My strategy for myself is to honestly think about what does it sound like in the locker room of a football team heading into the Super Bowl? What do you think the coaches are saying, the players are saying? What do you think they're saying to each other? What do you think the energy feels like? If I could have self dialogue that sounded like that every morning before I really got my day going, it would probably sound a little bit like this. There is no chance we lose. There is no chance they win. We know what we gotta do and we're damn good at doing it. There is no one that's gonna stand in our way. There is no single person, human object, anything that can stop us from getting the win if impossible. No one, nothing. We are a team. You're going to take it to the finish line. There is no other day but today. Imagine that was the conversation you had with yourself in the morning. I know that might sound cheesy and corny, but I'm here to tell you that it works. An entrepreneur straight out of New York City, Michael Chernow. What's cracking. Monday moment. Holy mackerel. It's a new year. It's a new year. What are you going to do? What are you going to do? What are you doing? Right. That's the question everybody has asks themselves and asks their friends. What are you doing new in this year? It's a new year. What are you doing? I want to talk about self dialogue in the new year. The conversations you have with yourself. Especially because I'm sure the, a lot of people that are listening to this probably have some New Year's resolutions, probably have some new goals, some new targets, some dreams that they're trying to, trying to get after this year, especially in this time of the year, the beginning of the year, self dialogue is so critical. Let me reframe that. Self dialogue has been so critical for me in my life. The conversations that I have with myself are incredibly critical to the success of any goal I put down on paper or in front of me. The self dialogue, what does it say sound like when I am alone talking to myself, whether in my head or out loud, because I do both. And some advice that I'd like to just drop on you is self awareness is, is, is very important when this, when we're having this conversation, this, the, the, the, the, the self dialogue conversation. But when I think about self dialogue, really my strategy for myself is to honestly think about what does it sound like in the locker room of a football team heading into the Super Bowl. What do you Think the coaches are saying, the players are saying. What do you think they're saying to each other? What do you think the energy feels like? If I could have self dialogue that sounded like that every morning before I really got my day going. If it sounded like a team locker room heading into the super bowl, it would probably sound a little bit like this. There is no chance we lose. There is no chance they win. We get out. We do what we got to do because we know what we got to do. We know what we got to do and we're damn good at doing it. There is no one that's going to stand in our way. There is no single person, human object, anything that can stop us from getting the win. Impossible. No one, nothing. We are a team. We are going to take it to the finish line. There is no other day but today. Imagine that was the conversation you had with yourself in the morning. I know that might sound cheesy and corny, but I'm here to tell you that it works. Because unfortunately, for some strange reason our brain likes to say, oh man, I don't know if that's a possibility for me. I could lose. I could. That could totally. That could totally be a. The wrong decision. Let me think about it for some more. Let me just put. Let me think about it a little bit more. Let me try to. I don't, I don't know if. I don't know if I can do it. Like it's so much easier to think that way. So much easier. So much harder to have the mindset of, I've got this. We're gonna win. No chance we lose. I am unstoppable, unbeatable, undefeatable, period. No one can stand in my way. Imagine that was the conversation every day. I'm giving you permission. Fuck it. Have that talk with yourself in the morning. Why not? Why wouldn't you? You can think about a locker room. Forget the super bowl, any game. You know, I'll finish with this. I'm a New York Giants fan. Most of you know that. That follow along on my content. I'm not afraid or ashamed of it. It's hard being a New York Giants fan. But I guarantee you New York Giants are 2 and 13 right now. Actually, I think they won. No, they're 3 and 13. Terrible's terrible. You think that the locker room conversation before a game sounds like, man, I don't think we can get out there and win today. I just. We. We suck. There's no way we're going to be able to beat these guys. You think that's what it sounds like in that, in that locker room pregame? Even with a 2 or 3 and 13 record? Hell no. Every game, the locker room is chanting. They're riling each other up. They're getting excited for the battle. We are going to win this game. We are going to win this game. And whether they win or lose, it's about a mindset. You have the ability to walk into every single day thinking it's a winning day. Every single day, you have the option to choose how you're going to walk in, the decisions that you're going to make from the minute you step out of bed. How are you going to. How are you going to walk in? How are you going to step on the field? Already have won. Now you. All you got to do is fill in the blanks or already lost. Turn your self awareness volume up now. Don't let that voice in your head talk you from. Talk you off of taking the leap. It's 20, 26, y'. All. Now's the time. Let's fucking.
