The following podcast is a Dear Media production.
Host
This is, let's be honest with Kristin Cavallari, a podcast all about getting real and open on everything from sex, relationships, reality tv, wellness, family, and so much more. And just a fair warning, there will probably be some oversharing cause I got all the power.
Kristin Cavallari
Yep. Hi.
Host
You just energized the room for us. Smells amazing.
Kristin Cavallari
Plate it with the Palo Santos and peppermint. Peppermint. So uplifting and invigorating.
Host
I love it. You're my lighting queen now. You just gave me a whole lesson on lighting.
Kristin Cavallari
Lighting is everything.
Host
It's very important, I have to say.
Kristin Cavallari
And also it helps like with your mood and everything if you have the right lighting. People don't realize, but been in the industry for way too long. Like the lighting really affects.
Host
It makes a difference. Once you experience bad lighting, you're like, oh my God, I never want to do that ever again. Makes a difference. So. So we've actually never met. This is the first time we've met. But we both had pop ups at the Grove. Do you remember this? A million years ago. You had Korra Organics. I had Uncommon James. And I remember all of the girls that worked for me at the time said how sweet you are. I mean everyone, truly your reputation is that you are the nicest woman on the planet. It's great.
Kristin Cavallari
That's really nice to you.
Host
Yeah, it's sweet. I just like giving people their flowers.
Kristin Cavallari
Let's really know that. Yeah. Well, it comes from, I believe, like being kind and I teach this to my children is the most important thing you can do.
Host
It is.
Kristin Cavallari
It all comes from your heart. So it's like, it's really nice to be recognized for that. So thank you.
Host
Yeah, of course. Yeah. So you're 43.
Kristin Cavallari
I am.
Host
And you literally haven't aged a day. You still look the same as you did when you were 25.
Kristin Cavallari
It's the lighting.
Host
I don't know. I'm looking at you in the flesh and it's not the lighting. So I of course want. We're going to get to all the beauty things, right? We have to. But I wanna start because I think you and I probably agree that a lot of it is regulating your nervous system.
Kristin Cavallari
Oh, yes. That's my number one thing.
Host
Is it?
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
Okay, so tell me. I wanna know how you start your day, your morning routine and what you're doing to regulate your nervous system.
Kristin Cavallari
Okay. So I was very fortunate to be introduced to meditation when I was 17 and yoga actually around the same Time. And so having that practice was really just something that I had in my toolkit to help me get through those moments of life that are inevitably challenging, that sometimes you're absolutely exhausted. And I also grew up with a family that believes in God. And the power of prayer and the power of gratitude is something that I turn to all the time. And integrating kind of like the meditation with my belief in God and connecting to God when I meditate is something that I find, like, really invigorating and grounding. And no matter what's happening in my world, I feel like I can find peace within. And there's an interconnectedness there with everyone. Like, we're all interconnected and there's no separation. And when you come from that space of love, so many wonderful things unfold in your life. And so I've been trying to teach my children that. Yeah, how's that going? Well, they're really sweet. They're really sweet. So four boys. The youngest one is two and he's all love. He's just coming from his heart, but, you know, all times. So he hasn't been taught meditation, but my other three boys were taught Vedic meditation. So they each have their own mantra, like an individual mantra. We had a ceremony and my dear friend Patty from Uma mother, she came over to the house and we had, you know, a little ceremony where they each, you know, got to do their mantra and then practice their mantra with their eyes closed. And for each child, it's how old they are is, you know, the amount of time that ideally they should be able to do that mantra with their eyes closed.
Host
That's very cool.
Kristin Cavallari
So for my six year old, ideally, he would sit there six minutes with his eyes closed and just focus on his mantra, which is kind of like going down to the deepest part of himself. But in addition to that, that's one little thing I wanted them to have in their toolkit because I thought how amazing to have that at such a young age. And. And my teenager, who's 15, actually really enjoys it so much that he introduced it to his girlfriend and his girlfriend introduced it to a group of her friends, and now they collectively meditate together. What? Yeah.
Host
That's amazing. My kids would never.
Kristin Cavallari
Well, they would if they understood how, like, energizing and magic it is.
Host
True.
Kristin Cavallari
And you don't understand that until you try. And there's no such thing as a bad meditation. And I've had many different types of meditation along the journey, and sometimes frustration will come up and they talk about the monkey mind and that's okay. Like there's no judgment, there's just awareness.
Host
Right.
Kristin Cavallari
And that is a way for your nervous system to de stress. And I think the world that we're living in today is so fast paced and there's so much coming at us. There's so much like externally that people are kind of thinking, do I need to do this, do I need to do that to be happy? But hey, like, honestly, I feel with my whole heart is like happiness is an inside job and it's something you have to cultivate and water daily like you're watering a flower. And that is when you know. And so that's why a daily meditation practice for me has, has been essential because. And it's not easy. You know, there are days when I'm like, do I really want to do this? Like, of course we're all human, we're like, I'd rather just like do something else or just like, let's just get disconnected and like, you know, get on the email. Oh, I've got so much to do. No, just take that 20 minutes for yourself and you'll feel so much better. And you will, it'll set the tone for the rest of your day.
Host
That's so true. So every morning, 20 minutes as a minimum. Oh wow. What's the longest you've gone?
Kristin Cavallari
Oh, like an hour. But it's amazing. Yeah, but here's the thing. Like I've started with Vedic, but now I'm also after doing Vedic, I'm leaning into some of Joe Dispenza's meditations, which are like about opening the heart and then elevating that heart up to the mind and expanding the mind and then accessing the pineal gland and all the research behind that. And so I'm adding that on at the end of my Vedic meditation. So that can be as little as 16 minutes in addition to my other meditation. So oftentimes I might wake up at 5 or 4:30 and I'm like, and I feel good. I'm awake. I'm like, okay, I'm going to do my meditation and I have more time to meditate then. And that to me is really instrumental for, for me to feel my best and give my best. So when I feel like my cup is full, I can give so much more.
Host
Exactly. I notice a huge difference when meditation is a practice of mine, when I'm actively doing it and then I can tell when I'm not. Now you're inspiring me to get back into it. It does make a huge difference.
Kristin Cavallari
It really does.
Host
Okay, so you're waking up, you're meditating, and then where does the morning take you?
