The following podcast is a Dear Media production. This is let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari, a podcast all about getting real and open on everything from sex, relationships, reality tv, wellness, family, and so much more. And just a fair warning, there will probably be some oversharing.
B
Cause I got all the power.
A
Yep. Cindy, welcome back to let's Be Honest.
B
Oh, my God. Thank you so much for having me back. I'm so excited. I'm so excited. By the way, your community, they are amazing. Every single person who has found me through your podcast. Our first episode, so lovely, so amazing. Like, your people are ride or die and just like good humans.
A
Oh, that makes me happy.
B
Like, give me faith in humanity. I'm not even kidding you. Like, the DMs that I got were so lovely and sweet. The messages, the email, like, so, like, again, I. It renewed my faith in humanity.
A
Wow.
B
Yeah.
A
Okay. That's awesome to hear. Yes. Let's be honest, crew. We love you guys. Oh, that makes me so happy.
B
Yeah.
A
Well, if you guys are listening and you have not listened to our first episode, I highly recommend you go and listen to that. It was titled I am Definitely Getting Married. And that came out March of 24, so. Last March.
B
Yeah.
A
And it is a great introduction to psychic mediums. So go listen to that one if you have not. Because today I feel like is going to be sort of a part two to that one. And so just to jog everybody's memories though, tell us again what a psychic medium is.
B
Yeah, so a medium is I just find myself as someone who connects with souls, spirits from the other side to deliver messages straight from them to you. And my big thing is I love to provide evidence and validation of who it is that's coming through as well as provide some, like, signs or things to look out for in your day to day life to let you know that they're around you, with you, watching over you. Because I always say you don't need me to connect with them. You can do it on your own too.
A
Amazing.
B
Yeah.
A
Yes. And that's actually what I love so much about you is the validations that you do give. And we've talked about some of those on the previous podcast. But everything you say comes true. So we've been working together for over five years and what we do is we have a session, you record it.
B
Yep.
A
Send it to me. I go through and I sort of take down the highlights and I will periodically go through and look at my Word documents as the stuff starts to unfold. And everything Is spot on. It's so wild. And in fact, on the first episode that we did, you did a little. You call it a tune in.
B
Right.
A
For me, about the last guy I was dating, I went back and listened to it. Everything is exactly how it unfolded.
B
That's insane.
A
I mean, it's.
B
Sometimes I freak myself out.
A
It's so cool. I just asked you this off camera, too, but you said you can't. You do this stuff for yourself.
B
It's hard to, like, for other people. I really have to, especially for you. Like, when I was doing that mini tune in, like, I so wanted to, like, tell you what you wanted to hear and be like, this is it. This is the forever. But that's just not what my gut. What I was hearing, or what the cards were essentially saying. So I have to be really, like, honest and take away my filter of, like, my emotions, which is why it's so hard to read for myself. Because, of course, I'm emotionally invested. It's like my love life.
A
Yeah. Yeah, exactly.
B
It's like I'm. Where is he already? Like, I feel like Charlotte and Sex and the City.
A
No.
B
Yeah. So it's just hard. It's just.
A
Well, I like that you don't influence a decision one way or the other. Like, even when I was listening to that, I could sort of tell in the moment because you're like, he's really close to what you want. So I was like, okay, but he's not what I want. And then it was like, just give it six months. Give it six months. So I sort of knew in the back of my head, but I still was able to go and be in it fully and experience it. And we've talked about that, where I had to sort of train myself not to live my life by what you were telling me. And that's common for your other clients, right?
B
Yeah, that's a huge thing. And you do. You're so good at this, where you take it with a grain of salt, like, you're listening and you're digesting the information and you're taking it in. But, yeah, you can't live it, like, to the T, because then you're taking away free will. Then you're living based on something that someone else told you to do, even if it's a loved one or a medium or someone you really, really trust, even like a friend. Because you have to be living your life based on your intuition, your gut, and your decision in the moment. Otherwise, these lessons are just going to keep coming back around and around because then you're not actually living for you.
A
Oh, yeah. Okay, so talk about that. Because I've heard that lessons will keep happening until you learn the lesson. Right?
B
So, yeah, yeah. And sometimes that can happen within a few, like, months that you get something down and that sometimes it can happen over, like, a lifetime where you're like, oh, my God, I'm still learning this damn lesson.
A
God.
B
I always say that the. And this is. Even when we're doing readings and stuff, the goal is not to never have something bad happen or never go through a breakup or never have a conflict in your life. That's not the goal. That's not living life. We grow through contrast. So you're going to have things like that happen. Right. But the goal is to be able to respond in a more evolved or, like, calm or whatever, like, emotion that you're looking for when something like that does happen, where it doesn't throw you off or trigger you or. I mean, it can for a moment, but it doesn't, like, take you down or cause you to spiral for, like, weeks on end, which has happened to me. Like, I mean, we've all been there.
A
Yeah, we've all been there. Yeah.
B
But the goal is hopefully over time, that you develop tools and techniques or, like, you know, have people to go to, like a medium or a friend or a therapist or a life coach that can help you through those things. Where, again, the goal is never. Not to never have contrast or conflict, but to move through it in a more graceful way.
A
Okay. Yeah.
B
And that's where, again, like, when you're making your own decisions and listening to, like, the insights, even if you're doing, like, polling cards for yourself, you have to really be careful with the questions you're asking because it can tell you something different, which is when I'm. When I'm pulling for clients, I'm really specific about the way we're phrasing questions because I want to. To make sure I am giving the information that you are actually looking for, not what you want to hear. You got to be careful that you are not just taking the parts that you want to hear, which I think you are also very good at, that you are like, okay, no, I got to really listen to this and not just twist it the way I want.
A
To hear, because it can be really easy. It's so true. The one gray area sometimes is actual dates, timeline. That is because of free will.
B
Yeah.
A
Right.
B
So the way that I like to describe, like, dates or meeting people or events in your life is that there Are things that you decide as a soul to learn in life. I call them blueprint items where they're big, huge life lessons, like a marriage or divorce or kids or, you know, like starting your own business. Like, that's a huge. I mean, huge. Being on a reality show. Like, big, big life decisions. Right. Those are things that you plan ahead of time. Where the free will comes in is when it shows up in your life. Like, I have a feeling you would have probably been in the. In the spotlight and on tv no matter what. It just happened when you were what, 17.
A
17, yeah, it just happened really young.
B
It happened really young. But at some point in your. That was like free will came in. I guarantee you if it hadn't happened at 17, it would probably happen at 20 or 21 or 24. Like it would have kept happening at some point or the opportunities. Because you're destined for that.
A
Interesting.
B
Yeah.
A
Okay.
B
And the same thing can happen with people where it's. There's soul contracts where you're destined to meet somebody and again, they'll come back around again. It's like the invisible string theory. Have you heard about this?
A
I love this theory.
B
Love this theory.
A
So this is real, right?
B
I mean, I believe in it. It hasn't happened yet for me, so stay tuned.
A
Same.
B
But I do believe in it where it's like the universe. When you're meant destined to be with someone, they'll keep coming back around. Like, you can't miss what's meant for you.
A
Yeah, I love that you say that. Well, okay, so because we've been working together for so long. So right after my divorce, I remember we had a session and you were like, I see you in meeting your forever around, like age 36 or so. I'm about to turn 38. And so I. For a long time we've had this conversation, but I was like, what did I do? Did I mess something up? Like, I didn't learn a lesson that I needed to learn. So. And you say no, maybe some. Well, okay, explain it. Explain it.
