Hey, and welcome back to the Law of Attraction Secrets podcast. I'm your host, Natasha Graziano. Today in the studio, we have the most amazing human. He's one of my special friends. He's an amazing author, an amazing musician. In fact, his last record is six times platinum. Oh, my God. I think I probably said that wrong. He's Grammy nominated. This is an incredible artist. Welcome to the show. Amarian. Hey, how are you?
B
What's up? Thanks for having me.
A
Your name is kind of one of those names. It's like you. You don't even need a bio.
B
Thank you.
A
It's like Esmari. And you all know, like, I didn't even need to say it, but it's nice to know that you have a book.
B
Yes, yes. I was called to become an author. I did back in the day, doing, like, an autobiography. Is that what they call autobiography? Autobiography. Excuse me. I did that with mtv long time ago. But, yeah, this. This book is called Unbothered the Power of Choosing Joy. Oh, yes. So, yeah, I was called to. To write a book, and, yeah, you guys can definitely purchase that. It's about the power of choosing joy, which is. It's your choice.
A
I love that. Well, how did you know that that was something that you wanted to lean into? Like, you're very. I love this about you. You're super spiritual. Like, your music has changed and saved lives. Your music is so, so empowering, and I love it. Like, to move to your music is amazing, but you're so much more than just your music.
B
Yes.
A
You're so much deeper. And every conversation we've ever had is so empowering. Like, where did that come from with you?
B
I think just. Just really maintaining a certain presence in my life, you know, being present, you know, that hasn't always been the case. You know, starting very, very young as an entertainer, you know, and transitioning from solo artist, you know, growing up in. In the public eye is not an easy thing. So I feel like, you know, I've been called to just be responsible and share my experience with people, and I think it's a powerful thing when you can do that. You know, my book, I was going through what we all go through in life, you know, ups and downs, peaks and valleys. And at this particular time in my life, I was just called to really understand the power of choosing, you know, as this. Tuesday, we call it Tuesday.
A
Oh, I love that.
B
You got to choose. You got to choose how you want to show up in life, you know, regardless of your circumstance or the things that you're going through. So that's what my book is speaking about. I also just talk about. I got some mantras, I got some breath work. Some things that really helped me in some tough situations.
A
Give me a mantra. Give me a mantra that we can do.
B
I wish I had my book here. Let me think about one. That's. That's really good in my book because there's so many. Yeah, hold on. Let me think about one. Oh, okay. One. That's a really good one. The most important things in life aren't things. That's actually a quote.
A
Yeah, I love that.
B
That's actually a quote.
A
That is so powerful. The most important things in life aren't things. And that's very true. Because the most important things in life is the things we can't touch. Love, joy and happiness. And actually, I say to people, what do you want? And they'll be like, I want a million dollars or, I want to find love. Okay, pause, Right. Why do you want the million dollars? It's because of how that million dollars makes you feel. It's because of how that relationship makes you feel. What are you seeking that for? Happiness. It's the things we can't feel.
B
Right.
A
It's the not. Not feel physically, but like we can't touch it. Right. It's that feeling that we seek. So when we want the money, when we want the abundance, we are searching for it so that we can feel more happiness. Right. Every day. Like, what's your driver?
B
I think there's a few. It's a few. One being my kids, you know?
A
Oh, you kids are so cute. Your birthday, they were so sweet. We were at your house and your little babies. They're so sweet. Oh, my God, we loved it.
B
Yeah. So they're definitely big drivers, you know, has taught me a level of selflessness, and it also grounds me, you know, when I'm going on tour, when I'm outside in the world being myself, I always have to come home and, you know, essentially be of service.
A
Wow.
B
You know what I mean? So my kids are a big driver. And then also my own personal goals. Why am I here? You know, my purpose. What has, you know, drove me and continues to drive me to want to produce things for myself and asking myself those questions, like, why? What are you doing it for?
A
Your why? Like, what's your why?
B
Yeah. Which constantly changes, which constantly transforms and grows, you know? So, yeah, that's how I show up.
A
I love that you show up, King. You show up.
B
Everybody gotta show up.
A
Show up.
B
Gotta pull up.
A
Yeah, you Gotta pull up. I love that. That's true. Cause if. If you don't show up, you're gonna show down.
