Host/Announcer
Welcome to the Kind of Funny Games cast for October 2, 2025. I am Andy Cortez and I'm joined by Nick Scarpino.
Nick Scarpino
Hello, Andy.
Host/Announcer
Hey, Nick. It's good to see you, man.
Nick Scarpino
Good to be seen.
Host/Announcer
Yeah, good to be seen. Also joined by the two Call of Duty bros that had themselves a week of a lifetime. And I cannot wait to hear all of the stories. Roger Piccorni and Snowbike Mike.
Andy Cortez
Hello, Andy.
Snowbike Mike
I would like to read a message.
Nick Scarpino
What's happening? Yeah, what is happening between you 2 right now?
Snowbike Mike
0 idea what's happening because I.
Nick Scarpino
What's going.
Snowbike Mike
Actually, I do have an idea because I'll read a message from 10:52am right before games Daily started.
Andy Cortez
Like, yeah, quote, there's no fun, no anecdote.
Snowbike Mike
This is from Snowbug Mike. I'm going to go nonverbal. He just looked at me, sent that message and said, you're going to tell all the stories today.
Andy Cortez
But I've already gone verbal.
Snowbike Mike
Okay. Yeah, yeah, but you're doing.
Nick Scarpino
You're doing a verbal non verbal right now.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, exactly.
Nick Scarpino
You're salty. For some reason, I want to know why.
Host/Announcer
Plus, like it's already been like over 24 hours since you all got back. The stories are like, they came and they went. No, you told them to us.
Andy Cortez
I've already told the story is that.
Snowbike Mike
Mike has been telling the stories to anybody who will listen. I'm trying to keep it secret. The stories have already been out there because of Mike. But if you haven't been listening, I'm excited to tell you it all because we have some fun ones. We have some secret ones too. Oh, the secret ones. Mike may or may not have potentially shit his pants. We will talk about that later.
Nick Scarpino
Oh, he definitely did because he texted.
Host/Announcer
Me, hey, body got loose.
Nick Scarpino
I shit.
Andy Cortez
My face got a little loose.
Host/Announcer
This is the kind of funny games cast. Each and every weekday we get together to talk about the biggest reviews, previews and topics of video games live on YouTube, Twitch and podcast services around the globe. If you love what we do, support us with the kind of Funny membership on Patreon, YouTube, Spotify or Apple Podcasts to get all of our shows ad free, watch us record them live and get a daily exclusive show from Chance to be part of the show. Submit your thoughts and opinions as YouTube super chats. I'm not really sure what you could possibly even super chat in because before the podcast started Roger said, andy, I got the doc set up for you. You should probably maybe ask a question or two. About the video game because I don't have any info about it down there. So maybe I'll kind of got caught.
Snowbike Mike
Up in all the shenanigans. We did forgot that we'd also played the game.
Host/Announcer
Yeah, I forgot. Yeah, they. They played a decent amount of Black Ops 7 and we'll get to learn all about that. Remember, we're in love impresses business. All about live talk shows. Kind of funny Games Daily was about GameStop standing up to the Xbox game pass price increase. And after this, we have Tron Legacy in review.
Nick Scarpino
Cannot wait.
Host/Announcer
And we got some surprises for you all.
Snowbike Mike
It's gonna be special guests maybe.
Host/Announcer
Yeah, it's a special guest for trying to review. Yeah, really trying to.
Nick Scarpino
I can't believe we got them. Yeah, I can't believe we got them.
Host/Announcer
We got.
Nick Scarpino
I can't believe they're gonna be here.
Host/Announcer
It's the CG version of what's his face.
Nick Scarpino
Oh, Jeff. Jeff Bridges. His face.
Host/Announcer
Awful.
Nick Scarpino
His. His just his lips that would. At one point, I swear to God, the lips just sort of moved off the face and then came back to the face. What the fuck are we doing?
Host/Announcer
If you're a kind of funny member. Today's Greg Ways. 24 minutes and it tackles. The question is game passes value. Actually perfect. Oh, damn.
Snowbike Mike
Hot takes.
Host/Announcer
Greg's looking for the heat. Yeah, the streets weren't hot enough for him. He wants it. Thank you to our Patreon producers, Carl Jacobs, Omega Buster and and Delaney the Psalm twining. We greatly, greatly appreciate you all, everybody today. We're brought to you by the kind of funny Games Daily Episode 2000 and our new merch. We'll tell you all about that later. For now, let's start with topic of the show. Black Ops 7. You Roger Piccor at Snowbike. Mike went to Las Vegas for not just a game event. There were many, many activities had in Las Vegas. I want to know all about them. I want to know about the video game as well. I saw a lot of scuttlebutt on the Internet about, you know, some zombie streamers being like, I don't want to play Battle Royale. And it's like, okay. But like that's the fucking event. You gotta. You gotta do what they tell you to play. Like they were doing. They flew you out there to do, you know, to go through the schedule. So I want to hear if you all got any sort of the, you know, experience any of the drama there. And also what sort of celebrities you all met. Where do you want to start? Because I had Questions? Well, I had a very, very. I believe it was an Instagram story from Roger which sort of really set the scene. Who said we already have about two hours worth of podcast material and we haven't even gotten on the plane yet with the stuff that Stoneback Mike has been doing.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, we. We started off, Roger showed up late.
Andy Cortez
No Starbucks fucking Roger right now.
Snowbike Mike
So let me just set the theme from my perspective. Right? So I had this.
Host/Announcer
Just going to be a kf.
Snowbike Mike
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Andy Cortez
I just want to.
Nick Scarpino
Hold on, hold on. Before we do this because. Because before we get into this now.
Andy Cortez
We have to do that. We have to do the. His view versus my view at all.
Nick Scarpino
Here's what. Here's what. Here's what.
Snowbike Mike
It was the right and the wrong.
Nick Scarpino
I am legitimately interested in the game itself. Should we talk about the different modes you played, how you feel about those modes?
Snowbike Mike
We'll get them.
Andy Cortez
No, you're gonna have.
Snowbike Mike
We're not gonna get there.
Andy Cortez
You're gonna have a lot of fun with this.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Andy Cortez
And also the beta is open right now. We're gonna play you and I this weekend and on Monday.
Nick Scarpino
Okay.
Host/Announcer
Yo, what about me?
Andy Cortez
New new wartime map.
Nick Scarpino
So stop dialing it back.
Andy Cortez
Let's talk about Nick.
Host/Announcer
That's great.
Andy Cortez
Point. Yeah.
Snowbike Mike
Let's talk about the game.
Host/Announcer
No, I didn't see the Sniper.
Andy Cortez
Oh. So there's a kill streak with the Super Sniper that sees through walls and it's sick. You're gonna love it.
Host/Announcer
Okay. All right.
Nick Scarpino
So what did you guys play when you went. What modes did you guys play?
Snowbike Mike
So as Andy was alluding to, they put us through a bunch of the different modes here. So we played multiplayer, which had Team Deathmatch, Domination Hardpoint.
Nick Scarpino
So this the standard.
Snowbike Mike
Standard stuff, right?
Nick Scarpino
New maps.
Snowbike Mike
Yes.
Nick Scarpino
Or recycling old maps.
Andy Cortez
OMN plus.
Snowbike Mike
Yes. OMN plus. You can jump off of walls now.
Nick Scarpino
OMN Movement plus Bounce. Yeah, they put a next to it.
Host/Announcer
Yeah. This one costs even more.
Andy Cortez
Oh, yeah.
Nick Scarpino
How much will the battle pass on this one?
Host/Announcer
The Pro XL one comes out next week.
Nick Scarpino
I think I'm going to do the C version, which is just the normal version of Moving.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah. So they put us through multiplayer. Then we went into Zombies. We played that new map there. And then Warzone. We played the new map on Warzone. And then we also played the new version of Verdansk, which has a few new pois and updated areas.
Nick Scarpino
Okay, so you played Warzone. This is the resurgence map that you guys are playing on right now. What's it called? Haven't Heaven Hollows. Hollows.
Andy Cortez
Eve.
Host/Announcer
All Hollows.
Andy Cortez
Hollows.
Host/Announcer
Hollow's end.
Andy Cortez
Hollow's end.
Nick Scarpino
You guys burned a lot of brain cells.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah. It was a week. It was a week Hollow. There it is.
Nick Scarpino
I was actually very close.
Andy Cortez
Call of Duty Zombies map from last year, Nick. It has Appalachia vibes in the fall and it has nine pois on it from a riverboat all the way up to the top near the mountain peak. And it rocks.
Host/Announcer
When you say based on a Black Ops map, it is. Was it like these are a lot of the structures in that map and then they expanded beyond that, the whole.
Andy Cortez
Downtown, if you remember. If you remember zombies. That first. No, this is not.
Snowbike Mike
Oh, this is.
Nick Scarpino
Yeah, I was going to say this. It's not for dance.
Snowbike Mike
No, I think this is for Dan.
Andy Cortez
Yeah, that's for Dansk. Oh, is it okay?
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Andy Cortez
Oh, it's snowing now. The Call of Duty map last time by the bridge, they have all of downtown, the. The bowling alley and more. And then they expanded upon that around it.
Host/Announcer
Okay.
Andy Cortez
Very cool.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, it looks. It has a different look and feel to it. Very vibrant, very pretty. And yeah, it's. It's exactly what you. What you expect. It is that little area and then they expand past it and they have a little river. They have some really cool moments there. I played one game of that and I had a good time. I'm not a War Zone person. That's not the way that I play this game.
Nick Scarpino
But this is. This is the new map. This is the research map.
Snowbike Mike
Yes, I believe so.
Nick Scarpino
This is. Okay, interesting. So it's mostly flat.
Snowbike Mike
Yes.
Nick Scarpino
So we're seeing here.
Andy Cortez
Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
Interesting. A lot of the big circle. I don't mind it.
Host/Announcer
A lot of close quarter battles.
Andy Cortez
Bigger than Rebirth. Yeah, it's good. Nick, this map, really. Really.
Nick Scarpino
You liking it?