Kristin Cavallari
Yep. I like to open the blinds and the curtains and let that light in and I get the boys, you know, to come in and we get all the light, you know, because I think that morning light is so good to kind of use circadian rhythm.
Host
Are you going outside and grounding? Just getting the light in.
Kristin Cavallari
The light just is coming in. I wish I had more time to go out and ground. We sometimes do.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
But to rally all of them at the same time.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
Once here, once a zone in the morning when they all come running to my room. At least they get the light, you know, that way. Yep. And if we have time when we go downstairs, we'll go and put our feet in the grass.
Host
Amazing. I love that you're raising your kids like that. It is important.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah. These little tools and they know that this is just a way to kind of reboot, re. Energize. And oftentimes I'll be doing my meditation and you know, one of the boys will join me and they'll sit and they'll do their. I'll be like, okay, I'll put the six minute timer on and then he'll sit with me like cute. Do his little meditation.
Host
I love it. What about screens? When will you first pick up a screen in the morning?
Kristin Cavallari
Well, here's the thing. I kind of like have it there as a clock, which I don't think that doesn't count. I should, you know, but I don't really go dive into emails until after the kids are at school.
Host
That's great. So a few hours before you're active on a phone. Do your kids have phones?
Kristin Cavallari
Only the teenager, he has his phone and then that gets taken away at night and then it comes back on again around 7.
Host
Perfect.
Kristin Cavallari
7 or 7:30. I need to check.
Host
Yeah, yeah. Is that you take the phone from him or you have the parental controls on it?
Kristin Cavallari
I do both. Okay. So we've been doing both. And it depends on like how his attitude has been, how he's doing at school. So if he wants, you know. But lately they've actually, he's actually been handing them in at like 9:30, which is I think the most beneficial. But there was a point where there was pushback and I was like, well, they're all going to be turned off, so. So there's nothing that you can do to. Doesn't matter anyway, you know, it doesn't matter anyway. And he's like Well, I just like the idea of having them. So we've been through that, and now we're back to, like, having them outside the room, so we'll see how long that lasts. But, you know, I told him, I was like, this is my first time being a parent to a teenager. I'm trying to figure this out with you and, like, try and help you so that you become the best version of yourself. Absolutely. And you're not, like, consumed by a device.
Host
Exactly.
Kristin Cavallari
And unfortunately, you know, he needs the device for his school, so. I know that's the thing. I mean, I kind of wish in a way that they didn't, but I guess this is the world we're living in, and so it's necessary to be educated on.
Host
I know.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah. In the way that the world is. Yeah.
Host
They would give the kids, not an iPad, a laptop in, like, kindergarten, and I was like, this is outrageous.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah. No, I don't want my kids having these. It only happened for Flynn, you know, after, like, in middle school. Middle school, yeah.
Host
And that's so much better. And then your husband, of course, created Snapchat.
Kristin Cavallari
Yes.
Host
Do you let Flynn have Snapchat? Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah. Flynn has Snapchat. That's the only way him and his friends communicate.
Host
Yeah. That's what they do.
Kristin Cavallari
I'll send a text, and he doesn't respond. I'll send a snap, and he'll respond straight away. I know. I'm like, okay, buddy.
Host
I know. It's so funny. So you're on snap.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah, yeah, of course.
Host
It's fun.
Kristin Cavallari
It is fun.
Host
Well, you and Evan, all day, we snapped each other. You guys are snapping each other little
Kristin Cavallari
photos, little videos of the kids. Like. Like, it's. That's how we communicate.
Host
Yeah. It's fun.
Kristin Cavallari
And it's just. I don't know. There's so much more life and joy to communicate that way rather than just a text. Yeah.
Host
It makes it more fun.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah. They've done studies showing. There was multiple different studies that were done showing how when people interact with Snapchat, it does create, like, a lot of positive feelings. It doesn't do what the other apps do and create, like, negative feelings. Like, they feel safe to be themselves. I like that on Snap and to just, you know, communicate with their friends. And that's what it was made for. It's made as a communication tool for their friends.
Host
Right? Exactly. Well, yeah. And I like filters. I think it's funny. It's funny. Yeah. It's fun.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
Yeah. I love that. Let's talk about Ladder. Maybe you don't know what to do at the gym or you're just tired of doing random workouts from YouTube or Instagram and not getting any results. Well, Ladder gives you a real plan from an expert coach. Ladder is awesome because it's an expert strength training plan, not just a content library. And you get a new plan every week that builds on the last so the workouts connect. Each week progresses from the one before through structured training blocks. It really does feel like having a coach right there with you. I love this, especially when I'm traveling and I'm on the road. And Ladder now includes nutritional tracking at no extra cost, which I love. So remove the guesswork with Ladder and get a real coach in your ear telling you exactly what to do for every workout. We all know the importance of a good night's rest to keep up with the demands of a busy schedule. It can be kind of tough sometimes to switch off and relax at the end of a long and tiring day. Well, Rituals Magnesium plus is a blend of magnesium, bisglycinate and tart cherry powder for mind and muscle relaxation, helping to unwind from the day and support restful sleep so you can wake up ready to take on the day. I've never been someone that's had a nighttime routine with a drink. I've never done alcohol, even tea. I just, I've never done anything. But I've really been enjoying working Magnesium plus into my nightly routine. I sometimes drink this hot, which almost does replace tea tea or I just drink at room temp. You could drink it cold, I mean you could do whatever you want, but it really does taste so good and it just helps me drift off into sleep like a little baby. And I absolutely love it so much. So sit back and raise a glass to your new Evening Ritual with Magnesium Plus. Let's talk about Haya Our kids are the first generation growing up on ultra processed foods and we're only now beginning to understand the long term effects. That's why Haya was created to give parents a real solution. And a market flooded with kids vitamins that prioritize candy like appeal over actual nutrition. Not only do I have peace of mind when my kids are eating these that they're getting the nutrients they need, but they also just show up at your door. So it's one less thing that us busy parents need to worry about. They also just launched something brand new. If your kids are active and growing, adding in a clean protein powder with added minerals designed just for kids might be exactly what they need. Haya's new Kids Daily growth plus protein is a game changer. It's more than a protein shake. It's a purity awarded clean protein powder with added minerals and healthy fats that mixes right into water, smoothies and more to support muscle development and cognition. To fuel everything they've got going on, I've worked out a special deal with Haya. Received 50% off your first order on any of their products. To claim this deal you must go to hayahealth.com honest. This deal is not available on their regular website so go to H I Y A H E a l t h.com honest and get your kids the full body support they deserve. All right, let's talk about K18. This is for anyone who cares about their hair health. If you're not familiar with K18, it is a very popular biotech engineered hair care brand known for its patented K18 peptide technology. And for good reason, because this stuff really does work. I am a fake blonde. I know, shocking. And so I've actually been using their Triple Bright Oxidation Defense purple shampoo. And I love a purple shampoo. I don't use it every day, but I love it because it really does work. And the K18 products, when I use them, I can really tell a difference in my hair. My hair feels really strong, but it's also silky smooth. And anyone who colors their hair knows how important it is to really take care of it. So it's very obvious to me why this is a patented technology because they really have figured it out. So if you haven't checked out K18 yet, highly, highly recommend. You can shop K18 at Sephora or you can get 10% off your first purchase at K18hair.com and you're going to want to use Code Kristen. That's code Kristin18hair.com I can't wait to See what everyone says after using these products for just a short time, you are going to notice a huge difference. So let me know because I'm excited to hear your journey. Okay, let's talk about all of your, all the beauty things, right?