B
Well, I always say it's based on your thoughts, actions, decisions in that moment. So that was probably.
A
I mean, probably four.
B
Four years ago. Right. So I'm usually pretty accurate within two years of a reading at beyond that other free will, like the other person's free will, and stuff starts to get involved.
A
The other person's free will was what I did not take into consideration.
B
Yeah. And it'll be so fascinating when you do meet this person because I'm. I know you're meant to be with someone else again in this lifetime, to go back to that age or two years ago, whatever it is, and be like, okay, what was going on in your life? And I guarantee you there's gonna be something kind of big. Like maybe they lost a loved one and they just weren't out and about and dating or ready or whatever. Who knows?
A
So it's not okay. So let's say he got hung up with whatever it is. Okay, let's say he was supposed to get a divorce. He hasn't gotten a divorce yet.
B
Yeah.
A
So is that a situation where the universe, the spirit guides will have me wait for him, or will they send in someone new? Because you've talked about how we all have multiple soulmates too.
B
And I do. I wholeheartedly believe that. I'm not just saying it, that there are multiple people in this life that are meant for you. And I would say he probably the guy I was picking up at that time probably has a window. Like, I'd say by maybe. Like, you're turning 38. You said, I'd say by 39. If that person hasn't figured it out, there's gonna be someone else that comes in. Which is maybe why I was having trouble polling just now, where I'm like, nothing's coming in. I don't really understand. Who the hell is this guy?
A
Go.
B
Yeah, so they'll send you someone else. There'll be someone else that comes in. And by the way, it's not worse or better or. I truly believe that there are many people in this life that can be compatible and can be a good companion and can be a great partner. It doesn't feel that way. Sometimes when you're out in the dating world and it's hard to meet people, but I do. I mean, I have to believe in that. Or, I mean, what are we all doing here? It's like having faith. I talk about that with. When I give validations, like we talked about in the last episode is I'm really helping people to have faith.
A
Yeah. That is what.
B
And when you have faith that the universe is on your side, that you can manifest what it is that you want in your life and it's worth it in the end, then that's a game changer.
A

I don't know if you are spiritually feeling that. Like why is that.
B
Well, first of all, I think that we're going to the end, but I'm just going to give a little preview. I think that the next six months is going to be insane in terms of energy and opportunities for people.
A
Okay.
B
We have, like, six major transits that are. I'm not an astrologer, but I don't have to be dangerous. Okay. So there's six major transits that are happening, and the big ones like Pluto, Jupiter, and Saturn, that are all the big outer planets that don't normally happen all at once. They're all happening all at once. Okay. And then literally the next, like, the first six months of 2025, I'm kind of just like, paraphrasing a little bit, but that's essentially what's happening. So all the breakups, too, I think, were Pluto in Capricorn, which it's moving out of. And I have a lot of placements in Capricorn, which you do, too. And literally, my life has been insane since Pluto moved out of Capricorn and into Aquarius. I'm like, thank God. And it's been there since 2008. And I was like, I know. Thank God. It moved. Like, my whole life has changed. Okay. I feel really confident now.
A
I know.
B
Even if you don't have anything big in Capricorn, I just feel that this energy is really opening up new doors, new vibration. In order to attract in the new, you have to let go of the old, which is why there are so many breakups. People quitting jobs, people moving, people feeling uncertain or unsure. And that's okay. But that's usually a telltale sign that your soul is asking you to get outside your comfort zone.
A
Oh, I love that.
B
Yeah.
A
So how would you guide someone who is going through a breakup, who lost a job? You know, these. We go through these challenging times in our lives, and it can sometimes be really hard to keep your eye on the prize and get yourself out of that funk. So what do you tell people who are going through that?
B
Yeah, I mean, the first one is you gotta, like, it's allowed. Like, you got to feel your feelings. You got to. It's okay if you just try and, like, rush through it. I feel like it's not going to work. The second thing I say is that, remember, it's not about never feeling this way again. It's about finding the tools to move through it in a more calm or way that you feel more confident. And then the third thing I always like to tell people is this situation is showing you it's throwing you off of your vibration. It's throwing you. It is something you do not want or something that you were excited about and it did not happen, so you are disappointed. So I like to redirect people to not necessarily feeling joy, but what makes you feel more like you. Again, whether it's a hobby or hanging out with friends or something that makes you feel like coming home.
A
I love that.
B
That can really help you to get back in your vibration. And it's not. I mean, it takes time. I mean, I hate to say it, but it takes time. But that can help you to feel back in your vibration. And the sooner you can do that, then the sooner you can attract in things that feel more aligned, which is going to help you to move forward and meet more people or get a new job. Because, again, it is all about vibration. You talk about all the time, fake it till you make it. I like to say. There is that saying, dress for the job you want, not the job you have. So I like to say dress for the life that you want, not the life you have. Or dress for an act in the reality that you want, not the reality you have. So if you are going through a breakup, what would you be doing if you were not doing that? How would you be moving through the world? And I don't just want to give everyone permission to spiritually bypass everything, because that's not good either. Okay, we're not doing. I'm not doing that. But what would you be doing if you were, like, in a happy relationship? How would you be moving through your day?
A
Okay, that makes sense.
B
What would you be wearing?
A
Yeah. How would you be talking?
B
Exactly. Yeah, exactly.
A
Okay. Okay. I like that a lot.
B
Yeah.
A
And then just quickly, for people who are maybe new to the whole vibration of it all, talk to me about that.
B
So I. This is actually proven in science and the quantum physics, too. But we're all made up of light and we're all made up of energy. Right. And that can be felt when you're around people. So it's literally your vibrational, like, frequency. That's why there's also, like, sound healing or when you go to, like, a sound bowl bath. Have you ever done that?
A
I love sound bath.
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah.
B
Or, you know, the tuning forks or wands that people use? Like, it's literally realigning you to your vibration or to different vibrations. That's why they say, like, beekeepers never get cancer. Cause like, the. What? Yeah. Have you heard this? No. Yeah. Like having a. I was thinking David Beckham, like, oh, my God. I'm beehive. You do?
A
I do. I'm not putting a bee suit on and doing it. But they're on my property. Does that count?
B
Sure. Do you ever go.
A
Do you ever go, like, work with them? No, I'm scared. I'll walk by it.
B
Okay, sure. Well, maybe you could just like, stand near. Near it. Far away, but, like, near the energy. Well, they say that the vibration of the bees in the hive is very healing. Cool. So that beekeepers who work with bees, like, literally don't get cancer.
A
That's amazing. I have not heard that. Yeah, I love that.
B
So this is all to say that we're all energetic beings that are vibrating. And so when you connect with other people or out on dates or talking to people, you can literally feel other people's energetic vibration. And it can either make you feel good and lift you up, or it can drain you and exhaust you.
A
Okay.
B
Which is.
A
Let's talk about this. We. Before we started taping, we were talking about a date that I went on, and I couldn't quite quite put my finger on how I felt about him. Right. And then he texted me, and I read you the text. And you immediately knew it was a vibration thing.
B
Yeah.
A
So.
B
And then I asked you, I said, were you tired the next day or, like, almost felt hungover even though you weren't really drinking a lot? Yeah, those are.
A
That's exactly how I felt.
