At least one of you that's thinking about throwing in the towel on something that you know does not need. It's. It's probably painful, it probably hurts, it probably stings, it's probably uncomfortable. It's probably. It's probably not fun, whatever it is that you're thinking about throwing the towel in on. And unless it's actually a toxic situation, a dangerous situation, a situation where you feel harmed or you feel like you're harming somebody else, go the distance because most people take a knee. What's going on?

Let's go, Creatures of habit community Monday moment. Let's go today, Today. Today's the day. Today's the day. Today is the day. It's the only day. It's the only day you have to worry about today. You get stuck in yesterday, stressed out about manana. Life is gonna pass you by, friends. It's just what it is. Today's the only day. Today's the day that you get a shot. Tomorrow's not guaranteed and yesterday's long gone. Today's the day and there's only one thing you gotta do. Go the distance, go the distance. That's all you gotta do. Not always about winning. It's not always about being the best. It is all about not throwing that white towel into the ring. All you gotta do is show up, give it everything you got, and go the distance. That has rung true for me in every thing I would consider an accomplishment in my life. I went the distance. I was willing to just go the distance, right? Like, when you think about boxers, everybody's gunning for a KO. Nice to see a TKO, but really, like, you see two boxers go 12 rounds. Go the distance. Just slug it out. You just. It's warrior style stuff. Warrior. And that is the requirement. Going the distance. Walk into it. Committing to Going the distance. What am I talking about? I'm talking about your fitness. I'm talking about your family. Go the distance. Relationships are not always going to be tiptoeing in the tulips. It's not always going to be easy. It's not always going to be fun. It is definitely going to be uncomfortable at times. That is okay. And life. Go the distance. Unless it's absolutely toxic and negative. I'm talking about your faith. Go the distance. I'm not talking, I'm not telling you that everybody has to believe in God. I know I certainly do. I am saying that everybody should have faith in something. Faith is so important. Hope is so important. Because when people fail you because they will, and I'm not saying walk around with this defeatist mentality, but people will fail you. It's just a fact. You got to have hope. Belief and hope in yourself and your higher self in God. Go the distance. Your nutrition, you want to get into great shape. I promise you, 95% of that is your nutrition. I guarantee you that. Commit. Go the distance. All it is, is today. All you got to do is today. Go the distance. I hope I connected with at least one of you that's thinking about throwing in the towel on something that you know, does not need. It's. It's probably painful. It probably hurts. It probably stings. It's probably uncomfortable. It's probably, it's probably not fun, whatever it is that you're thinking about throwing the towel in on. And unless it's actually a toxic situation, a dangerous situation, a situation where you feel harmed or you feel like you're harming somebody else. Go the distance. Because most people take a knee, throw in the towel. I've talked a lot about endurance over the years, how important endurance is for everything. You know, I know I'm sitting here talking to you like I am not ever the smartest guy at the table. Ever. Ever. Well, maybe once in a while if I'm sitting with a bunch of sixth graders. But I'm just, I'm just not, you know, I'm not the smartest guy at the table. I'm not the toughest guy at the table. I'm not the strongest guy at the table. I'm not the most creative guy at the table. I bring value to the table for sure. But I will tell you who I am at the table. I am the guy that will go the distance. I will not throw in that towel. I just won't. And that's. That's my secret to success. You just continue to push, you know? You continue to push. Today's the day. Every day. Today's the day. I hope this one hit. I know it did. I know this one did. I get chills thinking about it, saying out loud. So. Share this podcast, repost this podcast, send it to your friends, your family. This is a short one, a powerful one with a big make a make a big wave. If you're listening to this on a Monday, let's go Monday. Start your week committing. Go the distance. No white towels, no matter what. Go the distance. Don't beat yourself up. Go the distance. Today's the day. Yesterday's gone. Tomorrow's not guaranteed. Love y' all till the next one. Peace.

Central to Michael's message is the concept of "going the distance." Using the metaphor of a boxer enduring each round, he illustrates the value of perseverance over the allure of quick victories. He acknowledges that "Relationships are not always going to be tiptoeing in the tulips. It's not always going to be easy. It's not always going to be fun. Delving into the intangible aspects of success, Michael emphasizes the role of faith and hope. He posits that having belief in oneself and, for those who are spiritual, a higher power, is essential for navigating failures and setbacks.
