Mike
What hand do you drink with when you pick up a drink?
Ben
Both hands, double fist. Phone number get leaked, Dude.
CJ
Yes. Oh, it sucks, but not how you would think.
Ryan
It's like birth control, and it helps me grow my hair back. He's like, why isn't anybody talking about this?
Mike
I'm just glad there's one other golfer here as bad as me.
CJ
Yeah, dude. It's, like, fully taking over our lives.
Mike
I think AI is coming for our job.
Evan
Yeah.
Mike
Not looking so dumb for spending all that money on them clubs now, am I?
Ryan
Not at all, bro. CJ's got to be matched. You or over you?
Mike
Other than that, you guys golf multiple times a week, and I still haven't even looked at the course.
Ken
Was the last time you golfed for Ben's birthday?
Mike
Yeah.
Ken
Which was the first time you used your clubs?
CJ
Yes. Yeah, dude. It's, like, fully taken over our lives.
Mike
Yeah, it really is. I don't know. I mean, I don't know. I don't want to, like, impose, but I haven't gotten the invite, and I don't know if I'm, like, worried about slowing you guys down or something, you know?
Ben
Yeah.
CJ
It's kind of an open invite, though. It's like everyone goes, yeah.
Mike
It's just like, I don't know. And then I, like, go home, and then it's like, oh, wow, we're golfing.
Ken
You got the membership, right?
Mike
I didn't. I knew I wasn't going to golf that much.
Ken
Well, it's kind of like you have the membership, you might as well use it. So you just go, I have so.
Mike
Many things that I have that I might as well use. I had to, like, draw the line somewhere.
CJ
Yeah, you do. Yeah. We've been golfing so much. Greta was just like. She was kind of getting on me the other day of, like, just, you guys are golfing so much. It's like you're. You're just really old.
Ryan
I was like, that's fine.
CJ
I was like, is that bad? She was like, it's just, like, such an old person thing to do. And, like, the amount that you guys are going, it's like, only old people can golf that much. And I think she was trying to make me be like, you're right. I should stop golfing as well.
Ben
Golf is not as cool as we think it is.
CJ
Yeah. And. But I was just like, yeah, I guess I'm growing up.
Mike
Just backfired on her.
Ryan
It's another week. We're fired up about golf. We won't bore you with it too much longer.
Mike
I do have one more thing to say. I was driving. I take the back way to the shop now, like there's the highway, there's the normal way and then there's the back way. So I've been taking the scenic route. You know, I figured adds a minute or two to my drive time. But I don't have to sit at every red light as I drive through DL and I drive by all the golf courses and I'm driving down the road this morning in my Hummer and I'm just looking, Looking at the road. Yep, just like this. And I just see this white ball come flying over to the side, bounce on the road in front of me and go over behind my car. And I look, there's about a 71 year old man and all of his buddies standing there.
Ben
Were they laughing?
Mike
No, they look shocked. Like they were like, oh, actually his buddies were laughing. He looked scared. I pulled right up and hit the brakes and rolled down the window. And he goes, I'm so sorry. And I go, I'm just glad there's one other golfer here as bad as me.
Ben
I bet they love that man, Ken, cars.
Ryan
Have you hit.
Ken
I hit two and then I stopped going to that course.
Ben
He hit two park cars hard.
Ryan
Yeah.
Ben
Yep, hard. Like he got a real good hold of it and then sent it in the wrong direction right towards the parking lot. The thing about it though is like.
CJ
At that course, it's got to be pretty common. Like the clubhouse gets hit all the time. You've actually hit the clubhouse.
Ben
Ben said he's never seen that before.
CJ
I'm pretty proud of it. Never seen it. Yeah, I've been playing out there for.
Ben
Like, I scared everyone.
CJ
That was like, CJ managed.
Ryan
Does it hit all the time or. It does.
CJ
No, not the hole that C.J. hit it on.
Ryan
Okay.
