I hope you guys enjoy it. And happy, happy New Year.
B
And your north node is an Aries, too. Okay.
A
Oh, see, I don't know this.
B
Yeah, well, you're not meant to be in partnerships. What?
A
We're just gonna start with that bomb.
B
Why does.
A
Okay, hang on. Before you get to my birthday.
B
You are. But, you know, but it's. You have a lot of, like, work partnerships that you're more in that.
A
Well, that tracks. All right, hold on. We're going to get to it. Okay. I first want to know how you got into this line of work, because I think it's so fascinating and so cool. So tell us all how you got here today.
B
How I got into this line of work. Sometimes I don't even think about it as a line of work. It's kind of funny. I got into astrology as a teenager. I was just super into astrology. Smoking pot, crystals. I just found it fascinating. I also found psychology fascinating. So when I was 16, I was reading college textbooks and psychology and studying astrology and doing the charts of all my friends. And this was pre Internet, so people are always like, what course did you take online? I'm like, I didn't. It was 1996 when I learned astrology. So I was actually drawing charts, mapping them out, and there were no apps.
A
How'd you know how to do that, though?
B
I had books. I read books. Like, I went to the. To the bookshop and got books.
A
Wow.
B
Right?
A
What a concept. Kids today, they don't get it. There's no, like, online anything.
B
There wasn't even, like, digital. Like, you know, it was just, like, sitting there with books.
A
Yeah.
B
Doing charts. And then I went to school for psychology, and so I have my master's in psych, and I ended up in neurogenetics and research, and I was studying, like, the brain, and I really just wanted to study consciousness from Any lens I could. And so that's where the astrology and the psychology and they all kind of came together. Was like, okay, how do we understand ourselves as humans? Yeah, you know, I got into all kinds of things like quantum theory, physics, like, very. I was just super curious. I was a super curious teenager, early 20s, something. I'm still super curious. And then I left my. I left my research. I was supposed to be in a doctoral program, and I left that, and I spent, like, 10. And this is actually the focus of my book is, like, those 10 years of meandering around, trying to figure out who I was ending up in the wrong relationship, you know, went through my first marriage and my first divorce.
A
Get that out of the way. Yeah, we're in good company here.
B
And just really, like, not knowing what I was doing. But I was able to study, like, all kinds of different things. So I studied Reiki, I got back into astrology, I studied Chinese medicine. Just anything I could get my hands on to study. I ended up really diving into yoga meditation. I've done several meditation retreats. And then I found myself, like, 10 years later being like, okay, what. What am I doing with my life? I was. I had moved to la, and so this. You know, I started this journey on the east coast, and then I moved to Los Angeles, and so I was in LA. I've been here for, I don't know, 16 years now, since I was 30. And, you know, I got into, obviously, Home of Yoga, got into that sort of yoga practice. And then, you know, I started going on Instagram and, like, sharing quotes and, like, inspirational stuff. And, like, I went through a really traumatic situation with my ex, and I needed the inspiration. And I went through, like, just this crazy journey with him, and I was really, like, inspiring myself. And. And so I ended up starting my Instagram page nine years ago in a nine cycle. And, you know, just within with quotes. And then I started talking about the new moon and the full moon, and I realized, like, people were into it and, like, people were not into it. When I was 16. Yeah, it was 1996. Like, I was not cool.
A
I was gonna say, you were probably the first one to start asking these questions.
B
I was, like, not cool at all. Like, I did not have 2 million followers. Like, nobody wanted to hang out with me.
A
Look at you now. I was not hanging out with celebr.
B
Like, some girl in the woods with her crystals and her joints and her astrology books. And so I had this, like. I was like, oh, wow. People are, like, into this, like, it's kind of like, now people are, like, so into neuroscience, and so I've, like, brought back in my back because I'm like, I'm going through, like, that same cycle again where I'm like, oh, people.
A
Are, like, into this.
B
Like, people are into neuroscience. It's amazing I could talk about this without people.
A
Like, I'm crazy, you know?
B
Yeah. And so that was me with astrology night years ago, and so I started talking about it on Instagram, and then it just. It just blew up. And then I came up with the Moon Workbook. So I was like, well, I want a product. I want a scalable product. I don't want to, like, have to be dependent upon, like, my time and how much time I have. And so I created the Moon workbooks. And, like, the first, within three months, they went viral on Instagram, and everybody picked them up. And then I was like, okay, now I have a business, and I have to figure out how to run it.
A
That is awesome. What a great story.
B
Yeah. Basically, in a nutshell, I do feel.
A
Like people are leaning on spirituality and astrology now more than ever to help guide their life and give them some answers. I do feel like people are really searching for a lot of answers right now.
B
Yeah.
A
You say that a great place to.
B
Start is your birth chart. Yes. So, I mean, the foundation of astrology is your birth chart. I talk a lot about, like, the collective astrology. Like, what, the current season we're in. Are we in Capricorn season? Where's the full moon gonna be? Where's the new moon gonna be? And that's, like, the majority of, like, the workbooks and what, you know, I teach on Instagram is about. But when we dig into personal astrology, we start with our birth chart, which is essentially a picture of the sky when you were born. So where were all the planets? So right now we have the sun in Capricorn. The sun was in Capricorn when you were born? Yeah. As well, you know, where was the moon when you were born? And so we first start looking at when people first get into their birth chart. I say, look at your big three. And so that's your rising sign. That is the sign that was rising on the horizon as you were born. It was coming up.
A
So that's different than, like, I was born January 5th. So I'm a Capricorn.
B
You're a Capricorn.
A
That's not my rising sign, though. So that's where I've always gotten confused. What is Capricorn for me?
B
Well, Capricorn's your sun sign. So that's where the sun was. It was Capricorn season when you were born, January 5th. So Capricorn season is December 21st through roughly, like, it ends this year, January 19th. They change year to year, so sometimes it's till January 20th. Oh, and then the sun enters Aquarius and we have Aquarius season. And so then anybody born in Aquarius season has their sun in Aquarius. Okay? So when you were born, the sun was in Capricorn. And so your sun sign, or some people call it a star sign, is Capricorn. And so your sun is the core of your personality. We think of it as that's the center of you. That's what everything in your life revolves around, including, like, your behaviors, your emotions, what brings you back to center. The sun is the center of our solar system. It's what all the planets revolve around. It's the same thing. You internalize that. And so the themes of Capricorn are always going to be central to your life, and in many ways, you're here to learn and understand them. And I think that's a really misunderstood fact about sun signs. People are just like, oh, I should know this already. And it's like, you don't. You're actually, you know, some of it. But you're really on a journey this lifetime to really master these concepts and to understand them and to integrate them. So a lot of your lessons in life will be Capricorn themed.
