The invisible environment around us and how it may be affecting our brains every single day. My guest today is Philip von Holsendorf. Feeling if I was to read the whole CV it would be very long. Think bioenergy educator, bestselling author and the founder of Quantum Upgrade. Before entering the wellness space, Philip served as a vice president at T Mobile, helping lead global telecom infrastructure. During these years building its scaling wireless networks. He became deeply aware of something most people rarely think about. How electromagnetic fields affect our lives. I mean just think about it. Wi Fi, 5G, Bluetooth, all the smart devices. We are surrounded by constant signal transmission 24 hours a day. And since the brain itself runs on electrical signals, it raises an important question at this where we're going to talk about today, which I know our audience, our members are very interested. What does living in this invisible sea of frequencies mean to things like our focus, our stress levels, our sleep, our recovery, our mental and brain health. So today we're diving into emfs energy and what it means to support your brain in a world that's, that's more connected than ever. And perhaps even more surprising why Simply blocking all EMFs may not actually be the best solution. We've never, we've never really addressed this and I, I want to encourage all our members and listeners to really, really lean into this because there's this Oliver Wendell Holmes quote that says a person's mind, once stretched by a new idea, never regains its original dimensions. And you know in when, when I was prepping for this conversation, you know, certain quotes popped into my mind that we've all heard, right? Tesla's quote, you know, if you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, vibration. I think there's an Einstein quote quote that talks about frequency and the future of medicine. Something like future of medicine will be.

Future of medicine will be the medicine of frequencies.

Right, Exactly. And every. And he goes on to say things like every, everything is energy. And I know most of our members, most of our listeners subscribe to that. He says everything is energy and that's all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but to get that reality. So we're going to dive in. I want to start with a little bit of your background I mentioned in the intro. You're a successful executive over AT T Mobile before founding both Leela Quantum Tech and End Quantum. What happened in your life that made you want to shift from telecom infrastructure to quantum energy wellness?
B
Yeah, it was a whole journey. It started in the early 2000s when I realized I was unhappy in my life and I had cut myself off my own emotions and feelings. And I realized I discredited my own intuition. And I discredited because of that also the intuition in others. And it was only brain focused for me, only rational thinking. And so I went out to basically reclaim that again and to find myself again. That's kind of what I did in parallel to my corporate career. And I got really curious because not only did I get into meditation and yoga, I'm by the way also Kundavini teacher. And I got trained in various energy healing techniques, shamanic practices and past life regression work. And it was always just about solving blockages that I felt I had accumulated in my life to just heal those. Right. And it was not really about healing others. The healing help, healing others came later when my ex wife was diagnosed with chronic lyme disease in 2010. And the, you know, mainstream doctors would tell us, well that's just the way it is. She can take six weeks antibiotics and if that doesn't help, she's gonna just suffer until the rest of the life. That that's basically what they said and we wouldn't accept it. Right. So that sparked in me the passion, passion for helping others, finding the next best thing. I went through the rabbit hole of, you know, you know, mainstream medical system, healthcare system versus okay, what are all these other billions of opportunities you have to heal yourself, right. And to, to get better, get well, whether that's for the brain, for the nervous system, cellular function. Right. There's a lot out there. And then eventually it culminated in, you know, me founding Lila Quantum Tech and Quantum Upgrade, even though that wasn't right. After my telco experience, I was several years in, you know, in T Mobile Europe, but also in, in the US But I was also for several years a C level executive at a multibillion dollar company in the US and then in 2016, finally it was my calling to get out of corporate to say thank you for all the great experiences I had, but now really roll out what I'm here for. And that since that day, basically I've been working on building this and making it available and growing it and no, we're here.

All right. And we're going to dive into the science because I'm sure people listening, you know, who want to get more, we call them owls. They're very logical, they want to see the data. Maybe we could start as a, to start the conversation, you know, EMFs, I think more and more people are aware of them. How would you explain electromagnetic fields to a 10 year old? Maybe first to just give some people some, some, some background.
B
Yeah. So the first important thing to understand is that not all EMFs are bad. There are some native EMFs that come from the sun, I would call them like the, the cosmic, the cosmic EMFs.

