Hello and welcome to this episode of Kennedy Saves the World. Pam Bondi is out. There's been rampant speculation for a couple days that the President was going to fire his attorney general. And it happened supposedly right around the time he gave the big speech last night. It was an update to the nation on Iran and where we are in, in terms of the non war over there. They had an interesting field trip yesterday to the Supreme Court where the President sat and listened to oral argument about birthright citizenship. And Pam Bondi was there with him. Just a couple of party pals taken in scotus. And you know, it's, it's not typical for two branches of the federal government to commingle in that way, but the president decided that it was important for him to hear argument in person and thus he did. And I don't know what it was about the sojourn, but he gave Pam Bondi the axe shortly after that. You know, she was apparently, according to the Daily Mail, begging to keep her job and she was pleading with the President not to fire her and to give her more time. And he did not listen to her pleas. He considers her to be very loyal and, and a close friend and said so in a statement. Also said that she's transitioning to a job in the private sector. Many within the Trump administration and even politicos outside were very critical of the way that she handled the Epstein files with varying degrees of urgency because, you know, of course, when she assumed office, she was like, I'm releasing all the files and we're getting to the bottom of this and here's a bunch of binders. And then of course, she said that the client list was on her desk and Susie Wiles and that long winded Vanity Fair interview said she whiffed it on the Epstein files and she didn't go far enough. And then she handed out binders to pro Trump influencers, said she had the client list on her desk. And Susie Wiles said not only did she not have a list. No list exists. I don't know why she said that. So Pam Bondi had really lost the confidence of many people within the President's orbit for quite some time. So it was only a matter of time. And it just goes to show, I think it's harder for high profile women in his administration to keep their roles. And even, you know, his supporters outside of the administration, like Marjorie Taylor Greene, you know, she just, she just gave up. Apparently. She went to the President and was like, I want to run for Senate in Georgia. And he was like, no, I will primary you. And she was like, fine, I want to run for governor. He was like, absolutely not. You can't win, therefore I will not endorse you. And she was like, you know what? Screw it, I'm leaving Congress. So not only did she not run again, she just took her ball and went home. Elise Stefanik kind of did the same thing because, you know, originally she was going to be the US Ambassador to the UN and then Trump's like, no, there's such a narrow margin and she's from a blue state, so let's keep her in Congress. And. And then somehow she lost his support. So she's like, that's it. Screw it, I'm going home. And of course, Kristi Noem, you have to wonder if the President knew about Brian Noemi when he redirected Christie's career to instead of being a cabinet secretary, being a special envoy to the Shield of the Americas, whatever that means in the Western Hemisphere, so she and Corey Lewandowski can still get on a bunch of puddle jumpers and be a couple of cuddle humpers in their semi official role in the administration. So, you know, now Pam Bondi is the latest. And when she was fired, I looked at all this and I was like, wow, it doesn't matter what kind of a vocal proponent you are for this President, because if you are a female in his cabinet and you are not doing well, you are not long for this world. It doesn't matter how loud and supportive you've been. And we see that from Marjorie Taylor Greenery. And she was, and I've written about this for Daily Mail, she was essentially a congressional rodeo clown. Remember during Biden's last State of the Union, she was wearing all that pro Trump stuff and almost got kicked out as State of the Union. And you know, even with all of that, you know, bleeding for the President, it wasn't enough. And I never thought that Pam Bondi was up for the role. I never thought she was competent enough for the role. I understand that loyalty is very important to him. And don't go anywhere more. Kennedy Saves the World right after this.

I'm Ram Reddy and I'm running for governor. There are only two lanes in this race. In my lane, just me. I will not take donations nor seek endorsements. In the other lane, four career politicians with over 50 years in government. Time for something different paid for by ready for governor.

Part of the issue with him was not just her botched handling of the Epstein files and everything else surrounding that case. It was also that she wasn't pressing forward enough, targeting some of the people he considers to be not only his biggest enemies, but people who have run afoul of the law and abused their power. You know, people like James Comey and Eric Swalwell. So there have been whispers that part of the reason she was sacked was because she had leaked information to. To Eric Swalwell about the FBI releasing files about his spy humping. You know, Christine Fang, remember Fang Fang? And she and Eric Swalwell were. And you know, that has always been a black eye and a huge embarrassment for him. And, you know, apparently Pam Bondi went to him, was like, oh, hey, man, this is what the federal government is about to release on you. Uh, so, you know, they're playing footsie in this close relationship. The president got wind of it, and it just. It just goes to show that in terms of ags, she's still JV and was not going to be long for this world. In his second term, it's probably for the better. One of his defense attorneys in the Alvin Bragg case, Todd Blanch, who has been the deputy attorney general, is now the acting attorney general, and we'll see if that position sticks. I don't have a feeling that it's going to there. You know, they're a list of names that they're discussing, including Lee Zeldin, who is now the EPA administrator. And he was also. And this is when, you know, Trump likes someone, when he gives the same person a number of varying jobs. Because Lee Zeldin was also one of the people who was tasked with helping cut red tape for the LA Wildfire victims, which, you know, so far, all of the. All of the people of government in the state of California and in the city of Los Angeles still completely screwing over homeowners. And I can't tell you how hideous and annoying that has been. So he tried to put Lee Zeldin in charge of that, and now, hell, he may be ag. No, Jefferson Beauregard sessions, reprising his role once more. But at least with this White House, at least with this era of politics, it is never boring. This has been Kennedy Saves the World Couldn't save Pam Bondi. She couldn't save herself. But I'm Kennedy. This episode centers on the firing of Attorney General Pam Bondi by President Trump. Kennedy breaks down the events leading up to Bondi's dismissal, examines issues with her tenure (especially around the Epstein files), and discusses a pattern of high-profile women in the Trump orbit falling out of favor. The narrative is sharp, laced with Kennedy’s trademark irreverence, and engages recent political events and rumors with both humor and critique.
On the firing:
"Pam Bondi was there with him. Just a couple of party pals taken in SCOTUS. And I don't know what it was about the sojourn, but he gave Pam Bondi the axe shortly after that."
— Kennedy (00:48)
On women allies falling out:
“It goes to show, I think it's harder for high profile women in his administration to keep their roles...if you are a female in his cabinet and you are not doing well, you are not long for this world. It doesn't matter how loud and supportive you've been.”
— Kennedy (02:54)
On Pam Bondi’s reputation:
"I never thought that Pam Bondi was up for the role. I never thought she was competent enough for the role. I understand that loyalty is very important to him.”
— Kennedy (04:33)
On the Trump administration:
“At least with this White House, at least with this era of politics, it is never boring. This has been Kennedy Saves the World. Couldn't save Pam Bondi. She couldn't save herself.”
— Kennedy (08:14)
Kennedy brings her characteristic blend of humor, skepticism, and sharp political commentary. She doesn’t mince words about perceived incompetence, the shifting loyalty tests in Trumpworld, and the optics of high-profile firings—especially for women. Listeners get an incisive look at the personalities and palace intrigue, all handled with Kennedy’s no-nonsense, occasionally biting, but always entertaining style.
