he and Anna Kasparian have like gone down the crazy rabbit hole. But this guy, this guy makes Nick Fuentes look like an altar boy. And I mean, the comments that he has made with, you know, Hamas and Israel have made me often think like, my God, they're the same person, right? This whole horseshoe theory of like crazy people on the far far right, Nick Fuentes, crazy people on the far far left, Hasan Piker, and they're the same person. Do you guys have a clip? Can you find me that clip where he like, he says that he thinks Hamas is better than Israel. Can you find that when you Say
Jillian Michaels
Hamas is a thousand times better. Do you actually mean that or is that a rhetorical move or like a solidarity signal?
Benny Johnson
Like what?
Hasan Piker
What I mean, it's all of the above. I do mean it. I think it's a rhetorical move because it frustrates. Also said I'm a harm reduction voter. I'm a lesser evil voter and therefore I would vote for Hamas over Israel every single time.
Gillian
I'm a lesser evil voter. Oh my goodness. That's a huge, by the way, mainstream podcast on the left. What is that? Is that. It's Pod Save America. What is that one?
Fletcher
Yes, Gillian, that was on Pod Saves America.
Gillian
I was pretty freaked out about Nick Fuendes on the right being. I'm not gonna say the word platformed. I don't believe in taking away people's platforms. Obviously normalized is more the word that I'm looking for because Nick Fuentes would say the craziest things. The craziest, most racist, anti semitic, anti female. He would glorify graping women as Hasan Piker has. He says that he doesn't care if women were graped. Sorry, gotta use that word on October 7th by Hamas. And I had wanted people not to de platform Fuentes, but to say that is a reprehensible message. Right. And to blow holes in his absurd arguments. Because Nick Fuentes is. Listen, he's a smart kid, he's articulate and he is intelligent, but he spews a lot of baloney. And I'll give you an example. Like he was talking about how he worshiped Stalin because of the fact that he was successfully able to industrialize the ussr. And he was claiming that there was no other way to do it than slave labor and the gulags and all of this. And that's absolutely not the case. It has been done repeatedly throughout history in other ways. I think it's the Meijing dynasty in Japan actually is a perfect example of this. We don't need to go down that rabbit hole. But I promise you, if you do a little bit of homework, you'll realize he's lying, he's full of it. But when you don't push back on him and he glorifies Stalin, you're normalizing this kind of insanity. And I was critical of the fact that the right didn't do enough to separate themselves from that kind of radicalism on the left. You now have a guy that has begun to make, as I mentioned, begun to make Nick Fuentes look like an altar boy. And not only are they not tiptoeing around. They're platforming him. They are fully embracing him. The left did deplatform Fuentes. They debanked him. They put him on a no fly list. They kicked him off of every social media platform they pulled him off of Spotify. Every single platform they pulled him off of. I'm not advocating for that. I want to be clear. What I'm trying to show is they went after this guy with absolute fury. They tried to pound him into oblivion. Okay. Hasan Piker is speaking at Yale. He is on the campaign trail with Democratic candidates. He was just with Ilhan Omar recently. I just wrote about this in the Daily Mail. He's a giant megaphone for Mamdani Fletch. Didn't you tell me he was just with that guy we exposed in Michigan? The senator? Al said, the one who loves the Ayatollah. That's hyperbole, but yep, Abdul.
Fletcher
Abdul El Sade, the senator rushing for Michigan.
Gillian
The guy that said that he didn't want to comment on the death of the Ayatollah because his constituents were sad about it. Yeah. This is who Hassan Piker is hand in glove with. So to be honest, I think the hypocrisy of the left is glaring. And I was going out saying to people on the right, I'm like, you guys better. You know, this is terrible. Like, this is gonna cost the midterms. This is gonna make moderates recoil. Like you have to do. You have to say, like, this isn't what the party stands for. And now the left is like, oh, Hasan, finally we've learned how to appeal to young men. Like an absolute monster. This is our guy. Okay. All right. And you know, there are some people on the right that are like, let them do it. This is great. This will hurt them more. But again, I'm going to say, I don't care what side of the aisle you are on. When you normalize these kind of hateful, misogynist, anti Semitic, racist, anti American. I want to call him a name, but I won't. Men, that is a really dangerous validation for our young people. It is. I was worried about Fuentes, man. Wow. Fuentes loses in a cage match to this savage every single day of the week. Every day of the week. And I actually think that the party now who steps up and goes, that's a repulsive message. We don't deplatform these people, cuz this is America. But we don't stand for that. Is once again going to be the party of common sense. And once again the party that takes away the middle, the purple people in the midterms this year.
