And the thing is, Kentucky just got all the way back on for the the game for the years next year. So I'm going to put some money on the Cats to maybe reach the final Four. And I'm thinking about putting 100. But what do you guys think about me upping it to $1,000 for him just to reach the final Four? Because of our way coming back, and I think we got a good shot. And I just want to hang up, listen to you guys talk about that. I'm just going to think about.

I don't know what the money means to you, sir. If the money means a lot, don't bet a thousand dollars. The money is just like play money for you. Then go for it. Cause I think Kentucky has a good chance. But just make sure you pay more attention to the terms and conditions of the bet than the rules of this game that we played earlier. The Masonic Lodge. Okay. Why should we go there?

Well, for one, it's easy to get to on Southland. And the other thing is that I firmly believe that there are hundreds of people listening to this show right now that have Freemasonry in your heart, that live by Masonic values. But I've never once heard of Freemasonry or ever stepped foot in the lodge. And so it's, you know, you guys come in there is doing the double service of providing a service to you and also to, you know, building the spiritual temples of our communities.

They just moved into it. It's on Southland Drive. It's where the. Used to be a restaurant there. Can't remember the name of the restaurant. They bought this facility and moved in there.

Indoor is a lower level that has a gym, a bar, a theater in a large seating area with all kinds of sports memorabilia in there. I got a caveat is retired military. I moved here from Washington, D.C. so the sports memorabilia is the Washington Nationals.

I don't have anything fancy, but that is a house of some real passionate University of Kentucky.

Yeah, it's a gay eight guy frat house. Now it's two floors, and you'd be on the second floor with my son, with his three guys or whatever. But they have followed Mario. Yeah. And they have followed you since. I have followed you since I was ever. My mom went there third year, and then the four of them, they're with a frat house. Yeah, they won the dance contest. You remember that big dance contest at Rubberina recently? So they.

They've got TVs up and they're ready to go. Yeah, they got TVs up. They watch sports like crazy. Betting like crazy.

All right, sounds good. Hang on, Jay. All right, so Jane has an 8 guy frat house close to. Close to KS bar. Mario already has. That's the one he wants to go to. All right, we add a couple other people quickly. Mark, go ahead, Mark.

Yeah. Hey. Yeah, my wife makes custom cookies. So we've got cookies set up for you guys. And then. Yeah, and she'll make them with your faces on them and everything. And then we have a nice backyard. And we're going to be putting some chickens in the backyard soon. So you would have some nice things to look at with the trees. And we also have sweet. That's right. Free eggs and sweet bay magnolias on either side of the deck. So it smells.

Thanks for taking my call, Matt. I watched a video the other day about Kentucky Motor Speedway. It's kind of sad to see a facility like that just bas in ruins going to waste. Have you heard anything about it? You know, someone spent a lot of money to build that facility. I'd love to see it used for anything, really. I'll hang up and listen to your.

[Matt Jones]

Yeah, it's terrible. So when I was. The Kentucky Motor Speedway was like a really great thing for the state. And you know, it's. It's huge. It's right off i71 there in between Louisville and Cincinnati and Sparta. You know, they. That they were just ruined by the fact they had the first nascar. Well, first they had a hard time getting a race. They got sued or they sued. NASCAR ended up getting a race. And then the first race was just a disaster with the traffic. I mean, the racing was actually pretty cool there, but the traffic was so bad. And then they just were never able to make up for it. And now like they use the parking lots to like host Ford trucks, you know. Have you ever driven by there? It's just full of trucks. But the place, it's. It's sad, it is dull. It's. It was such a nice facility, and now they don't do anything with it. And it's just becoming dilapidated, and it just. It's. It. It stinks. Because that was such a cool thing for the state and it just hasn't.

So they don't even have the truck races there anymore.

[Matt Jones]

I don't think they have anything there.

Sad.

They had a concert once, Shannon. Right. Like a music festival or something. And it was, I think, relatively popular, but just don't have anything. And I used to. I went to multiple races. It was a lot of, like, it was a lot of fun. And then NASCAR rearranged their schedule, took the race away from Kentucky and now nothing.

That's sad.