Andy Cortez
Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
Okay.
Andy Cortez
I'm excited to spend more time. We got an hour on that, which came out to about three games for us. So not enough time, but just enough to get teased and want more.
Nick Scarpino
Now, did you get murdered by any huge streamers in this?
Andy Cortez
Oh, every.
Nick Scarpino
The team just destroy you there.
Andy Cortez
FIFA killer was there. Who won World Series of War Zone? Oh, he dominated us. Everybody in their mama was here. It was a big event. Big time event. What.
Host/Announcer
What are some of the big key differences that you could say that you've noticed? I know we didn't put the most time into Black Ops 6. We did our usual, like, here's a couple weeks with it and we hop in and hop out. What were some of the big things that you go, oh, I like these perks that you were mentioning with the Sniper or whatever. These perk features, the way the movement is sort of intermingled with these older maps kind of adds a lot new opportunities. What were some of the big takeaways?
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, they have a lot of new. They have a new perk system right here where basically, if you are able to. The different colors of the perks, right? They have red, blue, and green. If you either mix or match with certain ones, you have two of one color, or if you have all of one color, then you get another perk. Right. So you're able to kind of build out your loadout that way. There was one, which. I don't remember the color situation what it was, but there was one where every time you get a kill, basically you get a mini UAV for a few seconds, you get to see where the next closest enemy is. So that was super helpful for me and us specifically with the way that we played. We did. Spoiler alert. We shared a controller the entirety of the time we played multiplayer. So for us, being able to kind of kill somebody and then immediately see where to go, it helped us work together and kind of make Call of Duty history. So that was. That was a big deal.
Nick Scarpino
Did you guys get any kills?
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, surprisingly enough, we got a lot of kills.
Andy Cortez
Really well.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, we did super well.
Nick Scarpino
What did your. Here's a. I guess a question for you guys then. You were playing in Resurgence when you guys were sharing this.
Andy Cortez
No, multiplayer and Zombies is where we shared.
Nick Scarpino
Okay, so you're playing multiplayer, so presumably you have other members, people that were around you on your team.
Andy Cortez
6V6.
Snowbike Mike
Cool.
Nick Scarpino
How did they feel about you guys sharing a controller?
Snowbike Mike
Everyone loved it.
Andy Cortez
Yeah, everybody.
Nick Scarpino
That was good.
Andy Cortez
Talking to town, really.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, everyone loved it. Activision loved that we did that. And also our team loved it because we weren't at the bottom of the leaderboard.
Andy Cortez
We weren't at the bottom of the leaderboard, Nick. Wow. Ever.
Nick Scarpino
That gives me hope.
Host/Announcer
That's really good.
Nick Scarpino
And we hope that I would go and not be at the bottom of the leaderboard too, because I don't want to be embarrassed in front of all the top streamers on the planet.
Snowbike Mike
Because here's the thing, Nick, I think you misunderstood because I think you think that, oh, this is like a handicap for us. This is a plus. We're doing better than we were individually because we're minding. We're melding our minds.
Nick Scarpino
We're able to have minds.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, we're having the call Outs he's.
Andy Cortez
Looking Coach Mike with the calmness of Raj. Former perfect mix.
Host/Announcer
Calmness and precision.
Snowbike Mike
This is the only way we're going to play in the future is we're going to share a controller. I think that's the best way.
Nick Scarpino
Well, I mean, I think. I think it's the right way to do it because as you guys know, me and Andy and Mike play better when Mike's the meat in our sandwich.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah. That's nice.
Nick Scarpino
And so that's good. And this is zombies here.
Host/Announcer
Gross thing to say.
Andy Cortez
I've never.
Nick Scarpino
I don't know. We're just not a zombies household. We're not really a cod.
Andy Cortez
Zombies people have never been a PvE household.
Nick Scarpino
That's why it's kind of weird.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
Although you think that would.
Host/Announcer
I would be really into. God.
Nick Scarpino
Well, you never got into. What was the other. What was the other mode that was there with DMZ for a while?
Host/Announcer
I thought DMZ was okay.
Nick Scarpino
It was okay.
Host/Announcer
It was like, whatever.
Nick Scarpino
I don't think I got it at the time. I had friends that were like, dude, you should drop into this. And I just didn't. I didn't catch that it was PvE. I just thought it was like a.
Andy Cortez
A practice.
Host/Announcer
Well, evp, there was other players.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
But you. They were so few and far between.
Host/Announcer
Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
Get a chance to. I don't think they're really playing it. That's the problem with COD is there's just so much of it and so little of it is the actual experience that you're looking for. Depending on who you are. If you want multiplayer, you want. You hate fucking battle Royale. If you like battle royale. You probably don't like multi only. You only play multiplayer to grind guns. And that's. That's a problem they have yet to solve for me.
Host/Announcer
Was. Was there any semblance of Nicki Minaj? Was there a skunk?
Snowbike Mike
No.
Host/Announcer
Beavis and Butthead?
Nick Scarpino
No. Snoop skin?
Snowbike Mike
No, we didn't see any of that. We just. Not normal. Yeah. Eventually I'm sure you'll get that. But yeah, no, we just saw regular.
Host/Announcer
What modification look like with. With skins? Like were you changing, you know, did. Did the standard soldier characters have like different cosmetics and then were. How did weapon modifications look at all?
Snowbike Mike
You were in those menus more than I was. Do you see any?
Andy Cortez
Yeah, the skin wise it looked like the normal Call of Duty skins that you would see. Andy. There wasn't anything different about it. They were sticking with the. Hey, here's the five beta traditional soldier skins that you'll see from the campaign the to multiplayer. There was nothing different or insane about that loadout wise. It was your normal loadout look but with different perks involved. The perk system is definitely where you're going to get lost and try to find your best loadout that fits your play style, which is the most fun to get into gun wise. There's a lot of new guns. Weapons. Weapons. Weapons is what they're going to talk about a lot. There's some returning guns from way back in the day. There's old, I think like 18 new guns, maybe like six a lot guns. So you're playing with a lot of.
Snowbike Mike
New things and also a lot of camos. They focused a huge part of the pre briefing presentation on camo specifically because weapon, weapon prestige is back. So you can prestige all of your guns up to three prestiges and they, they have by the time you get to the master prestige, a very special weapon camo. So they're showing off how crazy this.
Nick Scarpino
Can get as far as weapon mods and upgrades for the, for the guns.
Andy Cortez
Right.
Nick Scarpino
A scale of Mike, this is specifically for you, scale of 1 to 10. How confusing and annoying is it going to be?
Andy Cortez
Not at all. Because guess what Nick, now you can share a loadout code with your friends or your community and if someone kills you during that kill cam, you can copy their gun loadout right from there.
Nick Scarpino
But you don't have to have the things up like.
Andy Cortez
Well, you'll have to have the gun upgraded on the attack.
Nick Scarpino
How do you. That's what I'm saying. Attachments, upgrades, progression for the gun. How annoying is that?
Andy Cortez
Every gun and everything through every avenue of call of duty 7. So if we play single player, if we play co op campaign, if we play zombies, war zone or multiplayer, all that progression will be happening at the same time.
Nick Scarpino
Are they, are they still doing the thing where the attachments go for multiple guns but you have to unlock the pistol in order to get the shotgun in order to get the, the sniper rifle? You see what I'm saying?
Andy Cortez
I thought they stopped that.
Host/Announcer
I thought they had done that.
Nick Scarpino
Yeah, no, I think that was still.
Andy Cortez
Well, I thought, I thought Black Op six, they stopped that.
Nick Scarpino
Okay, good.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah. And also Modern Warfare and also in terms of progression. We, we had, we weren't really like doing that or focusing on. Because they gave us a few guns and everything.
Nick Scarpino
You guys know what I'm talking about. The last time, the last time I played I was like, oh, I really want this, this new like this. If you want this great clip. You have to upgrade the pistol to level 17 in order to. And I'm like, what the. Nobody cares about the pistol. Nobody wants to play with pistols.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, that's not a thing anymore, I don't think.
Nick Scarpino
Thank God.
Snowbike Mike
Which is good. Yeah, this is back to basics, Call of Duty.
Nick Scarpino
I mean, just give me a. Let me grind the gun. Let me level up the gun. Let me get all these.
Snowbike Mike
Think about it like this. If you play Black Ops 6, it's that plus a few new features, that's kind of the vibe that I felt in Black Ops 6. Black Ops 7, rather. I wasn't disappointed. I had a good time with it. It was. It just feels like more Black Ops 6. It feels like a. Hey, we're making it more futuristic. We're giving it a new coat of paint, new weapons. The Omni Movement feels like Omni Movement. Plus the jumping adds a little bit of flair. But yeah, it's everything you love about Black Ops 6, but it's more of it. So, yeah, this is kind of exactly what I wanted. I didn't want them to kind of break the whole franchise and try to be like, oh, well, we have to make a new game. So no more Omni Movement. We're going to change. Black Ops 6 is such a great kind of ground floor for where they can build off of. For the future of Call of Duty. So I was happy with it. I had a good time.
Nick Scarpino
This is what's confused me. Arachnids in the chat says, no, that was years ago. Call of Duty, that was not. That was like last year, the last time I played, last time I went into Warzone, they had the. The system of upgrading each component for each weapon was so goddamn convoluted that it was very, very annoying.
Host/Announcer
But also time swimming fast.
Nick Scarpino
It's fair.
Host/Announcer
Yeah, it's fair.
Nick Scarpino
I just remember when we first got into Warzone, they were like, here's the gun. You get the gun up to level 30 or 32 or what. I think the max level for guns at that point were like 60. And so you had to get that, but you got all the components from that gun. And then it would annoy me because the next week that gun would get nerfed and then the meta would be another gun. And that's how they kept going. But there was a moment, I think it was. I swear to God, it was the last Call of Duty. I played where they were like, if you want this component for this gun, you have to level another gun up to level 12 to unlock this to get it there. It was so convoluted and we all hated it. How did I could be wrong.
Host/Announcer
How did the battle pass and all that look this time around? Like, were there any glimpses of it?