Jillian Michaels
Okay, Gillian, here we go. This is a big one. A bombshell report from Benny Johnson, who does a great job covering stuff like this from Congress. I'm going to let him tee this one up. Team Benny Johnson.
Benny Johnson
Remember why the US House of Representatives no longer has the page program. Only the Senate retains it because of this behavior. Because young children who would go from their schools to learn from our leaders were literally assaulted by members of Congress. And these are 13, 14, 15 year olds. That's why the US House of Representatives no longer has the page program. So, so understanding this is so vital for people to understand why this is a very important moment in time for our youth for future leaders and generations to come.
Jillian Michaels
Wow.
Hasan Piker
Wow. And more women are lawyering up right now against Swalwell.
Mike Slater
Unbelievable.
Gillian
Yep.
Benny Johnson
There's one with a press conference today and there's another one lawyering up as we speak.
Gillian
Okay, so hold on a second. This is coming up because of what happened with Swalwell and that's what. And Santos is saying that the House of Representatives killed the page program because so many young teens were getting assaulted. That's the accusation he's clearly making, right?
Jillian Michaels
Yes, absolutely.
Gillian
Okay, hold on a second though, because that's. Listen, after Epstein, I think we're all just like, everybody's a devil worshiper and everybody assaults people and you know, I think we're. I'm not saying this isn't true and I definitely wanna litigate his claim, but correct me if I'm wrong, isn't George Santos, like disgraced in some way? I don't really remember who he is, but I feel like he was kicked out of the House cuz he was, I don't know, did a bunch wrong. What's the deal with him? Guys, can you look into that for me?
Jillian Michaels
Let's. Let's get into this. So 2022, George Santos was first elected to Congress in New York. It was a huge election for him and for Republic. That seat was flipped and it helped McCarthy secure the majority. At the time, his resume that he used and was publicly advertising to get himself elected was later proven to be completely fabricated. That kind of exploded in late 2022 and early 2023. Right after the guy was elected, he lied about holding prominent jobs at Goldman Sachs, at Citigroup, when he not only did not hold the positions he said he held, he actually never even worked with the organizations. He fabricated his. What claimed that he had a degree that he did not and of course, there are personal stories about Santos. When you obviously do something nefarious like this, people get to digging and the Internet digs up every bad comment that you've ever made. So certainly we can get into that. But here is, here's the crazy part, Jillian. In January of 2023, they swore this guy in anyway. They swore him in anyway. And he admitted to embellishing, but denied doing so criminally. Long story short, he was ousted very, very publicly. Everybody knows that George Santos lied his way into Congress and completely made an absolute fool of his party by getting himself kicked out.