Right.
B
They're, they're just natural and that's quite important that we have access to that, what the sun, you know, gives us. And, and it's, you know, our biofield craves that in a way. Right. Even though sometimes when there are solar storms, we feel a little rattled maybe. But it is also a mechanism, I think, of the cosmic forces to wake up our biofield and to eventually make us grow on that level. So that's not to be demonized. Right. So what's really difficult to handle though for the human body and biofield, that's the non native EMFs. So electromagnetic fields that come from a laptop, that come from a tv. But then it goes into the more difficult ones like Wi Fi, 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G, which has already been rolled out in a lot of places in the US and worldwide. Even though most people have no clue that that has happened already, we do know that is happening and has happened already. Then you have other things that, you know, we don't have to get into because most people haven't heard about that. Electric cars, for example, emit an incredible amount of electromagnetic fields through the battery operated System that is by far and large one of the most difficult situations for a human body to be in an electric car. And everyone can easily measure that with an EMF meter. It doesn't cost more than 100 bucks, and you can measure that. And the longer you drive, the worse it gets. And then if you're on your phone while you're driving, or you have a passenger that's also on the phone while you're driving, it all gets amplified and it literally deregulates all of your organs within minutes. We know that firsthand. We've done the tests, we've had institutes testing all of that. You can see it within seconds in the brain, and you can see it within minutes. And the blood, those are all electromagnetic fields. So everything digital and electronic pretty much now when we get into headphones, right, that's also something to be really aware of. So the closer, you know, I hold my phone to my ears or to my head, the worse it gets. So try to maybe use the speaker if you can. If you do headphones, do something like this here, these are actually quite perfect. But yeah, if you have the AirPods, you know, I think probably even intuitively, most people know that there's something that's maybe not so good for the brain.

Right.

If you think about it really, how you're, you're frying your brain while you're putting it in, it's right in the ear canal. And if you do the research with a super advanced EEG device, for example, you can just visualize all of that. And, and in a nutshell, what happens, Your brain gets completely stressed the second already you put these things on or you put your phone to your ear, you can measure these things.

I have a EMF meter. I recently brought it on a plane and that was kind of disturbing. And it's interesting because a lot of people, they struggle with jet lag as they travel. And I was thinking like, hey, maybe having a monitor, the person behind you is watching in your seat, like right in the back of your head for six hours or more. What, what, what are these symptoms of the constant EMF from these devices from the car, from the phone, from the WI fi? I mean, what, how does, how do, what are some of the symptoms downstream that people are experiencing, you know, around, around our brain, around our nervous system?
B
Yes, it's a great question. And you can see a negative impact on your heart rate variability very, very quickly from, from all kinds of electromagnetic fields. And obviously, if you go into the, the really hard environment like an electric car, it's kind of like the worst, it happens the fastest and it's, it's the worst impact. Then if you look at your blood, for example, so it tends to clot your blood, it's actually quite a normal thing that happens. Which is terrible to say, right, that this is now sort of normal. But if you test yourself in an electromagnetic free environment and you look at your blood under a dark field microscope as an example, you would see your blood in a relatively normal state. Then if you were to just turn on WI fi in the room, you don't even do anything crazy like you know, putting the AirPods in your ear, just the WI fi turns on your blood clots. And within minutes, within about 10 minutes, you can see about stage one and stage two of blood clotting. You see that the white blood cells tend to get paralyzed and you see other things as well that are not beneficial. And what does that mean? It means a higher risk for heart attack. So stroke, heart disease and other issues. Now the body then fights a lot of that, right. And you need to get into real action to fight that off. And if you think about it, it doesn't really stop because we have WI fi nowadays, just regular WI fi pretty much everywhere. Right. And on top of that then we cross 5G and 6G towers. Then on top of that we use our AirPods or sit in an electric car. So it actually is a constant EMF soup. So the body constantly needs to fight it. And for the brain, obviously that is so important. You can see that all stress related activity in the brain instantly skyrockets instantly. And then you see that everything that's linked to the calm state and balanced state gets destroyed. That is something you can also measure within seconds. So those are I think the most important, important ones. I would argue that cellular function certainly is also impacted. Your ATP production, your cellular recovery and all of that. And it's no surprise why people nowadays are a lot more stressed. It's not just because we have such a schedule, but it's also because we don't have the chance anymore to really recover because we're constantly in catch up mode.