Andy Cortez
There's no battle pass.
Host/Announcer
Okay.
Andy Cortez
No, not. Not during this. We didn't see anything.
Host/Announcer
Gotcha.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Host/Announcer
Okay.
Snowbike Mike
Want to talk about zombies a little bit? It's a different map. It's called Ashes of the Damned. It's the way that they're building this out is a bunch of smaller loc locations that you then hop in a car and then go from location to location again. Mike and I shared a controller and absolutely dominated. Took us a few tries. We had to kind of figure out the location and have you guys thought.
Nick Scarpino
About streaming together all the time and just sharing the controller?
Snowbike Mike
I mean this is gonna be out.
Andy Cortez
The offer many of times to all of you in this building.
Snowbike Mike
I mean I've taken.
Andy Cortez
Rejected a lot.
Snowbike Mike
We were doing the Silent Hill F. I'm just saying.
Nick Scarpino
I'm just saying this might be the best idea ever. As. As. As a. As a streamer.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
You just go over to Mike's house every night. But I've offered you pick up Andy.
Host/Announcer
He just.
Andy Cortez
You didn't need to toss that.
Nick Scarpino
And your shtick.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
Your theme, the gimmick is that you always play together.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
But you have to hold the same controller and you get. We get on the key. You're on the left keyboard. He's on the.
Snowbike Mike
I would love that. I mean think about, think about this.
Nick Scarpino
Think about for PC, right? Tell me the biggie C. Think about for PC gaming. You have you on. You're just on the keyboard and he's got two mouse.
Snowbike Mike
Oh, two, two.
Nick Scarpino
He's finally got the left that he should be using and then the right handed mouse that he's like into.
Host/Announcer
What is this? He wouldn't let you play keyboard or.
Andy Cortez
No, I tried to. I grabbed the mouse and I was like let's just do keyboard mouse. He said no, that takes away too much.
Snowbike Mike
No, that's not what I said. I said that's not what I said. He wanted me to. He wanted me to be on the controller and him to be on the mouse. And I was like that's not like that doesn't look good for the video. Like it doesn't look like good content. Like it's funnier if we're sharing a controller.
Host/Announcer
Gotcha.
Snowbike Mike
And he' like Roger, don't worry about that.
Andy Cortez
You knew I was going to dominate.
Host/Announcer
Don't worry about that Mike's awakened his keyboard mouse skill. Like, that's what I told 360 stuff once I finally. Once you started, like, you know, getting that down. That's why I want to start.
Andy Cortez
Valer, I said today is the day you should try keyboard mouse. He wouldn't do it.
Snowbike Mike
No.
Andy Cortez
Really come to round on this.
Snowbike Mike
What happens. No. Is that you said, my hand hurts after doing it, and that's what happened.
Host/Announcer
He got blistered.
Snowbike Mike
It was. It was cramping our hands, though.
Nick Scarpino
Well, I mean, I say you have.
Snowbike Mike
The shoulder problem, too.
Nick Scarpino
Kind of be like this.
Host/Announcer
Oh, yeah. That's why my shoulder was sore.
Nick Scarpino
Yeah.
Host/Announcer
Because of.
Nick Scarpino
Because of only triceps. Baby steps. Baby steps dominated that game.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah. So Ashes of the Damned. I like. I like the concept of it, right. Of having these smaller, smaller locations that you jump in a car and you go from place to place. And when you're jumping in the car, you're kind of going through, like, a tight little corridor where, like, zombies are getting after you. And then you have to kind of go around, like, basically what are like mines. So you're not like, blowing up and, you know, you're going left and right, weaving in, and then you go to the next location. And I just. That's not the way I want to play zombies. Honestly, the more I thought about it, we're actually in there. Of like, okay, well, I want the Juggernog, but I can't afford it. But I need to keep on moving. So now I'm going to hop in the car, go down the alleyway, avoid some stuff. I'm stuck here now. Not hop in the car, go back and get Juggernaug it. Just. That's not the way that I want to be able to just run to any poi. I don't want to have to jump in a car and have to figure that Locate situation out.
Host/Announcer
I. Can you bring up gameplay one more time for this, Barrett, if you have a chance? Because I'm having trouble visualizing what you're describing.
Andy Cortez
Think of eight zombie maps. Normal zombie maps. Like just a giant square, we'll call it. Now, imagine them being connected in an 8 logo. The infinity logo.
Nick Scarpino
Right.
Host/Announcer
Okay.
Andy Cortez
And so in between each one of those locations are like these passageways that you drive. So we'll go from point A to point B, and it's a different map, right?
Snowbike Mike
Yes.
Andy Cortez
We'll do X, Y, and Z to turn on power grab, different power ups, different gumballs, and then we'll get back in the car, go to point C Right in that point. C. There's different things going on in the map as well.
Host/Announcer
So did you feel that it felt a little too disconnected and ruined like the momentum, personally?
Snowbike Mike
A little bit, yeah. I. The. There is going to be an update. Mike, am I right about this of like that each of these little areas are going to have like kind of the robust full build out. They're going to. They're going to fully build it out. So you can get Juggernaut. I can get it all. You just play in that one little area. But that's going to be later on down the line the way that it is right now. Yeah, it just felt a little disconnected. Not really the vibe and also the driving stuff didn't interest me. It wasn't like I'm driving around like, oh wow, there's something. There's like a secret here or there's something like really challenging gameplay. No, it's like you just see the bombs and you're going left, right, left, right. The fun, or the fun aspect of it was you and me, you know, sharing a controller, trying to fucking frantically do this. But if I'm playing that by myself, that's not really what I'm looking for.
Host/Announcer
You already mentioned like you couldn't. Roger didn't want you to use keyboard mouse so that you were playing. Everybody was playing on PCs.
Andy Cortez
Yes, everyone on PCs. Yep.
Host/Announcer
Okay, gotcha. I know that a lot of these preview events can get really iffy with you getting in the Duffy and getting in the settings and tuning shit. Was it kind of blocked off in ways for you when you go to the settings?
Andy Cortez
We spend zero time in this.
Host/Announcer
Okay.
Andy Cortez
Yeah, I'm sure others went in there maybe change their, you know, hotkeys or whatever. Yeah. Or their. Their field of view. No, me and Roger just played the game.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, we went, we. The sensitivity was there. We made the shirt that was a little bit up. But yeah, other than that we just kind of let it rock. It seemed like it was pretty open though. They didn't stop us to do any of that.
Host/Announcer
Any special sort of weapons in Zombies that were like any brand new things that you noticed?
Snowbike Mike
I didn't notice. I didn't notice much. Did you notice anything? I'm not necessarily. I haven't played Zombies in a minute. So this is me kind of jumping back after Black Ops 6 was the last time I played, but I only played for like a night so I didn't notice anything too crazy. But everything you expect like the pack a punch machines, you're. You're you're gonna get it. I saw people with ray guns. Yeah, it's. It's exactly what you expect.
Host/Announcer
Okay, yeah. Now you mentioned 18 new weapons. Is there anything that might tickle my fancy? Mike?
Andy Cortez
Snipers were nasty, marksman. A lot of people really like the snipers. I like the old school assault rifle coming back. I don't know it off the top.
Nick Scarpino
The car back? Is the car.
Andy Cortez
No, the car is not back. I don't think on that one. I think that's a modern warfare weapon.
Nick Scarpino
It's a bummer.
Andy Cortez
We're on black ops here.
Host/Announcer
I believe that a black operative. That makes it sound like I'm talking about. You know what I mean though? I think anybody should be able to get a car. 98. You know, I agree.
Andy Cortez
I agree.
Snowbike Mike
That's going.
Nick Scarpino
Regardless of what their background.
Host/Announcer
Regardless of the. Of the race of the person.
Nick Scarpino
Regardless of the race.
Host/Announcer
I was trying to say, like, why can't a black ops person get a fucking car?
Snowbike Mike
You think operative was like, oh, well, you know.
Host/Announcer
Yeah, go to a silly word. Silly word there. All right, cool. Thank you for all of this Call of Duty info. Maybe we'll get some more hints of Call of Duty info.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, I mean, well, the beta is out right now.
Host/Announcer
The beta is out right now. We'll get some more info from them, possibly after a word from our sponsors, but we got big stories after that.
Greg Way

Host/Announcer
Nick Scarpino.
Nick Scarpino
Andy, if I may. Thank you. Now we're going to get into story time, and this is going to get, I imagine, contentious. And I'm going to say the reason why I imagine this. And I don't want either the defendant or the other defendants to talk right now.
Host/Announcer
Okay.
Nick Scarpino
But I want to go back a couple months, if you remember, Andy, to when Mike first got the invite to go to COD next. And it almost tore their friendship apart brick by brick. Because Mike was like, oh, we'll just get Roger to come with. And then Mike either didn't pitch Activision prop. Nope. Put your hand down.
Snowbike Mike
No.
Andy Cortez
Put your hand down right now.
Snowbike Mike
Okay.
Nick Scarpino
Tells Roger. Roger, this is gonna be the plan. This is what we're gonna do. This is gonna be fantastic. And the Roger goes, did you actually run this by Activision? And he's like, absolutely not. You're just gonna show up and we're gonna have fun.
Snowbike Mike
That's not.
Andy Cortez
I, like, I don't believe that.
Snowbike Mike
I would like to as well judge it.
Andy Cortez
Yeah. Give me the detail.
Host/Announcer
Nick Scarpino, please. You know, I.
Nick Scarpino
Rest my case.
Host/Announcer
Yeah, rest your case.
Andy Cortez
Selfless. Okay. Unselfish lover. Of course, Snowbike Mike gets the big invite to come back to codnex. You know, it's my favorite event of the year. I'm so excited. And I said, you know, last year I had a ton of fun, but this year would be really elevated and be better if I brought a team member with me and we could be able to share these stories together. We could do fun social videos. And I know Roger post me. He said, I really want to go to codnex. And I said, roger, I'm going to go out there and I'm going to stand up in the middle of a kind of funny meeting and say, what if Roger comes with me? And the whole team clapped. They said, you know what? I'm not mad at that. And I said, thank you, Greg. I'm going to send the email to Activision. Let's see what they do.