Gillian
These are the people that are supposed to be writing laws for 330 million of us. There's something to be said about individuals that are attracted to politics. I was just talking to link Lauren about this because of course we were talking about Swalwell. And by the way, I want all of us to circle back to how come it took 13 years, however long, for this to come out so strange. But you've got Anthony Weiner and Eric Swalwell and all of these. Now we're gonna get all this information of people in Congress who've abused kids, which none of us would be surprised by. But then it's like this guy lied. And they're all kind of scumbags. They are all kind of scumbags. And I think that the way our system is set up, you've got to sell your soul to get there. Washington is just captured soup to nuts. And if you don't play ball, they just primary you, they just boot you, period. And the person with the most money usually wins. Harris was the exception. I mean, she raised like a ridiculous amount of money in an exceptionally short period of time and still did not beat Donald Trump, which is staggering and absolutely the outlier with regard to this situation. But to get there, you gotta be corrupt. Nine times outta 10, maybe 99 out of 100 to stay there, you gotta be corrupt or they'll primary you. And I think to want to be in a position of power. Every good person, last thought, and I'm gonna let you guys weigh in here, every single person that I like and I've said, why don't you run? Whether it's Corolla or it's a Hannity, there are plenty of people out there who are exceptionally intelligent, who have the best intentions. And you're thinking, why don't you run for mayor, run for governor, why don't you run for Senate? They don't want to, they don't want to do that job because they know what it takes to get into that position of power. And last but not least, I've famously talked about this. Before that there was a TED Talk. Bill Moore made fun of me because I watched. I still watch TED Talks. Some follow the noise. Bloomberg follows the money. hey, this is Mike Slater. I have a podcast called Politics by Faith. I would love for you to listen. We take the news of the day and we run it through the Bible. What does the Bible have to say about this? Because there's nothing new under the sun. You read the headlines, everything's all crazy, World's coming to an end. It's all in the Bible. And after every episode, hopefully you leave with a proper perspective and a biblical piece. Please join us wherever you listen to podcasts and we also have a YouTube page as well. Gillian
There was a TED talk about the kind of person that is attracted to power and you gotta have, I think, an element of megalomania if you think that you should be in charge of millions of people. I don't know. That's not necessarily a responsibility. I, you know, let's. I'd be like, oh, God, you know, am I up for this? Am I good enough for this? Am I gonna be able to do a good enough job here? And then if you got past the fact that, like, yes, I'll surround myself with the best possible people, I got this. Knowing what you've got to do to get there, I don't know. Guys, what's your take on this team? Who wants to go first?
Jillian Michaels
I think this story is going to be huge. If these allegations are true, I think we will get facts that none of us want to see. And when that, if. And when that happens, that's the time to revisit this and really go after the people who deserve to be held accountable. I will say we only scratch the surface with Jorge Santos and the mess of lies that he has weaved for himself that follow him absolutely everywhere. This guy is probably one of the least trustworthy people that could, that could give any level of insight on any topic. So I would say, you know, just keep an eye on anything he's tied to.
Gillian
I got you. You know what, very important to point that out because as mentioned, we're all just so inclined to believe everything nowadays. Like, of course, Tyler Robinson didn't kill Charlie Kirk. Like, of course everybody's a Satanist. Of course people eat bait. Like, very responsible. Well done on this one team. You're right. Let's sit back and wait like we do. See what plays out, see what comes to pass before making conclusions. Because that's pretty scathing. You've heard me say it before, but I'm gonna say it again. I am a huge fan of skims intimates. They make the stretchiest fabric. Honestly, the underwear are the cutest and the most comfortable. The push up bras are fantastic with a new cotton fabric. That's a total game changer for me because I'm all about natural materials, but it's just ridiculously hard to find great bras in cotton fabric. And my favorite skims T shirt bra is now available in their new everyday cotton fabric. From the moment I tried it on, I knew I'd found my everyday go to bra. It's soft, it's supportive, it's just perfect. And it's perfect under just about every outfit. I've paired it with their everyday cotton boy. Short, soft, breathable. They don't pull underneath clothing. And I've been wearing my new everyday cotton pieces at work, running errands, doing physical activities, and just lounging around the house. The comfort and the versatility are on another level. So shop everyday cotton and all of my favorite bras and underwear@skims.com and before you place your order, please be sure to let them know that we sent you. All right, Jillian, the next one. We have a new bill out of California. It's called AB 2624, otherwise known as the Stop Nick Shirley Act. And this bill claims to protect immigrant organizations from threats of violence. But opponents of the bill are arguing that what it's going to do is hide fraud and destroy investigative journalism. So we thought, what better way to show you than from Nick Shirley himself? Guys, can we throw up?
Nick Shirley
S seven is a bit crazy. California Democrats Advance Stop Nick Shirley act to Criminalize Investigative Journalism. So after I expose widespread fraud all across America. And quite frankly, states like Minnesota and California are just the worst at it, letting fraud take place, especially inside of immigrant communities. For instance, the Somalians in Minnesota and then the Armenians in California. And so now they're trying to silence anybody who exposes fraud inside of California. For instance, if this bill is passed, the Quality Leering center that was in Minnesota would be protected from being exposed. That is absolutely crazy. And the Crazy thing about this is the person who is proposing this bill, her name is Mia Bonta. Her husband is the Attorney General of California. And so let's say you expose fraud. This is what could happen to you inside the state of California. You could get a misdemeanor, a $10,000 fine, imprisonment, and your content forced to be deleted. That is absolutely crazy. It is time for people to either stand up or we face mass oppression from those that rule us.