CJ
He was still getting his yardage dialed in and he went over the green probably 20 yards, caught concrete and it. And then it bounced again and then it landed up on the roof of the clubhouse, which is tin. And so it was just like it made a ruckus landing and then coming down the whole way. And I was just like, just go to the next hole.
Ben
Everyone was looking. I like turned and looked behind me like, who hit that?
Mike
Did it drop down into the gutter and like roll out onto the ground like Happy Gilmore style?
CJ
But the thing is though, Ken is like, where that parking lot is, it's just kind of a flawed design where like, dude, if you're hitting a slice, a gnarly slice, which is like it's more common than just being like a bad golfer. Like there's plenty of golfers that just hit bad. Like you just hit a bad shot. It's golf and it is your fault because you are hitting them. But it's like it's also, I don't know, I wouldn't just completely just chalk it up like I'm never going back there.
Ben
Yeah, Ken.
CJ
Yeah, we need to get you some lessons, Ken.
Ken
I was actually talking with a, the lady about that. Might do it next month.
Ben
I am proud of you though, Ken. Like that you're sticking with it cuz like it's pretty rough out there for you. I'm not going to lie.
CJ
But 14 balls last time I played with them. Yeah. Really?
Ken
Oh, I was down to four last night.
CJ
Nice.
Ben
It was not.
CJ
You played nine.
Ben
But yeah, you have some rough hits but you do sometimes make some really solid contact where it goes straight and far. And every time I look at you and I say that's why we're out here, Ken.
Ken
And the, the good hits are getting more common. Just, just they're not that common yet.
Ben
So proud of you man for sticking with it.
Mike
Do you swing lefty?
Ken
I don't know. I swing whatever he swings right.
Ben
Maybe he's swinging the wrong way.
Ryan
That is an insane answer.
Mike
That was a crazy answer.
CJ
No, Ken, you're a righty. You don't swing right.
Ryan
Is your car left hand drive? I don't know.
Mike
I just get on the one, the.
CJ
Side of the steering wheel that I think Ken, just saying that gives us a lot of clarity of, of what he's doing out on the golf course. What's kind of like he does not know. I don't even know which way he's swinging.
Ken
I learned with whatever clubs I learned on. And it's like you can't just unlearn that and start doing it the other way. Like that's just not possible.
Ben
So in your righty. I was going to say maybe. I think maybe you need to try lefty.
CJ
I think you might be a lefty. You right left handed. You do everything else lefty. I think you might swing a golf club lefty cuz you're so bad swinging right.
Mike
I mean that actually makes sense. I was wondering if you were trying to hit lefty and maybe there was like an unlocked skill you had.
Ken
No, I don't know. I, I, I think at this point I'm, I'm slowly getting better. So there's no, no reason just throw all that away and Start over.
Mike
What hand do you drink with? Like when you pick up a drink.
CJ
Both hands, double fists in it normally, like a baby.
Ken
Well, no, you got. You got one drink in the left hand, one drink in the right hand.
Mike
There you go. At least you got that one figured out.
CJ
So what's going on here?
Mike
Well, I just figured we hadn't seen Randy in a little bit and he was just sitting over there lonely on the concrete floor, so I brought him up here.
CJ
Dude, how hard was he to get up here?
Ken
He dragged me into it, so I.
CJ
Know I walked up.
Ryan
Ken and Ryan, you knocked over the light. The tripod's getting bounced that way.
Evan
Why don't.
Ryan
He's a big boy.
CJ
Why don't we just put like an actual human in. In in place of him named Spencer?
Ken
Cuz that would make too much sense.
Mike
I don't know. We could. You want to move? You want to take over?
CJ
He doesn't provide much value. He's kind of like Evan when he doesn't feel like he has anything to say or add to it. Like, that's probably the same equivalent.
Mike
I thought I was like, I don't know.
Ryan
Okay, well, let's at least hear what he has to say and then we'll get Spenny in here.
Ben
Nice man with few words.
CJ
He's more focused on the stunts.
Mike
Ken, why don't you come in here and move Randy out of the way.
Ken
For us when I need help for that.
