I've known I was gonna go to LA this particular weekend, which was Valentine's Day weekend. I knew I was gonna be There for probably close to two months. Because it was based around an uncommon James photo shoot, we did our spring summer campaign. Okay. So I knew I was shooting that Friday, and I just was like, I'll stay in LA for Valentine's Day. There's nothing here for me. The kids were with their dad. Okay. So. So I was gonna hang out with my friend Sophie, who she runs the Aloe Gym in la, so she knows everybody.

Anyways. Anyways, okay. So then from there, those two actors did not come out with us. They had big nights the night before. So now we've added Todd, owner of Raising Canes, to our crew.

And we go to this. It was literally called Slutty Valentine's Day Party. Okay. So we get there and it is probably the craziest security I've ever seen. And then once you get through the gate, there's a checkpoint where you have to check in, see that your name's on the list. And then they put a sticker over your phone.

And also, you know where my mind would go? They're trying to trap me in. That's not for safety. People getting. I would immediately be like, they're trying to keep me in this party because. I'm sorry. You could go to Ellen DeGeneres's house for a party. I mean, who would want to do that? But you'd go to. And there's, like, one person out front. Like, no one's breaking into a party. So I would be like, this is freaking me out. Why are you trying to keep us in here?

So shady. So. So I'm like, jesus Christ, what are we about to walk into? By the way, the sticker that they put over your camera was lips. Nice little touch. So we walk into this house, you guys, it's straight out of the 70s. I felt like we were in the movie Boogie Nights. It's like the blue lights in the pool, pink in the palm trees. Just, like, a few people mingled around here and there. But then they're, like, telling us to go. Go down the stairs and walk down. So we're walking down these stairs, and I'm not kidding. All of a sudden, it's like we turn the corner, and we enter a nightclub. There's like, a nightclub at the bottom of this house. Even with a room with, like, a cage with a stripper pole. We walk in. We all. We all said the same thing. It was like the door open, and this gust of heat just hit all of us. And we all were like, you like body heat. Like, the heat from all the dancing, the sweaty. Just. And the energy was so sketchy. It felt like a drug den. It felt like hookers. I didn't see one. I couldn't sit here and be like, I saw any foul play. I didn't see any drugs. I didn't see. But it just felt like that. Yeah, like that energy, dirty air. We were there for. I'm not kidding. Four minutes.

Yeah, there's been a bunch. I went back and rewatched the really old one the other night and it was terrible, to be honest. Margot Robbie one's much better. And that's my opinion. If you love the original, you love the original. But like, it's a made up book. It's a fantasy book. It's not like they're changing history. So why are people so mad about that?

I never read the book. I, to be honest with you, knew nothing about the story.

It's actually a bad book.

It's not. It's not very. I remember reading it in junior high and then I read it again in high school and when we talked about in class, we were all kind of like, it's kind of a dumb book.

I actually haven't heard anything good about the book from anybody.

So I feel like what they did with this movie actually made it really interesting. Dark, twisted to me, I loved it.

I loved it. I thought the movie was so good. And I. I guess if you have an idea of it already in your head to your point, people, people don't really love change and so it's hard for them to wrap their head around this new version of it. I had no, no expectations going into it. I want to see it again. I haven't stopped thinking about it.

You have to go see it in the theater because it's like the whole experience of it, you really get sucked into the movie. It's just absolutely beautiful. And I could watch Margot Robbie for hours. She's just so stunning to look at.

The nicest, coolest person. And I love when you see somebody like that just get tons of success. I mean, when you look at Margot Robbie, I mean, her movies bring people to the movie theaters. Well, and then to add on to that, that's why I always get so mad, too, when people want to blame the woman if the woman cheats or whatever. Because for a woman to cheat means she's really unhappy. She really wants to get out of it. Right. For a guy to cheat, it could be anything. The guy could be in a good, stable relationship and just want to hook up with someone on the weekend. Yeah. They think with that little bit women, it's emotional. Yeah. So it's emotional. And that's why I'm like. That's why I always give a little bit of grace. Grace to the woman, because I'm like, what? Why was she in that situation? And you're exactly right. What was the guy saying to her? Oh, we haven't slept together in months, or we haven't even seen each other for. In months.

And everyone wanted to hate her because the country music world is really hard.