Gillian
Wow. Okay, so I didn't have a ton of time this week to dig into this one. So if I'm going off course here, correct me this, I think, as you said, is to prevent the violence against immigrants. Is that what. That's the logic. Right. You said that they are trying to get this bill passed is because it creates prejudice. People are doxxing immigrants.
Fletcher
Exactly. This bill came about after Nick Shirley alleged 170 million fraud within hospice systems in California. This is coming out in order to protect immigrant organizations from threats of violence.
Gillian
There it is. Threats of violence. I would simply ask. I saw one other thing because I did have a chance to very briefly dig into this. It's because I thought I was gonna be discussing it on Fox News and then they flipped the script on me to Swalwell. So I didn't finish my deep dive. But one of the things I also came across is that there was the concern by the people who had drafted this bill that these independent journalists were engaging in fraudulent narratives in order to promote their work and their social media channel. And there was an example, and this one example was, you know, they go to these daycare centers and nobody's there and there are no kids there. But that's because the, you know, the child care is happening at home. So I first want to address that because I've already thought that one through number one. If it's fraudulent fraud, if they're fraudulently representing fraud, why has Gavin Newsom admitted to this fraud? Why has Tim Walls admitted to this fraud? And since when does the government give you a nanny? An in home nanny? That is not a thing. I'm sorry. It's one thing if there's a daycare for numerous children and you can amortize tax dollars on childcare across 50 kids in one location. But you're telling me that you're sending nannies to people's houses. And Nick Shirley got it wrong. If you make allegations about or an organization that are not true, you get sued. This is America. Everybody sues everybody for anything all the time. They will sue these journalists if the accusations are false. So we don't. That's. You have freedom of speech, and if you use it, and you use it to make accusations that are untrue, you then get sued. That's how it works. And then it's decided, of course, whether or not that's the case. But that is just baloney. Now, as for people doxxing immigrants or engaging in acts of violence against immigrant organizations, can somebody pull up, like, do me a favor, dig in here in California and find me three incident. Three incidents of violence against an organization like Chirla that helps immigrants in California. I'm gonna wait, we're gonna pause, we're gonna stop down. Find it for me. Anything legitimate.
Jillian Michaels
I got one.
Gillian
Okay, you got one.
Jillian Michaels
Actually, let's see. One, two. No, I have three. But they're reaching here. They're really reaching. I mean.
Gillian
Okay, give me, give me, give me.
Jillian Michaels
We got a vandalism attack on in 2025.
Gillian
Was anyone hurt?
Jillian Michaels
Vandals threw bullets through the front office window. Damaging property. Staff also reported death threats.
Gillian
Damaging property. Okay, I get those all the time. Next.
Jillian Michaels
Me, too. Honestly.
Gillian
But. But it's one thing to say I get death threats. Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. It's one thing to say I get death threats. It's another thing to actually have somebody engage in an act of violence against you. So, so far, you have a broken window. Am I right? Am I right? I've got a broken window. That's what I've got. Damaged property.
Jillian Michaels
That and some name calling.
Gillian
You're telling me that what I'm going to guess are white supremacists are being enraged and inflame by the work of these independent journalists to go and commit acts of violence against NGOs that are trying to help refugees and economic migrants. That is the story, correct? That is the reasoning that they are utilizing to put this bill forward. I am not messing this up. I just want to be clear. That's the reasoning, okay? And now I'm saying, give me the evidence. And both of my producers are now combing the web, and we've been at this. We've cut this. We've been at this for about 10 minutes, and the best you've got for me is a broken window. Am I correct? That is the best you've got?
Jillian Michaels
You are correct.
Gillian
Unbelievable. And what it tells you very clearly is that they are in an active coverup because it is obscene and it is gross. And we could call it mismanagement, we could call it lack of oversight. But the fraud is so extreme in California, it is so excessive that it just simply has to be corruption. And I've said this a million times. I'm going to say it one more. Newsom's chief of staff has been indicted 23 times on accusations of fraud. Okay. His right hand.