Kristin Cavallari
Oh, there's so much I know.
Host
So, okay, we are sat for this. So first let's start with at home devices that you have. Are you a red light girly? Are you a microcurrent girly? What are all of the things you're doing at home?
Kristin Cavallari
I love microcurrent. That's something I've been into, I mean, I guess for, for a while like with the new face. Then I've just started incorporating it again. I also have another thing called a V roll which kind of is like a microcurrent device. And then I have red lights that I don't necessarily use on my face. Even though I do have them for your body. I do the one for my body. Yeah, I have the Weber laser mat which is like really great for the body.
Host
And I don't know what this is.
Kristin Cavallari
It has like low level laser and then infrared as well. So I have all that going on. But you know what, the thing is, I didn't realize you really meant to be in it like naked. You're not supposed to be in your pajamas, right?
Host
You're going in.
Kristin Cavallari
I was going in in my pajamas and I'm like really? All this time here I am thinking I'm doing all this healing. Oh, so now we're getting, now we're getting naked. Yeah.
Host
I love that for you.
Kristin Cavallari
And then I have another mat that I sit on. It's a cell regulation mat. It helps with ATP production and I really like that. There's an active setting which is really great for giving you energy. There's a sleep setting and there's like a nature setting. So if you want to go out and put your feet in the grass and maybe it's raining outside or maybe you're in a hotel and you can't go out and put your feet in the grass. You just put this mat on and it really is like supposedly generates those same kind of production as when you're putting your feet in the grass.
Host
Cool.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah, that's from Cell Optimizing and it's the company from Norway.
Host
So I'll be buying that one. Okay, great.
Kristin Cavallari
Those are my like must haves. And then I have a Lima device as well that I keep next to the bed and do the Lima light.
Host
I don't know what any of this Stuff is. I know I'm missing out, but after this, I'm going to be taking notes and going and buying everything.
Kristin Cavallari
Okay.
Host
Okay. What does that do?
Kristin Cavallari
I'm very much into health and tech.
Host
Yeah. Okay.
Kristin Cavallari
That's my thing.
Host
Love that.
Kristin Cavallari
Okay, so the Lima is supposed to help with, like, your skin. It's like a type of light for your skin to help. And I. Apparently if you use it regularly, it makes a big difference. So it's something that you do have
Host
to use regularly, but you're using it. I mean, whatever you're doing is working. So I'm all in on it.
Kristin Cavallari
And then I'm just like, a little tired right now. But that's okay.
Host
You would never know. Thank you. What about lasers? Micro needling, prf? Do you do any of that stuff?
Kristin Cavallari
The one thing. So lasers, for me, they don't really do well with my skin. Like, they really don't. Like, a long time ago, I had a fraxel and it caused pigmentation. And then I had to develop products that help, like, calm the inflammation and pigmentation. All the turmeric range is so good for that.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
And now it's finally at bay. I'm scared to go near a laser.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
So the one thing I did try the other day was. What was it called? Software.
Host
Oh, yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
The one thing I tried the other day was Softwave. I don't know, supposed to work over time to help build collagen and lift.
Host
Yep. I've heard about that.
Kristin Cavallari
Being 43, you know, I'm looking at all these things and. But I think at the end of the day, having healthy skin is really. Healthy skin is the most beautiful skin.
Host
I agree. What about injectables?
Kristin Cavallari
Injectables? Like, you know, one thing that I tried is the Sculptra. No, what's it called? The Aquaphor? Aqua. No, not Aquaphor, the Aqua Gold. And in the Aqua gold, they mix in like a little bit of, like, hyaluronic acid. Sometimes they put a little bit of Botox, then it's like stamping on your face.
Host
Oh, I have heard about that. Yeah. Did you like that?
Kristin Cavallari
So I tried that. I mean, I don't know if I really noticed much of a difference.
Host
Probably a waste of time.
Kristin Cavallari
I don't know. You just never know. Cause you're doing all these things and you're like, which one is actually moving the needle?
Host
Right.
Kristin Cavallari
But there's so much out there.
Host
There is a lot out there. I know. As you get older, you start to notice little things. What about Plastic surgery. Would you ever get a facelift at some point? What's your stance on all of that?
Kristin Cavallari
I just. I've seen some people, even friends, that have had facelifts and actually look amazing.
Host
I know.
Kristin Cavallari
And I'm like, hmm.
Host
I know.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah. This is interesting. Good research. Good research.
Host
Yeah. Right, right. Having everything go before you, it's just like, hmm.
Kristin Cavallari
But it's one of those things that I guess you don't really know until you really know.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
You know, because you're like. You think like, okay, you want to be the best version of yourself, and you want to fat. I. I heard Kris Jenner say something like she wanted to feel, like, how she felt on the inside, you know? And that made a lot of sense. Like, she was looking in the mirror and she was like, that's not how I feel on the inside. It wasn't matching. And so I get it. Like, you just want to help gravity.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah. So time will tell, because time's going to get to all of us.