Mike
I did get them most of the way up the stairs by myself.
CJ
Hold on.
Mike
There we go. See you, Randy.
Ben
This is what it looks like at about 1 in the morning.
Evan
Kind of feel bad for taking Randy's spot.
Ben
Oh, no, he's tired, dude, he's fine. No, he's. He's chilling. He's just a little tired. He was up late. Anyways, so I was watching this podcast last night with Andrew Huberman, and he put this wild, wild stat out that has been tested five out of five times. And I felt like it was applicable to us because, not that we have a problem with anyone being gay, but like, we've just been speculating some people of our friends and our group that could possibly be gay. So anyways, if everyone could just hold out their. Their hand here, tell which. Which finger is longer. Either your ring finger or your pointer.
Evan
My ring's longer than my pointer.
Ben
Ryan, how you looking?
Mike
What?
Ben
Which one's longer?
Ryan
Ryan?
Mike
I have the same as spinny.
Ben
Okay, that's good, Mike. Okay.
Mike
Ring is longer than pointer.
Ken
They're pretty close, but the ring Is longer.
Ben
Okay. Well, anyways, if your pointer finger is longer than your ring finger, you, like, didn't get a certain amount of, like, a hormone at birth. And they've found that, like, it holds up with, like, people that are homosexual.
Evan
I got two gay cousins. Should we call them up and chat?
CJ
Yes, call them up and chat. Actually, yeah, I got. Actually, I got a gay buddy. I got a gay buddy. I'll call up. Right.
Ben
So straight up, I was just, like, mind blowing because he said that, and I was like, wow, I wonder. Maybe need to take this to the boys.
Ryan
So you took this. This information from this podcast, Face Value? It's true.
Ben
No.
Ryan
Okay.
Ben
But I just. I wanted. You know, I think it could mean something, so I just wanted to, you.
Evan
Know, just put it to the test.
Ryan
Yeah.
Ken
I never realized this before, but the. The index finger on my right hand is, like, a little bit longer than the one on my left.
Ben
Which one's your index finger?
Ryan
Pointer finger.
Ben
Your pointer finger is longer than your.
Ken
No, no, it's. It's still shorter than the ring finger. But, like, my right one is. You can tell it's longer.
Ben
Okay.
CJ
All right, let me call my buddy.
Ryan
Ryan.
Mike
Hello?
Ben
Sorry, man.
Mike
Just because you have one friend who consistently hangs out with you, then. Then all of a sudden you're in love with them?
Evan
Give him a call.
CJ
Wait, you have two cousins that are also gay? I just have one. Sorry. Is that. Is that weird to ask them?
Evan
I don't think so. They're pretty cool.
Ken
Just don't give them any context.
Ben
He'll be cool.
Evan
He'll be cool.
Ben
Hey, just let me know which finger is longer, your ring finger or your pointer finger. That's all we need to know. Huberman's pretty legit.
Mike
So five out of five times, and then now we broke it here.
Ben
No, we're not gay, Ryan.
Mike
But Ben said I was.
Ben
Oh, but, like, there's people who are gay and their pointer fingers were longer than there.
Mike
When was the last time you talked to him?
Evan
Oh, I talked to him all the time. I hang out with him all the time. I love my cousins.
Ryan
I just love. When's the last time you talked to your buddies? Ben, he's like, I FaceTime every single one of my buddies every day.
CJ
Every single day, actually.
Evan
Every Wednesday.
Mike
You're always on the phone Here.
Evan
Let's call his boyfriend. He didn't answer.
Ryan
Who knows?
Evan
They're probably working. I mean, people work in Canada. It's not like around here where everybody just kind of hangs out. Okay.
Ben
Anyways, pop this up you want to hear some.
Guest Expert
Some wild data on homosexuality and hormones? Okay, so years ago, when I was a graduate student at Berkeley, I was part of a study, I wasn't the main author, that looked at finger length ratios and homosexuality in men and women and how much testosterone was in utero. Now, I don't want anyone to freak out and just start staring at their fingers, but because it has to be measured correctly. All right, all right, so. So if you hold. If you hold up your right hand like I'm holding up my right hand, my ring finger here is a little bit longer than my pointer finger.