B
Exactly.
A
I talk about this on stage. I'm like, show the fuck up or show down? Do you wanna be an npc, A non playable character, or you're a winner? Like, who are you? I watch people and they're walking through life. They're sleepwalking through life.
B
Yeah.
A
When I see you, you're so empowered.
B
Thank you.
A
You're in your purpose.
B
Come on.
A
Yeah. Like everything about it. Are you working on more music?
B
Yes.
A
Good.
B
Come on. We gonna be dropping. We're gonna be dropping some bangers, some slaps.
A
Yeah.
B
Some feel goods this year. And then also along with that, I am doing a show on this network called All Black, which is called Wild Rose.
A
Love that. Oh, yeah. If I didn't mention he's an amazing actor. This is super cool because you do real fight scenes.
B
Yes, do fight scenes.
A
I was like, wow.
B
Yeah. You know, it's serious. It's serious.
A
So you're killing it. This is coming out soon. Soon.
B
Yes. This either top of the year or sometime this year. But yeah, the network All Black is through amc, so if you're AMC fans, then you can easily find it through All Black. But yeah, that. And then tour is coming up. The Millennium Tour. We're bringing the Millennium tour back.
A
We're so excited about that. You Trey Song's Bow wow.
B
Yeah.
A
It's in an amazing tour.
B
Yeah. Yeah. It's gonna be so many other people.
A
Gonna pack out the arena.
B
Come on. Time to turn up. Yep. We'll be here in LA in April.
A
Yeah, I'm coming to that one. Yeah, I'm gonna be there. Oh, my God. That tour is gonna be fun. Okay. There's a link below to the tour and there's a blink below to the book. So if y'all are, like, sitting here right now, like, I want to be involved with this. I want to know more about Omarion. Everything's below. Your tour's gonna be fire.
B
Yeah. I'm so excited. Yeah, I'm so excited. I am, you know, a performing artist. You know, that's what I've always been acknowledged as. So, you know, being able to go on tour. Tour, I say, is the important part of my job, which is giving, you know, a place for all the people that support me to come in, tap in us to have a good time.
A
You're gonna kill it. I'm so excited. When you do tour, do you go on, like, a bus or do you go, like, on. Do you go on the big tour buses or do you go, like, individually or do you fly? How do you do it?
B
So usually I have a bus. I'm gonna have a bus this year.
A
Yeah.
B
Yeah.
A
It's so exciting.
B
Yeah. Yeah. Should be fine.
A
Oh, my God. I'm gonna come see you. Yeah, I'm gonna. I love that shit. No, I just. I mean, you know, I was with an artist before, so I understand it fully. And then. And then I see. Oh, athletes do it different.
B
Yeah.
A
So they. They're on tour when they're playing in their different cities.
B
Right.
A
They fly.
B
Yeah.
A
So they don't. Because there's so many of them. I guess it's a little bit different.
B
Yeah.
A
But I'm seeing, like. And then I'm on tour, and it's like, wow. Like, there's. It's a beautiful thing.
B
It is.
A
You know? I know. It's so intense. I know. Like, when I'm traveling and I don't do it for as long as you, you're going for, like, a huge, huge stint of time. But when you do it, like, don't you feel ever. You miss home?
B
It's like the home away from home.
A
I know.
B
You know, because your staff and everyone that's there with you, you know, you have a close bond with. And then, you know, my kids will be flying out to come and see some of the shows, but it's what I've been doing. It's.
A
You know, you noticed since you were a kid, you going big, young.
B
Yes.
A
You were famous at, like, how old were you when you first, like, hit it?
B
I signed my first deal at 50.
A
That's what I thought. I knew it was 15. I was like. He was like, 16. 15 me. You were 15?
B
Yeah.
A
Bro, you killed it.
B
Come on.
A
My God.
B
Come on.
A
But what's cool about you, you're what I call a legendary artist.
B
Thank you.
A
There's you. There's Ava Lavigne. There's, like, you know, like, real legend.
B
Come on. I know.
A
I love that. Oh, my God. Yeah. You know, you're like. You're a legendary artist. You're one of those people. It's like, you say your name. Oh, yeah. Like, people know you.