Yeah. And people will say this, that they feel wired but tired. Right. And it could be the environment that that's playing the big, the one of the big major roles. And I think a lot of people could relate to that if somebody is listening in there because we're going to go into tactics and some, some tips to be able to mitigate this. If someone is skeptical about this topic, you know, what do you Think they're missing? I know there are dozens of studies, placebo controlled studies. Maybe you could highlight one or two of them that would kind of give people. Because I feel like when we know better, we could do better. Right. And I think awareness is like a starting point for all kind of positive change because we could act upon that awareness. Right. We can't change something unless we're fundamentally aware of it. But if somebody was skeptical, maybe can you cite one or two studies that really stand out for you that would illustrate, you know, the, either the consequence of not dealing with or the benefits of, you know, reducing or mitigating, you know, this environmental effect?
B
Yeah. So just on a very general level, there are way over a thousand large studies that have been done, also long term studies in regards to all kinds of different health conditions and impacts on the human body over the last decades. To be honest, worldwide. A good resource for that is the so called bioinitiative report. You may get lucky if you Google bioinitiative report, even though Google is not the biggest fan of making that type of information available. But there you have access to just a lot of overall studies that are very, very interesting. And then just from our own research we have seen firsthand and it's not research we do, but it's like institutes and doctors and university labs doing these studies with our technology. And in many cases they've studied the impact on electromagnetic fields and they also studied the effects just of electromagnetic fields on the brain, on the cellular function, on the blood, on the heart rate variability. And then they see, okay, so what happens if you still are in this attack mode, basically getting attacked by electromagnetic fields, but then introduce our technology. So we know a lot there. And I would, I would definitely point to the brain research that, that has been done. You can find it on the Quantum Upgrade website. Quantum Upgrade IO and then there's a research tab and you have access to that. Look at the blood studies. I think the blood is just, you know, intuitively we know, okay, if, if someone tells you something is wrong with your blood, you'll be like, oh wow, what can I do? Right? Because the blood is everywhere. It's just our, you know, the part of our physical existence that keeps us going and the blood gets attacked. So you can look into that and we have great pictures there because you can see before and after how it actually looks like how do you blood. And you don't need to be an expert to understand when you see these pictures. Oh my God. This is not what I want to have in my Blood. I want to better do something about that. Then you see very interesting studies that were done, eight of those by Dr. Robert Chief at the University of Tulsa. All of those studies that referenced were randomized, double blind. So of course placebo controlled. And he works with human cell cultures and that was fascinating to be honest. So he looked into what the technology could do if you measure the ATP production and what happens when you measure cellular recovery. And interestingly, he found a 50 to 100% acceleration in wound healing of human cells when exposed to such a coherent energy field of our technology. And yeah, I mean, it's no surprise really, but if you can neutralize the negative effects of these electromagnetic fields, you take away the stress the body has, you can see it right in the brain and then, okay, so if, if the brain suddenly is not stressed anymore, it seems to also mean that literally the blood gets into a better state, the cellular function works properly, and, and then there's no surprise that the body in general is, is improving.

Yeah, we know, we know chronic stress could, could lead to brain shrinkage, which doesn't, I don't think anybody want, wants that also. And I want to talk about some, a tool that you created that has changed my life and in terms of my performance, my focus, my stress levels, my recovery, and also my, my, my restoration, my sleep. So definitely stay tuned to the end when we talk about this technology. If somebody wants to mitigate this environment, some of these environmental stressors, you know, what are, what are, which I'm sure every single person listening wants to be able to do with this, you know, this invisible, you know, the challenge that we have around us for them and their families or their workplace. What are some simple things they could do, you know, today or tomorrow. What would you recommend?
B
So, you know, one thing I would not recommend that's important to mention though, is to block everything off so that you try to block those electromagnetic fields from your house, for example. There are ways to do it. It's not necessarily that simple. You could have certain paint that, that contains lead or other metals, and then they could block to a large degree electromagnetic fields. Now the problem with that is that then you also block off the, the native electromagnetic fields. Right? So that's a little bit of an issue. And you, you may create more issues for yourself than, than before. So for your body, you could, you could in theory. And we, we do have actually such clothing with, with our other company, Lila Quantum Tech, where you can, they're, they're infused with silver fabric and silver also blocks over 99% of electromagnetic field. So you could wear those. But unless you cover, you know, and that may come in handy like in an airplane for example, or an electric car to cover off, I don't know, your just with a T shirt, you know, your main aspects or you wear little beanie for your brain. Right, Those things may come in handy, but other than that, you would have to literally wear a suit, like a whole body suit on a silver to block them off everywhere. So it's not really the way to go. Right. The way to go is to, to use technology like we develop where you could just leverage all of those electromagnetic fields. You're just in this EMF soup, but you have no issues with it. And that's the modern, modern life solution, at least from my perspective. So, you know, you, you do certain