Snowbike Mike
You did?
Andy Cortez
So I brought Rogers to my desk. I say, here's the plan. And so we wrote up this thing. We said, Roger was going to be there. He'll be filming. He'll be talking Call of Duty with me on a podcast. We think that this would be the best sell. And they came back and they said, that sounds great, but you get to share one station.
Snowbike Mike
And no. And then I object.
Andy Cortez
I'm making it clear. You heard it.
Snowbike Mike
You're very close.
Andy Cortez
You heard unselfish lover. He's an unselfish.
Snowbike Mike
You're very close. You're very close. And I will agree with. I did 90, maybe 5% of what you just said. Every. All that is.
Andy Cortez
Wow.
Snowbike Mike
That is true.
Nick Scarpino
That is crossing the island.
Snowbike Mike
It was beautiful.
Nick Scarpino
That is.
Snowbike Mike
But what actually happened was we had to kind of create our pitch to Activision what that's going to look like. Right. So Mike and I were kind of figuring it out. Mike was like, maybe. Maybe you just say that you're. You're the cameraman. But I'm like, yeah, but, like, they don't usually, you know, invite cameramen. So I was like, I talk Call of Duty or review the Call of Duty games every year. Let's just say, like, hey, let's share a station, and then we can play the game together.
Nick Scarpino
We breaks now. Here's.
Snowbike Mike
We can take break.
Nick Scarpino
Where the saltiness starts.
Snowbike Mike
Yes, exactly. So then I said, hey, Mike, would you be okay.
Nick Scarpino
Yep.
Snowbike Mike
If I pitch to them that we will switch on and off and we will play a game here and there and we will kind of take breaks.
Host/Announcer
And we'll take turns.
Snowbike Mike
Take turns.
Nick Scarpino
Yeah.
Andy Cortez
The line.
Nick Scarpino
That's the line in the sand.
Andy Cortez
Stepped over it.
Nick Scarpino
He stepped over it.
Andy Cortez
He stepped over there.
Nick Scarpino
How much, Mike? You give him an inch, he's taken an entire.
Snowbike Mike
And then.
Nick Scarpino
That's his generation right there.
Host/Announcer
That's the.
Snowbike Mike
And then would you. I said, would you be okay with that mic? And then, Andy, what did Mike say?
Host/Announcer
The response was.
Andy Cortez
What did I say to him?
Host/Announcer
I'll be honest with you, Roger. I'm not okay with that, but I'll do it.
Andy Cortez
No, that's called being truthful, like you wanted. I was honest, and I was the best, Mike.
Snowbike Mike
No, no, the best. It's a little bit. I'll agree with you, 95. A little off. He said. I said, would you okay with that? He said, I'll be honest. No.
Nick Scarpino
No respect, by the way. You got to respect the mic.
Andy Cortez
Honesty.
Snowbike Mike
But I'll do anything. I'll do anything. I'll do.
Andy Cortez
I do anything for you. I said, and then.
Host/Announcer
And then the friendship was gone for that day because they ended up going to Starbucks later. And like, I remembered.
Snowbike Mike
Like, I.
Host/Announcer
The. The conversation kept on going. And then Roger's looking at Mike, and Mike's like, look, I'M I'm fine with it.
Andy Cortez
I don't know.
Host/Announcer
And at one point Roger goes, you're pissing me off right now. He walked away.
Andy Cortez
I'm out here giving up my station to Roger and he's treating me like selfish lover selfish.
Snowbike Mike
Well, the issue wasn't. The issue wasn't that you weren't enthusiastic about it. Right. It was just that I know you and I know that you're going to get uptight about.
Andy Cortez
The court sees that you're a selfish lover.
Snowbike Mike
Okay. Yeah. So then, yeah, we figured it out, we're good.
Andy Cortez
And he says yes.
Snowbike Mike
We say yes and then have the.
Andy Cortez
Time of our life.
Snowbike Mike
We have the time of our life. And then we came in with a few kind of pre event ideas. Mike was coming in with a lot of kind of idea. He was like, we do this, maybe we do that. What were they like, the main three?
Andy Cortez
Yeah. Let me pitch to you what I've always dreamt of. Kind of funny having an experience of a lifetime with. We've been to Vegas before. We've gone to the Sphere, We've done topgolf with Sonic. It's been a great time. But I've always said that I want one fun night of drinking and dancing with the kind of funny crew. Give me one night where everybody says yes, Mike, we will leave at 9 o', clock, we'll go have a late dinner at 11 o', clock, we will show up at the Omni and we will dance the night away with two margaritas and ham.
Host/Announcer
Say yes to adventures.
Andy Cortez
And I said, just give me one.
Nick Scarpino
You want all of us to just come dancing with you one night, everybody?
Andy Cortez
And so I pitched, I pitched Roger. I said, steve Aoki will be in town. Yes, let's go dance the night away with Womp Womp with Steve Aoki. I buy the tickets right now. Let's do this. Roger immediately shuts that down, wants nothing to do on the late night. All he wants to do is go to the hotel room, fall asleep, call it a night. And so I say, okay, I'll get us Halloween Horror Nights tickets. That's another option. And then we'll eat big, be big at all the, at all the fun resorts.
Snowbike Mike
I didn't rebuttal, Roger. My rebuttal, My rebuttal that is that I, I wanted to go out. I wanted to do everything. Mike was just pitching me ideas that were each 250 a piece. And then he was like, don't worry, don't worry about it. I'll pay for it all I'm like, no, that's not how that works.
Andy Cortez
The line, Mike. The polar opposites. Yes, Mike. Down to spending. To have a good time. The experience of a lifetime. To have fun. Roger, very financially savvy. He's saving his money. Totally get it. But when you're in Vegas, do you.
Snowbike Mike
Live your life like in Vegas at all?
Andy Cortez
If you're in Vegas, you have to have fun.
Snowbike Mike
So we came with the ideas.
Andy Cortez
What'd we do?
Snowbike Mike
Universal.
Andy Cortez
Same restaurant twice.
Snowbike Mike
Okay, well, that's not on me.
Andy Cortez
That's what we do.
Snowbike Mike
Mike was literally coming up with no ideas. He was looking at me.
Andy Cortez
We're like, I want to go to the Bellagio. I wanted to go.
Snowbike Mike
Didn't pitch any. When we're in there, by the way, doesn't say any. That. Shut the up. Because we'll catch season. Because we'll get to that day of you just completely. Just going non verbal. Just going non verbal in the corner, not saying a word to anybody.
Host/Announcer
But so I could see it happen.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, exactly. So we had those ideas. We're like, okay, Universal Horror Nights for sure. I want to go to the Meow Wolf Omega Mart. I've heard of good things about Meow Wolf and everything they did, for sure. Steve Aoki. We tried. We're thinking about it. It wasn't working with our schedule. Mike was sad about it. We couldn't see Cvokey. So again, let's start with the day.
Host/Announcer
At least not yet.
Snowbike Mike
At least stay one. We're supposed to meet at the studio at 11am, right? So let me just tell you my point of view, right?
Host/Announcer
This studio.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, this studio. We're going to go take an Uber and then go to the airport together. Our flights, like at noon, I think, or something like that. So I had this beautiful morning, right, with my fiance. We go. We go have some Starbucks. I'm like, looking at her, I'm like, man, like, man, I love you. I'm gonna miss you. This is gonna be a long week. It's gonna be a fun week. But, man, I'm so happy we can connect this moment. I'm just listening to, like fucking Sarah Baralos with my. With my windows down, driving to the studio. I'm so excited to see Mike. I'm like, yeah. Hell yeah. And before that, I was thinking about. I was like, I'm at Starbucks. I don't need to get anything for Mike because he probably already figured it out, right? Should I text him? I'm near Target. Maybe he forgot some toiletries. Nah, he's an adult. He'll be fine. I pull up to the studio, he's in the backseat of his car in the parking lot with his feet out the window watching Tick Tocks.
Andy Cortez
Relaxing.
Snowbike Mike
Relaxing.
Andy Cortez
Because I'm there on time. I'm early. No, prepared. Okay, well, first, not 15 minutes early. You're late. You're not on time.
Snowbike Mike
Okay, sure, fine.
Andy Cortez
Thank you.
Snowbike Mike
So you're there, you're there, you're there early. Right. And I'm like, hey, man, how you doing, Slappy? He's half asleep, right?
Andy Cortez
He's like, oh, no. I said, I have ordered a Starbucks. I'm very excited to have Starbucks with you. He immediately gets pissed that I ordered Starbucks for him.
Snowbike Mike
No, what I got pissed at you was, what did you have in your bag? What did you bring?
Andy Cortez
I brought everything that I needed for.
Snowbike Mike
The trip, which was.
Andy Cortez
Got my headphones. No, I forgot. He's gonna say, mike, you didn't bring toiletries. Andy, I have a new move. I'm not bringing toiletries anymore because I don't want to bring my dot bag with me on a trip like this. Adopt bag. That's that little bag that the basketball players carry around that holds your toiletries in there.
Host/Announcer
Okay.
Nick Scarpino
Also notice the toiletries bag.
Andy Cortez
Yeah, that bag is cooler.
Snowbike Mike
This is what I wrote.
Andy Cortez
Yeah. Dlp. And so what I decided was, is since we're going to Vegas, I'll just buy him there. I really don't care.
Nick Scarpino
So you didn't.
Andy Cortez
You've done that. Thank you. And so if you're Roger, who's Mr. Responsible, he's pissed at me for no apparent reason. At it now, like, why?
Snowbike Mike
I just want to buy him because he looks at me, he says, oh, I didn't bring anything. I stayed up too late. I didn't. I was playing video games all night. I didn't bring anything. I have no clothes that I want. I have three pairs of jeans, though. That's what he said. Three pairs of. I have no. He said, I hate. I hate all of my clothes. I don't like any of them. I'll buy brand new clothes in Vegas. I have no deodorant, no toothpaste, nothing.