Host
I know. As it always does.
Kristin Cavallari
And I think that the one thing that's important is to, like, to embrace whatever it is that you're doing, you know, and not. Not be afraid of sharing that and not be afraid or feel, like, guilty for doing something like that.
Host
Agree.
Kristin Cavallari
It's important to be like, yeah, I did it, and I feel good, you know, And I think that's really important.
Host
I agree. I agree. You've had your skincare line, Kora Organics, for 20 years.
Kristin Cavallari
Yes.
Host
That's incredible. And we were just saying before we started taping, you were the first one to do clean beauty.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah. Before clean beauty was even a thing, I was doing certified organic beauty, which is so much more than clean beauty.
Host
Right, right. I mean, it's incredible. Do you still love it today as much as you did when you launched it?
Kristin Cavallari
I do. It's like my baby girl. It's just what I put my whole heart and soul into. And I just think, you know, I've obviously been in the industry for so long, but this is like my baby, you know? So this is what I built from the ground up. And I think a lot of people still to this day don't realize that, like, I invested all my money. I worked directly with the chemists. You know, I'm the founder. I was the CEO for the longest time. I literally just appointed a new CEO because I was like, you know what? I don't need to be Wonder Woman anymore. Like, it's okay. I'm still the founder. I'm still across everything. I'm across the day to day runnings of the business and yeah. And it feels good to build something that you believe in and get inspired by every day because of the results people are getting in a way that's good for them and good for the planet.
Host
Yes, I know. I love all the ingredients that you use. Everything. Yeah, yeah. Turmeric and what did you say was in the spray that you have right here?
Kristin Cavallari
So this one is an active algae. So it has algae in there for your skin. It has blue daisy in there. It also has. So it's got the skin, you know, benefits and the, the mineral water in there. But it also has in there Apollo Santo to like clear your energy and the peppermint to help with sebum production and also energize you, you. So all of our products are also filtered through crystals in the manufacturing. So they're bringing a little bit of that ethereal magic. And they've been like that since day one.
Host
Wow.
Kristin Cavallari
And every product contains like a positive word on the back. So this one has revitalized, another one has joy, another one has bliss. Like because love that. Just because I wanted to, you know, something for myself that was A, certified organic, B, results driven, C, see mind, body, spirit connection. Because we are doing our skincare routine daily. So instead of it being monotonous, why don't we just give back to ourselves while we're doing it? Why don't we energetically receive not only great skincare but good energy for ourselves?
Host
I love that.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
That's incredible.
Kristin Cavallari
Thanks. I don't talk about it as much because I don't want people to get confused, you know, and be like, well, I just want results. Well, yeah, it gives you the results.
Host
Get that too.
Kristin Cavallari
What's crazy is that our plant stem cell, plant stem cell collection, the retinol plant stem cell alternative. We asked die hard fans that are die hard retinol fans, do you get better results using our plant stem cell retinol or traditional plant stem cell retinol? 85% said they got better results from using my products.
Host
Wow.
Kristin Cavallari
And they're natural and they're non irritating and they don't cause dryness. Yep. And they're, you know, I use them throughout my pregnancy. We're actually a Surret certified brand so that syrette certifies it's a pregnancy organization. Recognizes our products to be safe for pregnancy, which is important to me too because when you're pregnant, the doctor says like just be aware of what you're putting on Your skin. But we should always be aware of what we're putting on our skin, not just when we're pregnant. We should value ourself enough to care.
Host
Exactly.
Kristin Cavallari
And if you're not getting, not having to compromise results, then it's a no brainer. It's like you can get the results, like if you look at the results before and after of using our products, it's mind blowing. And you're like, okay, so why would I be using something else if I can get the same results, if not better by using these products?
Host
And it's good for you.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah, it's good for you. And we're a climate neutral brand. Like we literally. I've just put my whole love into it as I would a child.
Host
So I love that, I love that you said it's your baby girl.
Kristin Cavallari
It is. Really? Yeah.
Host
That's so great. So you do have your baby girl.
Kristin Cavallari
I do have a baby girl. It's Cora.
Host
There you go.
Kristin Cavallari
It's a nice name too. Cora.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
Baby girl.
Host
Exactly.
Kristin Cavallari
And actually don't be limited because this baby girl is good for both men and teenagers. My teenager Flynn uses all these products. The turmeric foaming cleanser, which we sell one every nine minutes.
Host
Amazing.
Kristin Cavallari
He uses that. He uses the turmeric scrub, which is a cult favorite.
Host
I've used that.
Kristin Cavallari
That turmeric scrub is like no other scrub. And it just is like an instant facial in a tube. And my husband uses that daily. He has dry skin so he likes to slop that off. Then he uses the Noni Glow face oil mixed with, with the turmeric moisturizer.
Host
Amazing.
Kristin Cavallari
That's like really good. So it's good for the whole family. And I use the body oil all over my babies, all over myself, my body lotion, my body wash. Like, yeah.
Host
And you've got peace of mind that these are good products for your whole family. What's been the biggest lesson that you've learned in business over the past 20 years?
Kristin Cavallari
I think you really need to trust your own intuition. And like, yes, there are people that might be like, oh, don't do it this way or don't do it that way. But like, you know deep within what the right answer is. Yep. Like, of course you need to be smart and look at like the numbers and the data and whatnot. But if you have like this feeling inside and it just keeps talking to you, you need to listen to that. So, so many times people have said like, you know, don't do this and I wouldn't do that. And I'm like, actually, that's what feels right. Yeah. And then I've been. It's been the right choice in the end.
Host
Exactly. You always know. It's that gut feeling.
Kristin Cavallari
And then if you try and convince yourself otherwise, you end up looking back going, why did I do that?
Host
I know. It's so true.
Kristin Cavallari
And why was I convincing myself?
Host
Like. Right. Because you think these people know. These people have experience. But, you know, at the end of the day, as the founder. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's good. Good advice. What is one of the better decisions you've made? What's something in business that you're just really proud of?