B
Yeah.
A
It's a beautiful thing. Okay, let's go into what we were talking about before the show. Wait, what were we talking about? I want to redo.
B
Talking about love. Yeah.
A
Love was so good. We can talk about love.
B
What are we talking about? That.
A
Talking about love.
B
Okay.
A
What was the thing that I said?
B
And no labels. Okay, That's a good one.
A
Yeah. Okay, so wait. I put up something on my Instagram, and you were like, yo. You were like, I'm gonna wait when we go on your show about this with you. Yeah, let's go there. Right? I put up this clip for everyone listening, everyone watching. If you're watching, we might even try and insert it. And I talk about. I believe in multiple soulmates, okay? So I do. So I believe that there's more. Now, I don't believe it's not polygamy. It's. I believe in there is multiple soulmates in your life. Okay. And I think this is the one. Was this the one that you were like? Yeah. So come on.
B
Yeah, no, I just thought it was interesting that you subscribe to multiple soulmates but don't subscribe to polygamy.
A
Right.
B
And I want to know why.
A
Yeah, that's really interesting. Because I believe that there is multiple people out there, and it's a season, okay? So if I'm with this person, I'm gonna be like, I'm gonna give you three months or five. Three years. Let's go for years. I really believe more in years.
B
Okay.
A
I'm gonna give you the most amazing three or five years. And at the end of that time, if it doesn't work, no problem. We kiss, we part ways.
B
Okay.
A
I don't mind who's done what, whatever, but I want to give you the best of me, and then let's just. Let's call it a day. So it's like, recommitting every day, and then I'll go and find my other soulmate who's, like, you know, could be sitting right in front of you. You never know. So I don't. I just don't want to have multiple people at one time. I just don't like the idea of, like, multiple dicks. Like, fuck that. I want one man now. I also don't like the idea of him putting his dick in fucking five other women.
B
Right.
A
That does not work for me either. The idea that he's gonna come home to me and have been somewhere else that I'm not looking to get an sti. Like, I'm also super clean and spiritual, and I hold space for my man. I don't want to have her energy on you that I'm gonna have to now embrace.
B
Right. Okay, that makes sense. And I think those are all definitely valid points. I think that there's different perspectives. You know, just assuming that you already dealing with someone that is clean and Someone that is open and honest with you in the capacity that you show up in their life. Because, you know, as a mature person, you have to realize that, you know, how you show up is maybe not how you being received. You know, I think it's important when we're talking about, you know, acceptance and accountability that we understand how we have to show up for other people versus how we want to show up for ourselves. And a lot of times relationships are mirrors, you know, And I think it's very hard for women to understand the biochemistry of a man.
A
Yeah, very. It's very true. It's very different.
B
It's very different.
A
I know. See, men are meant to go out there, which is the scary thing.
B
Yes.
A
Okay, off the fucking record. They are literally meant to go out there and spread that seed.
B
It's the truth.
A
I know.
B
So it's not always an emotional, you know, connection. There's different connections. And I don't personally feel that women are meant to. It's like, why, why are there so many women versus men? Why is it like that?
A
Yeah, okay, that I know this is so true.
B
And when you start really diving into just certain areas and understanding the male and who he is, I think it's just unrealistic to expect a man to, to, you know, if you're looking at a menu and it's like, do you want to just eat this one dish for the rest of your life? If you ask any man that at any time, in any phase, because you know, I do believe that there are queens out there can, you know, fill a man's cup and have his cup running over.
A
You're looking at one, baby. That's what I do with my man.
B
But you know, there is, there is, there is more, there is more. And I think that you really have to be open minded. You have to be community, you know, you have to understand, you know, that there aren't a lot of good men, you know, and you know, sometimes queens have to qualify too, you know, if a man is going to be out there. Because a lot of people practice polygamy without permission. I mean, no, it's a regular thing. It ain't even permission, cuz see, that's what I'm saying. See, stuff like that, when you be like permission. Oh, your minds, it's like, is love ownership? You know, it's really not, I feel.
A
You know, but hang on a better word. Honesty, openness?
B
Yeah, for sure.
A
So do you think it goes both ways?
B
Of course.
A
Oh really? So the man can fuck and the woman can go elsewhere.