A
Oh, interesting. No one's ever explained it like that to me. Okay, that makes sense.
B
Yeah, because it's, you know, it's the center of this lifetime for you.
A
Oh, okay. So that's sun and then there's moon and rising.
B
Moon and rising. And so rising sign is the sign that was rising. Yours is actually cancer. So you're a cancer rising. And so some people call this your ascendant because it was what it was ascending in the horizon when you were born. And that's usually what you project first onto people, maybe even subconsciously. It's what you allow people to first see. So think about acquaintances, people who you first meet. A lot of times people are like, can you guess my sun sign? I'm like, I probably can guess your rising because that's what you're going to show me on first. First pass. Right? Okay. And you know, that's also. It's how you dawn on people. Right. So that's a way of thinking about it as well. And in a lot of ways, your rising sign is like, you're also learning that, but you're learning how to really embody it and project it outward. So this is all about your identity, how you define yourself. A lot of your. Your statements about who you are, a lot of the stories you tell yourself are going to be in. Tied in with your rising.
A
This is blowing my mind because I've always just thought, I'm a Capricorn. I'm a Capricorn. This is who I am. And that. That was what I related to. But actually, cancer, I think, does make more sense for me.
B
Well, cancers are. They're softer, they're more feminine, they're intuitive. And so that. And it's not necessarily that, like, that's who you are. It's just like people will meet you and they'll be like, oh, wow, she's. She's got a soft energy. She's flowy. And that might mean that you need to state your boundaries very clearly upon meeting somebody. Because a lot of times I found with Cancer Rising is that they're like, oh, you're soft. I can kind of push you this way or that way. And Capricorns are not.
A
Oh, that's interesting. There is sort of this battle happening within me between those two.
B
So there's like a little bit of a battle. And a lot of it is just, like, how people perceive you. They're most likely. Until they get to know you, they're not going to perceive. Perceive the Capricorn or you have an Aries moon. They're not gonna perceive that. And so they're gonna react to you based upon that cancer energy. Wow. And so you have to watch that. I always joke because I'm a Libra rising, which is a very peaceful sign, very calm on the outside. And then I have a Leo sun and a Scorpio moon. Oh, wow. And so I'm like, well, I really fool people.
A
My best friend is a Scorpio. I know all about Scorpio.
B
Like, they don't say, see the intense emotions coming, you know, because that, like, Libra, it's like. It's a mask, but it's not like a bad mask. It's not like you're trying to fool anybody. It's just like your first layer. Like, if we think about peeling back the layers of the onion, that's your first layer.
A
Okay, interesting. Okay. And then moon is what your moon.
B
Sign is, your emotional side. So it's what you need emotionally. It shows up in relationships a lot. People are always asking me, like, what am I? What's my sun sign compatible with. I'm like, let's talk about your moon sign.
A
Oh, interesting.
B
Because that's gonna just as sometimes more important than your sun.
A
What are the characteristics of Aries?
B
Aries.
A
Fiery.
B
Fiery. Yeah. Aries are fiery. You also have your north node in Aries. So that's.
A
What is that.
B
So your north node is. Do you have a north node? You have a south node, and those are our lunar nodes. These are the points where eclipses happen. And so, like, right now, we'll have eclipses near Pisces because that's where the nodes are. That's where the north node currently is. Is in Pisces. But when you were born, the north node was in Aries. Okay. So you just actually went through a nodal return last year. So think about end of 2024, beginning of 2025, you were in a nodal return.
A
So what does that mean?
B
That just means you're. The lessons of your life are amplified. A lot of people experience, like, huge changes in their life when they're going through a nodal return, but that just amplifies your Aries moon. So Aries is all about the self. It's the first sign in the zodiac. So it's very much about, like, okay, what do I need? What is my life's path? What is my purpose this lifetime? And how can I prioritize that? And so for you, with your Aries moon, you're gonna need partners that understand that about you, that are gonna understand and support your life path. And you're gonna need strong boundaries with people. And, you know, if anybody ever asks you to people, please, they need to understand that's not okay.
A
Yep.
B
Like, you don't swallow your truth. You need partners that understand. You're gonna speak your truth. You're gonna speak what you need, you're gonna ask for what you need. And so that is where, like, the cancer rising can make people not understand you.
A
Yeah.
B
Wow. Because cancers notoriously don't ask for what they need. They people, please. They put other people first. They don't know how to ask or receive what they need. It's like the low side. Every energy has, like, a low side and high side. The high side is extremely intuitive and are amazing givers and take care of everybody. Cancer is like the mother sign for being a mom.
A
Right?
B
Great for being a mom. Yeah, it's great for being. But, like, not great in relationships.
A
So we've got Aries and cancer battling.
B
Yes. And then you got Capricorn on the other side. Capricorn opposes Cancer. And so you've got like a. You've got some interesting things happening in your chart. And the Aries is at the top in your 10th house of career. And so you're emotionally fulfilled by your career. And so you need to put that first. You need partners who understand that. And then you also have that north node which are like, that's where you're headed towards in this life. So our south node, which is Libra, is what you come into this life already knowing. So you're probably a library in a past life at some point. Like a Libra sun sign.
A
Oh, cool.
B
But we carry in the lower vibrations of Libra, which can be like being passive, not knowing what we want, putting our partners first, thinking that we need a partner in order to survive. Like even picking partners that don't align with us just so that we have a partner and we can feel fulfilled. And your journey this lifetime is to understand that you're whole already.
A
That's literally been my journey.
B
Yeah. You don't need partners to feel whole. You need your life path in your career actually to feel whole. Because your moon and your north node are in aries in your 10th house.
A
I feel like in the last few years this is what I've been working on and like figuring out, you know?
B
Yeah, yeah.
A
So this makes sense.
B
Yeah. And going through the nodal return would amplify all of this. Wow. Foreign.
A

B
Right. Well, you can look to your birth chart to find your problems and to solve your problems.
A
Okay, so what are my problems?
B
Tell me all my problems.
A
My career is number one.
B
Your careers, I mean, it's not necessarily a problem. I mean, I like looking at your chart. I'm like, there's a lot of partnership stuff, you know, not necessarily problems. There's a lot of partnership stuff because you have Capricorn. So, like, break down the pieces, right? You've got Capricorn, which is all about career and life's work. That's your son. That's your center. That's like, you're like, I need a legacy. I need a reputation. I need to make my mark on this world and leave something lasting. That's the center that Brings you back to home to yourself that happens to be in your seventh house, which is traditionally the house of partnerships. God.
A
And so thank you so much.
