I like to choose three things and typically it's the same three things to just make my mornings easier. Every single morning I hydrate. Hydration is a big deal for me, especially in the morning. I drink about 30 ounces of water with supplements and electrolytes that I pour in there. I use ima, I use an electrolyte supplement and I use ROW nutrition. Before I put my phone down and step away from technology, I, I look at my calendar for the next day. So I, I go over my calendar on my phone and I just look through my calendar for the next day to see what I have to do so that I have no surprises. Another thing that I like to do is I typically like to work out in the morning so I put out my workout clothes the night before. These are things that you can do to really de stress your morning. So those are my three calendar clothes and my water. I encourage you, I challenge you to choose three things to do this week that are going to make your mornings less stressful so that when you wake up in the morning it's just things you don't have to worry about. An entrepreneur straight out of New York City. Michael Chernow. What's cracking? What up y'? All? It's a Monday moment, another Monday moment and I want this one to be about setting yourself up for success the night before. So I talked a week ago about what to do. You know, the little five minute morning routine that is my non negotiable prayers, push ups and poses. I want to offer a challenge for you to do something that I like to do in terms of setting myself up for success at night for the morning. And what does that look like? You know, I like to choose three things and typically it's the same three things to just make my mornings easier. Every single morning I hydrate. Hydration is a big deal for me, especially in the morning. I drink about 30 ounces of water with supplements and electrolytes that I pour in there. I use ima, I use an electrolyte supplement and, and I use row nutrition all, all three of those in my jar of water. And for years I would just, I have a, I have a water filtration system in my refrigerator and so I would just fill my water in the morning with the water that came out of the filter in the fridge. The problem with that is that water is cold and so, and I don't like drinking water from the faucet, although I can, I just like to use filtered water and so having cold water in the morning isn't very good. It's actually, it like chills your body so that you end up expending, expending energy to warm your body up first thing in the morning because that cold water is going in and actually cooling you from the inside out. So I like using room temperature water. So what I've started to do is set up my jar of water the night before so that it just is so simple. It's just very easy. I, I, I give myself 30 ounces of water, I put in the supplements and then I leave it on the counter. And then in the morning I give it a good shake and I drink it. And it just saves me. Another thing that I like to do is I typically like to work out in the morning, so I put out my workout clothes the night before, so I'm not like rummaging around in the closet and waking up my wife and kids because I'm up super early. So I just take out my workout clothes and I put them in a nice little pile in the kitchen downstairs the night before. So I, it's just a very, very easy way for me to just grab it and go. Another thing I like to do the night before, which is been a habit of mine for a while, is before I go to bed or before I put my phone down and step away from technology, I look at my calendar for the next day. So I go over my calendar on my phone and I just look through my calendar for the next day to see what I have to do so that I have no surprises the following day. It's really, really nice to know what's going on tomorrow so that when tomorrow comes, you're prepared. And so typically I'll look at my calendar and if there's anything that I need to prepare for, I just do it. I just get it prepared. If there's something that I need to bring with me to work, if I'm shooting content and I need specific products with me, I just do it the night before so that the morning is just less stressful. These are things that you can do to really de stress your morning. So those are my three calendar clothes and my water. Obviously my, obviously my meal one is prepped already. So like my breakfast is always prepped. And if you listen to this podcast, chances are you are also a Meal one user. So one of the beauty, one of the best things about Meal one, which is our high protein overnight oatmeal, is that you can make, I typically make like three or four at a time and that happens on Sundays. So I make Three or four meal ones, they're always in the fridge and they're ready to rock and roll. So my breakfast in the morning takes zero seconds to make because it's already made. And so that obviously draws a thick line through having to deal with breakfast. And that's one of the reasons why I like meal one so much. So I, I, I encourage you, I challenge you to choose three things to do this week that are going to make your mornings less stressful. Things that are simple, that you can take care of the night before, that you can take care of the night before. So that when you wake up in the morning, it's just things you don't have to worry about. Like, I know the water is kind of like a simple thing. Oh, hey, just go to the water faucet and pour the water. But you know what if you don't have to worry about it in the morning and it's just ready to rock and roll right there, sitting on the counter, room temperature just makes life easier. So I encourage you to do three things. Choose three things that you think will make your mornings easier and report back. You can shoot me a dm like if, if, if, if, you know, I'd love to just hear if that is successful for you and if it is, continue doing it right. Like, setting yourself up for success is only going to bring upside in your life, and preparing is definitely a great way to do that the night before. I love the calendar thing because, you know, there are times where, like, I'm traveling, whatever, and I forget to look at my calendar and I wake up in the morning and I see that I've got like a few things that start at 9am that I could have been more prepared for. So check out your calendar. That's one that I love. And, and, but, but you choose, you choose. This is just me offering a little bit of a life hack, life optimization that I love, setting myself up for success the night before. And I don't know, I hope that helped. I love doing these Monday moments because they, it's just things off the top of my head that I feel like I do in my daily life or I've experienced that I like to share with you all. So until the next one, y', all, peace.