B
Yeah. So those are two telltale signs. I always say it's not how you feel in the moment when you're with the person. And this is not just dating. This is for friends or people that you're meeting. Okay. It's not so important how you feel when you're in the moment. It's how you feel afterward. The next day, if you're drained, tired, or feel hungover, even though you went to bed early, you slept, you didn't drink that much, and you shouldn't feel that way. That is a sign that the person you were with is a different or lower energetic vibration from you and they drained you.
A
That is so wild to me. And then when you said that, I was like, that makes sense, because I couldn't quite figure it out. But then it was like a light bulb went off.
B
Yeah. And it's not that they're a bad person. Like, I'm sure this guy was great.
A
He was sure.
B
He's like an amazing human.
A
Yes.
B
But it's not a match for you.
A
Okay, so then my other question is, because I'll go out on dates with great guys. Yeah, they really are great. And I sometimes will be like, how do I know if I should give him a second chance? Because I don't know. You always hear those stories about people that are like, you know, I didn't know at first. Then all of a sudden, the attraction grew. Where I've always taken the stance of I know immediately if I like someone, and that really never changes. But now that I'm getting older, I'm like, should I be giving these people a second chance? What do you say to that?
B
I think that if you're feeling drained, exhausted, or hung up the next day.
A
It'S probably not a matter.
B
Unless they were having a really bad day and they walked in saying, I'm having a really bad day. I'm not my normal self. If they walk in saying that, then maybe give him a second chance. But otherwise, I'd say, in that instance, it's not it. I think a second chance is deserved. If you're still curious, intrigued, or if you may not have been feeling your best self and you're like, hey, maybe I. Maybe I just need to give him second chance. Like, I. You know, I think if you don't have that curiosity or you're not at least a little bit excited still, then, I mean, yeah, curiosity.
A
That's a good. I like that.
B
That's like my. I shouldn't say new thing, but that's like my biggest, I think, kind of like life hack right now is that could even be during a breakup, too. It's like, what are you curious about? What's fun, what's inspiring? What do you want to learn more about? Like, pick up a new hobby, get back. Because curiosity is how kids are, right? It's getting back into, like, being open. When you're curious about something, you're being open, not closed. Right. And so again, on a date, like, if you're curious, then that tells me you're energetically a little open to hearing more, receiving more from that person. If you're not at all curious, then that's a telltale sign that you're, deep down, you're not interested.
A
Okay. That answers a lot of questions for me. That's gonna be my 2025 thing, curiosity.
B
Oh, my God, I love that.
A
Okay.
B
That's amazing.
A
I'm into this.
B
Great.
A
Speaking of 2025, obviously the new year is fastly approaching, which is so insane, it is scary. I feel like this year flew by.
B
Yeah.
A
Do you. What are, like, your New Year's rituals? Do you set intentions?
B
What do you do I love to write down goals.
A
I'm a big goal.
B
I'm a Capricorn. I'm a double Capricorn. Double Capricorn.
A
And I own my own business.
B
Like, I gotta write down. I gotta write this shit down. I gotta know that I, like, accomplished something.
A
Have you seen that quote that says, write it down and watch it become real?
B
I have not seen that.
A
There is, like, the actual.
B
Is it a TikTok thing?
A
No.
B
Probably.
A
I see every. I Live and die by TikTok. I'm like the Tarot Carter.
B
You changed so much from, like, when you started this podcast on that, by the way. I'm not judging you.
A
I'm just saying you can judge me. It's fine. No, I love it.
B
I mean, I get a lot of. I think I get everything from TikTok. I just wait till it trickles to Instagram and then. That's smart.
A
Yeah, that's great. Yeah. But they say, like, the form of writing, like, you can't, like, type it in your phone. It's like the act of writing.
B
Oh, I have heard this. I have heard this.
A
Puts it into the universe and then it becomes true. So I'm a big believer in writing down goals.
B
I love that. I would also then put it in my notes app because I lose that piece of paper.
A
Fair. That's fine.
B
But at least I wrote it down at one point. Yeah. So New Year's rituals, intentions, writing things down. I also like to reflect on what I wrote for the year before and either roll it over or cross it off. But it is actually really. I have some stuff that is happening now. Very specific things that I am like, oh, my God, I wrote that down and now it might be happening. It is crazy. It is so fun. Then the other thing for New Year's is I like to reflect back on anything that I am letting go of. Limiting beliefs or something that I thought I needed that I am like, wow. Setting boundaries essentially around people having access to or. Yeah, that's a big one. Boundaries is gonna be huge for 2025 in general.
A
Okay.
B
It's a nine year in numerology. So two plus zero plus two plus five equals nine. That's how you get to nine. Nine is an endings year. But I always give the example of in a personal year, nine. For me, I started my business revealing soul. So it's like the beginning of the end of things. That's how you can look at, like, 2025. It's the beginning of the end. So, like, if you've been single for A while. It's like the beginning of the end of the single. Like, you're done.
A
Great.
B
If you've been trying to get pregnant, it's like the beginning of the end of your fertility journey. It's like. Yeah. So it's gonna be a big year.
A
Wow.
B
And so writing down some of those things that you're ready to let go of, as well as the things that you're calling in is very important for me, when I'm doing intention setting and with my clients. And December 30th, there's a black new moon, essentially. You know, I saw blue moons and then they do like, it's. A black moon is when there's two new moons in a month. A blue moon is when there's two full moons in a month. So this is a black moon. Huge for intention setting.
A
Wow.
B
And it's two days before the end of the year.
A
That timing is incredible.
B
Yeah.
A
Okay. Okay. I like that a lot. What else? Well, what was the big thing, the big theme for 2024?
B
In numerology, it was an 8, so in numerology, it's an 8, which is relationships.
A
Oh, interesting.
B
Yeah. Well, I like to think of 8 as like infinity symbol. So it's like relationships. It's also business. So like businesses, work, career. So a lot of people may have been finding their purpose or feeling. If you've loved your job for a while, you may have almost felt like you were plateauing or feeling bored lately, like, less inspired.
A
Yeah.
B
But you're like, I love it. You might still like it, but maybe not as excited as you used to be. That was the theme of 2024 was kind of reevaluating all that.
A
And now things are going to be.
B
Well, now it's like, if you decided that you liked it, then, okay, then you're going to kind of get. Hopefully get renewed or reinspired if you decided that you didn't like it. 2025 is a year for again to begin new things.
A
Cool.
B
Yeah, cool.
A
I feel that energy.
B
Yeah.
A
This exciting energy of like, what's about to come.
B
Yeah. It's going to be a little bit of wild ride, but it's going to be. It's going to be fun. Well, I don't like to fear Monger. I'm one more. I just like to.
A
Yeah, you don't. I mean, I know.
B
So I feel like that was. I don't want to fear Monger. I'm just saying. And I. For anyone that, like, is following things and they don't know what to believe. On social media, blah, blah, blah. All of these things, all of the numerology, all of the transits that are happening. There's high vibe and low vibe to all of it. So I believe it's a choice. You can, like, choose to focus on how you can capitalize on this energy and use it for something good to fuel your life, or you can get dragged down to. Yeah. Like, you, like nines are ending. So you could be, like, worrying all year in 2025. Well, seriously.
A
Exactly.
B
Like, if you choose to focus on that, then you're gonna keep being provided examples of that.
A
Right. Because life is a mirror. Right. So everything that you're putting out is what you're getting back.
B
Yeah.
A
So that's why it's important to be positive and do all the things.
