Age is definitely a number. Age can absolutely dictate how you walk through life, what you feel like, what you look like, but it doesn't have to. What's going on?

Podcast Family. My name is Michael Chernow and this is the Creatures of Habit podcast. Our habits will make us or they will break us. I've lived on both sides of the tracks and have experienced some of the best and the worst that habits have in store. The decisions we make on a consistent basis truly define who we are as human beings. This episode will be a solo episode where traditionally I interview guests. This is a solo episode where I share with you guys experiences that I've had, things that are relevant in my life today that I think could potentially be interesting for you to hear, things that I simply just want to share or quotes or activities that I've done over the last few weeks that have inspired me. So sit back, relax, and get out your pen and paper, because what you hear in this podcast could potentially make.

Some big changes in your life. Let's go. Community Monday. Moment time. I was running the other day and on that run I was somehow reminded, I don't know, it just came up that I have been training five, six days a week, various types of training, running, kickboxing, weightlifting, all sorts of different things for just under 21 years. No break. It's just what I do. I love training. Physical fitness has given me so much confidence to be able to pull off other things in my life. And the other thing that was really interesting when I was thinking about this, like, wow, like, dude, you really haven't taken time off. And not like, I should take time off because it's a lifestyle, but like, it's been decades actually. Think old, act old, be old, think young, act young, be young. That was the next thought that came to mind for me. I am legitimately middle age. I will be 45 years old this year. And I think young, act young, and honestly am young. Now, I'm not saying 45 is old or 44 is old, but I am saying that I know a lot of 44, 45 year olds that think old, act old, and look and are old. Real talk. And it's so interesting that it is truly like, age is definitely a number. Age can absolutely dictate how you walk through life, what you feel like, what you look like, but it doesn't have to. And so I'm not one of these guys that's like running from growing old. I'm just living my life like I did when I was in my 20s, and I still feel that way now. There's some, like, you know, aches and pains. I deal with some. Some autoimmune stuff that I've developed over the years. But at the end of the day, I just wanted to put a Wave, a flag for this idea that getting older doesn't have to mean slowing down. I feel like I'm in my prime, and I think that's important to share. I do not feel like I'm getting older. I feel like I'm kind of stuck in time. I'm learning a lot. I continue to learn. Every year, I get more experience, which offers me an opportunity to pay closer attention to the decisions that I make, raise my awareness. But when it comes to, like, my physical ability and my mental ability and how I think, I'm young. So just remember that. Think old, act old, be old, think young, act young, be young. It's a fact. Appreciate you guys. Love you guys. Hope you have the best week ever. Share this with a friend. Share this with your mom and dad. Share this with your husband or wife who's acting too old for you. I hope this one hit you in a sweet spot. Until the next one, y' all have a great week. Peace.