Jillian Michaels
I think something that should not be lost in this discussion here is the overwhelming lack of care for protecting journalists and journalistic integrity and independent journalism and truth telling. And I think that lost in all of these headlines and hysteria about this ridiculous proposed bill is the fact that people out there like Nick Shirley, who are putting their reputations and in this extreme political climate, their lives on the line to tell the truth and expose what's actually happening here, have absolutely no protection.
Fletcher
Absolutely. Porter. And you know, oh, sorry, Fletch, go ahead.
Gillian
I'm sorry.
Fletcher
California State Assembly.
Gillian
Go for it.
Fletcher
Carl Die Mayo. I probably butchered that name. He's slamming the state Democrats saying that this is just being used to shield taxpayer funded organizations for public scrutiny, but also to silence citizen journalists. And you know, it kind of hits home because our Wednesday episodes we do investigative journalism on a deep dive subject. So, you know, where does this bill stop? If they're just. If they can create this bill to shield them just immigrants from violence, when does it stop? Is it going to snowball to more.
Gillian
God, there's so much there. I've been thinking a ton about our Wednesday episodes and what comes to mind for me is like, why are we the only. I'm not trying to break my arm patting myself on the back here or our team and our show, but when I tell people as we are working on these episodes and getting them ready to record and we're researching and we're fact checking and I'll tell somebody. Cause I'm just so blown away by the stuff that is being uncovered. And they're like, well, wouldn't so and so have said something about this? Would this journalist have said something about this? Why don't I see this on this news channel or that news channel? And I think that there is a. I don't know, guys. I think there's a surface level with regard to the news nowadays of what we are allowed to talk about and even the pundits that I love and we're doing this show right now, but it's like clip and banter and gossip and it's tons of fun and I love it. But I like it with the juxtaposition of what we do on Wednesday and a deep dive that we do on Sunday with thought leaders, because it kind of balances the fluff out a little bit. But now you've got these young kids that are doing, like, Woodward and Bernstein kind of work, and they're actively working to silence them, which kind of validates my deeper concern that there's some sort of weird. I don't want to say conspiracy. I don't know what the word is, but I just don't know why no one does the news anymore. Where's the news? And these kids are doing the news, and now they're working to shut them down. There is, by the way, when I was stepping on you earlier, Fletcher, there is a way to fund security for these kids. I shouldn't say kids. They're grown men. But Nick Sorter and Nick Shirley, and there is a site. I'm gonna put it in the show notes, actually. If you want to contribute a little bit to their security, even just $20, and you could pick your journalist and provide them with a little bit of financial support. Because not only are they putting their careers on the line, as you said, Porter, they're putting their lives on the line.
Jillian Michaels
Jillian, do you want a curveball? Because just mentioning Nick Sorter, citing his reporting here from X. This is from an hour ago. Minnesota legislators have just filed to impeach Tim Walls for the overwhelming fraud he has allowed across his state.
Fletcher
Oh, my gosh.
Jillian Michaels
Reporting courtesy of Nick's order. That is exactly where I'm getting it. So you mentioned him. Figured throw him a bone there for reporting this bombshell out of Minnesota. Long overdue. Tim Walls.
Bill O'Reilly
Wow.
Gillian
Well, there you go. That's what's at stake. It's not, you know, fraudulent NGOs, it's political careers.
Bill O'Reilly

Fletcher
All right, Jillian, you mentioned that reporter being attacked. We actually have that clip I want to show to you. But a little bit background. On April 11, Turning Point USA Frontlines reporter Savannah Hernandez was assaulted by a group of anti ice protesters in Minneapolis.
Gillian
Back up. Back up.
Bill O'Reilly
Yo, yo.
Gillian
It's right. Yo.
Bill O'Reilly
It's over.
Gillian
It's over.
Mike Slater
It's over,
Gillian
Guys. It's over.
Bill O'Reilly
It's over. Back the fuck up.