Kristin Cavallari
I'm really proud of, like, when I. Yeah. Like, kind of just like, taking control. Like, this year, I looked at everything and I looked at, you know, like, we were. We had plans every year for, like, new product development. But when I was looking at everything and the way, like, how many products we had and the lineup and what their uses were, and then, you know, our product development team was suggesting other things for new product development. I was like, do we actually really need that? How about we focus on our heroes? We've got incredible products, and the more we try and create more. Like, more is not always more.
Host
Yep.
Kristin Cavallari
And so you don't have to follow the. The kind of. I don't know what everyone else is doing. Just because everyone else is bringing out new products, it doesn't mean you have to. I'm just investing in our products and saying, I'm just gonna take a pause for now until I intuitively feel like there's a need for another product.
Host
Exactly.
Kristin Cavallari
And I don't intuitively feel that right now. I feel like we have such a good selection for so many different skin types for so many different skin concerns for all ages. And I love each one of my products. Like, I've given over 100% to every single one, and that devotion is in every single product. And, like, I don't want to just create a product for the sake of it.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
It has to have that same level of devotion that every other product that I've made has. So.
Host
And that energy behind a product, I think, really makes a difference, because if you were just to launch something, just to launch something, I guarantee it wouldn't do as well, because there's. People can tell.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
And I've never followed trends. I'm like, people, oh, the trend is this. The trend is that I'm like. I'm following the beat of my own drum. Like, this is what I'm passionate about. This is what I truly feel in my heart that the world needs. Yeah. I believe people deserve better skin care, and I want to provide that for them.
Host
Love it.
Kristin Cavallari
And to me, it feels like a passion project and something that I'm doing to, like, really help people.
Host
Yeah, well, you are.
Kristin Cavallari
And, you know, I don't know another product out there that's like this, that's certified organic and has so much love and intention behind it and the results that we have. And so for so long, I've, you know, been talking about the efficacy and, like. And so now we're spending, you know, a lot of time educating people and showing them the real results of before and after with the skin texture, with the fine lines and wrinkles, like our. Also with the minimizing pores with our turmeric niacinamide alternative blow drops helps minimize pores. You know, so it's like all these different things that people want for their skin so they feel confident in their own skin. We're providing. And that feels good to me. Because you. I'm helping people in a way that's healthy for them and good for the planet.
Host
Yeah, exactly.
Kristin Cavallari
I was one of the first to make the refill pods ever. Like, that was my idea. I sat there with the manufacturer and I said, I want glass jar, a refill, like little thing, like a little coffee, you know that. Yeah, like a little pod. And I want that to go inside. And then they. You buy the glass jar once of the moisturizer and you the refill pods thereafter. I was. I think I was the first to do that.
Host
Genius. Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
And then everyone kind of copied and like, we're still. Still a small fish in the big sea. Because I own the company. I own 95% of the company. I didn't want to dilute it by selling to someone else, you know, because I haven't found a partner who really has the same passion like I do.
Host
That's hard to find. Yeah. When you're in that space. Well, you're killing it. I think that's awesome. Very cool.
Kristin Cavallari
It's a lot of work.
Host

What was the best part about being a Victoria's Secret angel for so many years?
Kristin Cavallari
You know, I had a lot of fun. I had. There was a lot of joy and a lot of kind of just know like with, with the underwear and the fashion show, it was just very like, it was a lot of glamour, I guess you could say. There was a lot of pressure, of course, to feel your best and look your best. But we did have a lot of fun. The music was always amazing, the musical artists that would come and perform and the costumes were great. The hair and makeup teams were so much fun. We got all these big hair extensions and, you know, got the little spray tan going. We went on stage, like, just like the whole creative process of creating this kind of fantasy world was fun.
Host
It looked like a lot of fun. And that was, I mean, it was everything.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
Back in the day, the VS shows, like that was it.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
Everyone was so excited. I mean, still. But I think it's different now. Like you original girls were. You guys are icons. It's incredible.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah. And I remember like meeting Heidi Klum and Giselle and just being like, wow.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
And Adriana Lima and the end.
Host
You're one of them.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
You're in that same category. Well, from the outside, it did seem like all of you girls were so close, so supportive. It just seemed like one big happy family.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
Yeah. Is that how it really was?
Kristin Cavallari
It really was.
Host
It really was.
Kristin Cavallari
Yes.
Host
Never any feuds that we didn't hear about. Nothing.
Kristin Cavallari
Nothing. I think each girl was so different and unique. Like there wasn't really anything to like
Host
no real competition because everyone was kind
Kristin Cavallari
of doing the best they could and. And kind of like really grateful for the fact that they were, you know, chosen as a Victoria's Secret angel. That's like, what's that opportunity? When does that come along? Yeah, really grateful for the opportunity to be able to travel the world and fly to these most beautiful places. You know, we used to shoot in Saint Barts and I remember flying in the Saint Barts and just being like my whole heart was so full of gratitude. I was like, wow, Like, I really get this opportunity to be here and this beauty. And of course we have to wake up and shoot at sunrise and then you know, shoot throughout the day in the sunset. But it was all, it was all for the fun of it.
Host
Yeah, for sure.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah. And it was a great time in my life that I enjoyed.
Host
Yeah, I love that. Were you always sort of photo shoot ready or what would you do leading up to a shoot or the Runway to get just in tip top shape?
Kristin Cavallari
Well, before the Runway, that's when I get a little more. My trainer, Justin Galbant was like really pushing me to like do boxing. And I would always be like, I don't like that ball. Right. He's like, come on, it gets you some mum definition. Like, he's like, what are you angry about? I'm like, I'm not an angry person. Okay, let me just do yoga. He's like, yoga's not gonna get you there. I'm like, well, it's gonna get me somewhere.
Host
Right.
Kristin Cavallari
And then he'd be like, okay, let's go for a run. I'm like, be like, I don't like running. Yeah.
Host
Yeah. So how many days a week would you work out leading up to it?
Kristin Cavallari
Like five or six.
Host
Five or six?
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
What do you do normally? How many days a week? Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
Oh, now it's very different.
Host
It's like a couple days a week maybe.
Kristin Cavallari
Honestly, right now I'm just doing the Megan Roop, like 10 minute quickie workouts.
Host
Really? How many days a week?
Kristin Cavallari
Just like every other day.
Host
So it's, I mean, it's, I guess too when you eat really well.
Kristin Cavallari
But I eat really well.
Host
Yeah. Then you've got a little more room to kind of.