B
Yeah, well, that's why I say there's like a choice. It's high vibe and low vibe. You can choose to focus on the positive or you can choose to focus on, like, the negative. Which is why in, like, readings, people are always like, oh, it was actually kind of positive. I'm like, yeah, because you can. There's good in things. Like, I just. I'm not here to like. Like, I just think life is kind of tough enough. Why, like, why we're not. I'm not gonna focus on all that stuff.
A
No kidding. You know, and so the low vibration stuff is fear, jealousy, anger. Right. What else am I missing?
B
Imposter syndrome.
A
Oh, okay.
B
Like, that can be a little. But the. But again, flipping that would be like, the fact that you have imposter syndrome in the first place means that you stepped outside your comfort zone. And it means that you have integrity because you are worried that someone is going to think that you do not deserve it. So the positive side of that is that the fact that you even think that means that you do have integrity.
A
Oh, I like that.
B
Yes, I am flipping it. And that you do deserve to have it, otherwise you would not have manifested it in the first place. Like, you're more ready than you realize. And it's also just an indicator that you're outside your comfort zone. It's different. Which is a good thing. You can't have growth if you don't move outside your comfort zone.
A
Totally. And gratitude is an easy way then to write, stay in high vibration. Just being thankful for everything in your life.
B
Yeah. Or something. Sometimes it's hard to. When you're going. Again, the example, going through a breakup, it's hard to be grateful for anything. But just find one thing. One thing you're like, okay, this was a good thing that happened or I'm grateful for this, this friend or I'm grateful for my kids or whatever, you know, like whatever it is. So. But that's where like even the low vibrational feelings, I feel like you can shift it. Like there's something to be learned there.
A
Right? Yeah. The example you just gave I think is perfect because. Yeah, just, just flipping that narrative in your head is the best way to do it.
B
Yeah.
A

I feel like that's sort of become like this buzzwordy type thing. So what is your higher self? Okay, what does it mean?
B
I mean, the higher self is the, like, I believe we're all souls that are just living a physical. Having a physical experience here on Earth. And when we die, we go back to their side. Right. That's why I can channel them and connect with them. So your higher self is that part of you that still remains connected to the other side. Like it's a part of you that's eternal, everlasting. And your soul. Yeah, your soul. Higher self is another word for soul.
A
So how.
B
What can we. At least the way I say.
A
Yeah. No, I love that.
B
I'm sure everyone has maybe a different definition.
A
No, but I love that. What can we be doing in our daily lives to be moving from our highest self?
B
Yeah. So I think what I get asked a lot is, how do you tell the difference between your mind, your ego, and your higher self or your soul or your intuition. Right. Like, I get this question, like, because exactly what you're saying is, how do you move from your higher self or your soul or your intuition versus your mind ego. Right?
A
Yeah.
B
So whether you're meditating or pulling cards or sitting and asking, like, journaling your mind, ego tends to be a stream of thoughts. It'll be like, well, this, and then maybe this. What about this? And then this might happen. And oh, my God. And then all of a sudden, you're, like, potentially on this, like, catastrophizing, like, oh, my God, the world's ending.
A
How did we get here?
B
How did we get here?
A
We took a left turn. We took a left turn.
B
That's your mind ego. It also tends to be more like, like, fear based. Like, a little bit. Like, if it causes you to feel worry afterward, like, if you hear something or pull or like you think you're meditating on something and you're all of a sudden, like, worried, that was probably your mind or your ego.
A
Okay.
B
Okay. Your soul or your higher self or your intuition is more succinct. It's usually really simple. It's usually very calm. The emotion you should feel when you're, like, receiving it or journaling on it or meditating on it should be very neutral to loving. And it tends to be something that you're like, oh, again, it should be. It's a little bit more like, I never thought about that or I haven't tried that. Like, your mind tends to loop through the past or stuff you've done before or a fear from the past. Your higher self intuition is usually gonna try and get you outside your comfort zone and try something new.
A
Curiosity.
B
Exactly.
A
Oh, that's interesting. Yeah. Okay.
B
So how to move from that, I think, is how to live your life that way is I really like to say when I'm feeling nervous about something or scared, I'm like, okay, wait, is this an actual fear? Like, I should really be worried, or am I just getting outside my comfort zone? And it actually feels okay? And I'm just. This is just my system saying, hey, this is alert, alert. This is different.
A
Yeah.
B
Like, are you sure you want to do this? And in fact, I always tell people and my clients, if it doesn't scare you a little bit, if it doesn't make you a little bit nervous, then this ain't it.
A
Yeah. Okay.
B
Even with dating, if the guy. If you don't get a little nervous or don't get a Little bit like not like full on butterfly, just a little bit like I'm such a nervous refer date.
A
So dumb.
B
Well, if you're not a little bit, then I said I would say don't go on it because then you're not excited about it and you're not outside your comfort zone. And most likely it's probably a cycle from the past then because you're more. You're comfortable with it.
A
Interesting. Yeah. Okay.
B
I've read some things though that people say like you shouldn't be like always having butterflies nonstop because that's just like a. You're attracted to the drama. Then I don't know if I really. I mean like, I think you should have a healthy dose of it.
A
Yeah. I mean that's what makes the beginning so much fun, is all butterflies and like the excitement.
B
I also tell people who are dating that this is the best part. If you talk to any couples that have been together for a long time, 20 years, 30 years, 50 years, they still talk about how they met. They still talk about those first few dates and like what they did and getting to know the person. Like that's the best part.
A
I know. It's so true.
B
And so like again we were talking when I was talking about like fake it til you make it or like, you know, dress for the life you want. That's what you're looking forward to. That's what you want to. That's the kind of vibration you want to be in. Even if you just write it down or think it to yourself or repeat it a few times before you go on the apps or before you go on a date that is immediately going to like up level the type of people that you're attracting in.
A
Okay. I love that.
B
When you're in like that vibe.
A
Yes.
B
Like take a moment to get in that vibration before you open the app, before you text, before you're DMing.
A
No, the DMs are off the table.
B
Okay, Sorry. Okay.
A
I'm passing that. Everyone except for Kristen. I'm not. They're off limits. I told you. I just got a really, a really hot guy dmed me and I was like, no, I'm not.
B
I'm proud of you. I'm proud of you.
A
Thank you.
B
Everyone else is allowed to do DMs though. Okay.
A
You guys are allowed for me.
B
Just Kristen is not a DM bit.
A
Yes. I mean in real life, irl determined.
B
I mean it will happen then.
A
Yes.
B
It will happen that way.
A
Yes.
B
If you like. I believe it now. It might not be in the timeline that you want. Okay.
A
This is where you have to fucking timeline. I need to rip it up, throw it out the window.
B
It'll be worth it. It's gonna be worth the wait.
A
It'll be worth it.
B
It's gonna be worth the wait.
A
Okay, the flip side of all this. So the fun, flirty, exciting times. What about when you're in a relationship and you're unhappy? I think we touched on this last episode too, but I feel like this is a consistent theme for a lot of people. Or a job that you're just like, kind of what you were just saying. Like, I like it, but is there more for me? How do you know when it's time to walk away from something?
B
So I want to say when you feel like you've learned all the lessons, but then let's kind of like, how.
A
Do you know that?