Mike
Okay, which one's ring finger?
Guest Expert
Your ring finger is a little bit longer than your pointer finger.
Evan
Yeah.
Guest Expert
Okay, that is the typical heterosexual male pattern.
Ryan
Okay?
Guest Expert
Now people are gonna be like, this is bullshit. Listen, this has been replicated more than five times in humans, okay? This pointer finger is smaller than the five times.
Ben
Okay?
Guest Expert
It's called the D2 to D4 ratio. Scientists are super nerdy. If you look at gay men, men that identify as gay, that difference is much more pronounced. It's directly related to how much testosterone you were exposed to in utero when you were in your mommy's belly.
Ryan
Can I put this hand down?
Guest Expert
Yeah, so yeah, you can put that hand down. Gay men have a hyper male pattern that the index finger. Excuse me. The pointer finger tends to be relatively shorter than the ring finger.
Ben
Oh, so I heard that wrong.
Ryan
We got it all wrong.
Ben
So it's not whether it's longer, it's whether it's much, significantly shorter. All right, guys, we're not out of the woods here. Everyone put your hands back up.
CJ
Well, define the ratio here.
Ben
Yeah, yeah, we might need a tape.
CJ
Measure because Spenny's is looking pretty mountainous over there.
Evan
Wait, so I don't know, is this.
Mike
Just a whole thing to get us to look like this at our nails?
CJ
Now, how do we know, cj?
Ben
Well, apparently the pointer finger should be significantly shorter. It's not. It's not a matter. Yeah, it's like a bigger difference if it's a. No, no, if it's a bigger difference, then you're.
CJ
Then you're not looking good.
Ben
Yeah, I heard it wrong the first time. Now we watch a clip.
Mike
So then you're, like, dialed then, right, Ken? Because yours are the same.
Ken
No, mine are different. My left is different from my right.
Ben
You'd rather them not be a huge difference?
Evan
Mine's a huge difference.
Ben
That is Spenny.
Evan
I'm not gonna lie.
Ben
He's looking pretty suspicious right now.
Mike
There you go, bud.
Evan
Yours isn't looking.
Ben
Spenny's is, like, textbook.
Evan
Oh, he is looking really good, actually. Ryan's looking so good.
Ben
Ryan's looking. Looking hetero.
Evan
Yeah, looking pretty hetero.
Ben
That's a pretty hetero.
Evan
I'm definitely not out clean yet, Spenny. But that makes sense because I got my cousin.
Ben
Yeah, it might be something biological. Yeah, it might be biological.
CJ
And then I somehow in the genetics.
Evan
Yeah, I just made it out clean. Not clean, but.
Ben
You don't know. Have you ever thought about it?
Evan
I've never thought about it.
Ben
Well, you should think harder about it.
Evan
I feel pretty comfortable.
Ben
Ben, you look pretty stumped over there. You good? Pretty quiet.
CJ
I'm just trying to figure this out, Ben. Yeah.
Ben
Did you not hear him? He said if there's a bigger. They have a bigger difference between them. So they tend to have, like, a much shorter pointer finger.
CJ
Gotcha. So that's like how gay you are. The bigger the distance between.
Mike
Yeah. What if I have a friend, he lost a portion of this finger. Does that make him, like, super, super duper?
Ben
That's outside, not genetic.
Mike
Because I think he would be incredibly.
Ben
You lose your. Your pointer finger and you're just like.
CJ
Hey.
Ben
Cut off in a saw.
Evan
Needs to be from birth.
Ben
Anyways. Yeah, I thought that was interesting. And, you know, we had been. It felt like it was applicable to us, so. And it just had to bring it up. Guys wouldn't care if any of you guys were gay. Just want to say that I'd be happy for you.
Evan
Thanks, cj.
Ben
Thanks. Be proud to have a gay friend.