B
Well, this is, this is what I'll say about that. I feel like women are not. And I'm gonna give you this analogy, right, Because I thought this was a cool analogy I seen online. And basically it was like a cup, right. And the cup had water and then we passed the cup around and everybody put their finger in the cup. You know, women biologically are different than men. You know, our muscle comes, put you out and y'alls are in.
A
Yeah.
B
So when you talking about energies and when you talk about certain things, I don't think that, you know, in comparison to a man, it's the same thing.
A

B
I saw this example, and the example was the cup, and it was, you know, how everybody put their. Their hand in the cup, and it's like, well, would you drink it?
A
You know?
B
Exactly. But when we talking about, you know, if we reverse that and we talking about, you know, putting something in the cup.
A
Yeah.
B
You know, it's. It's easier for people to pick up that thing and put it, let's say, a straw. You know what I mean? A straw which is indicative to drinking cups in the. Inside the cup. You know what I'm saying? So it's like, you know, it's two different purposes. You know, I mean, and I think a lot of the time, women are just unrealistic with their expectations. And one of the things that I always do when I build a relationship with someone, because I have my methods. I don't know, maybe I share my methods with y'all, but come on, let's go. Well, one of my methods is I always give myself two years with a person before if I decide if I like them or not. Wow.
A
You know, so it's a little bit like my kind of I'll give you everything kind of for three years, but then at that point, I decide whether or not we're going to continue. It's kind of the same thing.
B
Yeah. I say two years because it really. You know, usually the first year is like, the time you're having a good time you're barely getting. And then you get to see who the person is, and then you actually have to have a situation happen where you can see how they respond. And that's the most important thing.
A
I agree with you. Seeing, like, who somebody is.
B
Yeah. Because if they respond in a way that you like. Wait a minute.
A
Hold up.
B
That's not gonna work for my life. That's not gonna work where I'm at right now.
A
So true. So do you have for you you prefer a woman who's open to openness?
B
I prefer a woman who is realistic. And I think openness is a good word.
A
Can I tell you what? The reason I wouldn't do polygamy. Right. Or polyamory, whatever you call it.
B
Yeah, yeah.
A
Is because it's two.
B
Those are two different things, by the way.
A
Oh, really?
B
Yes. Polygyny and polyamory are two different things.
A
Oh, okay. So polyamory, I'm talking about. That's the word I've been meaning to use this whole show, is because I don't want him to fall in love with somebody else.
B
Yeah, but what?
A
Sex doesn't really.
B
Yeah, yeah, but. But how. How could he fall. Well, I mean, let me not say that. Let me say that y'all love is. Is yalls. It's like. I don't know. I think men are very practical and simple in the way that, like, you know how he is in love with you, he could never be with another person. So it's like, why would that be a concern or no worry? You know what I mean? If y'all locked in. If y'all locked in and what do you even care about anybody else?
A
That's so true. But would you show her the women that you're being with, or you just keep it away?
B
I think. I think it depends on how mature that person is, you know, I mean, and what they can deal with and what they can't deal with. Because I know a lot of girls. I've came across a lot of girls who just. They don't want to know. Like, you know, I open up dialogue, the conversation for about that, you know, I mean. And also, I think it. I think it's, like, important to know how that person shows up, because sometimes it might not just be a physical thing, it might be something else. You know what I mean? But you have to be woman enough to be open to that. But see, you hear a lot of older women talking about this, the young women, because they're not secure enough within themselves. They're not mature enough within themselves. They can't handle the reality of the situation. And that is. Is that most of the time, men wants to be with multiple women.
A
I know they do. And you know what I would say to women? You have to be so secure in yourself today. In today's world, when you're in a relationship, you have to be like, the queen and everything to him. Like, your confidence has to be through the roof. I teach that to women, right? Like, I'm the age I am. Most of my guys have been younger because they want an older woman. Now, I'm not saying I love my guys being older, too. I've got no. No qualms with it. But a lot of younger guys go for. Or men go for women who are older than them because of what you're saying as well. More open. Like a woman, no offense, who's in her early 20s, does not have the sexual confidence of a woman who's in her 30s.
B
Right.