B
It's like. Because you don't. I'm always like, I do not want to repeat this. So I'm going to stay in it until I've learned this thing. I'm just kidding. So this is where I'm going to say what I like to do, which I like to then kind of bargain or talk to the universe. I like to talk to my guides like they're people because I do believe in the energy. And when I was getting ready to quit my job, I basically bargained with the universe. And I was like, okay. I wasn't happy for a long time. I had my business for about almost a year and a half. And I was like, okay, universe. I was in sales. If my sales bonus is enough to cover my student loan debt, I was like, I'm not going to start a business with debt and enough to, like, fund a business, which you talked about in your podcast with, like, starting business. I need money. You gotta have money to start the business. You know, I self funded. I was like, I will do this, then I will buy this camera. I will do the thing to the dollar amount.
A
No.
B
Yeah, My sales bonus covered both and it was not an even number. I, like, still have chills talking about it.
A
I love it.
B
And so then I was like, damn it, I guess I'm doing this. Like, I was like, I gotta do it. Like, that's what I said. And then it just took off from there. So, yeah, okay.
A
It was instead of just being like, give me a sign if it's. Because that can also be confusing.
B
Yes.
A
Of like, should you say? Or what's the sign for 100%. So you have to be specific.
B
Yeah, I Get this all the time in the DMs of like, I asked for a sign, I'm not seeing it. I'm like, okay, you got it. Like what's the timeframe? What's the, like what's the sign mean? If you see it, like, you gotta be specific or your guides are. Don't want to lead you down the wrong way.
A
That totally makes sense. I also, what I've realized with signs too is like you have to ask for your sign, but then let it go. Like forget about it.
B
Forget about it.
A
And then I feel like it comes so quick when you actually Forget about it 100%.
B
And you can pick a sign or you can let it be. And then the other thing with to relationships. Just to go back to your question about like, how do you know when to leave?
A
Yeah.
B
And I think truthfully, it's when you are going to regret staying any longer.
A
Oh.
B
When you feel that leaving or being on your own is going to benefit you. And if you have kids, your family more than staying, then there's your answer.
A
So what if you feel like that, let's say it's a relationship and you feel like that and you leave, but then you are still thinking about the person and it's. And you know in your head like that was the right decision, but you're having a hard time, I guess in your heart letting it go.
B
Yeah. I always say sometimes it's not like I think it to release the judgment because if you're judging yourself for still feeling that way, then you're giving that more energy.
A
Oh.
B
And. And it's bringing it back around again over and over and over again. That feeling.
A
I feel seen.
B
I got you, girl. I got you. But if you're judging yourself for having that emotion in the first place, then you're giving it power. You're giving that feeling more power.
A
Whoa.
B
If you're looking to release it, then it's kind of about like forgiving yourself for feeling that way in the first place. And then I also like to say it's not about the length of the relationship, but the that people sometimes have trouble getting over through.
A
Yeah.
B
And I mean, I myself have had relationships that lasted like two, three months that it took me longer to get over than the ones that lasted like three years.
A
I know. Do you think that's like a past life connection too? Maybe?
B
I think so, yeah. I think that that's someone you've hadn't met in a past life or knew or were together with in a past life. And then in this lifetime, it just, for whatever reason, again, free will. It just didn't work out or the timing wasn't right. And so that was it. And it's hard. It's hard to. Yeah, it's hard to let those. Let those ones go.
A
Yeah, yeah, yeah. God, that kind of breaks my heart a little bit. What about losing a loved one? How do you. Well, this is why I love seeing you in general, because like you said earlier, you just get people so much faith.
B
Yeah.
A
But if someone lost a loved one and they're having a really hard time, what do you say to those people?
B
So, again, let go of the judgment for yourself of, like, how you're moving through it. And then the second thing I would say is that your loved ones don't want you to keep replaying the final moments. A lot of times that's what keeps people stuck in grief, is those shoulda, coulda, wouldas wish I had gotten there sooner. I didn't get to say goodbye. The last thing I said to them, we were arguing. I wish I had told them more how much I loved them, even if they did get there in time. But your loved ones, in spirit, that's just one blip. It's one blink of a timeline. I know it's really important to the people left behind because it's the last thing that you remember. But for your loved ones, they want to remember all the other memories and all the other fun things and experiences that you had together. So one of the things I like to say is, can you shift and maybe bring in some of those memories and things when you are starting to feel sad versus constantly focusing on the thing that you regretted or the shoulda, coulda wouldas with them? Number one, that is going to help you, but number two, that makes your loved ones on the other side more happy. They want you to be happy. I always like to have people focusing on the joy, the fun. That's why I like now that people are doing, like, celebration of life instead of funeral or whatever we used to call it.
A
I love that.
B
Like, I think that's great. And that's also what makes everyone a little bit on the other side happier too. And then I think just looking for signs, like, this is where I wasn't gonna share many signs, but I had a validation come through from a client. I, like, have to share it with everybody. It was her husband that had passed, so she was. They were young and he came through and he said, he's like. Like, don't you love that you still get to look at my eyes. You still get to gaze at my eyes. And they had kids, so I was like, oh, you must be talking about your kids. And she was like, okay. And then I said, his sign for you is the infinity symbol. And he left you jewelry. And she was like, we donated his eyes.
A
What?
B
To like, someone who needed them?
A
No.
B
So literally, his eyes are still, like, walking around on the earth. Whoa.
A
That is wild.
B
Oh, my gosh. I was like, that's.
A
Even Saiyan could do that.
B
Well, I mean, that's what she's.
A
I don't know.
B
You donate? Yeah. And then she said she had just bought a Cartier bracelet and put an infinity symbol engraved on the inside. And she's like, no one knows that. And I was like, well, he does. Oh, see, I love that stuff so much. And that's where I say, like, I think if someone's really, really grieving, like, hearing those messages. And again, even if you're not the one. Cause I'm doing a lot of groups now, like, with clients, like, even if you're not the one hearing or like, receiving for yourself, just hearing other people receive things like that can be really powerful.
A
Oh, my God. Very much so. Well, because it makes you realize they're okay, you know? And I really believe we'll see them again. Exactly. Because obviously their soul is somewhere around. That is a time where you could probably be a little bit more loose with a sign. Right. Like, give me a butterfly, whatever it may be, and then that gives you so much peace.
B
Yeah. And don't forget to ask. Like, I feel like in life, going back to the conversation about, like, if you're feeling stuck or when should you leave? Like, ask your guides. Ask out loud. Or write it down if you're afraid to say it out loud.
A
Right.
B
Show me a sign or when am I meant to leave? Or what's next? Next for me. Because if you don't ask for it again, the universe doesn't know what to do to help you. They're like, okay, what do you want? Like, yeah, it's like throwing everything in the wall. See what sticks.
A
Which doesn't feel great. And being really specific, that's where I gotten messed up. Like, wait, wait, wait, hold on.
B
They weren't bad mess ups, though. They were just like, you're gonna have everyone freaked out that they're gonna have.
A
To be like, I know we're fine, it's all good.
B
But.
A
Well, I mean, I'll just say I went from, like, dating someone really young, so I was like, I'm going Older. And then I met someone that was like, too old. Too old. Reel it in, guys. So, yeah, you have.
B
You went from one extreme to the other. Yeah.
A
We need to be a little bit more specific. Let's talk about the cards because we are going to do another little mini tune in. But Cindy, I told you, I'm a tarot card reader now. You guys, I bought tarot cards and Oracle cards. It's actually so silly, but I've been reading cards from my friends and they're spot on. And I'm clearly like, I don't even know what the hell I'm doing. I just saw it on TikTok, but so I'm like, I think I can do this.
B
That's great.