Ryan
All right.
Evan
Nothing wrong.
CJ
Anyways, dude, I've been feeling like Ken today. Been getting calls like, crazy phone number get leaked.
Mike
Dude.
CJ
Yes.
Ben
Oh, it sucks.
CJ
But not how you would think. It got leaked, I think by my bank. No, because good to know. And I've been getting the worst kind of phone calls. Finance bros have been calling.
Ryan
They're not even fans.
CJ
No, I've legit, Mike. I've probably gotten 50.
Evan
Whoa.
CJ
Right here.
Ben
Answer.
CJ
Watch this.
Ryan
Chill.
Evan
Ah.
CJ
They fucking ended on me.
Evan
I've watched your. Like, I saw you hanging up and I was like, damn, Ben's, like, pissed that, dude.
Ryan
People are calling way more lame than getting a call from a fan. I just got a call in the meeting, and they're like, it is money, Mike. What are you doing? I'm like, mortgage lending. Oh, yeah.
CJ
If you were called by mistake or.
Ryan
Would like to be removed from our database. There you go.
Ken
You can go into your settings and then it just Silences any unknown phone numbers.
CJ
I'm not gonna do that, though, because I actually. I get. I get calls that are, like, important to our business every day. If it's important, have their name.
Ken
If it's important, they'll leave a message and then you can call them back right away.
CJ
So you still get the messages, but you don't get the notification.
Ken
It just silences the phone call and it sends it straight to voicemail.
CJ
I might have to resort to that. I was thinking about calling you earlier, but I knew that I was going to get sent straight to voicemail.
Ben
Oh, no.
Ken
You're my contacts list.
CJ
Yeah, dude. It's actually so annoying. I'm assuming I'll probably get, like, 10 more.
Mike
So why are you getting so many calls from mortgage brokers?
CJ
I have no idea. I'm assuming because I'm buying a new house. I have no idea. That's the only thing that.
Mike
Shopping loans.
CJ
No. Yeah, it's very whack. So I was put into some kind of database, and, like, the. The finance bros are just feening for it.
Mike
Really?
Ben
Yeah, dude.
CJ
But I've gotten a couple calls today that I actually need to answer.
Ken
Ken, do you have them in your contacts list?
Ryan
No.
Ken
Well, then leave a message. You can call back.
Ryan
It's true.
CJ
I never check my messages like that, though. Really?
Mike
You don't listen to your voicemails?
Evan
I don't know.
CJ
Sometimes I do, but I find myself.
Evan
Just not such a pain.
CJ
Dude, I've been finding myself just not even answering, like, texts as much lately either. Like, I've just been getting like.
Mike
Yeah, I can tell. Because we'll just, like, make clear set plans and you guys will go. How were we supposed to know about that?
CJ
Dude, we got too many group chats.
Mike
We do, actually. We need to condense so bad.
Evan
CJ literally made a group chat to go golfing last night.
Mike
For that.
Ben
Well, I just messaged you guys separately. I didn't want to.
Evan
I know, but it put us into a group, though. And I was like, what is this Wednesday night golf crew now or something? We got our own chat.
Mike
I mean, I feel like we got groups for everything. We got, like, every friend group that is ancillary to ours. Like, it's like a Venn diagram that we, like, grab on all these different circles, and then the six of us are always in the middle of it.
CJ
I think it's also tough because, like, we have so many things going on at all times that aren't including, like, one person in the group for, like, surprise reasons.
Ryan
Like, which I like, do a pretty good job of. We haven't really ruined many surprises via sending in the wrong group chat, which can get hard to do.
CJ
But like with your dirt bike build, had to go and start a new group chat of like, all right, who needs to be in this one? I'm like, okay, now I need one with this group, minus Ken. Do that. And then you got. It's just like a lot to keep straight.
Ryan
No, there literally is a group chat with every minus one plus one.
Guest Expert
Yeah.
Ryan
Everyone.
CJ
Yeah.