B
So we see the conflict. We can, like, immediately see the conflict here, right? And it's like, okay. And that's why I said, well, you probably, like, have the capacity, so how do we deal with that? Okay, let's find some work partnerships for you that can really fulfill you, that can actually boost you. It's not that, like, all partnerships are horrible for you. It's. You need the right ones. You need the right ones with boundary and structure. That's Capricorn. You need to make sure that cancer rising doesn't get in the way, all right? Because the cancer rising, people are gonna look at you, like, even just thinking about, like, at a negotiation table where you're, like, negotiating a contract for your career, people are gonna be like, oh, she's soft. I can pull this over on her, you know? And they may not say that. I'm not saying anything bad about anybody, but, you know, it's like, that's kind of like the energy where it's like that soft, feminine comes through, which we know in the. Can be seen as, like a pushover. Right. And so. But deep inside, you're like, no, I'm very serious about this. I need boundaries. I need structure. I want to ask for what I need. I'm not going to stop until I get it. Yup. And that's going to surprise people. Yeah. Yeah, right? That's because they're going to be like, wait a minute, who is this person? I thought this was going to be, like, an easy negotiation here, Right?
A
That's funny, because I actually love negotiations.
B
I live for them.
A
Wait, so what does that mean for me with a soulmate? Like, can you tell from my birth chart when I'm gonna meet my soulmate?
B
I mean, we could look. I would think that it would be so you. I would think probably for you, I would look at it during a reverse noble return. So you just went through a regular NOLA return. I would look at it, like, just seven to eight years. What?
A
I give up.
B
How come I also can look at it where your Venus is? Let's look at where your Venus is.
A
Look at where my Venus is. Better. Almost six years. Let's everything. Well, I guess I always look at Capricorn, which I guess now I should change. But everything for Capricorns says that I'm gonna meet my soulmate in the next, like, two months.
B
I mean, the next two months. Is big for you because you ha. You have a lot of career stuff happening in the next two years.
A
Oh, really?
B
Yeah. Because Jupiter, so Jupiter's currently in cancer, so that's transiting your first house and your second house next year. And so it'll. Jupiter will move into Leo mid-2026 and I'll start going through transiting, touching, amplifying your second house. So Jupiter amplifies everything it touches. Okay. And so it's in your house of identity right now. It's in cancer, so it's actually amplifying your definitions of who you are. And so now is. And I mean, maybe if you meet your soulmate and you're like, no, it's the right one, like, go for it. But you're really reinventing yourself over like the first half of 2026 is really about you reinventing yourself, showing up more, standing in the spotlight more, not playing small and not shrinking back and allowing that to define who you are. Wow. And so when we're in this like phase of reinventing ourselves, which is what happens when Jupiter transits our first house, it's really expanding us and expanding us past like our limitations that we've placed on ourselves. So, like all the stories you've told yourself about, you know, self doubt stories, limiting belief stories, they're all getting blown out of the water right now. And this started this summer and it'll continue until next summer. And so it's not like the best time to get to meet someone, to meet somebody just because your identity shifting and you're expanding. And now if you meet somebody who can support that because you really need supportive relation, they have to support who you are in your journey. They have to understand who you are. They have to understand that you're going to put yourself, your needs, your career, career first. And there, there are people out there like that. But it just like has to be clear from the get go. You're not here to mommy anybody. You're not here to take care of anybody. You're not here to put anybody's needs in front of your own. Yeah, right. Yeah. And so like, if they can support your expansion and can actually feed it and help it, then like, yes. But it can be tricky. You know, when we're in a place where we're expanding and changing our identity and reinventing ourselves, it can be hard to like find a soulmate.
A
Right. Because you come out on the other side a completely different. I feel like, yeah, that is tricky.
B
And then Jupiter, at the end of June, Jupiter will enter Leo and It will start. I always look at where Jupiter's transiting in a chart because it can tell you so much about your year next two years. Okay, so Jupiter will move into Leo and so it will. I love Jupiter in Leo personally. It's such a great placement for everyone. That's so good. One of the highlights of the astrology of 2026 is Jupiter entering Leo in June. At the end of June. Okay, it's June 29th and it will enter Leo. And it's just like, it's just a great place for Jupiter to be because it's all about expansion and Leo's all about like ourself and leadership and being generous and like open hearted. There's some drama obviously that comes with Leo's. Like I'm a Leo son, so I can say that.
A
Like Leo's son who's a Leo.
B
Yeah. Okay.
A
But this is good for everybody across the board. Across the board.
B
So it's going to be great. I mean Jupiter in Cancer is also great. But I really love Jupiter in Leo. And so for you, it will move into transiting your second house, which is the house of abundance resources. And so you may see your abundance expand and your wealth and your resources and even your self worth may change. And so the identity reinvention you're going through the first half of 2026 may result in more abundance and more feeling worthy of that abundance in the rest of 2026 for you.
A
Oh my gosh, I love this.
B
Yeah, this is great. All right.
A
We don't need a partner.
B
Screw it.
A
We're out here doing everything ourselves.
B
Do everything yourself. Partner will come when it comes. And you know, you do have your Venus in Scorpio and so.
A
Oh yeah, I knew that actually. So what does that mean?
B
Yeah, I mean, and it's in your fifth house, so it's a very creative placement. So again, it's like feeding your creativity. And Venus is what you find beautiful in the world, like what you love, even how you love, how you display love. And so yours is Scorpio, which is very intense.
A
Passionate.
B
Right, passionate. So you need a partner who will meet you at the depths of your being and can really dive into the deep end with you. Right. But also know that you're coming up for air to go to work. Right.
A
It's almost like I've got split personalities.
B
I mean, I wouldn't say it's split, but you've definitely. Yeah. You've got some things in your chart that it can be. Would be confusing to a romantic partner. Okay. Because they're like, wow, we just spent this, like, amazing weekend in Cabo where no one else existed and explored, like, the depths of her soul. And now she's like, bye, running off.
A
Yeah, that tracks. That definitely tracks. That's so interesting. So, because our birth chart is essentially this blueprint, do you think that before we come to Earth, our soul picks when we're born for these different lessons that we need?
B
Absolutely, 100%.
A
And that we sort of. Yeah, we agree to the blueprint.
B
That we have. We agree to the blueprint. So they say that the energy of the chart of the universe. So, like, right now, there's a baby being born somewhere in the world. Right. And the first breath we take, the energy of right now enters and programs the energy of who we are. And so it doesn't matter if you were late or if you were a scheduled C section. It's, like, all part of the plan. Yeah, right. Because I get that question all the time. Well, I was born three weeks before my due date, or three, I was premature, or I was born after my due date, or I was a scheduled C section, or, you know, all these other things, and it's like, no. Whatever happens, for you to take that first breath at that exact moment, you actually planned. You planned to be born three weeks early. You planned to have that scheduled C section. You chose it all. I love that.