A
Or a woman who's in her 40s. Right. And not just sexual confidence. They don't have the mentality yet and the life experience to be able most times to be able to handle these situations.
B
Yeah.
A
So, like, I get it in many ways. Like, I fully understand it, but I'm just such a fucking bad bitch.
B
I'm like, you are.
A
I know my essence. But here's the difference. I bring the women to the party.
B
Yeah.
A
I don't mind bringing them in.
B
See, that's cool. But that's still a form of control.
A
It is.
B
It is still a form of control.
A
What if I just like the woman? No, that's cool.
B
Come on, bring them in. You know what I mean? But I feel like the reason. And I'm raising a daughter, by the way. You know what I'm saying? So. Yeah. And I stand, you know, by my personal beliefs. Because at the end of the day, I still have to be honest with my daughter.
A
Wow.
B
You know what I'm saying? I still have to be able to say, yeah, this is why, baby, you know, I think that, you know, women really struggle with, you know, feeling beautiful, feeling, you know, like, who they are. And also, you know, if you do decide to have children, that whole change, you know, I mean, like, women really do go through a lot. But I truly believe the most secure women are the women that know themselves and they've spent enough time with themselves to know what they can and cannot, you know, put up with.
A
You can see that in a woman. You can when you sit with a woman, you know, and people put on fronts. The problem is, is that we see three months of a fucking show, right? A love bomb from a man, usually, and from a woman, this fake scenario, right? And you're like, no, that's why I wrote my book. Be it till you become it, right? You've got to Be the version of you that you want to be today. Not fake her.
B
Yeah.
A
Don't just fake that person of you and think like, oh, no, no, no. Be them.
B
Right.
A
In all your ways, like you want to be a better version of you. Show up like it today. Today.
B
Right.
A
Like, I decide every day I'm gonna show up as the best version of me because then I attract to me the best people. Events and places that resonate on the same level as what I'm resonating on. People come to me. Like, I keep attracting douchebags. I'm like, baby, yeah. Do you know how you're behaving?
B
Yeah.
A
Maybe you are behaving right. In a bad version of you that is attracting to you, the douchebag.
B
Yeah.
A
So when I say to people, write down a list of everything you want a person, they write down a list. Ambitious, loving, loyal, kind, whatever. Generous. Okay, now wait, pause. That's what you want in that person. Now go mark yourself out of 10, those traits.
B
Yeah.
A
How loving are you? Oh, well, I'm a 10. No, you're not. How are you really?
B
Right.
A
I'm a six. Okay.
B
How.
A
And I'm just giving you examples of what you might say. Now, how generous are you? Well, actually, I'm a seven. Okay. Anything you are under an eight out of ten you need to go work on.
B
That's facts.
A
Because now you're going to attract two youth. A six out of ten. If you're a six out of ten.
B
Right.
A
I only attract to me an eleven because I play at such a high form.
B
Exactly. Exactly.
A
I'm not trying to take from no one. I spoke to about before. I don't take nothing from no one.
B
Yeah.
A
I give.
B
Yeah.
A
And I know they give back. It's like a. It's like a mutual love. Right. It's like a cycle. But people cannot expect a man to do everything if she don't show up as the queen that he needs. You want a king? First, treat him like a king. Then they'll treat you like a queen.
B
Yeah. Nah, I believe in all of that. And also just from my personal experience, you know, vibrating at different levels as a man. Accountability is very, very important.
A
Very important.
B
And that's also something that women struggle with. A lot of women struggle with taking accountability. Wait a minute, hold up. You know what I'm saying? And I think that that's a sign of maturity as well and self awareness. And I think that those are the things as I continue to mature as a man that I look for in friendships and Love and, you know, whatever capacities that I feel is positive and that can help me expand.
A
I love that.
B
I think that that's really, truly what it's about. Because we could talk about relationships all day, but it's like, what is it really about? You know, it's about seeing that reflection and being able to show up or be with this person. And they make you brighter, you know, or, you know, they. They. They give you something that you know you already have. They just highlight it more.
A
I love that.
B
You know what I'm saying?
A
Making someone else shine more. Like, I love that. That is. That to me is what a relationship is.
B
Yeah.