Andy Cortez
How did you mad at that Sounds.
Host/Announcer
Like a solid plan.
Snowbike Mike
This man brought three pairs of jeans and a switch bag, which, by the way, he didn't play the entire trip.
Andy Cortez
But that's happened.
Nick Scarpino
You have to ask me every.
Andy Cortez
Sometimes does that. Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
You know, you. If you're. Here's the thing, Roger. You don't understand it, right? Because when you're really excited for a Trip. Like, really excited for a trip.
Andy Cortez
Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
Some. Some people prepare and plan and pack a few nights ahead of time before.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
And some people let the excitement just take them like a fucking river. Just taking them out into the sea.
Andy Cortez
As many. You know, I've gone on a lot of trips this year. I'm dialed in on my back. I had my nice flannel, I like this one piece T shirts. I had a secondary flannel as well. I had a bunch of pants. I was ready to rock and roll.
Host/Announcer
Yeah.
Andy Cortez
I just didn't want to be a toiletry bag, which broke Roger's mind.
Host/Announcer
I don't know what trip it was recently, but you did this. You're like, yeah, I buy my. Yeah, deodorant and two pieces there or whatever.
Andy Cortez
I don't want to carry shampoo.
Host/Announcer
Yeah, yeah.
Snowbike Mike
So then he goes, we go, you get shampoo?
Andy Cortez
Well, no, I usually use the hotel shampoo, but, like, you know what I'm getting at. It's like, I don't want the five bottles in the bag.
Nick Scarpino
Here's the fun, Tim.
Host/Announcer
I'm really good at the bag stuff.
Andy Cortez
Yeah, I don't need the bag.
Nick Scarpino
When we first started traveling for. For kind of funny. Tim was so young, God bless him. He used to bring a full bottle of shampoo.
Host/Announcer
Oh, my God.
Andy Cortez
Swear to God.
Nick Scarpino
I swear to God. Maybe it was kind of. Maybe it was ign, but I think.
Host/Announcer
At some point, I think jug of it was like, plus, and it was like this.
Nick Scarpino
And I was like, dude, you got.
Snowbike Mike
To get arrested at tsa.
Nick Scarpino
You got to get smaller bottles if you want to bring your own.
Andy Cortez
So then I tell Roger, I say, roger, when we arrive at the. At the airport, just follow me. You're going to do the Roger thing where you get all anxious and uptight. Just follow me. Why, Andy? Because of course, on my ticket, the TSA PreCheck check hadn't turned on yet. This happened on my last trip. All you do is walk over to the TSA PreCheck checking people, and it clicks on just like that. I tell this to Roger. The world has now melted, right? He's panicking. He's freaking out, going, no, you got to go to the baggage claim people. You got to do this a day ahead of time. I'm like, roger, I've done this before. I promise you. And sure as shit, we pull into the airport. We walk up to the TSA PreCheck people. I say, hey, my check hasn't turned on yet. She literally looks at the phone and she goes, oh, just Turned on right then and there. And I said, thank you. And we turned around and walked to TSA Precheck. And Roger's world was melting 15 minutes before that.
Snowbike Mike
So did you tell them about the Clear vs. TSA PreCheck debacle? So send you upstairs. So. No, no, hold on. Stop, stop. Before this, Mike just. Mike does not understand two different brands. He doesn't understand how two different things could be.
Andy Cortez
They're both on the same name tag. What do you.
Snowbike Mike
He does. He doesn't understand it, Right? He doesn't understand that clear is TS and TSA PreCheck are like separate, different entities. Different entities. So then he looks at me. He's just like, oh, I got the TSA Precheck slappies. Let's go in the same line, right? He actually has Clear. Right? So then instead of going to the TSA pre check with me, in the same line with me, he just walks. He walks right to the clear line and then looks at me, baffled, like, he teleported to this line.
Andy Cortez
Just so you know, there's a flag that says Clear and TSA Precheck on it. And then over in the corner, there's a TSA Pre check entrance.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Andy Cortez
And so Roger walked over there because that's where you're supposed to go. I have both, because I'm allowed to. And so I walked right over it, and that's how it went.
Host/Announcer
Okay.
Andy Cortez
Okay.
Snowbike Mike
Boom. So we go through it. I. First of all, by the way, my mind was not melting. It was just more of. He looks at. We're about to.
Andy Cortez
We're about to leave the whole car ride. No toiletry bag, no headphones. I'm tired of me.
Snowbike Mike
So then we go.
Andy Cortez
Having the check mark.
Snowbike Mike
So then we go, by the way, this is before the fucking. The actual trip starts. So then we go. And then he does this thing where he's like, I gotta go buy all my toiletries. Right, Instead of buying his toiletries when you land. No, at the fucking airport. Like, airport.
Andy Cortez
Yes.
Snowbike Mike
That's why I'm mad, because he buys it all at the fucking airport.
Andy Cortez
Hold up.
Snowbike Mike
That's why I'm mad. I laughed.
Andy Cortez
I laugh. It's fine.
Host/Announcer
It's normal.
Snowbike Mike
It's not normal.
Andy Cortez
So I'm like, guys, I'm like, we got. We got an hour before we fly. I'm gonna go over here, get my waters like I normally do, and my kids and stuff. And of course, Roger's over there. Like, Roger's gonna be a great.
Snowbike Mike
Everybody, look at this.
Andy Cortez
He starts doing this. He's cat bombing. I'm like, roger, get the back. Quit.
Host/Announcer
Wally.
Snowbike Mike
Let me. Let me explain. I think I have the images here of what he bought. He buys. He buys three waters. He buys three waters.
Andy Cortez
He wouldn't let me buy anything else.
Snowbike Mike
He buys three waters, a Pepsi and a Cherry Pepsi. Payday Bar. And also he was gonna buy headphones because he was like, oh, my. I forgot my headphones. I looked at him. I'm like, michael, I have the Sony over the ear headphones that are beautiful. I have extra headphones.
Nick Scarpino
I'm fine.
Snowbike Mike
Borrow them. Borrow them. Like, just wear them on the plane. I have the wire for you. You can use it. You can do that. He says. He says, no, I'm gonna buy $40 headphones instead. And I was like, let's rock, paper, scissors.
Host/Announcer
You got some skull candies.
Andy Cortez
Buy some skull candy.
Snowbike Mike
Let's rock, paper, Scissors for it, right? So rock, paper, scissors. Whoever wins gets what their way, right? So I beat his ass with paper, and then that means he can't buy these headphones, right? So he spends $25 on those water. The water, The. The soda water.
Andy Cortez
Yeah, you gotta. You gotta stay hydrated.
Snowbike Mike
Pepsi. And then as we. To the. To the flight, he looks at me and says, when you weren't looking, I bought those headphones.
Andy Cortez
So I got. I got his ass. He went to the bathroom. Then I was like, I gotta go to the bathroom, too. I just walked over to Brook Store, just bought.
Snowbike Mike
And then he looks at me, says, they weren't even charged, so I can't even use them.
Andy Cortez
Yeah, unfortunately, they had a wired door.
Nick Scarpino
You're a mess. He's got to go back to the.
Snowbike Mike
Toiletries before God is out.
Andy Cortez
Before talking about, they got me.
Snowbike Mike
They got me before. Before the whole. The whole trip even starts. He's like. He's like 125 in the hole with Starbucks, with everything. He's 125.
Andy Cortez
The Starbucks I bought him, I didn't want it.
Snowbike Mike
You never asked me. I had smokes before.
Host/Announcer
You got him food.
Andy Cortez
Yeah.
Snowbike Mike
No, he didn't. He bought the bagel for himself.
Andy Cortez
And the bagel was still partially frozen. Almost ripped my teeth out. Don't eat that.
Nick Scarpino
Don't eat that.
Andy Cortez
We should be calling Starbucks about that one.
Nick Scarpino
Yeah.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah. So then we get. So we get on the flight, and then. Also.
Andy Cortez
Can we take a moment really fast? I ordered doordash before this podcast from Starbucks. They somehow got the Starbucks out in Pacifica to make the drinks. Pacifica is about 15 miles. The opposite is.
Nick Scarpino
It is it delivering it to your house?
Andy Cortez
Yes.
Snowbike Mike
Is it delivering it to your house?
Andy Cortez
No, it's delivering here. And somehow the guy did it.
Host/Announcer
Wow.
Andy Cortez
Good for him.
Nick Scarpino
Wow. That's amazing.
Snowbike Mike
Damn, we have so much to go through. So then we. We actually get to the hotel and everything. We get to the w. It's beautiful. They have.
Nick Scarpino
Sorry, just. Can we go back for one second? I know we're getting along on this.
Andy Cortez
Yes.
Nick Scarpino
I just have to clarify. Did Mike buy the toiletries at the airport?
Snowbike Mike
No, he buys it at the. At the hotel, which is more expensive.
Nick Scarpino
But that makes at least more sense for what you're trying to accomplish, which is that you just don't want to carry this.
Andy Cortez
Yeah, I just want to carry that stuff around.
Nick Scarpino
I get it.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah. But three water bottles, though.
Andy Cortez
Well, I drink a water bottle before. Here's one water bottle on the plane. Then now I have one water bottle for the. The car.
Nick Scarpino
As Mike's advocate, stay hydrated.
Host/Announcer
I Always forgetting one thing of toile, like will Uber eats or door dash. A little travel hairspray or something.
Nick Scarpino
You know, as Mike's advocate as well, it is important to stay hydrated. Train like a plane flight dehydrates you.
Snowbike Mike
They give you water, though, for free.
Nick Scarpino
Yeah, but they give you stupid little water.
Snowbike Mike
And you can also like. And also SFO has filtered water bottles.
Nick Scarpino
They do have that.
Snowbike Mike
Which you can just bring a water.
Nick Scarpino
But that's.
Andy Cortez
We.
Nick Scarpino
That's asking a lot of them. So what I do, just so you guys know, is I'll. I'll go support my local small business. Sfo.
Snowbike Mike
Yes.