A
But so how does this happen? Is it just the energy? Like, how do these specific cards come out?
B
Yeah. So whether you're using cards or a pendulum or, I don't know, like even having your horoscope, it's a tool to help, like, concentrate and focus your energy to help you receive the answers. Like, it's just a tool. I would say it's just helping you to, like, discern or interpret. Like in school, like, you're interpreting what the guides are telling you.
A
Right. I love that. Right. It's nothing new. It's there and it's just helping you hone in on it 100%.
B
And I would say that you're very intuitive by nature. I mean, you have got, like you said earlier, you've got intuition about people and it's rarely ever wrong. So you're going to have an easy time with the cards and it's going to be really simple, especially when reading for other people, too. This is where I say, like, it's always easier.
A
It actually is.
B
Yeah. It's going to be easier for anyone really, to pull cards for other people because you're not as emotionally invested.
A
Right, Right. Okay. I actually totally understand it now. Yeah.
B
Do you see what I'm saying? Yeah.
A
By the way, I'm going to have.
B
My pull cards me later.
A
It's become my morning routine. I'm like, safeguard. But it's also like, calm the fuck down and just go live your life. I'm like, what's the message today?
B
Well, sidebar too. If you are grieving, missing someone, you can even pull a card from that person. Like, if you're missing like your grandmother or your grandfather or brother, husband, whatever, you could say, like, hey, so and so, like John over, like, can you. What's my message that you want me to have today from You.
A
I love that.
B
And you can pull a card.
A
I'm gona do that with my brother.
B
Yeah, you should.
A
Oh, I love that. Okay, that's very cool.
B
And just see what comes through with Oracle or Tarot. Either one. I find Oracle a little more approachable.
A
Yeah.
B
It's just there's usually a guidebook that comes with it. It's usually a little more simple. Tarot can be like super in depth and like it.
A
Well, I have got my book out and I'm like reading every description.
B
That's great. But that's how you're going to learn.
A
Yeah. And then you can kind of like piece them together and whatever.
B
100%.
A
Yeah. It's interesting.
B
Yeah.
A
It's just a new hobby of mine, you know.
B
Hey, I am proud of you. I love it. I also love doing in the morning when you're like fresh and it's also a moment for you to again connect back in with your soul, your higher self without even realizing it at tuning into that part of you and then you set yourself up to like have that. Yeah.
A
It's become like my meditation in a lot of ways.
B
I love it.
A
Yeah.
B
I also think that is a great way to start meditating, by the way, because it's. It's something to look forward to. Again, if you're not curious, if you're not having fun. You're not going to meditate.
A
Exactly.
B
You're not going to do it.
A
I had actually the craziest meditation. I haven't been meditating. I kind of go through phases, but I meditated like right over here in the sun one morning, like sitting on this little poof. I was sobbing for 10 minutes straight. It was like I just needed to do that. And I felt. Felt so incredible afterwards. So I just, I do think that stillness, that quiet sometimes is like exactly what we need. Yeah, I'm fine. But it's nothing dramatic, but I just needed to get a good cry out. Yeah, I mean, we need that sometimes.
B
Yeah, you do. And I don't even. You probably weren't even thinking about anything in particular.
A
Not really. You know what it actually was? My mind was blank. I just needed to like get it out.
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah. So.
B
Well, tears are very like cleansing, Right. Like water is cleansing and healing and that's kind of like, you know, self cleansing. Yeah. Self cleansing. Yeah.
A
Love that.
B
Love it.
A
Okay, so we're going to do a little mini tune in.
B
Yeah. Since we're not pulling on anyone like specific, we're just sort of being so the biggest thing that's coming up is 2025 and like, the first again, all these changes that are happening in next year are really, like, huge for you. Like, energetically. And then the person that's going to show up is, like, loyal to a fault. Like, they are so loyal to you.
A
That's what I want.
B
And even to the other people in their life.
A
Yeah.
B
And there's something coming up around the house. Like, because the. In the one card, the dog is sitting in front of a house and I also got the house card for you. So I don't know if they're in real estate or like, I don't know.
A
My house right now. Do you think it's going to be someone that.
B
Well, I don't think it's someone who works. Unless you're like, maybe it's the pool guy or something.
A
No, I mean, like.
B
I mean, if that's the journey you want, builder, like an architect. Do we want, like.
A
Do we want, like, an architectural.
B
Okay.
A
Okay. That's not it.
B
That's not it. I'm making. Okay, that's not it.
A
I don't.
B
I don't want just, like, throw it. Okay. There's something about the house, though. So I don't know if. Or I don't know if you're gonna be hosting any parties. You don't have to say anything.
A
I wanna have a party when my house is done.
B
Well, somebody could bring a friend and you might meet someone through that. Cause there's something going on with, like, the house.
A
I'm calling my builder. Like, we need to speed up all of the construction.
B
I'm meeting my person at this party that I'm gonna throw.
A
I need this done in two months.
B
So, like, again, this could also be like, if you get invited to someone else's house for a party.
A
You have said that to me before, actually. Have I? Yes. So we did a zoom in October.
B
Okay.
A
With one of my other friends.
B
Yeah.
A
And you did say that you saw me going to. What was it? Or was it in October? I don't even. You've said it to me before.
B
Great.
A
Like, you see me going to an event or a party or something, and it's not for me.
B
It's not like, Quinny, she likes this.
A
Are you validating that? Yes. Oh, my God.
B
Quinnie likes this. Quinn, you like that? She's here for this.
A
So say yes to every party. Got it. I'm going to every event. I'm a social butterfly. Okay.
B
Again, we're gonna talk about free will. And you can't. Don't do every. Don't take it so to the team. But, yes. I feel like there's, like, if you're excited about the party.
A
Okay.
B
You should go to the party.
A
Okay, great.
B
I also just think it's gonna be through, like, out and about, through, like, a fun environment. I don't think it's gonna be when you're, like, doing a work thing or. I don't know. Or like, it just doesn't feel like that. It feels like it's gonna be more like a fun environment. When this person comes in love, you're still letting go of something from the past or, like, grieving something, I would say, that needs to clear. And the other thing that's showing up is that you're not gonna question it when this person do that. Like, I feel like I'm not gonna get a question from you about, can you do a tune on this guy? It's gonna be like, I met my person. I can't wait for you. I can't wait to talk about it. You know what I mean?
A
Basically, I'm. Every day, and I'm like, what do you think about this guy? I just literally just sent you a photo. I'm like, what about this guy?
B
Yeah. And now I've gotten to the point where I'm like, okay, when we're eliminating. I'm not even gonna bother if you don't have. If he doesn't have this, this, this, and this. Because that's what I do with my friends. And I'm like, is it this? And they're like, no. And I'm like, that. I'm not wasting my energy on that. We're not going down this road. You can go down the road, but I'm not joining you on the journey. You get to do it on your own.
A
No, I love that. I love that.
B
Yeah, you're on your own. Which, again, is. That's where I think. Like, it makes me different. Like, I'm not gonna sugarcoat shit, which I love. I'm not gonna tell you. I'm not gonna validate your bad. Not that you make bad decisions, but I'm not gonna validate people. People's.
A
Yeah, yeah, no, I need.
B
You know, like, I'm not. I'm not doing that, like, because it's not. There are some decisions where I'm like, this isn't your. You've learned this lesson. Like, move on. Like, you don't need to go through this again.
A
Right?
B
Like.
