May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and I’m incredibly passionate about mental health and wellbeing. Having lived with anxiety my whole life and being diagnosed with Complex PTSD, there’s a lot that’s been involved with my own healing journey.

Growing up with a twin brother who has Down Syndrome has taught me so much about learning how to love myself throughout this journey, and I hope that they may resonate with you as well.
