Today, the Elon Musk Retribution tour continues as Donald Trump allows Elon Musk to fire 20 food and drug Administration employees, many of which were evaluating his neuralink applications for brain devices to be used in paralyzed and other vision impaired people in order to provide them sight. They'd already been investigated for animal testing abuse. The inspector General for the FDA on January 29 who was investigating the Neuralink company owned by Elon Musk was literally escorted out of her office after she refused the illegal fire firing order. And now we have the reporting that.

Because the people who are responsible for reviewing and evaluating scientific breakthroughs to allow them to be approved have all been shown the door. I'm Michael Popak. You're on Midas Touch Network and Legal af. Elon Musk has a lot of companies. He's got the boring company that makes subway tunnels and other tunnels. He's got the rockets, he's got the satellites, he's got the electric cars and trucks. He's got a company called Neuralink. Neuralink is in the brain controlled interfaced world of devices. He was working on a device that would allow paralyzed people to use their thought in order to use electronic devices, also to restore sight in people who are partially or totally blind. I get the value of that. I don't get that Elon Musk and Donald Trump get to take a wrecking ball to the Food and Drug Administration and the regulators so that an unregulated, I assume now going to be approved medical device gets used in human beings. There's a reason that in the, in 2022, Neuralink was investigated for animal abuse during testing. I don't want human abuse either. And when you take these 20 people who just got fired from the Food and Drug Administration effectively by Elon Musk, when you take them out of the equation, it's just going to slow the pipeline of innovation down. It's not going to speed it up. They were busy. What are we just going to approve everything that was in the pipeline regardless of whether it kills people or not? The FDA brings to market those things that are ruled to be safe. Every drug company wants its drug to be injected into a human being. But, but based on testing and based on data, it shouldn't be. And that's where the Food and Drug Administration protects you. And I see we're going to learn a lot about what these regulators were supposed to do, what they've been doing in every administration except for the Trump administration to keep us safe, keep our bodies safe, keep our health safe, keep our water supply, our air supply safe. Our workplace is safe. We're going to recognize it because it's like a perverse version of It's a Wonderful Life. They're all going to be gone and then we're going to see the world, the Trumpian, Hobbesian, Muskian world that's going to replace what we have today, or what we had today or what we had before January 20. I am a friend that Elon Musk gets to have a competitive advantage to let an unproven technology to do a brain implant, to have it automatically approved by, By. By the executive branch by his. The guy that he bought Donald Trump because he wants to get rid of regulators. And it was all bs. They told these employees who are probationary. Probationary because they're, they don't have seniority. They were there in less than a year. 20 of them were working on things related to Neuralink. They said, you said they suddenly had performance issues. They just got rave reviews and reports weeks before. So what happened after the Trump administration came in? They suddenly had, they suddenly became bad employees. Rotten eggs. No, we know what's happening. We just need to talk truth to each other. We know what's happening. Elon Musk hates regulators. He's got an allergy to regulators, whether they're European regulators of his technology there and his cars and his trucks and his rockets and his satellite. He doesn't want regulators. That's why he goes after the EU to try to destabilize them. He goes after our allies to try to destabilize them. He sides with the right, the rightest of right wing in those countries. Almost to the, the wing of Nazis in Germany. Right. The far. When you say far right party in Germany, that's neo Nazi, and there's no other way to put it. Even the Germans will tell you that. I'm not, I'm not anti German. I'm just, I mean, I got my own issues. But the, that's what we're talking about. So when you see JD Vance give a speech in Munich and then meet with the alt. Right, right, right. Of Germany, that's Nazi. That's neo Nazi. Do you ever think you'd see an American guy one beat away from the presidency, be embraced by Neo Nazis or be celebrated on Russian television? That's why you see Elon Musk doing it. And I said when he got elected that Trump would have Elon Musk dismantle all of the regulators that he hated.

The securities and Exchange Commission, who was going after cryptocurrency and going after his company like Tesla gone. The only reason he cares about the FDA is because he's got a product and a company called Neuralink, you know, and they get fired. What kind of world do we live in where people are being fired for doing their job to protect America? Donald Trump says if you're saving America, you don't commit any crimes. He tweeted that recently. I don't even know what that means. That means he thinks he can get away with anything as long as he's trying to save America. Yeah. These people were saving America from having their bodies and health exploited by people like Elon Musk. Let me put it this way. If you were on your deathbed and there was a button on the wall that determined whether you lived or died, who would you want in the room with you? Elon Musk making that decision, or some qualified bureaucrat, as Donald Trump calls it, from the fda. I'd rather have the FDA in my room making life and life and death decisions in that scenario than Elon Musk, the angel of death. Right. And so it means, you know, I try to present this in a way that you understand as you, as I'm sure you do, the importance of calling out these stories. You know, I had somebody who's in my world, in the, in the world of Legal AF and the YouTube channel say to me, it's very disheartening. It's, it's, it's. He, you know, he gets up in the morning so depressed. I don't, I don't. Because I have a giant watch on my wrist and I know how time works. Not that he doesn't. I'm just saying. And I know this will be over soon. This too, shall pass, and we will come out stronger as an American people. Of course, we got to, we got to hold the bastards accountable. We got to run them out on a rail. Come the midterm election. You got to take all this angst and energy and anxiety and depression and channel it into voting, voter voting registration and the like. And I'll do it, and I'll do it with. You got to call out these things. Social Security administration heads for 30 years. Right. Profiles encourage saying, no, we're not turning over our sensitive information about the American people to Elon Musk, who voted for that. Get your dirty mitts off my body, off my personal information. That's not America. That's not even. I'm not a conservative, but that's not conservative or libertarian values either. For those that sided with Donald Trump over Joe Biden and the Democrats and Kamala Harris and the Democrats, think again. Think again. Right? So I'm going to continue to follow the Neuralink scandal.