A
And there are times where you're like, you do need to experience this, like, totally. We've had those in the last few years where, like, you encourage it because there's something in there for me to learn.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then there's other times where I'm like, we're done with this.
A
We're not doing this.
B
We're not doing this again. You're. Yeah, I'm like, this.
A
Like, I thought we were done with this.
B
I literally texted that. I was like, she's gonna get mad. I'm like, whatever. I'm not. I loved it. And I was kind of right.
A
Yeah, you were like, you're right. That intuition again.
B
Like, my gut thing with people is. And it's hard. It's hard when, like, I think we talked about this maybe briefly last time, but it's hard when people are like, what do you say to the skeptic? You know? And it's like when clients literally tell me that I'm wrong or do the thing anyways, and they're like, I'm gonna prove you wrong and then end up being right. Like, I'm like, you can't explain it in a way. Then I'm tuning into your guides that are trying to.
A
Yeah. Trying to warn you. Stay away.
B
Way back to the car. So 1. There's a lot of work stuff coming up for the guide, too. So I will. Think it'll be really fun when you do meet him or start dating him. That. To see what's going on in his life at this time. Cause he's got a. He's, like, building an empire.
A
I love that.
B
Yeah. He's doing a lot.
A
I respect that.
B
Yeah. Yeah. It's gonna be big. I also think you travel a lot with him. Like, you have to go on trips a lot with him or he likes to, like, take you places. So. Yeah.
A
Okay. Like, is there a timeline on that?
B
The.
A
Even though we already established timelines are great.
B
I still like July. I like, next summer.
A
Settle in. I'll finish my house.
B
Yeah. I was gonna say, it seems like when the house is. There's a lot that's gonna be happening in the next few months.
A
You're gonna be a little busy for me too. You're gonna be a little busy, like, with work stuff. Yeah. I don't know. Am I dating as well? Like, just casually?
B
Possibly. Possibly. There's some, like. I feel like people. I think this is actually. This is a good thing. I feel like guys are. I don't wanna say chasing, but chasing you over the next few months. Love that it's not you reaching out to Them.
A
Great. We love that.
B
So you.
A
But am I into any of them? Well, that's annoying. If they're just blowing me up and I'm like, ugh, how do I get rid of them?
B
You have to set boundaries and just either not respond.
A
I've gotten better at that. Honestly. I've been not responding to people. I feel like a real asshole when I do that, though.
B
No, do you know them?
A
There's someone.
B
Are there people that you. I mean.
A
Yeah. Yes. There's. There's a guy that I'm going to have to.
B
I think I would say if you don't know them, you don't owe them anything.
A
Agreed.
B
If you do know them, I think it would be dependent upon, like, do you want to, like, do you care if this relationship continues or not? Or you just say, like, oh, I was really busy, sorry.
A
Sometimes you do just miss a text. I mean.
B
Yeah, okay. I'm the worst at text. Boundaries are going to be really important in this next year. And I always say it's not hard to set the boundary, it's hard to enforce it.
A
Yeah.
B
So when you're saying, like, I'm not doing any more DMS, but then you're, like, worrying about responding to the DMs.
A
Like, I know, I'm.
B
I'm done.
A
I'm literally not entertaining DMs at all. I'm not.
B
Yeah. Okay, good. I'm proud of you. I'm proud of you.
A
But it's.
B
Yeah, it's just. I feel like the way these are laying is that guys are going to be pursuing you and then you. It'll be a fun little test, I think, for you to be, like, when you change your vibration or when you're, like, before you even open apps or responding to things, when you start getting that vibration we talked about of, like, I'm excited. Excited. And, like, this is gonna be the best part. I'm excited for the first. This is the last. First kiss I'm gonna have. I'm like, awesome. I'll be very curious about the quality of guys that you start attracting in when you're living in that vibration more frequently.
A
Do you not think I'm there right now? The cards say no.
B
The cards don't say no. I feel. I feel like you're trying. I feel like you are for the most part, but you're distracted.
A
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
B
If you.
A
That makes sense.
B
Yeah. I don't know.
A
Yeah, yeah. That's a good way.
B
So it just. I feel like January time frame, things are going to Shift around that. And then I would be so curious to see what types of quality of men that you're attracting in at that point.
A
Okay.
B
Yeah.
A
Okay.
B
I also feel like this guy notices you before you notice him.
A
You've said that to me before too, so I can't wait to see who this is.
B
Yeah. I swear. Yeah. This guy notices you before you notice him.
A
Like at a party.
B
Yeah, at a party. Or even like, I don't know, out and about, around town. I don't know.
A
Okay.
B
I don't really know. Or like traveling. I still think that.
A
Yes. Okay, cool.
B
I still think that's like a yes.
A
Okay. We love that. Yeah. Okay.
B
Or at least he's like, got a second house here or something.
A
I don't know.
B
I don't think you're like jet setting all over the world for this guy. Thank God. That's not working.
A
Okay.
B
That's not working.
A
Okay. I love this.
B
Yeah.
A
We'll have to do this again then. In six months.
B
I will say. Can I say one more thing about that, please?
A
Which is like, please.
B
Sometimes people and everyone can think about this in their own lives, but there are certain times of the year where you're more magnetic and attractive to call in certain things. Which is why you might really go on dates a lot in the spring or something like that. Or in the fall. Like, if you think back to when you meet certain people, is it more in the fall? That's your time of year then.
A
Oh, okay. So everyone's is different. Like yours might be winter. Mine is.
B
Mine's not winter. Mine is. Mine is definitely not the winter.
A
That is not. I'm like, dreading it.
B
This is not my season. Spring tends to be like May. Honestly, like, it's so funny. Like April. May is like, like guys come out of the woodwork and then it disappears.
A
Funny.
B
Yeah. So there are certain and even the same thing for, like, job opportunities. Like, you could think back to, like, when you started all your jobs or when you switched or when you start business opportunities or when, like, okay, like when you start uncommon. When you started the podcast.
A
Like, interesting.
B
It'd be very cute.
A
Spring is busy for me.
B
Yeah. So there's usually. And a lot of times it has to do with like the equinoxes. So the spring equinox and then the summer solstice and the winter solstice. Like, it tends to be around or soon after those months. So my point is, is like, don't. It's not necessarily, like, you don't necessarily want to be manifesting Something big every single month of the year. Like, it's okay if there are times where things aren't happening. That's okay.
A
Yeah, agreed. It's a quiet time.
B
Yeah.
A
You have to have that where you rest and recover.
B
Yeah. So I just like to, like, caution people on, like, you're not. You have to have some slowdown time.
A
Yeah. Okay.
B
And again, think back to when those moments are in your life. You can even do it in the new year, like, reflecting on that, because that time of year is gonna be really good for you. I mean, I once had a client that I literally told her, like, in July, she's gonna go on a trip to the East Coast. And I'm like, you're gonna meet your person. And we did the reading in June, July, she went on the trip, and she didn't meet anybody. A year later, she did the exact same trip. She met her husband.
A
You told me that. Yeah. Yeah. Okay.
B
Like, I don't know if I did in the last spot. Sorry if I'm repeating it, but I'm like, that's insane.
A
But. No, it is. That's such a great story. Yeah, I know. I love stuff like that. So how can we work on our own intuition? Which I guess is like, a gut feeling. Right. But, like, are there tricks that we can be doing to really build that trust with ourselves?
B
I mean, I love the practice that you just started pulling cards in the morning.
A
Okay. Yeah.