Kristin Cavallari
So here's the thing. Like, I love food, but when I got sick, I had to learn even more that food is medicine. And so I love to have nutritious and delicious foods like that feed my soul. But at the same time, I don't crave like unhealthy food anymore.
Host
Right.
Kristin Cavallari
Because I know how detrimental that can Be to my body on the inside. Not even. Not about what it looks like on the outside, but on the inside and also to my vitality. So I want to have vitality and energy, and that's kind of why I eat healthy. And. Yeah, I want to have, like, you know, be running around with my hopeful. I'll have grandkids and be running around and be baking them cakes like my grandma did for me and.
Host
Exactly. Yeah. You want to feel the best that
Kristin Cavallari
you can for as long as you can. Because I think that's more important than what you look like. It's so much more important that you feel that vitality. And that's why I say, like, my non negotiables are meditation. Like, I'm doing that instead of working out. I guess you could say. Yeah, with the busy life that I have right now. But that's the choice that I make because that's what feeds me.
Host
Yes.
Kristin Cavallari
Other people might be really fed by going for a run in the morning. I know some friends of mine that love that, and that gives them the endorphin rush, and they really love that. And each to their own. Like, you have to find what elevates you, what de stresses you, what picks you up and do it. I mean, I have dance parties with my kids.
Host
See, I love that. That's so fun. Oh, that's so cute. And then as far as what you're eating, so you're eating really healthy. So what does that look like for you? That means nourishing food.
Kristin Cavallari
Yes. So that means in the morning, I start my day still to this day. So I've been drinking noni juice. I've heard about this since I was 13.
Host
What is noni juice?
Kristin Cavallari
I'm 43.
Host
Long time.
Kristin Cavallari
30 years. Noni juice is a superfood, super fruit.
Host
Okay. From where?
Kristin Cavallari
It's from Tahiti.
Host
Okay.
Kristin Cavallari
Originates from Tahiti. But, you know, it can grow in other parts, you know, of the world. Like Australia, they have it too. And what I love about it is it's full of antioxidants and it has a lot of vitamins and minerals. I have a 30 mil shot. My little baby has some as well. He's like, no knee. I'm like, yeah, I have some noni. My teenager, not into it. But anyway, that's. I am being teenager right now. And then I have. So then I have a marshmallow tea, because that's good for the gut lining.
Host
Okay.
Kristin Cavallari
So I get the. The marshmallow leaf, like, and then I put it and brew it in with hot water. Have that. And then I have a few tablespoons of coconut yogurt. Yeah. I have a little honey.
Host
Yep.
Kristin Cavallari
I do all this honey. Yeah. Local honey is the best. I do all of this before I have my coffee. And then I have a bite of a banana and then I get to my coffee. And my coffee is my moment where I'm in bliss.
Host
Pure heaven. How do you take your coffee? What's going in that coffee?
Kristin Cavallari
Coconut milk and fabula coffee.
Host
I don't know this.
Kristin Cavallari
So fabula is mold free and lead free. And I had it tested personally to make sure because I don't always believe the labels.
Host
Yes, Martin. And your coconut milk, I'm assuming it's not the one with all the gums and crack.
Kristin Cavallari
No, no, it's the fresh coconut. Fresh made coconut milk from O1.
Host
Yeah, it's the best. That's where I get my lattes when I'm in la. Is their homemade coconut milk is insane.
Kristin Cavallari
It's kind of worth it.
Host
So jealous that you have access to that every day.
Kristin Cavallari
That's my number one love.
Host
It's the best. Any sweetener?
Kristin Cavallari
I love to watch, like with the kids. That's when I'll be like, having my coffee and the sun coming up and I'm like, oh, life is good. It's gonna be a good day. It's gonna be a good day.
Host
Any sweetener in that coffee?
Kristin Cavallari
Maple syrup.
Host
That's what I do.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
Love it. Okay. And then is. And then that's your breakfast. That's your morning.
Kristin Cavallari
Well, that's not necessarily my breakfast. It depends, you know, if I'm doing school drop off or my husband's doing school drop off. So if I'm doing school drop off, I get the baby ready because, you know, he sometimes likes to take his time. He's babies too. So I like have to run around after him. So I don't necessarily have time to eat until after school. School drop off. Because the baby comes with us to school drop off when I go. Yeah, but if my husband's dropping them, then I'll sit and eat breakfast with the baby.
Host
Yep.
Kristin Cavallari
And then if. If I'm dropping the boys, then we'll go to school drop off and then we'll sit and eat breakfast when we get back. Love it.
Host
And that's like. Do we do eggs?
Kristin Cavallari
Oh, I don't do eggs.
Host
Okay, so what's a breakfast for you?
Kristin Cavallari
I do protein, so I eat like all, like meats. Like venison, Bison.
Host
Yeah. Nutrients, Turkey.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
Okay.
Kristin Cavallari
I eat all the meats that aren't mass produced.
Host
Yeah. Okay, great.
Kristin Cavallari
For the reasons that we all know.
Host
Exactly. So your meat, veggies, fruit. You said banana.
Kristin Cavallari
Banana. Yeah. Sometimes I don't. I'm not much of a fruit girl, to be honest, but I will have a banana.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
And I also think a banana is a great snack to go. Yeah. When you have to be on the run and you need. You know, it's got good potassium and whatnot. I do love mangoes, but I haven't had a mango in a while.
Host
Is it because of the sugar content or you just.
Kristin Cavallari
I just love mangoes.
Host
Yeah. Or the reason why you don't eat a lot of fruit. No, you just.
Kristin Cavallari
Just don't just. Yeah. Maybe no time to sit and cut the fruit.
Host
There you go.
Kristin Cavallari
That's why banana is good.
Host
They just grab it. What things are you definitely staying away from? You said earlier, dairy. You don't do any dairy.
Kristin Cavallari
For me personally, no dairy, no wheat, and no eggs. And then I'm very specific about the oils. So only cooking with coconut oil or avocado oil.
Host
Yep. No seed oils. No seed oils, yeah. Olive oil.
Kristin Cavallari
Olive oil is okay on salads, but not to cook with. Not to quit with.
Host
Yeah. Do you do tallow?
Kristin Cavallari
Sometimes. Mostly for the kids.