Ryan
Ever. Okay, boys, I got some news. Have you heard about the Enhanced Games? No, it's pretty crazy. I just heard about the Olympics for people on dogs.
CJ
Yeah, that's pretty sweet.
Ryan
It's a new thing. The Enhanced Games is a proposed multi sport event founded by Australian businessman Aaron de Souza. It would allow athletes to use performance enhancing substances without being subject to drug tests. And they're like, prepare for world records to be broken. We don't mind if you're doing performance enhancing drugs. We encourage it. Which is pretty insane. So they're. They show and then they're like kind of ad or clickbait per se. For this article was this Olympic swimmer who's now on performance enhancing drugs.
Evan
And he looks massive. He's just like, oh, he's like the.
Ryan
Biggest swimmer I've ever seen, dude.
Ben
Honestly, it might be leveling the playing field. It's kind of like in baseball. I don't know if it's like this anymore, but half of them were juice and half of them weren't. So it's like just on level, you know, so you almost got to assume your opponent's cheating. So like, if they're all using drugs, probably not good for your health. But in terms of. But at least breaking records and performance.
Ryan
And probably the most level, no one's cheating.
CJ
Yeah, because you're not cheating anymore.
Ben
You could do the same thing.
Ryan
Yeah. Is that pretty wild?
Mike
Have they been doing them? Have they been playing the games or is they like, is every so training for it and they're hyping it?
Ryan
The new thing. Yeah.
Mike
Okay, so there hasn't been. Because like that's.
Ryan
I'm expecting Las Vegas 2026.
CJ
That's all it makes sense. But also like any time that somebody breaks a record or does something cool.
Ryan
Like everyone should have an asterisk.
CJ
It's not going to be legit, but everyone's going to just be like, oh, it only happened because that they're on PDs.
Mike
Yeah. But wasn't like Barry Bonds on PD.
CJ
Yeah.
Ben
And Lance Armstrong, a rod.
CJ
I think he got popped.
Ben
Yeah, I'm pretty sure.
Mike
So, like, there's a lot of legend.
Evan
Even, like, the best. Some of the best moto dudes got in trouble for, like, drugging and doping, too.
CJ
Dude. The Lance Armstrong one is crazy, though. Have you guys watched, like, his Netflix documentary or anything about that?
Ryan
So.
CJ
Good, because he basically denied it.
Mike
Yeah.
CJ
For like 15 years or something. A long run of denial. And then it just came out that he was on it.
Evan
I think even Michael Phelps, like, the swimmer was.
Ryan
He was smoking weed.
CJ
Was he?
Ryan
Yeah, that's what he think.
Ben
I was just hurting him.
CJ
Yeah. They look at that as like. Yeah, that's just gonna look that up. Ken, can you performance enhance.
Ryan
Yeah.
Mike
Can you smoke THC and compete in the Olympics? Because that seems like something.
Ryan
No, in the last 10 years ago.
Mike
That would be super taboo, but now it's the.
Ryan
The one. There was a gal runner who, like, one. And then they found out that she, like, smoked weed.
Ken
No, it's still banned in the Olympics.
Ben
Really be able to win.
Ken
I mean, this. This article is from 21, but.
Mike
Wow.
Evan
James Stewart, for supercross, he got banned for Adderall.
Mike
Really?
CJ
Really?
Ryan
That's right. Yeah. They'll get you for anything.
Mike
Yeah, but it's because he wasn't prescribed it or he was prescribed.
Ryan
No, you just.
Evan
You weren't allowed to use it while racing if. Even if it was a prescription, because it's like, it just makes you focus, I guess.
Ryan
I don't know how.
Evan
I don't know what the regulation is on it.
Mike
So imagine they're like, oh, you're blind. You can't use contacts, bud.
Ben
Pro gamers get pop for that, too. Like, I don't know if it's like that anymore, but, like, if you were using, like, Adderall and stuff like that.
CJ
As pd, I'm assuming, like, after, for James Stewart, does that show up in a drug test like a piss?
Evan
Yeah, I think they would.
