Alllll big deals, especially those related to real estate and estate planning should be in writing. I'm fired up about this because I recently spoke with two brothers who had been introduced to me by a CPA here in my local area.

The brothers are in a major tough spot. They contacted me because they felt that their sister may have done some shananigans with mom & dad's estate plan.