things to mitigate it, like not have the phone in the bedroom or charging by, you know, on your nightstand or turning off the WI fi at night or simple things like that with that.
B
So if you don't want to, you know, go to an actual solution that takes care of these things, you could do certain quick changes. Right. So you could indeed, you know, turn your phone off at night as an example. Right. Even if it's on airplane mode, sitting close, it still you know, creates issues. You know, WI fi turned on at night is obviously an issue in the home. So you could turn it off for better sleep. Now you still have possibly, you definitely have electricity, possibly even issues with electricity and possibly even dirty electricity, which for example, dirty electricity is really big in, in airplanes, like when people charge their phones there that's actually not that great. So, so some of those things you won't be able to eliminate really, but you can, you can do those things. And if you don't want to do anything else, at least maybe do that and that'll be helpful and try to make sure you turn off, I don't know, maybe the WI fi router that, that's next to your kid's bedroom, things like that. Right. And that's probably a good idea. And yeah, so that, that's, those are like the easy, simple solutions that don't go that far and are also a little bit inconvenient.

Now, now for the, the most incredible solution. You know, with all your research and your background that your team has put into this and something that I alluded to earlier for myself, our team or our family, you know, we only talk about things that our members always want to know. So this system that we build is one of the most powerful sources of quantum energy on Earth. And that's just a pipe dream now. No one writes postcards anymore. Right. So. And it's just a few years later if you think about it really. But yeah, that's how it works. We have multiple world champions and doctors and other top athletes and influencers using the technology already and it's quite quickly increasing because they know that it works. And we had Natalie Zimmerman, the two times boxing world champion from Germany tested live on stage. The health and censored show with Dr. Drew was, was involved. They flew a team out to an institute in Germany that has the most advanced EEG device on the market. It has 256 channels and it can look into the brain and into the limbic system, even like an mri. So you can visualize everything in the brain. So to make it quick here, so she had an iPhone after before test in an electromagnetic free room where it shows just natural balance brain waves. She had an iPhone 16 next to her ear and a 5G call for 30 minutes and everything went nuts in this EEG, right? Everything linked to stress went up significantly and she felt bad also in the eeg you could just see, wow, she's just getting attacked. And her limbic system system is getting attacked. And that is kind of the key for people to understand, you know what I'm talking about. I don't know if everyone really understands what that means. When the limbic system gets attacked, that's where basically the autonomic nervous system is orchestrated, right? Your breath, your heart. So that's sacred to our existence.

So when that's you're in survival mode, you know, fight, flight, freeze and everything else, it kind of holds you hostage in that mode, away from, you know, those other areas that, that make us human and could also restore and, and, and create something better. What are some of the. Just again, reflecting on Einstein's that the future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies. What are some of the noticeable differences you've seen with, with people who do this?

Yeah. So right in this moment where the Natalie 01 was tested and the same happened that also happened in the actual studies that were done, because there are actual studies that have been performed regarding this, with this EEG device. So they then set up in a blinded fashion again, a 5G call for 30 minutes, iPhone 16 or iPhone 15. And then the quantum upgrade gets turned on, and then you see nothing. It's calm. It's calm. So we were able to prove and show that I think it was the gamma and beta activity that was. That's linked to stress that was reduced by 80% on average, and that the alpha activity in the limbic system was increased by 13x. So that. That's what you want to have increased. Right. So you know way more about all that than I do. I was just happy to see these results. And then the experts said, well, this is incredible. Right? So, yeah, that's what we've seen in regards to the brain. We talked about some of the other effects. I would say something that's maybe not so easy to prove with a study is the. Is something that I find personally very important though. So you feel more tuned in with yourself and it feels like you're. You're much more present. And to me, in my life at least, that's one of the most important things, that I'm much more present and I feel good and better in my body. You know, maybe that's actually the precursor of. Or maybe it's also the result of the brain being de stressed. You know, I don't. I don't really know, but. But that's something to mention.