A
I. So I completely agree with that. And I actually think that having that mentality has helped me in difficult times, too. Of like, listen, I signed myself up for this, so that means I can handle it and I can get through this, and there's lessons for me here.
B
Yeah, you signed yourself up for some partnership drama, apparently.
A
I mean, should. I could have told you that.
B
Yeah.
A
That's like, the one area of my life that's always been difficult for me.
B
Yeah, it's definitely in your chart. It said south node in Libra, and then, like I said, coupled with the sun in Capricorn in the seventh, and then the Aries moon, that's your emotional side. And the north node in aries in your 10th. And it's like you just have this pull. And then the cancer rising, you just have this pull in your chart that is like, work partnerships. Work partnerships.
A
Am I. So in seven, eight years, am I gonna get over that, or do I?
B
I don't know if you'll get it. I just, you know, I see people really start. Cause to me, when I look at your chart, I mean, you've got that sun in Capricorn, so you know, that's interesting. And the sun will. So over the next month, the sun obviously is transiting Capricorn. It's moving through it, and it's moving through your seventh house. And so partnerships will be more active. They're always gonna be more active for you in Capricorn season. Oh, okay. Sun is moving through your seventh house, which is where your sun is. And so that might be why all the horoscopes are saying that, yeah, it's a relationship time for you. But, you know, partnerships as a whole, though, we think of like, partnerships as romantic partnerships, but could be your partnership with like your assistant or your partnership with a project or your partnership with this podcast or your partnerships with, you know, your intimate friends. Right, right, right. But like, I would always, if I were you, I would always plan like a girls trip with your besties around your birthday.
A
Oh, okay.
B
I would do that.
A
I love that. Well, I'm so. I'm turning 39 this year, which I don't really care about, but then next year is 40, so I will plan a trip for that one.
B
Yes, you definitely need to plan a trip for that one. All right.
A
This whole time I've been like, I'm meeting the one coming up here in like a month or two.
B
Well, you know, and if you tell yourself that it might work. I mean, I believe in the brain, the power of the brain. Because my background in neuroscience y and self fulfilling prophecies over any. Anything. Anything.
A
Which is also manifesting.
B
Which is also manifesting. That's how we manifest. So if you want to kind of like just take control of your life and be like, this is what I'm doing, then you need to tell yourself the story of who you want to be.
A
Right.
B
And then program your brain to find it.
A
Okay, so let me ask you a question about manifesting. So if. Well, let me first ask you this. Do you think that if everything is sort of predestined.
B
Right.
A
To a degree. Do you believe that?
B
I don't believe everything is predestined.
A
Okay.
B
Yeah.
A
Okay. So let's use a soulmate, for example, and we can talk about me as an example. Because I do feel like. Well, I think you said it actually, that if you want something, it's because it's aligned with you. Right. Did you say that? So that want is because it's, it's, it's, it's there, it's already yours.
B
It's. It's already yours. You're not going to want something that is not available to you or that isn't Already yours. And like probably another realm. Oh, okay. We're living in like parallel timelines, right? Like all the time.
A
Right. And you can go from one to the other.
B
Yeah, there's like some really cool stuff in like the quantum physics realm that is like if you want something, you just sidestep into that timeline.
A
Jump into. So how.
B
Okay, I love this conversation.
A
I actually said to Rosie, I want to have someone on the podcast to talk about this. So how can you jump timelines?
B
Well, you can jump timelines by, you know, there's a block of why you're not in that timeline. And so you need to like understand that block and then you need to understand, see, like how to dissolve it. It might just be like visually seeing it dissolve or leaving your life in some way and then you can literally just visualize, okay, I'm in this life, I'm in this timeline. There's this other timeline, I'm gonna visualize it and I'm just gonna step, I'm literally just gonna step into it, around, over dissolving the block. So it's always about like the block between the timeline you're in and the timeline you wanna be in. There's a block there.
A
And what are those blocks?
B
Well, that depends on you. It could be an emotional block. It could be unresolved trauma from childhood, from a past life. Could be a self worth issue, could be something in your shadows. Our shadows are unconsc beliefs about ourselves or unprocessed emotions that are like out of view and sabotage us. Can be some self sabotaging pattern. But you have to understand like, okay, what is blocking me? Because if we can create anything, right? I believe that. I believe we can create any life we want. I believe that maybe even just this life we're sitting in, we've created in our own mind. We have no idea, right? It's all subjective. And so we've created everything. We can create anything we want. So what is, is what is stopping us? What's stopping us, right? It's our blocks. And so like a lot of the work I do, like in the manifestation program I teach, we talk about blocks. There's like a huge, it's a 12 week program and like four of those weeks we're talking about blocks. We're talking about self worth blocks, shadows, childhood stories, your inner narrative. Like what are you telling yourself every day? Like what is your self talk? What is your inner critic telling you? What is possible? Your identity has to match what you want when it manifests, right? If it doesn't you're not gonna manifest it for yourself, right?
A
Because we manifest from our subconscious.
B
We manifest from our conscious and our subconscious. We, we actually block from our subconscious.
A
Okay, right.
B
So that's, that's like how we self sabotage. So we've got to like bring it all out onto the table. Right.
A
Our limiting beliefs.
B
Our beliefs, a story we're telling ourselves, we have to like dig into. Okay, was this something I learned? Like, a lot of people come to me and like the number one thing people want to manifest is either money or a relationship. Like that.
A
Yeah, that's like it. Yeah, that's funny. So let's say.
B
But there's like, there's blocks in those things. So it's like, okay, let's go back. Like, what was your first experience with money and abundance as a kid? What were your first relationships like as a kid? What were you taught about relations? Let's get into some family systems theory. Like, what is going on? We don't learn relationships as an adult. We don't learn how to be in a healthy relationship as an adult. We can, but we primarily learn about how to be in a relationship and how to attach to people in childhood. That's what attachment theory is all about. And so like if we need to relearn, reparent ourselves, that's what like therapy and all this work is. We're reparenting ourselves. Right. To be in a healthy relationship, we have to understand where we're coming from. We have to understand what we're undoing and unraveling first. And the block that's been created in order to manifest. In order to manifest, change our identity. Yeah, There might be an old story in there. Like if you like not saying you, but for an example, if somebody like grew up with, you know, caregivers that they didn't properly attach to, like, maybe they were always abandoned when they got angry and they were taught like, angry. And being angry is not a great thing. And you know, I'll be abandoned if I'm angry. That creates a shadow. And then they grow up thinking they can never be angry in a relationship. And like the problem isn't really anger, it's how you regulate the anger and then talk about it in a relationship. Right. Anger is a great emotion. Like we're allowed to feel anger. It can be very productive. It can be very motivating if we know how to regulate it. But if we're never taught that as a kid and we're only taught like, like, oh, I'm disconnected when I'm angry, we're gonna grow up thinking we can't ever be angry at our partner. And we all know how that ends. Yeah. Like, not well. That ends up in resentment. That ends up in, like, why am I always misunderstood? I can never find anybody who understands me. It can end up in, like, sickness because you're, like, swallowing the anger. People pleasing. Yeah, like, all kinds of stuff. And it's like, okay, well, well, why can't I manifest a healthy relationship? Well, let's figure out how you can get in touch with that anger you've suppressed for years, Understand it, learn how to regulate it, and then learn how to express it from a regulated place.
