So Carrie, let's find out a little bit about you before we dive into the lemme conversation. How did you know you have the ability to communicate with animals?

I really didn't until I started people mediumship readings. And one day I was talking to this girl and I was like, why do I keep seeing a yellow bird around? She started crying. She was like, that was my yellow bird for 12 years. And that's when I kind of learned to study it. And I'm self taught. But everything I know is from Penelope Smith, who's the guru of animal communication.

And are there other people in your family who have the gift of being able to read people?

They don't. They. No, they can't.

Definitely animals. I mean, I love people readings too, but animals are just, it's unconditional love. It's just, it's pure positivity most of the time.

So it really is like when you talk to people about losing pets, it's so painful. It's so deeply painful. And it's. But I think that is one of the most remarkable aspects of our humanity that we are able to bond with our pets the way we are.

Absolutely. Yeah. I mean, and I love being able to provide hopefully closure for those people who get to talk to their animals on the other side. Maybe they're feeling guilt or they're, you know, upset that they don't know if they did it, they euthanized at the right time or, you know, they have a lot of questions that are unanswered and I'm able to provide that for them. So it's such an honor to be able to do that.

And are there any animals that you've met that are jerks?

Only the ones that are really, really sick and just don't want to talk to me. And so it's usually like a stray cat or feral cat.

Oh, cats. Yeah. I'm not a fan of cats.

They are so underrated. They get a bad rap, but they are, they're healing us all the time. They're like Zen Buddha masters. They're amazing. I love cats.

I love all cat. Timf just got a one eyed cat named Juan because he has Juan eye and he's a really nice cat that's like. I don't, I, I, I think that he's a very sweet, peaceful cat. I think he came into her life for a reason.

I mean, I, he's telling me a lot of things. He just said ice cream pup cup. Oh, God.

And then this is so cliche, so I hate to say it, but peanut butter, like, he just, he loves peanut butter.

Every once in a while I'll put it on the side of the bathtub. Maybe once a year, even if he's

had it once, he'll bring it up as something that he really, really loved. So. Okay. Yeah. But in terms of like how he's feeling, his tummy does hurt a little bit. I tell everybody if you're, if they're on chicken, get them off the chicken. It's, everybody's allergic to it and the dogs are allergic and, or intolerant to it. So.

Yeah, he, he might have had some chicken the other day, Carrie. Cuz he got into my older daughter's room and she had a bag of Taco Bell on the floor and yeah, he went face first into that. Maybe. Maybe that's what's hurting his tummy.

I wish he had told me. Tacos. He just said. Yes, that. But he just said it was worth it, though, so that's.

Is he still mad at me because I gave him a bath last night?

No, but he really doesn't like the water in his face.

Oh, yeah. He's a big salmon fan. So he. This week he did get some code and he gets salmon, like, just about once a week.

Yep. He's got a little bit of arthritis, you know, on his spine. Nothing too crazy. I think it's just aging. You said he was ten and a half, so that's pretty.

Yes, he does like laying in the sun. He does not like going for walks. As soon as you take him outside, he. He does a 180 to go back inside.

No, but interestingly enough, he has seen spirits in your house. I don't. Not trying to creep you out, but, you know, we all have spirit guides, ancestors, angels, and that's what he's seeing, so.

Okay, so let me ask you this, because I've always felt that Lemmy has sort of embodied either my dad, who passed away six days before he was born, or my grandmother, who passed away five years before he was born.

I mean, that can definitely happen, but I believe that, you know, if they died right before they were born, they can often manipulate their energy. So it's probably more like that is what's okay. Yeah. But he does see them around you a lot, so.

Oh, okay. He does like to eat bear poop, so we have to be very careful because dogs shouldn't eat bear poop. And he, like. We have to watch him very closely when he's at the cabin.

I tell everybody if you're, if they're on chicken, get them off the chicken. It's, everybody's allergic to it and the dogs are allergic and, or intolerant to it. So.

Okay, so let me ask you this, because I've always felt that Lemmy has sort of embodied either my dad, who passed away six days before he was born, or my grandmother, who passed away five years before he was born.

I mean, that can definitely happen, but I believe that, you know, if they died right before they were born, they can often manipulate their energy. So it's probably more like that is what's okay. Yeah. But he does see them around you a lot, so.