Nick Scarpino
The airport, the Hudson News. These. You know, they're out there. They're struggling.
Andy Cortez
Who's gonna keep them alive?
Nick Scarpino
I'll buy the water in the tin, and then I'll drink. I'll drink it, refill it, drink it, refill it, drink it, refill it. But I understand that Mike is. He's. He's part of the hydration nation. He's got to have three. And that.
Andy Cortez
That I'll.
Nick Scarpino
I'll give you a pass on that, Mike.
Andy Cortez
Thank you.
Nick Scarpino
The headphones. Inexcusable.
Andy Cortez
Inexcusable Headphones really fucked up because they looked wired, but they were wireless. That wouldn't hurt me.
Host/Announcer
I'm sure it said on the thing.
Andy Cortez
But there's so many words we don't read, Andy.
Nick Scarpino
We're not a reading household here. I didn't start doing tutorials like last week.
Snowbike Mike
So we get to the event, the. The hotel, and they have a kind of a streamer lounge, like a players Lounge. They gave us swag bags. They had streamer stations.
Host/Announcer
I want to talk about in the hotel.
Snowbike Mike
In the hotel? Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
What hotel is this?
Snowbike Mike
The W. Oh, I like it.
Andy Cortez
W by Mandalay Bay. It was beautiful. They did a great job taking over the kind of lounge areas and set it up into a full on players lounge.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Andy Cortez
Streaming stations, monster energy drinks, a little swag bag stuff and then the check in of like, hey, this is what your day is going to look like. Here's what tomorrow looks like.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Andy Cortez
They had cool robots from the game.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah. And they also had a robot making boba and cold brew. And I think I have video of this bear. Let me, let me know if I don't.
Host/Announcer
Was there at one point a dispute of you're going to stay at that hotel? I'm going to stay over here.
Snowbike Mike
Yes. There was a little bit of a fear there because we thought that, well, Mike thought that there was. They were staying at the Luxor. And when I got my message that I was getting going to the W, he said, oh, if I'm going to the Luxor, we will be switching.
Nick Scarpino
That you're competing on.
Snowbike Mike
So they have this robot that's making boba and cold brew and I've never seen a stupider.
Andy Cortez
I can't, I can't take this robot.
Snowbike Mike
This robot sucks because it makes the boba. Right. And it sets it down right here.
Andy Cortez
Right.
Snowbike Mike
It takes a while to set it down. And then I saw when they started making the next drink, one of the robot handlers frantically walking up to somebody and saying, you got to move those drinks because if you don't that robot's just gonna stack it right on top of the other drink. So we had to have people moving the drinks. And then also somebody setting up the boba into the like this thing was just doing ice and then putting it underneath something and then putting it.
Andy Cortez
Gotta be aware this doesn't get the bad decision that this robot has been.
Snowbike Mike
Put into the freaking out. They're moving.
Andy Cortez
You know, he's got a, he's got a quadrant that he's to drop this. It's like Tom Brady throwing a touchdown. It's like you gotta be there.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah. They had, they had two people that were handling the robot situation. They could have had just one person making all the drinks. Like it would have been totally fine.
Nick Scarpino
That's why we started talking about AI. I'm like, I'm not worried.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah. I'm not worried about it in the world. Yeah. And the, the Boba Boba was fine. Did you like boba?
Andy Cortez
Oh, I drink a lot of boba.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Host/Announcer
Nice.
Nick Scarpino
Yeah. But of course, you know, you're.
Snowbike Mike
You're.
Nick Scarpino
You're. You're preaching to the choir here with Mike because Mike likes that boba tea. He likes anything that's sweet and milky and bad for his stomach.
Snowbike Mike
So we then go to. Mike and I, we hit the town. We have a free night. So we go to the worst weed shop ever. Mike does the insane.
Andy Cortez
Oh, yeah, Greg hit us with the dare.
Snowbike Mike
Oh, yeah, Greg hit us with. With the. With the dare pledge in the text messages. And he was like, you better not be doing drugs. And I said, throwing that away. So we go to the world's largest weed dispensary. This place sucked. It was.
Andy Cortez
Sucks.
Snowbike Mike
It sucked. It was like. It was just all one. You wait in line, and then it's just a bunch of A row of shelving units behind there. There was no, like, you know, it wasn't nice. It was. It didn't look good. It wasn't like, oh, wow, here's like, you know, all the things you can look through now. It's just a bunch of wire racks. So we get that. And then Mike does the.
Andy Cortez
Never go to that.
Snowbike Mike
Mike does the freak because we wanted some edibles because we're about to go to Universal Studios. He does the freak because he's like, you know what I need? I just want to get the fuck out of here. So I'm just going to tell him, I want whatever you got. Just give it to me. Just give it to me. And then, of course, I do the responsible thing. I'm the person that when I. I don't shut up.
Andy Cortez
I'm gonna object to this.
Snowbike Mike
When I go to. I'm not like Snowbug Mike. I don't like talking to people much. I'm not like, like, personable. But there's one place that I'm personable, and that's at a weed store. I look at them and I say, hey, man, this is what I'm looking for. Like, what's the vibe? Yeah, Exactly. I want 5 milligrams. No more than this. I want 2 to 1 ratio CBD. Like, I'm like that. I like talking to my Mike clams up. He does not want any of that. He just wants the interaction to be over. So then he just looks and says, give me whatever mints you got. And they said, we don't got any mints, but we have these little edibles right here, right? And he says, yeah, I'll take that. And Before I did that, I said, no, no, no, Mike, how many milligrams are in those edibles? And they said, the worker says, well I, I don't know. And then Mike says he didn't know. That's fine. That's fine, Roger, that's fine. And then he swipes the card. He swipes the card. It's a reasonable price. There's no issues with that. There's no issues with that. With the price, right? That he buy, walks outside. We do the math. 20 milligrams per edible. That's way too much. That's way too much for Mike and.
Nick Scarpino
I, specifically Roger and I understand this. Andy, you'll understand this. It's a generational thing, okay? Mike's a little older, he's closer to.
Andy Cortez
My age than he is gen around the block.
Nick Scarpino
There's no, there's no point in doing drugs.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
If you know the exact milligram science of the drug. The whole point of doing drugs is maybe it's going to be fine. Maybe it cooks your fucking brain. You can't do math. Maybe I lay down, okay? He didn't. Mike didn't go take you to Vegas so that you guys could have a pre planned just like boring paint by fucking numbers adventure, ok? Let the man take so much fucking weed that he's high for a week. He's like one of those dogs you see on Tic Tac.
Andy Cortez
Oh, my dog got into my edible. He's there for work.
Snowbike Mike
We're about to go to Universal Horror Nights, by the way to that's in my brain.
Andy Cortez
To set the stage, Roger was in. He was like, oh, I'm just going to get a little, a little vape pen. It will be a great time. And then in my mind I was like, this is taking so long, right? We're in this hot weed shop. The guys and gals behind the counter are so slow that I was like, I'm just going to walk up there and be like, give us the two vape pens and we're out of here. To get us out of this awful situation. We get two feet away, Roger goes, I don't want it anymore. I don't want this, this. And I'm like, all right, well then now I got to go get the min. So I just say get the mints. Let's get it rolling. Let's get it moving. Roger not happy about any of this. Yeah, like don't. Hey, guess what?
Snowbike Mike
You gotta ask the.
Andy Cortez
Did you eat any of the mints? No, I just literally threw them away. Like 20 minutes later, I didn't give a.
Snowbike Mike
You know, so we're now at what? Negative 200.
Andy Cortez
I'm a sober jabroni. I don't give a. I was, I.
Host/Announcer
Was halfway expecting the headphones to be thrown in the trash, but they weren't.
Andy Cortez
They never charged.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, the flight back headphones all the time.
Andy Cortez
I love the United Blue headphones.
Nick Scarpino
Those got left at the hotel. Those are not here.
Snowbike Mike
So then we go to Halloween Horror Nights. Mike is then uptight at me because. But by the way, I didn't, I didn't want to take that because I'm like, I'm about to go to Halloween Horror Night. Like I might have a panic attack. So I was like trying to protect myself. And also when we got there, I was like, I don't want to drink because I want to protect myself because I'm going to be a little scared. I don't want to be too sloppy or anything. I want to do any of that. So we get there. Mike immediately orders a double margarita. Margaritas, $40, $40 double margarita.
Andy Cortez
Have fun. Done. Let's get this going.
Nick Scarpino
Let's go.
Andy Cortez
Roger immediately says, no, I don't want it.
Snowbike Mike
He gets legitimately upside of me because I'm like, I don't want a double.
Andy Cortez
Murder by myself at this point.
Snowbike Mike
So then we go, we go through the Halloween Horror Nights. We did Texas Chainsaw. We live streamed a little bit of that.
Andy Cortez
Yeah, we overcame your fear. Overcame my fears on Texas Chainsaw. I'll tell you what, this was one of the best parts. We had so much fun at Halloween Horror Nights. Laughing, screaming. I had another margarita before the Exorcist.
Snowbike Mike
Oh, we got to talk about the exorcism. So I want to. The Exorcist is. We went through that one. That one was scary as that's another haunted house. Yeah. So we have the Texas Chainsaw Exorcist, Exorcism, Scarecrow, which is like a generic scarecrow type deal, and then Universal Monster. So this is. Yeah, this is Texas Chainsaw. Yes, it's Texas.
Host/Announcer
They only did this in la.
Andy Cortez
They do it in LA and Orlando, but this year they have a pop up in Vegas.
Snowbike Mike
It's really cool.
Andy Cortez
You can't go. So. So yeah, it's at Area 15 where Meow Wolf is as well. They got this big compound of all these cool different exhibits and things that you do off the Strip. And so, yeah, I, I told Roger, I said, we have to go to this. I'm not going to LA or Orlando. And I la Right now has fallout, which would be a ton of fun. So me and Roger went to this.
Nick Scarpino
I would love to play lady just screaming.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah. At about 150 with the audio on, if possible. And everybody, there's a little bit of flashing light, so be warned. But this is. Oh, yeah. With the audio on, if we can hear that part.