A
What are prompts that people can ask themselves? Like, let's say someone knows, maybe they have some trauma from their childhood, but they're not exactly sure what it is or how to pinpoint it. Where can they start on that journey to try to get some answers?
B
Yeah, I would start with, like, asking those questions, like, what is my first memory of this? Okay. What is my, my feeling around this? And just freeform journaling. Like, I have a practice where we, like, write money stories and. Cause like I said, everybody wants more abundance. It's like, well, abundance isn't just like, working harder, working harder, working harder. It's okay. Do I feel worthy of abundance? Like, what are my money stories? Like, maybe I actually think that people with money are evil. Money is the root of all evil. Right? How many of us heard that man growing up, you know, And I have to undo all of that. People can have a story that is like, oh, people like me from my family or my background don't never have enough money. Or like, we're not millionaires in my family. You know, like, people will have these ongoing stories and they won't even realize it. Right. And they're just playing on repeat. And so you've got to get it out on paper so that you can understand and see it. And I like actually writing. And so you start with questions like, what is my first memory of relationships? What was my relationship like with my primary caregivers? How was I treated when I got emotional or got angry? Like, was I, like, most of us did not grow up with Dr. Becky. Most of us grew up with, like, punishments and timeouts and then, like, rewards. A lot of us grew up with conditional love. Like, oh, if you get an A, you get a reward. If you get an F, you get punishment, punished. Like, what does that teach us as kids? Right? And so then we grow up wondering, like, why we have self worth issues. Yeah. Why we don't feel we deserve love and belonging just by being ourselves because we got enough. Yeah, we didn't deserve love anymore.
A
That's so true.
B
You know, so we've got to get to that stuff.
A

You figure out you don't feel worthy of a relationship. How do you change the narrative though? Because it's definitely more than just putting it on paper and realizing it.
B
Then how do you got to work with it daily?
A
Yeah. By doing what?
B
Like, you gotta work with it daily. And so you, I mean, you get it out, you kind of like understand. And some of it might require therapy. Like, I'm a huge proponent of therapy. Like if there's like a deep rooted issue and you feel like you can't handle it on your own, like go get a trained therapist and whatever. Yeah, you need to. But you also, like, there's plenty of resources and stuff. Like, I mean, self worth, good enough courses, like are all out there. But you've got to start working with it daily. You've got to start noticing, like checking in throughout your day. And that's where I feel like people kind of, not that they drop the ball, but they don't realize how much work it is to rewire ourselves. Yeah, you have to literally rewire your brain.
A
It's taken me years.
B
Yeah. So when we have, we have, you know, we basic stimulus response, we have a reaction. And so we have to become very aware of our reaction. So like, just like a relationship comes in, we like meet a guy and we immediately like do the same reaction, right? We have the same response sense, whatever that might be. We let them know the same thing about ourselves that we've let everybody know. Or we ask for too much or we ask for too little, or like we, you know, there's a pattern, right? There's a pattern that we do when we meet somebody and we need to say, oh wait, here I am doing that pattern again. Even if you're doing it, you can't stop yourself from doing it. I'm doing the pattern. So you build awareness. And so that's why like getting it out on paper and like looking at it and being like, wow, these are my patterns from childhood. And then you're like, okay, I'm now at some club or bar or restaurant, I'm meeting this guy. Do people meet each other in real life anymore?
A
Not really. So long it's been.
B
And you're like. And then all of a sudden you're like, oh, there's that pattern. Yeah. Wow, that's absolutely like aware. And then maybe you can't change it in the moment. Maybe you just kind of like go with it. But then you think about like, okay, how can I react differently? Let me try. Because these patterns we have, these are neural pathways and they're like grooves, right? We've done them so many Times they get worn and worn and worn and worn. They become super highways in our brain. And so A happens, B is our reaction, and we just do it. And it's the easiest thing. Your brain will always take the easiest path. Your brain is not trying to find your soulmate unless you tell it to. Your brain's not trying to help you live your best life. Your brain is trying to help you survive. Yeah. It's number one job is just you survive. Right. You live today. Yeah. To see another day. Right. And so the way to survive is to use patterns that they know won't kill you. Right. Your brain is like, okay, if A happens, I know I could do B, and I'm going to survive. And it's the easiest thing to do. And your brain. Brain doesn't want. It takes a lot of resources, like actual calories to change your brain, to create new neural wiring. And so your brain's designed to be efficient.
A
Right.
B
Your brain's designed to be like, okay, like, we know this works. Maybe it doesn't work out perfectly or how we want it. We're not gonna be in our soulmate, but it works. We're gonna live. Right? It's good enough, and it's gonna take that until we consciously say, okay, I want to try a. I want to create some space in between. We always want to create space between, like, stimulus and reaction. So something happens, and we're like, this is now the third or fourth time. We're like, oh, I see the pattern coming. I'm about to say the thing I always say, or whatever it is. I'm gonna not. I'm just gonna create some space. I'm gonna, like, walk away, or I'm gonna, like, even just sit here and say nothing and look like somebody doesn't know what to say. I'm just gonna create some space. So that's, like, the next thing we have to create. Create space. Okay? And then in that space, we can figure out. Try a different pattern that's more aligned with our overall vision of who we want to be, of what we want to manifest. Right? So we. You always need, like, a governing vision. I believe in visions, like, and you need to work with them every day. So you need to remind yourself every day. This is my vision. This is what I'm trying to create. And then it's like, okay, well, I see this pattern that I've done for years and years and years. I'm gonna flag it. This is a pattern. I'm gonna try and create space, and then I'm gonna Try to do something else that aligns with my overall vision. And I'm gonna start to create, like, a footpath in my brain. So if you have a super highway with our pattern that's been there since childhood, we start to create these, like, little footpaths. And then we can start to, like, just gently rewire our. Our, Our patterns. Yeah. In our brain. But it takes, like, a lot of work.