And. And, yeah, I think Brandy's great and fun to watch on tv, and I love her on social media and stuff. But who knows what the relationship was like at that point. He could have been miserable for a lot, whatever it was. But my point is because that's right when I started doing Leanne's hair, we became friendly. I love her. Greatest person ever. But it was, like, terrible. The stuff that was being. You know, you post pictures of your clients online or whatever. So I would, like post a picture of Leanne Rhymes hair color. The comments were just like, she's this guy. She's a cheater. I was like, oh, my God. Wow. You know, like, so people. Do they do it to the women.

There are those instances where there was maybe a little overlap. A Little cheating involved, but they do end up together, like for the long term. I mean, I can think of a couple other relationships. And so, you know, again, you just never really know what's going on or being said behind closed doors.

Yeah, I think so. I don't really have 100% proof, but I've got like, pretty concrete proof.

I wasn't asking that for a specific reason, by the way. I really was like, blanking.

And I didn't know until after the relationship was over. Which honestly, thank God, because had I found out in the relationship, it would have ruined me. It is the worst thing in the world and what it can do to somebody. Like, if you think you're in a relationship and you are really in love and you think. And. But then to find that out, but

it is not to. Not to. What's the word? Minimize it in any way or make an excuse. But when this alleged cheating happened, I can kind of understand it because we were.

But even that, I mean, that's really mature of you. There was one relationship that I was in that I got cheated on and I found out and it just crushed me. it was so hard.

It messed me up for a while. And there is nothing worse than, like, being in a relationship where you feel like you need to check someone's phone or like, look, I will never do

that, you know, if you have that feeling.

Yeah. And that's how I found out. I had this weird feeling and I started going through stuff, finding, you know, and searching and then sure enough, found it, you know? Yeah, you have that feeling. But I mean, Scoot and I've been together for like 12 years. I've. I don't know his password on his phone, but I would never even need to, you know, and like, that to me is the most important thing in the world for a relationship. I can't be jealous or not trust people. To me, everything is about trust.

Without that foundation, you have nothing. Yeah, I will say too, in my experience, if someone is projecting, right, if someone is accusing you of cheating, it's because they are.

Yeah, that's a hundred percent what it is.

And I used to be like, I am literally not doing anything.

That's so what it is, is the projecting. Because then also that one situation where they were cheating on me would always accuse me of it or be like, who are you talking to? I know you're talking to other people. I'm like, on what planet? Also, like, I wouldn't be in a relationship if I was doing that. Like, to me, cheating is so dirty and gross. I'd be way out of the relationship before that happened. But the projection. And then once I found, I'm like, that's why you were saying it, because you were doing it, you piece of. Yeah, it's so gross the way people manipulate and turn. And that's why I feel bad for people in younger relationships. That's why that show drives me crazy. Tell me why it makes me so mad. Because it's like, if you pulled yourself out of the situation and realized that Steven is a pile of girl, like, move on. It makes me so angry when especially younger women have to deal with that stuff. The way that men are sneaky and disgusting.

I think that's why that show is so relatable. Because I think most people at one point in time have experienced that toxic relationship. And when you are in it, you can't see it. And all your friends are like, he's crazy. What are you doing? And then when you finally get out, you're like, whoa.

So that's why women are so drawn to that show. People love it. They love that show.

I think it's relatable. Yeah, I mean, I, you know, maybe I wasn't in college, but like, I've been in those dynamics and it jives you fucking Crazy.

Yeah. And we've talked about. I mean, we love a little bit of, like, toxicity. Back in our 20s, like, I loved a little bit of toxic relationship where now I could never do it. If there was anything toxic about even my friendships. I can't do any. But I used to love a little drama back in the day. Yeah.

I think. Me, too. You know, you kind of. I think in your early 20s, it's like you thrive on it.

Yeah. And even the people that you're attracted to, you kind of are looking for a little bit of drama. Like, you know, you're not supposed to be with them.

Now I'm doing Pilates, like, three times a week because I'm like, I am going to keep this body working for the rest of my life. And I've also been saying these things. I looked at my phone at 11, and I was like, how have I not fallen asleep yet?

And then I'm like, where you wanted to go to seven hours?

Yeah, I went to bed at nine.

Honestly. Work stuff. Like, good stuff, collabs and stuff that we have going on. But it just. I'm, like, really excited about a lot of stuff right now, so I'm, like, playing it all in my head.