Nick Scarpino
Oh, yeah.
Snowbike Mike
We gotta play this back because it's so funny. And the entire time it's like that. Keep it on, keep it on. I want to see what happens.
Host/Announcer
I don't think you should be doing this with your heart issues.
Andy Cortez
Like, we'll talk about that in a minute. Whoa.
Snowbike Mike
This is crazy.
Nick Scarpino
I don't know how you have the.
Host/Announcer
Time of your life.
Snowbike Mike
I know I had the time of my life.
Host/Announcer
It was so fun.
Snowbike Mike
So it goes on like that the entire time.
Host/Announcer
You can't be an employee there and.
Snowbike Mike
Not like, break down the laughter. I think at the very ending of this, like, he, like this mountain of.
Nick Scarpino
A man screaming like a child.
Snowbike Mike
So scared that he jumps back and then decks me. And then like, I turned off my. My recording by accident because he fucking hit me so hard.
Andy Cortez
Out.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, we had an amazing time there. That was super fun. Yeah. He had to sit down afterwards because it was like your heart was racing.
Andy Cortez
Yeah. I had the margarita at first.
Snowbike Mike
You should.
Andy Cortez
No problem. Got another margarita. When we went through the exorcism, which was the scariest one I did, look at Roger go, I have to sit down. I'm gonna have a heart problem.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Andy Cortez
And so he sat down for a little bit.
Host/Announcer
You didn't wake up with any, like, irregular heartbeat?
Andy Cortez
No, no. But I was feeling it. I was feeling it. And then we were in scarecrow and I got really scared of the dark. Then I said, roger, I can't see. You go first, girl. That was crazy.
Host/Announcer
BG with a five dollar super chat says Universal Vegas is not a pop up. It's permanent. They are opening. Oh, cool. In downtown Chicago.
Snowbike Mike
Oh, yeah. That's why I the. The video with. It's me zooming in on the irregular heartbeat thing. It's like, don't go in here if you have any. This is how I started it off.
Nick Scarpino
Basically. It's like everything Mike has. Don't do. Don't do this. If you have everything. It's just a picture of Mike. And then do this if you.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, Mike and I. Then we hit the roulette tables.
Andy Cortez
O.
Snowbike Mike
That was a big bonding.
Andy Cortez
So wait, let's talk.
Nick Scarpino
Can I ask you guys a question? At what point did you each individually Start texting me.
Andy Cortez
Not till day two.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Andy Cortez
Yeah. So day one, Roger wasn't fully into the Vegas yet. He had. He had to warm up. And this is when he finally opened up. Because day one, it was, I don't want to go out and eat somewhere expensive. You know, Halloween horror nights. Fine, Mike. I don't want to drink. I don't want a weed pen. So it's just like. It's a lot of, like, a lot of no's in Vegas. A lot of rejections that I'm getting built up on. And I'm like, are we riding and dying or not? You know, bad boys for life. Life. Let's ride. Then we get to the roulette table, and something clicks for Roger all of a sudden.
Snowbike Mike
Gambling addiction.
Andy Cortez
Roger goes, I don't want to gamble. I won't put any money down. So I put a hundred dollars down then putting $25 table limits on the minimum. And so $25 table limits. Yeah, $25. You know what?
Snowbike Mike
Nighttime at 15 in the morning.
Andy Cortez
10 and 15 in the morning. And so now, because Roger didn't put any money down and won't do it, I'm the only one that's allowed to touch the chips. We get quickly yelled at when I go, oh, yeah. Roger tries to bet. He goes, you can't touch that. You didn't give any money. I'm like, okay, well, that's great. So now we play, and it starts to cook. I look at Roger. We're playing the inside. We're playing the numbers, and I go, give me your favorite number. I put on black 22. We're going four for Lienza. We're going six, nine over on that. Because who doesn't love six and nine, right? I love that we're betting. And we start here hitting. All of a sudden, we start to hit. We hit. We hit black four. We have black 22. We hit six and nine. We're now the hundred.
Snowbike Mike
We're not even splitting numbers, by the way. We're just hidden numbers.
Andy Cortez
The hundred is now 300. And Roger has lit up. Now I get Roger out where Roger is actively excited.
Snowbike Mike
And I got free drinks, bro. Come on. Like, that's my. That's my dream. They come around with the free drinks. It's like, this is where I want to be.
Andy Cortez
So it only took about seven hours to get here, but I finally now have Roger rolling.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Andy Cortez
And we proceed to. It's us. It's this lady with her husband and a couple other people that come and go, and we're pounding the table. We are getting after it. And we're up.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Andy Cortez
I mean, first night we're up right now when we walk away, that hundred is now 400 in my pocket.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Andy Cortez
And we called it.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, well, we didn't call it a night. We went up to the skyline, the sky. The sky fall. I think it's called, what they call it. The top of the W has like this beautiful lookout out. So we hung out there. We streamed. We were very drunk. Yeah, we streamed on Mike's channel. And that was. That was a really nice time, a really nice look. But it's just a weird vibe. It's like. It's like a swanky, nice, like kind of upscale vibe. And then you just have some white DJ in the corner blasted. Not like us. Like a censored version of not like us. It's like, what is happening? What is the vibe? That is the veg. What is the Vegas?
Nick Scarpino
You guys are lucky you didn't have to stay at the Luxor. That hotel is like.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, we got. We went to the Lux store a few times. We walked over there.
Andy Cortez
There.
Host/Announcer
$5. Super chat from barista Brand says I need a whole show of going through Mike's receipts. Swipe the card.
Snowbike Mike
Oh, I have photos of them all.
Andy Cortez
Yeah. Roger would come over me and take photos of everything.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah. Then we had day two, which is the actual first official day where we went to the Polaris event. Yeah, yeah, we. We then. Yeah, we drove around these cars. Mike, you want to tell them about Polaris?
Andy Cortez
Yeah. Roger refused to go to the Raider game with me. Try to convince him to go to.
Nick Scarpino
This is not what he asked.
Snowbike Mike
Not.
Nick Scarpino
That is not football.
Andy Cortez
He was going football. Raider game Sunday. Oh, pretty amazing. We got to see Allegiant Stadium. It was packed.
Host/Announcer
You're out of town, you got to be down a clown, you know.
Snowbike Mike
No, we were driving, we were off roading. We had a. We had a scheduled event that we agreed to which was off roading. And then Mike's like, what if we just dish it and go to the Raiders game? I'm like, no.
Andy Cortez
I said, I don't want to do that. Early morning, we're going to the Raiders game. Roger quickly shut it down. We're at the one o', clock, same time as kickoff. So we didn't get to go. Roger got his way. This whole trip is about Roger getting his way.
Nick Scarpino
Actually, I thought this whole trip was about you guys playing the new Call of yeah.
Andy Cortez
Got his way. We played. And so we teamed up with Polaris again. Call of Duty and Polaris are back again for another awesome razor ride, which I did last year out in Virginia. Of course, you know that the Razor is in the game. So the Polaris Razor is the car that we drive around in. They've now got the new upgraded Razor in the game. We're out in the deserts of Nevada and we are just ripped.
Nick Scarpino
This looks so fun.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, this is me, Mike. Yeah, Tyler. Tyler's in the chat right now. What up from ign. And of course, Seth Macy, who I met for the first time. He's awesome. He's sick as fuck.
Andy Cortez
And I told everyone, I said, go as fast as you possibly can. And we went 15 miles.
Snowbike Mike
No. Why would you do that? Why are you so mean? No, I didn't. Why are you like that? No, I didn't. That's not true at all. That's not. Also, it's not me driving. This is $.
Nick Scarpino
That's someone else's Labubu.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, no, we have multiple. Everyone got Labubu.
Andy Cortez
Oh, that's nice. So cool.
Snowbike Mike
No, I. We. Oh, no, don't.
Nick Scarpino
No, this.
Snowbike Mike
No, go back, go back, go back. Don't spoil that. But yeah, we drove and it was fun. It was a really good time. And it was like, I've never driven something. I'm so used to the 2007, you know, Toyota Yaris. Right. Chase a little bit. You know what I mean? It's not very. Not very precise.
Host/Announcer
It always feels like you're off road.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, exactly. So it was. No, it was nothing new here. But, man, this thing just felt so good. When you're driving, you're taking those tight turn corners, you're going. You're going 25, 30. Off roading, like, it just feels like a video game the entire time. It was. It was a lifetime, once in a lifetime experience. It was a really great time.
Andy Cortez
It was experience of a lifetime. It was really, really fun. It was awesome. Well coordinated. Everybody was out there smiling. We got to stop the polar switch out. We had a. We did a call. We did a loadout call drop. So we had smoke flares going off in the desert. It was pretty sick.
Snowbike Mike
And then, yeah, we went back to the gambling. We hit the roulette. We did lose it all.
Andy Cortez
I. Yeah, this was day two, too. Now Roger's saying yes. So Roger now is ready to party. Mike has already partied. So we're on two different wavelengths. Ah, okay.
Snowbike Mike
You're.
Host/Announcer
He's on the come up. You're on the come down.
Andy Cortez
I'm on the come down. All right. So I'm like, yeah, go for it.
Snowbike Mike
Mike has been what starts to come down here, and then it just down the entire rest of the trip.
Andy Cortez
Roger and I are gambling once again.
Nick Scarpino
Blew up his heart and that scary.
Andy Cortez
We're having fun. Roger is understanding the free drinks as well, which is great. Great.
Snowbike Mike
It's huge.
Andy Cortez
The cocktail waitress hasn't come by yet. Roger says, I gotta go get a drink. So he goes to the bar to buy drinks. What happens? Cocktail. Wait. Just shows up two seconds later. Of course. So Roger's now in for, like, $80 on two margaritas.
Snowbike Mike
Crazy. Two. Two margaritas, $80. They were double margaritas.
Andy Cortez
But here's.
Nick Scarpino
Here's what I'm gonna say, though. Now, the free drink, you know, you understand the free drink concepts.
Snowbike Mike
They want us to get drunk and.