A
A lot of work.
B
It's a lot of work. I'm not gonna lie. It's a lot of work. It's a lot of conscious work. And that's why I love meditation. Because when we meditate in the morning, we're just. We're more present with ourselves. And so we can catch these patterns. And it's baby steps. Like I said, it might be that you write everything out. You're like, I see. I see the pattern clearly from childhood. And then it might be 10 times. You just have to flag it and go, oh, there's the pattern. I'm doing it. I can't even stop myself. I'm doing it. I'm gonna flag it. And then you try and create space. Maybe you don't know what to do with that space, and then you try something different that's aligned with your overall vision. But this is work. And it's like daily. It's not. I mean, I don't wanna sound like it's daily monitoring. Like we have to, like, watch everything we do and say no.
A
But I think it is. It really is.
B
At least for a while. Yeah.
A
Even just the thought pattern that you tell yourself that narra that you were talking about, because a lot of us, our go to is something negative about ourselves.
B
Yeah.
A
So, yeah, it's becoming aware of it. And then every time you catch yourself doing it, changing it to something positive or even neutral, if positive makes you uncomfortable at first, making it neutral and then eventually making it positive or adding.
B
On that and which, you know, is what we do with our kids. Right. So it's like two things are true where, you know, I'm having a hard time. And, like, a lot of us will just, you know, we go through the day and we're like, I'm just having a hard day. Day, Just having a hard day. That's why I, like, did this or did that. I'm having a hard day. And maybe that's true. I'm having a hard day and I can choose my responses and I can create a new pattern and I can, like, learn from. From whatever I just did that I feel ashamed about.
A
Right.
B
You know.
A
Right. Like, well, and if you're sitting here telling yourself you're having a bad day, you're going to continue to have a bad day. Because it's all energy. Right?
B
It's all energy. It's all energy. And so we need to. And we talk to ourselves. Ourselves so so much. It's mind boggling how much we're talking to ourselves. Constant. Pretty much constantly. Constantly. And we don't monitor our inner narrative, our inner voice, the story we're telling ourselves. Our. Our self talk.
A
Yeah.
B
We have so much negative self talk. It's like just write down all the negative things you say to yourself throughout a day. And it's. You're like, what? And then, and then think about if you actually said those to a friend or a stranger.
A
Right.
B
It wouldn't go. I know.
A
We're so harsh to ourselves when we need to be treating ourselves like we would our best friend.
B
Exactly, exactly. We're very. We would never say the like 90% of the things we say to ourselves we would never say to a friend. No.
A
And a lot of them do start in childhood that. I've been working on that in the last few years too.
B
Yeah. A lot of us are just in childhood. And this is what blocks us. This is what prevents us from jumping timelines. This is what prevents us from manifesting what we, we need to know. And those blocks that you have, that you formed in childhood came out, came out of your choice. Right. And that's why your birth chart is this like picture of your choices of.
A
What you're learning in this lifetime. So with manifesting and changing lifetimes, if, if switching timelines is as simple as visualizing the block, jumping over it, but then you still have these negative thought patterns, let's say, well, they're the block, so then they're gonna pull you right back.
B
Yes, exactly. Right.
A
So you do have to work on the trauma and the negativity and everything else. No shortcut to stay in that timeline that you want to be in.
B
There's no shortcut. Yeah, there really isn't. Okay. I wish I could give you one.
A
No, but it's. But you know what? I think that's the beauty of life though, is working on this stuff and then getting to a place where you do get to the timeline that you want to be in. And then it's so beautiful and it means so much when you get there.
B
Right.
A
I think it's great.
B
Yeah. And you have to understand and sometimes it's just one change, sometimes it's Just seeing one pattern sometimes. So it can be easy in that sense where you might have to spend a decade in therapy. But then once you find that the thing, right, that's been the block all along. And then you can say, oh, I see it, I'm gonna, for the next 30 days. Cause I love to do things in 30 days or like a lunar cycle. That's why I love new moon to new moon. You know, 30 days is a key time for our brain really. Like we have to do repetitive things for 30 days. That's what creates a habit, that's what changes your brain. Like there's been a lot of research and like some people say we have to go to 45. But like I just stick with the tried and true. Like 30 days a month. It's a lunar cycle. Lunar cycle's like 29 and a half. But you know, just commit. So you find the pattern. You're like, I am going to commit. I'm going to check in throughout the day. I'm gonna even set a timer maybe like on my watch or something that says, okay, I'm gonna like, I'm gonna check in. Like let me just see what I can even just say. I'm gonna have a self talk check in. I'm gonna have an alarm go off every hour and I'm just gonna see what I'm saying to myself in that moment. So it's throughout the day though, because a lot of times people are like, oh, I'll just like meditate in the morning and I'll write my intentions. And that's great. And I teach that and I love that. I think when you're really trying to manifest something, you want to meditate in the morning, you want to write your intentions, you want to spend some time visualizing seeing yourself living them. Because that also primes the brain to create them.
A
And again because then feeling it too.
B
In your body, feeling it and you're directing your brain. And so our brain has filters on it. There's tons of information out there all the time. There's so much information just all around us. There's lights, there's colors, there's energy, there's like everything around us. And so if we let it all in, our brain would blow. Like we don't have the capability to process it. And so we filter things out. And so if we are in survival mode or like threat detection mode, or we're in, you know, sympathetic fight or fight, right? If we're stressed out, we're going to filter for threats because that's how our brain is designed. We're going to scan the environment, what is threatening here, here, and we'll find them. Your brain will find what it's looking for. Yeah, but if you're relaxed, and that's why I teach emotional regulation as a foundation of manifestation. So if you're relaxed, if you know how to utilize tools like breath work and eft tapping, I teach. I love that. And we go into parasympathetic. So that's the opposite. We're in rest and digest. Our brain filter expands and we look for opportunities. And so if we are programming and directing our brain in the morning, we're calming our nervous system. We're saying, okay, I want to manifest. This is the vision. I want to live. And we're in a relaxed mode for most of the day. We need resilience. Right. Because life will stress us out. So we've got to be able to get back there quickly. That's what resilience is. And we'll look for opportunities. We'll see things right in front of us that will help us create that vision. If we're blocked, though, we'll block it or we'll sabotage it. Right. So it's a lot of, like, work, work, work, but it starts with, you know, knowing what you want, having a clear vision, understanding your blocks. So even think about yourself. Okay, I'm in. I'm. And this is my reality now. This is where I want to go. What is in between. You can actually, like, see it as a boulder. How can I dissolve it? What is that pattern? How can I work with that? Focus on that and keeping yourself throughout everything in an emotionally regulated state or having tools that are very handy that, you know, work for you, that get you back to baseline. Okay.