A
Friendship relationship. Like, do you add value? Here's what I think. Like, do I leave you feeling elevated when you leave my presence? Whether you're a friend, a stranger, or a partner, do you leave feeling elevated by my company? And if you don't, I didn't do a good job.
B
Right.
A
That's it. Do you feel elevated? Like, I don't like to argue. I'm passionate as fuck. I don't want to argue.
B
I don't believe that. I don't believe that. I don't believe it.
A
Oh, my God. You know, like, 20 people comment judging on this. She's lying. Here's a screen recording. No joking. Not yo, like, I'm stuck. She'll. If she has to.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
A
If I have to, that's it. I choose not to. If you take me to that place.
B
No, it come. It comes with the passion. It comes with the passion.
A
But I'm so passionate. Like, I won't. I'll just be like, baby, just take it. I can't be us. I can't be us. Just do it. And then they're like, you're not even sorry. And I'm like, no, no, I really am. I just can't deal.
B
I really is.
A
I can't deal with this. Like, this is bad behavior. I don't like naughty people. So fucking. I'm over this. So anyway, then if you take me out of that zone and you take me out of character.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
A
Now you. Now it's just done. Because now you're going to see. Like, that's hilarious.
B
That's hilarious.
A
You're passionate. It too. Now you're a Scorpio.
B
Yes.
A
You got it on your hands.
B
Yes.
A
Look at this.
B
Yes. This is Antares. This is actually a red planet and it's in the constellation of Scorpio.
A
So that's right. I love that you're really passionate about your sign because I know that. Yeah. Tell me about the Scorpio traits that you take.
B
Well, there's levels.
A
Yeah.
B
You know, there's levels. But I would. I would say passion. I would say loyalty. Yeah. Fierce. Ferociousness.
A
Yeah. Oh, I can see that.
B
Yeah. But also gentleness. You know what I'm saying? Gentleness. Yes.
A
I don't know about that. I don't know about you.
B
A seasoned Scorpio.
A
Yeah.
B
Oh, my goodness.
A
Really?
B
Yeah. Because we. With the water, you know, so we're sensitive.
A
Yeah.
B
You know what I mean? So if you meet. If you come across a Scorpio that, you know, isn't. Isn't hypersensitive, I don't know where their level of awareness is because we're pretty sensitive, you know, but that's what I co. Relate to sensitivity, you know, not like this bashful thing or this thing that kind of cowers down. I correlate since sensitivity to awareness. So I just have a heightened sense of awareness. So I have to know what to do with those things. You know what I mean? Like, oh, why do I feel that? Okay, well, what do I do with that? You know? I mean, I don't just hold on or, you know, there is a cold element to a Scorpio as well.
A
Yeah, for sure.
B
You know what I mean?
A
My best friends are all Scorpios. I don't know what it is. I'm like, I.
B
What's your birthday?
A
Capricorn. January 9th.
B
Okay. Okay, okay, okay. Oh, my Lord.
A
No. Capricorn.
B
Scorpios. We love. We love the Capricorn.
A
I know.
B
It's the water. It's the water in the earth. You know what I'm saying? Because you love it. Yeah. So it's just grounding and then the water with the. Yeah, yeah, it works.
A
Yeah. Like, there's a real gel with it. I see that. I'm like, why do I attract Scorpios? Like, it's. I don't know. I just keep seeing it. But yeah, like, my friendships with them as well. Like, so beautiful. Like, to the point. Don't get on your wrong side. If I get on your wrong side over, then you get the sting. I found the fucking Scorpio my washing machine, once.
B
Oh, what?
A
Yeah.
B
That's crazy.
A
I didn't bel air. I was like, the. Is a Scorpio doing in my machine? It was a sign. That wasn't any other reason than that. I was like, oh, okay, I'm gonna be with a Scorpio. That's so funny. Okay, I want to talk about Music. Okay, like when you write, do you write generically or you write about personal experience?
B
Well, it kind of depends. I work in a couple of different capacities. You know, I work with a lot of talented songwriters and producers. I think overall for me it is about telling a type of truth. It is about sharing stories and yeah, it's just about making sure that, you know, when you listen to Omarion's music that you're going some type of journey. Whether it's a rhythmic journey or whether it's a self journey or, you know, I believe that that's the magic of music, you know, so I always try to live in those spaces. But yeah, I always douse a little bit of my personal experience in there. I think that that's what gives things gravity.