Gillian
It's over. It's not convicted. She'll get charged. This makes me so Mad that it actually makes me feel that violent. It brings up a rage in me. Watching these men that want at the end right now, guys, I feel like I could physically hurt him. That's how angry I am about it. And I just watched. I didn't actually see the full clip. I saw. I saw part of it. The full clip allows you to just become your rage to build as she is repeatedly assaulted. And I saw Nick Freitas talk about this, and he's like, if the police don't start doing their job, this will not be tolerated. And the implication was that of, like a civil war. You're going to force conservatives to start fighting back. I don't know what I would do if I was in that situation, because I feel like I would retaliate with violence. And that scares the shit out of me. It scares me. My own rage towards them scares me more than watching that. I don't really. How do you. I. I feel like I need some. How do you guys feel about this? Seriously? Like, are you. Do you feel violent when you watch it? Or are you just like, those people are animals? I'd never behave that way.
Fletcher
It is. It's scary seeing that group mob mentality attacking that. That sole individual. It can get bad so quickly. And again, piggybacking off of. We just talked about Nick Shirley. It's also. It goes into just silencing investigative journalism, but this is just a more violent way to try to silence them. The good news is that the FBI has opened up an investigation into the assault. And Turning Point USA said that they would be enhancing security for their personnel, which is. Which is good.
Gillian
That's not the point, though. Like, okay, so Turning Point USA is gonna enhance security. Like, great, but that's not the point. And I mean, exactly. And I think the only thing that actually brought me a moment of reprieve here is when you said the FBI was gonna go after them. And then that brings me back to kind of that Nick Shirley thought where if I felt. Now that I think about the violence that I feel in my soul watching that, now that I think about, oh, the FBI is going to get them. Well, I don't feel the need actually. Now I'm like, okay, good. Like, I don't feel I need to take this matter into my own hands. I don't feel like. And you're thinking, oh, you're. You know, you're five foot two, Jillian. Yeah. You know, but I would show up with bear spray. That's what I would do. Trust me. I like, if I was in that situation, if you said to me right now, we're going to put you on the ground, right? We're going back in time and all these people are gonna attack this woman. Oh, I would show up ready to defend her. And the thing that makes me feel calmer is like, well, the FBI is gonna open up and if there's somebody's gonna do something about it and these people are gonna pay. And that brings down my level of fury. So I actually realize a little bit more now after you say that how right Nick Fit Freitas is. Law enforcement needs to step up and they need to be empowered to do their job because this goes nowhere good.
Unknown Conservative Commentator
People will die but are shocked by this video. I'm going to tell you, I'm not terribly shocked. I'm just not anymore. Now, when it comes to violence toward men, they prefer the standoff of a rifle, right? Because otherwise they get beat down pretty quick. But when it comes to a woman that weighs a buck 26 soaking wet. Yeah, this guy right here apparently doesn't mind just fully coming up and shoving her to the ground and feeling entirely justified in doing so. Now understand that this is just the moral framework the left has created. And so it shouldn't shock you anymore. It's only going to get worse from here. And part of the reason it gets worse is because local law enforcement doesn't adequately arrest and prosecute these people. And so what needs to be understand is this, if local law enforcement chooses not to do anything about this, it doesn't mean nothing, nothing will be done. It just won't go through the normal channels. Because that's the consequence. That's the consequence of law enforcement not equally applying the law. Because some leftist district attorney or commonwealth attorney or police chief or mayor has decided that if you're a conservative, you just don't get the protection of law enforcement. They're going to get protection one way or another. So maybe it's time to step up and do your job and do it swiftly, because this has officially gotten old.

We have former president Joe Biden this past Tuesday was at Syracuse University and they were there to celebrate him and unveil a new portrait which will be displayed in the law school's law library reading room. And I just need to show you a clip of him speaking. Guys, can we throw up? SOT5.
Bill O'Reilly
I turn around one guy and say, barack, what are you doing?
Gillian
Come here, come here, come here, come here, come here.
Bill O'Reilly
I feel like he should be standing on the right and I should be standing on the left
Gillian
at Brock. Anyway, no.
Unknown Conservative Commentator
Well, you know, I tried.