A
I love that.
B
Yeah.
A
Speaking of the notes and the phone I used to put in my calendar, I believe in miracles multiple times a day.
B
Yeah.
A
Just to retrain my brain that life can actually be beautiful and good things can happen to you.
B
Right.
A
But, yeah, it is. But I had that in my calendar for years too. So.
B
Yes.
A
What is it about the new moon that makes it such a potent time to manifest?
B
The new moon is when the sun and the moon are together in the sky. So it's like the dark moon. And so it's the beginning of the cycle. It's the start of the lunar cycle. And so the moon and sun combined creates kind of a spark of energy that allows for new beginnings to take hold. It's also said that the veil between the conscious mind and subconscious mind Is lowered so you have better access to your intuition. So better understanding of, like, what you actually want. Cool. Right? You have to know what you want, and you have to be willing to claim it. So a lot of people don't know what they want, or they know what they want and they're afraid to claim it. And so that's like a block.
A
So, okay, if someone doesn't know exactly what they want, how can they start with that journey of figuring out what they want?
B
Want? Well, I would say to start on a new moon, because that's when they'll have, like, greatest access to their intuition. You can try out different visions. So you can, like, try out, like, say, somebody doesn't know where they want to live. Like, try, like, visualize yourself living in different cities. Visualize yourself with different. Do you want a partner? Do you not want a partner? Do you want kids try out different visions? Like, I'm a huge proponent of that. And then notice how you feel. Does it expand you? Does it contract you? Does it. Does it sound true and you say it out loud? Or does it sound, like, false, like it's not really you? Does it make you nervous in a bad way? Does it make you nervous in a good way? Yeah. Yeah. How does your body. And that's why one of the first things I teach in manifestation is like the body scan, that meditation. Because when you are in tune with your body, your body will give you the signal, even if your mind doesn't. Your body and your heart always know. Know. Yeah. Your heart, like, is the center of your energetic field. So it knows so much.
A
I had to learn how to. How to tune into my heart over my mind. That was something I learned in hypnotherapy because I used to think it was all from the mind. And then I had someone be like, no, no, no. It's actually the opposite. Like, our human mind is what confuses us. You have to drop into your heart.
B
Yeah, you have to drop in your heart. Your heart knows, and your heart, like, projects the fields, like, six to eight feet around you. So it's always, like, connecting with things that your brain can't even see.
A
Right, Right.
B
So cool.
A
Okay, well, so since this is coming out New Year's Eve, let's talk about themes for the new year. For 2026. What can people expect?
B
A lot of new beginnings. 2026 is a one year in numerology. So we add up the numbers 2, 2, 6, and then you get 10, and then break it down to 1. Oh. 2025 was a nine year. And so a nine year was the completion. So that was the shedding. This is the completion of a nine year cycle.
A
Year of the snake, right. The year of 25 years.
B
So that's where like the shedding came in, the rebirth. Like snakes are very much about rebirth because of the shedding. You know, the kind of like die. The shaman's death when you get bit by a snake and you're on the brink of the other world and you come back reborn. And so that's what a nine year, you know, especially with the Year of the Snake is all about, is actually aligned perfectly. Cool. The snake year and the. Because they're, you know, they're different obviously, but yeah, different modalities were coming through with lenses, but it aligned perfectly with the nine. So we completed a nine year cycle. So I think it's really great before thinking about where we're going in the next nine year cycle is to look back and think, okay, where have you traveled since 2017? Like that was, you know, what has happened in your life, like what was going on then? And just spending some time reflecting because that was the start of this nine year cycle. And so, you know, spending some time reflecting and then saying, okay, what am I beginning this year? This is a new beginning. This is a fresh start. It's going to be the year of the horse. That's all about leadership, stamina, charging forward. What are you charging forward towards? You need to know. Cool. We need to have clarity in 2026. So speaking about setting intentions, use that new moon to get clear on what you want. You want to be crystal clear and you want to charge towards it and know that there's so much potential for new beginnings and new starts. But you may need to say goodbye to old patterns, you may need to say goodbye to old friends. You may need to shed outdated things. And we always know when things just get. Maybe it's a relationship or a friendship or a job or a house. Like, it's so uncomfortable. You're fitting, you know, a square peg into a round hole or vice versa. And you're just like, I can't. Like I literally cannot do this anymore. And that's when you're like, okay, that cycle's complete. Yeah, let me say goodbye with grace. Let me end with grace. Let me leave with grace. Right? Which means like not holding on. Like I always say this to my. I have a six year old son and we go into this game room all the time and he loves, like, it's like old Time Arcade. And I only Let him like have a couple minutes in there because it's like obviously not great for a six year old's brain. And I'm always like, you know, the first time I, I pulled him out, he like threw this big time trip. Cause it was like this cool thing. And now I have a saying where I'm like, leave with grace. Let's leave with grace. Right. And so you want to say goodbye to things with grace, not holding on. Not like, because when we hold on to things, they just have to get like ripped from us, which is painful and not great. And like you just want to be able to like let go. Right. Just be willing. Right. Willing to let go instead of like holding on to things you know don't fit. I know.
A
It's like surrendering to the universe and just like getting in the rhythm of.
B
The universe and understanding. Like, we are creatures of comfort. We love our comfort zones. That's another brain programming. Our brain is designed. It's not your fault. Your brain is designed to cling to what it knows, to cling to the familiar, to cling to comfort zones. It's how we survived again. It's only worried about survival. And survival, you have a highest chance of survival in a known territory. Cause you know, it, it might not be what you need to live your best life, but you know you're gonna survive. Right. So we cling to our comfort zones and need to understand that. And you can say to yourself, like, I'm really big into just calling stuff out, just flagging it. I am. This is a comfort zone. I'm clinging to it. I'm going to take a deep breath. I'm going to trust that the unknown is going to give me more of what I need and support me than the known. I'm also going to recognize that it's hard. It's hard. This is a comfort zone. And it's hard to leave. And I'm still going to leave. Yeah.
A
Acknowledgement.
B
Acknowledgement and awareness. Okay. Yeah. So we're gonna need a lot of that as we begin 2026 because we're still wrapping things up, we're still completing. And look, what are you saying goodbye to and how are you saying goodbye to it? And what are you clearing space for? What is gonna be your new start in 2026?
A
Oh, I'm excited.