A
And is the new album gonna be like R and B? Is it gonna be like. What's it gonna be like?
B
I think it's gonna be a mixture, you know, it's gonna be a mixture of, you know, mid up tempos. I usually do ballads.
A
Yeah, you do do ballads.
B
Yeah, but I'm. I'm going. I'm going mid to high this, this go round. So it's going to be feels. It's just going to be great. Feels.
A
Oh my God, I love it. It's going to be so good.
B
Yeah.
A
What's your morning ritual? Cuz I know you like, you have such a motivating morning. You're like me. You definitely. You seize the day. You don't get up slowly. Like you own it. Like, I know that every time we speak in the morning, it's like energy. You feel life. You're just like. You remind me of me in that way. Which is beautiful because not a lot of people are, you know, they're like, oh, it's too early. I swear, any person that tells me you are too much in the morning, no, sweetie, put sunglasses on if I'm too bright.
B
You're too much in the morning. Yeah, no. My rising regimen is tea. Usually.
A
Yeah.
B
You know what I mean? I get up and get some tea. Most of the time I take my kids to school.
A
I love this. That's so beautiful.
B
Yeah. So I'm up. You know what I mean? Take them to school and then after that, you know, I'll hit the gym or I do some meditation or I have a call or something like that. But usually just set intentions for the day, you know, the night before, like, okay, what am I doing? All right. So when I get up, I, you know, move accordingly.
A
I love that.
B
Yeah.
A
So beautiful. So you're like, me, I take my boy to school and then come back, meditate. Where do the journaling, the scripting that I talk about all the time, Writing it down in the past tense for my whole week ahead, my day ahead, everything I want. Yeah. Like, I manifest it. I write it down. And then I've got different journals now. I started to, like, have one for career, one for love, one for happiness. Like, I just decide, oh, today I'm gonna do general Life. Like, I'm not gonna do love today. Today I want to focus on this.
B
Right. Right.
A
You know what I mean? Like, I prioritize it. And then after I've done that, I then go into the rest of my day. What do you do then? Like, do you. After you do that, do you have your mantras? Do you have any little things that you do? Like, little quirks? You have something stuck on the mirror? Like, what do you do? Because you're selling this stuff.
B
So I do have a series that I started last year called Unbothered Mondays. And, you know, I pretty much, you know, talk to myself in the mirror, and then I ask myself in the mirror a question, and then the mirror, mirror responds to me.
A
Whoa, you do mirror work.
B
Yeah.
A
I love this. Yo, me too. Have you ever stared into your own eyes deeply?
B
Yes.
A
And then you lose focus?
B
Yes.
A
And then you start blurring into the soul. Isn't it amazing?
B
Yes.
A
And then you can get an answer from that.
B
For sure.
A
So you go all the way in.
B
For sure. And then.
A
Wait, you. So then you get real still, and you ask yourself a question.
B
Yes. Whoa.
A
Isn't that amazing?
B
But I record that, too. I record it, too. I recorded, too. So, like, as I'm recording it, I, like, I'll come up with a topic for the day.
A
Yeah.
B
You know, and then I'll say, all right, today I want to talk about this. And then I'll be like, yo, what up? What's good? Oh, you good. Hey, man, so check it out. What you got for me today? And then the mirror responds, and the mirror's like, yo, today we gonna talk about such and such. Now here, five different ways. So cool.
A
I love it. Yeah, that's fire. You put that up?
B
Yeah, I. I actually archived all my stuff currently. But, yeah, I have.
A
You should call it Mirror Talk.
B
Yeah, I call it Unbothered Mondays.
A
But, yeah, no, that's fire. I love it. Oh, my God. I'm gonna watch that.
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah, that's his own show.
B
Yeah. Yeah, that's a little. Yep.
A
You should. That when you put it up, like. Okay, we'll talk about this online.
B
Oh, shit.
A
That's fire.
B
Yeah.
A
Oh my God. I have so many ideas through my mind right now. Like, oh, my God.
B
Yeah. No, the mirror magic is powerful. You know what I mean? Cuz it's you.