Host
Okay.
Kristin Cavallari
And then what I like to do is get a two milk for them and they don't notice the difference. And a two cheese.
Host
Yeah. Okay.
Kristin Cavallari
Just because I know that a one lectin can aggravate and cause issues. So I'm like, why don't we just avoid that?
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
And I try to get like sourdough for them. They don't want gluten free bread, but I've tried.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
Will you eat sourdough? No. No. So you're okay? We do rice. Do you do any carbs?
Kristin Cavallari
I really eat a lot of squash.
Host
Okay.
Kristin Cavallari
And carrots and parsnips.
Host
Okay. Yeah. So you really. I mean, you are super healthy. All right. Noted, noted.
Kristin Cavallari
And I do have a little bit of salmon, but not too much because of the mercury that's in salmon.
Host
I know. That's the problem now. Yeah. But you're not doing sushi.
Kristin Cavallari
Oh, never, never.
Host
Parasites, parasites. I know, I know.
Kristin Cavallari
I used to live on sushi when I lived in New York until I learned.
Host
I know. No, it's horrible. I've had to do parasite cleanses. My boys have. It's. Yeah, no, it's bad news.
Kristin Cavallari
It's not worth it.
Host
No, it's not. I mean, it is. I love. I do love caviar I know, me too.
Kristin Cavallari
Caviar is good. There's no parasites there.
Host
No, there's no parasites. It is good for you, isn't it?
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah, it's very good for you.
Host
It's good for you.
Kristin Cavallari
It's like good fat.
Host
Yeah, exactly. What about anything sweet? Do you do anything sweet?
Kristin Cavallari
Sweet. You know what? I found some carob that I like and so my little 6 year old and actually baby, we have tea parties. So we'll do a lemon balm tea and then I'll get this carob and the carob I also tested that is lead free. It's amazing.
Host
I love that you're doing this all on Australia.
Kristin Cavallari
I love it. Yeah. So. But I do like. I do, I do like chocolate. And so I also will make like a carob. Hot chocolate with coconut milk.
Host
Maple syrup.
Kristin Cavallari
Maple syrup. Carob. Like it's really.
Host
That's amazing. Yeah. I love that. You seem so grounded and chill. Do you ever yell? Do you ever get mad? Are you ever upset?
Kristin Cavallari
Not really. I'm not really like a yeller, but I'll get frustrated.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
And then I'll catch myself and be like, okay, that's a waste of energy. Like it's. You're only hurting yourself when you get into that space. But we're all human, right? Yeah.
Host
I love that.
Kristin Cavallari
What triggers you if someone is like dismissive or rude? Because as I said, kindness is the most important thing.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
So like the basic level of kindness, I believe like people should have. If someone doesn't have that with me, then I get like upset.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
Because I'm like, we should all treat each other with kindness. That's like the basic minimum.
Host
I agree completely.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
What is different today, besides being a mom, of course, in your 40s, than let's say in your 20s?
Kristin Cavallari
What is different today? Don't wear high heels as much. Yeah, exactly.
Host
Isn't that the truth?
Kristin Cavallari
I used to love wearing high heels when I was living in New York and put on my over the knee boots with a little skirt. Yeah.
Host
You know it. Not doing that anymore.
Kristin Cavallari
No, not doing that.
Host
We're going for comfort now.
Kristin Cavallari
I'm normally in sneakers and baggy pants.
Host
Mom mode.
Kristin Cavallari
Mom mode.
Host
Yeah. It's what happens when you become a mom.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah. And plus I'm on the floor with my 2 year old like running around with his little trucks.
Host
Yeah, exactly.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
What do you guys like to do together as a family? What's like a typical Saturday for you guys?
Kristin Cavallari
We love to be together, doing just like being outside, playing our little 8 year old, loves to play pickleball.
Host
Oh, cute.
Kristin Cavallari
So he's just learned that my grandpa, my. His grandparents and my parents were just here and teaching him how to play, so he's really into that. And his little brother, not so much. He just scoots around on his scooter while we play pickleball. But just being outside, going for walks together. On Sunday, we go to church together. We have family brunch together with Evan's family, so.
Host
Oh, nice. So they live here.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
Oh, that's nice. Yeah, I love it. I know. Family time is the best family time.
Kristin Cavallari
So Sunday's, like, definitely always family time. And then Saturday, like, there's always, like, a Lego that's being built.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
That's out. That we're all involved with helping make the Lego or putting the pieces of the colors aside so we can help. And then we play a lot of games like Uno or. Oh, my God, what's that game we have play all the time?
Host
We're a big Uno family.
Kristin Cavallari
Monopoly. But it's the cards. Monopoly card.
Host
Oh, with the. Oh, Monopoly, is it.
Kristin Cavallari
Deal, Deal. Monopoly, deal. So we play that all the time, so.
Host
Yeah, that's fun.
Kristin Cavallari
And they love playing room A cube. Oh, how do you say roomy? Cub. Room and cub.
Host
Yeah. Rumi cube.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah. So we're a big game family.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
I love it. Actually, I need to. Speaking of games, my little guy, Miles, just started getting into dominoes, and there's so many games you can play with dominoes.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
So I'm gonna get him some dominoes so we can, like, start playing more with that.
Host
I like that.
Kristin Cavallari
And then they're building all the time, like, and playing. Oh, they also have Nerf guns, so.
Host
Yeah, that was a new thing. Boy mom doing all the boy things.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah. So we run around and have Nerf gun fights. That's pretty funny.
Host
That's fun.
Kristin Cavallari
But the baby is so sensitive. He doesn't like it. I mean, he's obviously nowhere in the way. He's out of harm's way. But he doesn't like seeing us run around after each other and go like,
Host
ah, he got me.
Kristin Cavallari
Aw.
Host
That's actually kind of sweet, though.
Kristin Cavallari
So we can't play Nerf guns in front of him. No.
Host
You guys should get the laser. It's like laser tag. But you, like, put on a little. A little thing and you can shoot each other. We used to do that and run around the house. That's fun, too. What about you and Evan? What do you guys like to do as a couple to Connect. When it's just the two of you.
Kristin Cavallari
Date night. We really do make sure that we prioritize time together because we are so busy, like him with his business and me with my business and the kids. It's important to make sure that you make time because otherwise it's just. Just not going to happen.
