David Anthony Burke, the singer better known as D4vd, appeared in court Wednesday for a status conference ahead of his preliminary hearing. D4vd is accused of killing 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who he was allegedly in an illegal sexual relationship with. But as his prelim continues to be pushed back, the singer appears to be slowly deteriorating behind bars.