Gillian
Oh my God. You know what's funny about this? This is the party, right, that built an entire brand on calling everybody else racist. And then in 2020, what they do, they sit down and look at the bench and say, you know, who represents our values best? The 80 year old white guy with a 40 year paper trail of saying racist crap. I mean, do you guys know about Biden's history with this stuff? Because for anybody who's unfamiliar, let me regale you. So we'll start with this clip, which is bananas, you know, the all the black people look the same comment. And what's funny is I don't even think he understands what he's revealing about himself when he says that. And this actually has a name. It's called the other race effect. And it's when someone sees individuals in a race that is not theirs as interchangeable. Right. Which is, I don't know, inherently dehumanizing. But it's not new for Biden. I mean, the guy literally is systemic racism. If you go all the way back to the 94 crime bill, you got mandatory minimums, three strike laws billions were poured into prison expansion. And those policies disproportionately drove the mass incarceration of people of color for decades. This is a guy who famously argued on the Senate floor against busing in schools, warning, and I'm literally quoting here, that he didn't want his kids to go to school in a racial jungle. And this was not like a hot mic, kind of off the record moment. This was an on the Senate floor, deliberately into a microphone moment. And if I recall correctly, this was like all in the wake of a case, court case, called Brown v. Board of Education, when the courts were actively trying to force integrations in school because the schools, left to their own devices, weren't doing anything about it. But Biden did not just oppose busing. This guy lined up with someone named Jesse Helms. And Jesse Helms made a career out of fighting against civil rights. This animal, Jesse Helms, animal filibustered MLK Day, guys. And he opposed just about every major desegregation effort that has ever been on the table. And Biden was like, yeah, that's my guy. That's my legislative partner on race policy. And it actually gets worse. Biden referred to this guy, Strom Thurmond, as one of his best friends. You guys are too young for this one, too. But Strom Thurmond makes Helms look like an angel. He was literally one of the most committed segregationists of the 20th century. In 1948, he ran for president on a single platform, single. Keep black and white Americans separated. And he called it states rights. And Biden actually called Strom Thurmond one of his closest friends. And in the early 2000s, he eulogized this guy. So if you're like, well, that was 1948. No, no, no, no, no. As recent as the early 2000s, Biden made that statement of Strom Thurmond, he's one of my closest friends. And then eulogized him. And it was like a 20 minute opus. Waxing poetic about Strom Thurman. I think I spent maybe five minutes on my wedding vows telling my wife, you know, how special she is. 20 minutes. Biden is also the guy. This list is so long. He's also the guy that in 2007, sat down for an interview and said that Barack Obama, this is a quote, is the first sort of mainstream African American who's articulate and bright and clean. Clean and a nice looking guy. Clean as though it was surprising. In an interview with the New York Observer, Biden described his presidential opponent, Barack Obama, saying, I mean, you got the first mainstream African American who is articulate and bright and clean and is a nice looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook man. And then he called it a storybook. He's like, it's a storybook, man. Because what. It's just so rare that a person of color would be clean. I mean, that it's fairy tale status. And he's. I don't even know how he was the nominee in 2020. And then he went on the Daily show to clean it up. And he looks into the camera and he's like, I meant to say fresh instead of clean. And it was. I just remember, like, you could hear a pin drop. And he goes. He looks at Jon Stewart deadpan, and he's like, it's not working right? Like the COVID up. You're not buying it? I don't know. I don't know. I was still left of center in 2020, and I did not vote for Biden because I remember who he was. And I just kept thinking, like, how's this your guy? Like, how is this your guy? I don't know. Team. He is. If this guy was a Republican, he would have been eviscerated. His track record is so catastrophic. I'm done. Thoughts on him from the younger generation here?
Jillian Michaels
I think it's absolutely time for the Democrats to take away Joe Biden's microphone. I think the ship has sailed as you've laid out, and the damage is done. No good can come from Joe Biden standing on stage with a microphone in hand.
Gillian
I know. I just. I am confounded that they keep trotting him out there. Didn't he say something recently, like, about kids? Do you guys know what I'm talking about? Like, it was a racist thing about kids.
Fletcher
That was when he was running for president and he was at Iowa. Oh, we actually have that clip.
Bill O'Reilly
We have this notion that somehow if you're poor, you cannot do it. Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.
Gillian

They highlight not just corruption and hypocrisy at the highest levels, but also the shrinking space for independent journalism and the growing risks faced by truth-tellers. The episode’s tone is assertive, sometimes irreverent, and confrontational, challenging both major parties and urging listeners to value common sense, transparency, and accountability over tribal loyalty.