Host
No, I know. It's so true.
Kristin Cavallari
So having little date nights, going to, you know, a restaurant so we can, like, get out of the house. I also like to have movie night with him, which is not his favorite thing, but I like it.
Host
There you go. Compromise.
Kristin Cavallari
Compromise. We sometimes do, like once a month, like, we'll go away for a night, you know, love, just the two of us. Yeah. And I think that's really important too. Just like connecting with each other off to the end of the day and.
Host
Yeah, yeah. I know when you've got four kids, it's. It can be hard sometimes to make time for each other. So it is important to make sure you do it.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
I'd say you guys are a relatively private couple.
Kristin Cavallari
Is that fair?
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
Right.
Host
And you've been part of both super public and now private.
Kristin Cavallari
Yes.
Host
Does it make a difference in just how you operate together as a unit? When it's private?
Kristin Cavallari
You know, it's funny, even though my life with Orlando was, like, publicly out there, he's also a very private guy. So it was kind of like, yes, of course we were photographed more, but we still hadn't, like, our private life private.
Host
Right.
Kristin Cavallari
So that, I mean, I'm still having my private life private. We're just being. We just really like to be, you know, we're homebodies, essentially. And then. So we'll only go out to events, you know, if, like, one's in a blue moon kind of.
Host
Right. If it's really worth it.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah. It's something that we're passionate about.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
I love that. And then, so with Orlando, you do have Flynn, your oldest.
Kristin Cavallari
Yes.
Host
You've talked about how you guys are great co parents.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
Was it always like that or did
Kristin Cavallari
it from day one?
Host
How I'm always so envious of people who just.
Kristin Cavallari
From the jump, to be honest, I just. It was like a decision that we made. Like, it's obviously, it's not easy when you're separating and there's always a level of hurt, even if you both know it's for the right reasons. Right. So there's always a level of hurt both ways. I would say, in any separation, and I would say the most important thing that I learned is Just to put the needs of the child first. So, like, is this in the. The best interest of Flint? Is this in the best interest of Flynn? Like, get my knees out of the way. Get his needs out of the way. What is in the best interest of Flynn? And that was really our guidepost for any decision.
Host
Yeah. Smart.
Kristin Cavallari
And then through that, like, we've known each other for a long time, we've developed such a good friendship that he's just like part of the family. Like, he's like a brother, you know? So we have that.
Host
It's so nice.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
That's so great.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
What does happiness mean for you today?
Kristin Cavallari
Happiness. I think, as I was saying before, happiness is an inside job. And it's something that we should rely on ourselves for. We shouldn't look outside for it. We shouldn't look to someone else. We should look inside and, you know, and our relationship with God and helps to create that happiness. Yeah.
Host
I love it.
Kristin Cavallari
It's not something external.
Host
Exactly.
Kristin Cavallari
No one, no thing, no place can make you happy.
Host
Exactly.
Kristin Cavallari
You need to find that within. You love it.
Host
And you've done so much, both personally and professionally. Is there anything left on your bucket list?
Kristin Cavallari
So many things. I'm only just getting started.
Host
I love it. Watch out, world.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
Okay, you want to share one?
Kristin Cavallari
One thing that I'm doing I'm very excited about is I'm writing a book with Flynn.
Host
Oh, cute.
Kristin Cavallari
A children's book. And he's doing all the illustrations. So he's a true artist. That's where his passion is. Ever since he could hold a pencil, he would just, you know, pick up and start drawing. And I never understood. I just thought it was normal. Like, I just never understood until he got a bit older, and then I saw other children, like. And he's. His attention to detail with all of his drawings and artwork is just so phenomenal. So to be able to do a project with him is really, like, rewarding and fun to see his vision come to life. And so we're working on that right now.
Host
How fun.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
When's that going to come out? Do you know yet?
Kristin Cavallari
No.
Host
Okay.
Kristin Cavallari
I didn't want to put too much pressure on him. I wanted to. He's already got enough pressure with school.
Host
Yeah.
Kristin Cavallari
So I just want him. He told me this morning he was actually like, mom, I'm excited. I made more progress on the book. I can't wait to you to see it. So I was like, great, we need to have another meeting about it and
Host
schedule a meeting with.
Kristin Cavallari
Exactly.
Host
That's so sweet.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
It's very special. Okay. I want to play a game with you. It is hot or not.
Kristin Cavallari
Okay.
Host
Of course with you. We're going to do the model edition. So I'm just going to tell you something, and I just want you to tell me if you think it's hot or not. Fasting.
Kristin Cavallari
Not.
Host
Not. Sauna and cold plunge.
Kristin Cavallari
Sauna. Hot, cold plunge. Not.
Host
Makes sense. Detoxes.
Kristin Cavallari
Mm. Your body has a natural detoxing capability. If you give it the right foods, you don't necessarily have to. Yeah, yeah. And the sauna's a good way to detox.
Host
Yeah, exactly. Okay. Counting your protein, which is a huge
Kristin Cavallari
trend at the moment, I'd say be aware of it. I wouldn't be so meticulous.
Host
Okay.
Kristin Cavallari
Of the exact numbers.
Host
Yeah. But just making sure you're getting protein.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah.
Host
Okay. Avoiding kale. Have you seen this?
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah. I don't eat kale.
Host
You don't eat kale. Okay. You eat spinach. Okay. Me either. No. Gua sha.
Kristin Cavallari
Love my gua sha. Actually made one. It's in the shape of a heart.
Host
Cute.
Kristin Cavallari
Rose quartz. Gua sha. I use it all the time.
Host
Love a gua sha. Okay. A sweet treat. Sort of answered this, but.
Kristin Cavallari
Carob.
Host
Yeah. Carob. That counts, baby. Botox.
Kristin Cavallari
What is that, like the Aqua Gold? Sure, sure.
Host
EMF blockers.
Kristin Cavallari
Emf. Oh, yeah, yeah. Oh, totally into that.
Host
You're all into that.
Kristin Cavallari
All into that. I have the somnovedic.
Host
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I've got them on my phone, in my house, like, on absolutely everything. Okay. That was it. You're the best. Thank you so much for being here.
Kristin Cavallari
Yeah, I got all the power.