B
Yeah. And that's the numerology. And then we have some of the major planets returning to positions that they entered last year. So we had some major shifts in. With Saturn entering Aries, Neptune entering Aries this is a 14 year transit. So that's a big shift. Wow. So when the outer planets shift, so there's the planets, like outside of Earth, inner planets. So it'd be like Mercury and Venus because they're in between us and the sun. So when the outer planets shift, they create more of a lasting impact on the collective. The longer a planet is in a sign, the more it's going to affect us. And so Neptune stays in signs for 14 years, so it actually affects us quite a lot. Wow. And so Neptune entered Aries, Saturn entered Aries, and Uranus entered Gemini in 2025. And then they all went retrograde. They dipped back into where they were where they had been for many, many years. And now in 2026, they're gonna reenter those signs. And so it's very much a new era with the astrology as well, because they'll stay there. Like Uranus in Gemini will be there for seven years. Wow. Eight years. If we include the 2025. Okay. And so those are huge astrological shifts in the collective. And so we'll feel that. And like I've been saying, and I talked about this in my astrology forecast for the year 2025 is the preview, and 2026 is like the real deal. Cool.
A
Oh, I'm excited for 2026. Do you ever pick a word or a mantra for the year?
B
I do. I mean, I would think if I was picking like an overall word for everyone, because a lot of times we'll do it by the signs, but for everyone for 2026, it would be probably two words like fresh start or begin. Oh, okay.
A
I love that.
B
You know, begin. I would put that on a post it note and hang it on my bathroom year. Okay.
A
I love that. I love this. I'm. I'm really excited for the new year.
B
Yeah. Things may just take that energy of that horse where you just have to start.
A
Yeah, okay.
B
Right. 2026. Like, you might not know where you're going. You might not know where it's going to lead. You just have to start just galloping.
A
Get on that horse.
B
You got to get on that horse and ride it. Okay.
A
I love that. Let's talk about your book.
B
Oh, yes. Your book's coming out in 2026 too.
A
So.
B
So fresh start Spirit Daughter, which is the book coming out in March, is brand new.
A
Okay.
B
It's available for pre order.
A
Amazing.
B
And it's about my journey from. It's part memoir, part, like, prescriptive. So it's really all about, you know, it's my journey in a lot of ways, from neurogenetics and from my background in psychology through the muckiness of my tenure, my decade, a failed relationship. I was living with a pot dealer. He got. He went on the run.
A
I got a great. I married him. I love it.
B
You know, all the things like these things, like no one, like almost nobody knows this thing. These things about me, or it's like, oh, yeah, you're married. I'm like, yeah, to a pot dealer. And he was one of the largest pot dealers in the United States. And he ended up, yeah, getting indicted and went on the run. And I had to like, deal with all of that and stay emotionally regulated. And so it's like my journey through all of that and then how I use the tools that. How I learned all the tools that I teach, especially like meditation and learning how to stay emotionally regulated and dealing with like all of this drama and heartbreak. And so, you know, I wrote it to be like, not just a memoir. I mean, I think it's a really interesting story and the people who have read it are like, it's a total page turner, Jill. Like, I read it it in two days. So, you know, I did want that because they, you know, we've all like started the self help book and like gotten to like chapter seven and never finished it.
A
Right.
B
So I did not want that. So I wanted the story like thoroughly, like without, you know, throughout the book. So it is like a page turner where people are going to want to know, like how it ends. I mean, obviously, like it worked out okay. Yeah. With me being a spirit daughter. But that whole journey and, but really it's all about to the tools that I learned through that journey, how I use them, and it's meant to really inspire people. Maybe you're not going through federal investigation, maybe you are.
A
You never know.
B
But whatever you're going through, you're amazing. You can figure it out. Your brain can figure it out. And you have tools. And here are some of the tools you can use. And if I was able to get myself here using these tools, you can also get yourself wherever you need to go using these tools as well.
A
Absolutely. What is the best tool you could get?
B
Give.
A
Give someone.
B
I mean, it depends on the purpose. Yeah, I think, you know, I mean, I think I love meditation, obviously, but meditation doesn't work for everybody. I think one of the simplest, best tools is our breath. And it's one that we like always forget. And not just our breath, but our exhale. Yeah. And so if you Find yourself in any situation where you're feeling stressed, where you're feeling tension, where you don't know what to do or you need space between whatever's happening and your reaction. Just lengthen your exhale. It's like the simplest thing in the world. And I think we forget so much how powerful that is. You just lengthen your exhale. Make it double the length of your inhale. You can do it anywhere at any time. You can do it if you're being subpoenaed. You can do it in the middle of an argument. You can do it on a podcast. You can do it if you're doing it live. You can do it if you're around somebody who you're nervous around being. It's just our breath is our greatest way. Cool.
A
It really is.
B
And we forget about it.
A
I know all. Sometimes throughout the day, I'll. I'll think about it. I'm like, I'm not even breathing or it's so shallow. And I'll take a.
B
A deep breath and then getting that exhale, because that puts you right into parasympathetic. Okay. And then I have, like, other fun tools that I use, you know, that I'll like. I'll do. Like, I love eft. Eft, I'm like, obsessed with, but, you know, and I do it. I do it a lot in places probably most people wouldn't do it, but, like, eft is one of those things, like most people. People, like, sit down in the morning and they do it. And I love eft and I love meditation, but I love the emergency reset tools. Standing and just dropping your heels so that you feel yourself vibrating. And that shifts you into parasympathetic.
A
Oh, cool.
B
Those tools you can use anywhere throughout the day because that's when the real work happens is throughout your day. Right. And when you read my book, you'll see I had many days that I use tools throughout the day. Okay.
A
I love that. I think it's so important having all of those tools.
B
Yeah. And also, like, mantras are great. Like knowing your negative self talk and having mantras that counteract it. Like really sticking those mantras and replacing those. That negative self talk. It's so, so powerful.
A
Yeah, it really is. I have your book and I'm really excited to read it. Tell everyone where they can pre order it.
B
Well, you can pre order it. You can go to my website and you can pre order it there because we do have, like a list of bonuses that you get access to. You can, like, it'll direct you to Amazon. It's on Amazon, obviously. And then you come back to the website, you put in, you know your order number, and then you get access. You unlock, like, a whole bunch of bonuses.
A
So amazing.
B
Spiritdaughter.com that would be the best place to do that process.
A
Perfect. And then where can everyone find you on socials? Because you're a great follow on Instagram, by the way.
B
Thank you. Also, Spirit daughter, everything. Spirit Daughter. Easy. It's very easy.
A
Easy enough. Everyone can find. But you're not on TikTok yet.
B
I am on TikTok. I just don't go on there often. I feel like you should rush it on TikTok.
A
You should be on there. Well, this was such a fun conversation and I really appreciate you being here.
B
Yeah. Thank you for having me. So fun. So fun.
A
I'm excited about the new year.
B
Yeah, I got all the power.