B
That's a huge one. That's kind of how I got back into it when I took a break when I was in my corporate job, I started pulling cards for myself in the morning and. And started. Cause I hate meditating. Like, I do this all the time, and I hate it. But pulling cards is, like, a great way to get back into it. So that's one thing. Another thing is meditating. Like, if you have meditation practice. Going for a walk, though, or like, a moving meditation is great with no.
A
Phone, like, no distractions. Right. Isn't it all about, like, getting still or not still, but quiet?
B
I'd say it's quieting the mind.
A
Yeah. Okay.
B
So, like, if you. If your mind quiets when you're listening to, I don't know, classical music or the ocean or something, then do that if that's what helps. Or a lot of people like gardening as a way to, like, meditate, and that's what they do in the mornings in their, like, me time. Right. All of those are. If you like having a mantra or, like, listening to something, there's apps out there, like, the Calm app and things like that.
A
Okay.
B
I mean, the biggest thing with is learning to trust it. Right? It's like it's gonna get stronger when you're like, oh, or even reading. I pulled that card and it was spot on.
A
Right.
B
That creates more trust in your intuition. Or like, again, going to see a medium or a psychic or something. It's like, oh, my God, I was thinking this same thing. Or I was picking up on that. Or I just did that. Like, I just made that decision. How do you know?
A
Like, then you trust yourself.
B
Yeah.
A
Okay. I love that.
B
Yeah, I love that. Yeah.
A
You're the best. Oh, my God, I just love you so much.
B
Thank you.
A
Okay.
B
Remind.
A
Thank you for coming.
B
No problem. Of course.
A
Remind everyone where they can find you on socials, your podcast, but also where they can book with you.
B
Yeah, of course. So I'm revealing soul on Instagram and TikTok. Instagram's what I mean. And I have an Instagram subscriber group now, so you can click the little button. And I do readings for free like, once a month now. I pull cards every, like, throughout the month for people. I Also answer those DMs a lot faster if you're in the subscriber group. So highly, highly recommend that. And then there is a wait list for one to ones for booking now. But I'm doing groups every month, so small groups and large groups. That's the best way to get it. I'm going to be offering a code for 20% off for those for you guys. Again, just for the groups.
A
Awesome.
B
Just for groups large and small. So, yeah, revealing soul on Instagram, joining the newsletter. And then I have in the podcast, in the podcast, Slightly spiritual. That's a great way if you're looking for extra insights. And we also answer questions a lot. So if there was something that we didn't talk about, you're like, oh, my God, I wish you'd explain this more. You can DM us or write it into the podcast and we can answer it on there.
A
Amazing.
B
So, yeah.
A
Oh, my gosh, Cindy, I just love you. Thank you.
B
Oh, my God. Love you. Thank you so much. Yeah, I got all the power.
Podcast Summary: "How to Get Answers from the Universe with Medium Cindy Luffred"
Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari
Host: Kristin Cavallari
Guest: Cindy Luffred, Psychic Medium
Release Date: December 10, 2024
In this insightful episode of Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari, host Kristin Cavallari welcomes back Cindy Luffred, a renowned psychic medium. The episode delves deep into the realms of mediumship, intuition, energy vibrations, and personal growth, offering listeners practical advice and profound insights on navigating life's challenges with spiritual guidance.
Cindy Luffred begins by defining her role as a psychic medium:
"A medium is someone who connects with souls, spirits from the other side to deliver messages straight from them to you. I love to provide evidence and validation of who is coming through and offer signs to recognize their presence in your daily life." ([01:25])
She emphasizes the importance of validation in her readings, ensuring that the messages resonate and provide clarity to those seeking guidance.
The conversation shifts to the concept of free will and life lessons. Cindy explains that while certain life events are predetermined (referred to as "blueprint items"), free will plays a significant role in how these events unfold:
"Blueprint items are big life lessons we plan ahead of time, like marriage or starting a business. Free will comes into play when it shows up in your life, determining the exact timing and circumstances." ([06:19])
They discuss how lessons can repeat until fully learned, acknowledging that some lessons may span a lifetime, while others are swiftly grasped within months.
A pivotal part of the discussion centers on energy vibrations:
"We're all made up of light and energy. Our vibrational frequency affects how we feel and interact with others. Surrounding yourself with high-vibration people and activities can uplift your spirit, while low vibrations can drain you." ([19:01])
Cindy illustrates how energy vibrations influence relationships and personal well-being, highlighting the importance of aligning oneself with positive energies to attract desirable outcomes.
Addressing the emotional turmoil of breakups, Cindy offers compassionate advice:
"It's allowed to feel your feelings. Use tools like hobbies or spending time with friends to realign your vibration. This helps you move forward and attract things more aligned with your true self." ([17:11])
They explore strategies for healing, emphasizing the necessity of processing emotions without bypassing them, thereby fostering resilience and personal growth.
The duo delves into numerology, focusing on the significance of the year 2025:
"2025 is a nine-year numerology cycle, an ending year. It signifies the beginning of new chapters, whether in relationships, career, or personal endeavors." ([25:35])
Cindy discusses the major astrological transits anticipated in the first half of 2025, such as Pluto moving into Aquarius, and how these celestial shifts will create a dynamic environment ripe with opportunities and transformative energy.
Building a strong connection with one's intuition is a recurring theme:
"Trusting your intuition comes from practicing and recognizing when your higher self is guiding you versus your ego's fears. Tools like tarot cards can help hone this connection." ([60:05])
Cindy provides actionable tips for developing intuition, such as daily tarot readings, meditation, and mindful activities that quiet the mind and foster a deeper connection with one's higher self.
They discuss the practical applications of tarot and oracle cards in daily life:
"Whether using cards, pendulums, or horoscopes, these tools help focus your energy and interpret the messages from your guides. It's about discerning and understanding the guidance you receive." ([47:11])
Kristin shares her personal journey into tarot reading, highlighting its role as a meditative and introspective practice that complements her spiritual endeavors.
The importance of setting personal boundaries is emphasized to maintain high vibrational energy:
"Boundaries are crucial in protecting your energy. Whether it's limiting interactions that drain you or setting clear guidelines in relationships, they help sustain your positive vibrations." ([56:11])
They explore how boundaries contribute to healthier relationships and personal well-being, allowing individuals to navigate social interactions with confidence and self-respect.
Addressing the sensitive topic of losing loved ones, Cindy offers heartfelt advice:
"Shift your focus from the regrets to the joyful memories. Your loved ones want you to remember the happy moments, not get stuck in the 'shoulda, coulda, woulda'." ([43:09])
Cindy encourages listeners to honor their loved ones by celebrating their lives and cherishing the positive experiences shared, facilitating a healthier grieving process and spiritual connection.
Towards the end of the episode, Cindy performs a mini tarot reading for Kristin, providing predictions and insights into her upcoming year:
"Expect a loyal partner who is dedicated to you and harmonious opportunities related to your home and personal life." ([50:05])
Kristin reflects on the accuracy of past readings, affirming the value of such spiritual consultations in personal development and decision-making.
The episode wraps up with Cindy sharing how listeners can connect with her for further guidance:
"You can find me on Instagram and TikTok at Revealing Soul. I offer group readings and one-on-one sessions, providing deeper insights and personalized spiritual support." ([61:37])
Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari successfully intertwines spiritual wisdom with practical advice, empowering listeners to harness their intuition, set healthy boundaries, and align their energies for a fulfilling life journey.
