Jessica is the President and CEO of Ascending 360°, a consulting firm dedicated to whole person health. Through the lens of curated well-being solutions, Jessica helps others ASCEND toward being their best self. She is a master jedi in outside the box thinking and looks forward to helping ASCEND the health and total well-being of as many people as possible. Jessica leads with her heart and aims to leave the world a better place, one benefit at a time.

Jessica has been in the employee benefits industry for 17+ years, primarily focused on Voluntary and Lifestyle Benefits as well as benefits administration. Jessica was the co-founder and co-chair of the Mercer Voluntary Benefits Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee at Mercer.

Jessica, also a mental health advocate and yoga guru, has a huge passion for providing access to affordable total well being solutions to everyone, especially under served communities.

The lasting impact she would like to have on the industry is to show how Employee Benefits can have a direct correlation to JOY, legacy, longevity, health and Well-being. She would also like to explore ways we can help prevent chronic conditions by focusing on the preventative measures rather than reactive treatment.

Lastly, Jessica focuses on how employee benefits can directly correlate to social determinants of health and health equity.
