A Massachusetts police officer and her husband faced a judge on shocking charges of child rape and sexual abuse allegedly involving their adopted son. Plymouth officer Samantha Pelrine and her husband, Daniel Forand, were arrested after their now-adult adopted son reported the abuse, which allegedly started when he was just 14 or 15.