Nick Scarpino
Spend all our money, and they give you shit drinks.
Snowbike Mike
Honestly. Honestly.
Andy Cortez
Roger liked the drink.
Snowbike Mike
They were good.
Nick Scarpino
So you're smart. I'm just saying you're smart for ordering beers. Yeah, because they can't water down a Modelo.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
But when you get, like, a Jack and Coke or Jack and diet or whatever, you get like. You're like, there's no alcohol.
Andy Cortez
I mean, well, he was getting margaritas.
Snowbike Mike
I was getting. I got a margarita.
Nick Scarpino
That's why you got to go up and order them.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, I got a margarita there.
Nick Scarpino
But they did that stupid. Where they have. Everything's metered now, and they hit. And the gun just, like, spits out exactly the amount of alcohol it's supposed to have.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
Long gone are the days where you could grease the bartender a little bit and he'd just get you.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah. Yeah.
Andy Cortez
So know during this day, we're fighting. We're up the whole time. We're still in it. We're just fine. But then there's a moment when I know it's gonna shift.
Host/Announcer
Fighting.
Andy Cortez
Fighting to stay up.
Snowbike Mike
Okay, we're not fighting each other.
Andy Cortez
We're fighting to stay up. We're locked in. Me.
Nick Scarpino
And this is when you guys start texting.
Andy Cortez
We're locked in. No, it's about 30 minutes from then. Yeah.
Snowbike Mike
It seems like we were fighting each other the entire trip. No, we were chilling the entire.
Andy Cortez
We had the best time.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, it was awesome. Yeah, it was great. All of the moments that we had that he would just smile and laugh, and I would see it in his eyes. I'm like, you're gonna be mean to me on this podcast. That's what. That's what's gon happened. You're nice to me now you're gonna be mean to me later. Yeah, Mike. Every single thing.
Andy Cortez
Mike disliked that.
Snowbike Mike
Mike didn't say anything about anything. And then he's like, I'm waiting for this moment. He's like, no, sloppy. I would never do that.
Andy Cortez
We're fighting, and I know that the tides are about to shift because they've done a shift change in the middle. Our guy goes on break. The hot hand goes on break. And you know the rules. If the dealer switches, you're gonna have a bad time. It's time to pick up.
Nick Scarpino
They switch on purpose. This moment, not the energy.
Andy Cortez
Roger has ordered a drink. Drink from the cocktail waitress. I need to go to the bathroom really bad. So I'm like, this would now be the perfect moment to stand up and not do this. But Roger's waiting on a drink. So what we'll do is we'll just wait on the drink to return. Well, that took about 40 minutes.
Nick Scarpino
Yeah, they're not dumb.
Andy Cortez
And by the time she came back, we had lost. Yep. We lost everything.
Snowbike Mike
Well, I will say not to throw you under the bus too much, but also, we were losing. We're on a slow decline, Right? Which I'm fine with, Right. I'm like, okay, okay. At least we're having fun. We're playing, right? Mike decides right at the. Like, we have, like, maybe 50 bucks left. In the middle of us putting down a hand, he just says, Ah, 25 on black real quick. Just immediately. Just fucks us up. And we lose it immediately. So now we just doubled the. The. We just. Yeah, the decline is now sharp. So we lose it all pretty fast.
Andy Cortez
And so at this moment, just so you all are aware, before we started gambling, I wanted to go out to dinner. Dinner. Roger, of course, not hungry. At that time, it was just going to be Mike because they had food there.
Nick Scarpino
Want to go back to the same restaurant you went to before?
Andy Cortez
We'll talk about that another time. We'll talk about that. There's a lot more. So I was like, let's just go down there. We go down to the steakhouse there. Smells awful.
Snowbike Mike
Oh, like shit.
Andy Cortez
There's a smell coming from the Mandalay Bay Aquarium. Plus the walkway to the T. Mobile arena into their food, their fine dining, restaurant, hallway. A lot of sense that is collider. You not miss. And somehow there are like, 40 people sitting, eating, and you're like, do you not smell what we're all smelling? So Roger was like, let's go. And I was like, that's fine. Let's go. So I hadn't eaten at all. And so now it's 11:30. Nothing is open but the Luxor food court, where we proceed to walk across the walkway. And we go to the Luxor food court.
Snowbike Mike
Can I tell the story, please? Now, this is my point of view. And then you can point.
Andy Cortez
I will fill in the blanks. Because at this point, Roger's feeling himself.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, I'm drunk.
Andy Cortez
He's having a good time.
Snowbike Mike
I'm drunk. And we talked about how I am not usually Snowbike Mike when it comes to social interactions, but I actually left that one thing. So I'm like that when it comes to weed stores. And I'm like that when I'm drunk ordering food next to people.
Host/Announcer
Yes.
Snowbike Mike
I love talking to people about what they're gonna get. What they're gonna get. What are you gonna get? So I'm Mike. No, I'm not talking to Mike. I'm talking to random people.
Nick Scarpino
No, no, it's. You're like, me.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah.
Nick Scarpino
When I get drunk, I want to be best friends with everyone.
Snowbike Mike
Everybody. So I'm sit. So then Mike already orders. He got a pizza. Pizza. And I was like, yeah, I'll get a slice.
Andy Cortez
No, no, I took it to the pizza place. You didn't want any pizza. I said, I'm getting us two slices of pizza.
Snowbike Mike
You said, fine, yeah, let's do that.
Andy Cortez
I was like, I'll get you anything. A stromboli. I'll get you a slice of pizza. What did you say? What's a stromboli?
Snowbike Mike
No, no, guy.
Andy Cortez
There's a drunk man looking at him. I go, a stromboli? And the drunk guy looks at him and goes, oh, stromboli, man. He starts telling Roger all about what stromboli is. And Roger's nodding his head.
Snowbike Mike
This guy was locked into stromboli. He was like, you gotta try a stromboli. I'm like, what is a stromboli? And he said, well, it's like a pizza, but in, like, a pocket form. And I want to look at him be like, isn't that just a calzone? But then he just kind of kept on expanding upon how important it was, because then you get the sauce on the side different. And he really wanted. He really likes the sauce. So he's like, you got to put the sauce on top of the stromboli. I was like, that's crazy. I'm gonna get this pizza. But, like, thanks for letting me know about that. Right? So then Mike and I, we eat our food Mike's like, hey, Mike, buy the pizza.
Andy Cortez
You know, Okay.
Snowbike Mike
I mean, I took a photo.
Andy Cortez
Selfish lover.
Host/Announcer
Unselfish.
Andy Cortez
Always.
Snowbike Mike
We eat the food. He gets up. I got to use the bathroom. I'm like, okay. He goes to the bathroom, and I'm throwing away our stuff. And then I see the Stromboli guy. This the guy that ordered the Stromboli.
Nick Scarpino
Mr. Stromboli.
Snowbike Mike
I. I walk over.
Nick Scarpino
Hey, that's Tony Stromboli.
Andy Cortez
There was a lot of time before that.
Snowbike Mike
What?
Andy Cortez
So here's how it went. We finished our food. I said, I'm going to go throw this away. I'm going to grab a napkin, let's leave. Leave. And so I proceed to walk to the trash can, walk to the exit where Roger should be moving at this point.
Snowbike Mike
I thought you said you're gonna go to the bathroom.
Andy Cortez
Roger is locked in. Roger's looking at his phone. He's looking at the bright lights for, like, five plus minutes. I'm taking photos of Roger from across the lobby and sending it to him to let him know, like, it's time to go. So then these are the photos I'm sending Roger, right? And so then out of nowhere, he starts to walk. And I go, where could he possibly be walking now?
Snowbike Mike
Let me pick up. Let me pick up on my thing. So I see this Stromboli guy, and I'm like, hey, man, how was it? Like, I want to know, like. Because he was like, I'm excited about this. He's like, man, it was really good. And I see on his plate, he has cut the stromboli in half, right? He cut the Stromboli half. He ate one half. He's like, getting here. You want. You want to bite? And I was like, yeah, I'll take a bite of the Stromboli right now. I pick it up. He's like, you gotta add some sauce on that. I was like, yeah, take a bite. I was like, hey, hey, man, thanks for this. I'm going to throw out your plate for you, right? So I pick up the thing. I drop the Stromboli on the floor.
Nick Scarpino
Hey, man, thanks for sharing your stromboli.
Andy Cortez
Fuck you.
Snowbike Mike
I pick it up, I throw it back. I throw away his stuff for him. And then I walk over, and then Mike's like, check your phone. And he was taking photos of me eating this guy Stromboli the entire time. You know, it was a clean cut, right? It wasn't like he took a big bite out of it or whatever. It Was a clean cut. The guy wanted half. Half a stromboli. And I ate half a Stromboli. Bully. And it was good.
Nick Scarpino
I don't see any problem with that.
Snowbike Mike
Thank you, Nick.
Andy Cortez
There's no problem.
Nick Scarpino
Why anyone would try to take pictures of you doing that?
Snowbike Mike
I think it was kind of weird, honestly, for no reason. Yeah, it was kind of weird.
Host/Announcer
I really want to hear this man's perspective where in reality, Roger came up.
Snowbike Mike
To him, was like.
Nick Scarpino
All right, man, take half.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, I didn't eat it after it dropped the floor, y'.
Host/Announcer
All.
Snowbike Mike
That's not what happened. I ate it and then I dropped it on the floor, and then I picked it up and threw it away.
Nick Scarpino
Did he want the other half of the scramble?
Andy Cortez
Yeah. No.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, he wanted. Yeah, he was gonna throw it away. So that's what happened.
Nick Scarpino
Get in there.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, exactly. So it was chill. It was a nice time.
Host/Announcer
That does sound very, very chill, Rod.
Snowbike Mike
Yeah, it was a chill time.
Host/Announcer
And I can't wait to hear about all the rest of these.
Snowbike Mike
No way.
Host/Announcer

Snowbike Mike
No, we got it. We gotta tell.
Host/Announcer

Andy Cortez
You blame it on Andy.
Nick Scarpino
