I've been saying want plus do equals have forever. The do is commit to the day. Commit to the day. Arguably the most important is doing what you say you are going to do for yourself. You are the most important person you have to impress, to hold accountable you. Because when you walk through life not doing what you say you're gonna do, you begin to lose FAI in that person. And when you lose faith in that person, you everything you say, you won't believe or trust or have confidence in. The easiest place to build this confidence, the easiest place to feel self love, the easiest way to begin that journey. If you've fallen off or if you've never started. One day at a time. Stick to the plan. An entrepreneur straight out of New York City, Michael Chernow. What's cracking Monday morning? Monday, let's go Monday. Monday moment. This one is going to be a get your shit together. It's Monday, no More Excuses podcast from the Creatures of Habit team. Mikey Chernow here, coming at you live. Listen, you are capable of doing the things that you have been thinking about doing, specifically when it comes to your diet and to your fitness. Here's the thing, there is no one, and I repeat, there is not a single person standing in your way of being able to accomplish what you want to get done. The only thing standing in your way is discipline and time. And those things you can absolutely battle without a problem as long as you commit one day at a time. So we are coming up on the end of the year. We are in Q4, the fourth quarter of the year. You can wait until New Year's to kick off this diet. You've wanted to try that, you know, ten pounds, you've wanted to lose that hyrox, you've wanted to attempt to train for the new bodybuilding program, you've wanted to start running, but you know you've got too much going on. This is an opportunity for you. This is a reminder for you from Uncle Mike here to say, hey, why not finish the year really, really strong? Why not kick to the curb the excuses that you've made for yourself because of the other things that you have going on in your life that are actually not going to be as fulfilling as self love and self care. Doing what you say you are going to do for yourself is arguably the most important person you have to impress. You. You are the most important person in your life that you need to hold accountable to. Because when you walk through life doing what, not doing what you say you're going to do, you begin to lose faith in that person, you. And when you lose faith in that person, you, everything you say, you won't believe or trust or have confidence in. The easiest place to build this confidence. The easiest place to feel loved by your like self. Love. The easiest way to begin that journey. If you've fallen off or if you've never started. One day at a time. Stick to the plan. Just one day. All you've got to worry about. Not tomorrow, not the beginning of the year, not next week. One day. One day. You can do anything for a day. Anything. And that's all it takes to get what you want. I've been saying want plus do equals have forever. The do is commit to the day. Commit to the day. So I not. I might not be talking to everybody listening to this podcast. I might not be talking to 50% of the people that listen to this podcast because you're already a savage and you're on your way and you know, you just kill it in your life with your fitness and nutrition. And I'm here to tell you thank you. Thank you. Because just by doing what you do, whether you share it socially or not, you're making an impact in someone else's life. Because I'm here to tell you, you can have a thousand problems, but when your health becomes a problem, you will only have one problem, the worst problem. And there are so many things that we can do to prevent that from happening. I'm here to tell you that what you put into your body and how you move your body will take care of a vast majority of that one scary big health issue, in most cases from happening. You have what it takes. You have everything you need, because the only thing you need is discipline. Time. And we are all given that from God. God is giving us the. The ability to stay disciplined. And time is something that we all have. Discipline and time are the two things you need to battle on a daily basis. I'm talking to you. Yes, listening. Walking on the treadmill or driving your car, wherever you are, I'm here to tell you you got what it takes. Today's the day. One day. That's all you got to do. Do the water fast. Do the diet plan. Do the fitness program. Sign up for the hyrocks. A day at a time. Chip away at it. I'm talking about fitness and nutrition here because they are two of the most important things that saved my life and continue to save my life on a daily basis. I use them as tools, and the byproduct of that use is happiness, health, and fulfillment. I am a better person because of it. And I hope this message touches just one person, at least one. I hope you have the best week. I hope this was a motivational piece that just gave you that last little push. We're all here. Today's the day. No excuses. When you're sitting on the couch and you're being lazy and you want to, you say to yourself, I'll do it later. I'll do it tomorrow. Just get up and go. When you're lying in bed and you set your alarm for 5:30 in the morning or 6 in the morning and that alarm goes off and you just say to yourself, man, I just want to. I just want to stay in bed, get up and go. When you. When it's 8:30 at night and you're walking past the pantry and you want nothing more than to open up that drawer and grab a handful of M&M's, don't do it. You're going out for dinner on Saturday night and you've got a choice. You can order the fish and veggies or the double cheeseburger with fries and a side of mashed potatoes or Mac and cheese. Order the fish. I'm telling you that. And again, I said I'm not talking to everybody here. All right, I've said enough. I love you guys. I appreciate you guys. Know that this comes from my heart. Know that this comes truly from my heart. Because all I want is for everybody to be stoked and happy. That is like, the more happy and stoked people on the planet, the better life will be all around. I know that movement and healthy nutrition are a massive component to that mission. I love you. I appreciate you. Leave us a five star rating and a review till the next one, y'. All. Peace. Monday. Let's go.