A
You know, when I really stand in front of a mirror and I look into my soul and I go deeper, it's like, it's so real. Like when I stand and look into my soul, I can see myself. And I almost go back to other past lives. I've seen who I look like. Like I was like a native Indian and I had this, like. It was amazing. I could see myself with like the white hair. I was older before in the previous life. And it's like, whoa, like I've gone all the way back. You have to be really in tune with your. Doesn't always work the first time.
B
Facts.
A
But now I do it and I go into her and I go through Natasha's eyes into the soul. I believe that's why mirrors were created, actually, you know, if you think about it.
B
Yeah.
A
I mean, the fact we can see our reflection.
B
Yeah.
A
And there's so many people who have written songs that are about mirrors.
B
That's true.
A
And the reflection. Justin Timberlake, mirrors. Has just come to mind. But like looking at yourself. And that's why people come into our lives, by the way.
B
Yeah.
A
Friendships, relationships, they come into our lives to mirror back things that we need to work on in ourselves.
B
That's facts.
A
You know, sometimes I say, I'm like, why the is that person doing that? Oh, my God, I hate it.
B
Like all.
A
Oh, my God. That's because I used to do that.
B
You know, it's deep like that. Yeah, it's deep like that for sure. I'm always asking myself, like, what does this mean? You know, why am I in this situation? What am I meant to learn, you know, from this situation and circumstance and how it. How does it pertain to me? Am I supposed to, you know, love on myself more? Am I supposed to stand in my power a little bit more? Or am I supposed to, you know, take initiative?
A
You know what I mean?
B
I think as a spiritual person, you know, you're always asking yourself the important questions.
A
Yeah, no, 100%. I love it. But babe, I could speak to you all day on this. This is amazing. You're so fire. You filled with so much magic.
B
Thank you.
A
And so much madness.
B
Hey. Yes.
A
In a good way. The magic and madness. You got a bit of both. Okay. If you had to speak to your younger self today, what would you tell him? Like, you know, back. I know you really blew up quick when you were young, so it's a hard one for someone who really did hit it early.
B
Yeah.
A
What would you go back and tell him when he was maybe in a darker day? You know, maybe there was a time. Maybe it wasn't at 15. Maybe it was later when you had a darker day. What do you go back and tell that version of you?
B
I probably would say, read the fine print and don't worry. Everything would be good. You know, things that have happened to me, that they've really educated me in a way that, you know, I don't know that anyone could have showed me. You know, life has a powerful way of doing that, especially when you feel like there's lack. You know, I had to pay for a lot of lessons in business because I didn't have someone that was like, no, don't do it like this. Do it like this. Or here goes a reference. You can try it like this. You know, I had to learn a lot of my lessons that way. So, yeah, I feel like I've done a great job. My, my, my lessons and the things that I hold true and that are like, oh, this is great. There's always more. You know, life is an experience, so I want to constantly just be in gratitude and enjoy myself. That's it.
A
So beautiful. Being in gratitude. We love that, live in gratitude.
B
Facts.
A
Gratitude is the great multiplier.
B
Facts.
A
Gratitude is the way that we have more to be gratitude about.
B
That's right.
A
Gratitude is the only way that we will ever find more good things in our life.
B
That's facts.
A
Without gratitude, we have nothing. Like, I'm just grateful for our friendship. I'm grateful for you. I'm grateful for today. I'm grateful for my producers. I'm grateful for mice. You know what I mean?
B
Come on.
A
There's so much to be grateful for. When we live out of alignment, we feel out of alignment.
B
That's facts.
A
There's so much we can take away from the show today. Oh, my goodness. If you've enjoyed today's show, you guys send it to a friend. If there's somebody you know who loves one of his songs or somebody you want to go on the tour with, you're like, come on, I want to go watch them and tour your city. B

A
Yeah, I might. I might come to that one.
B
Come on.
A
Yeah, that would be fun. So you're doing all of America, then you go after to. Oh, my God. So for all our London listeners. Oh, my God. Isn't that fun? Or UK listeners gonna be there. Huge.
B
Yes.
A
It's massive.
B
Yes.
A
My God, that's amazing. I know you've done that before, though.
B
Yes.
A