CJ
Right. If he won, though, like. Yeah, I'm assuming after you won.
Evan
After you win.
CJ
So that's what I don't understand. Like, are they just not making that clear enough, like, in the rules, like, because someone like James Stewart, like, he's going to win, like, he was winning either way, right?
Ryan
Yeah.
CJ
So, like, I can't imagine he'd be like, oh, the only way I win is if I take Adderall, you know?
Ryan
Yeah, Yeah. I don't know.
Evan
It's hard to say. It's hard to say because even, like, Christian Craig, another Supercross dude, he got caught for. I don't know what it was, but it was in one of the supplements that he was taking. Like it might have been a pre workout and there was something that was so. It's kind of wild, actually. Even like I got, I got drug tested at a race in Europe. Right after the race, you come off the track and the people are there at the clipboard and they're like, all right, you need to come in this room right now. And you just like, you just came off the track, you're like sweating and you go into a room and a guy watches you pee into a thing and you have to fill out a whole questionnaire and then they send your POA and they like test it and then they call you back and let you know if you're clean, cleaner, positive.
CJ
Something similar happened with Ryan Garcia, I think when he got like his last.
Evan
Yep.
CJ
His last fight.
Evan
Stripped off of him.
Ryan
Yeah, yeah.
CJ
But I think it was something like in his like, supplements that he was taking.
Evan
Yeah, Pre workout. Like, there's a lot of stuff in pre workout. Usually that is.
CJ
I was talking to a guy at the gym because I was asking him like, you know, if he had any recommendations of like supplements that I should be taking or like doing anything like that. And he was like, why are you doing like a natty show or. Or can you like be on roids for your bodybuilding? I was like, natty, I think I'm not trying to do steroids. And he was like, all right, well just be careful on some of the pre workouts that you do. Some of the pre workouts, some of those will even show up.
Evan
I was always careful because all the racing I didn't is ama. So it's like, I mean, not that I'm going to get caught and then people don't even usually get caught. Like, I think the GNCC guys that are racing those like 3 hour races, I think they're on like HGH and stuff too. And they're like ripping before the races. They're ripping like IVs and stuff so that they're just super hydrated, which in some series you can't even run an iv. Like, I bet you at Olympics you probably can't run an IV during the event just so that you're super, super hydrated.
CJ
I mean, during the event, are they.
Mike
Riding with an IV that'd be lit.
Evan
Night before, the night before, or even.
Ryan
In per se, like the two week span.
Evan
The two week span, they call it like a vitamin bag. It's just loaded with vitamins. And you just sit there, it drips in, and then you're basically just like super high energy for. For however long.
Ben
It is crazy because there's just so many different things you can do to, like, get an edge, dude. Even, like, age, like.
CJ
Yeah.
Evan
Even in the racing, guys were like, doing this, like, blood spinning, where they spin your blood and put more oxygen into it.
CJ
Yeah, yeah. Ozone therapy.
Evan
Ozone therapy. And, like, you're not even allowed to do. I don't think supercross. I don't think you're allowed to do that even.
CJ
How do they test that?
Evan
I don't know how they test it or.
Mike
Or what they do, but, man, they're really regulating more things than I even thought were possible. Yeah, I'm excited to see these enhanced games then.
Evan
I know.
Ryan
I'm excited.
Mike
But also super cross rider.
Ryan
Kind of to your point. You're like, there's a lot more than what immediately comes to mind. Steroids. Like, you do worry about people just doing all of them.
Mike
Yeah. Going too hard.
CJ
You guys watch Liver Kings? Netflix documentary.
Evan
I've seen it. Yeah.
Ryan
Liver King's kind of a meme within our group, so I do have to watch it. Like, we have. Speaking of group chats, we have our main, main, main, main group chat, and that is Liver King as the profile picture, and it has been for years, pretty much since he got famous.
Mike
And the group chat name is Primals.
Ryan
Yes, yes.
Mike
Which is what he would say.
Ryan
Primals.
CJ
Primals.
Ben
I thought it was interesting because at the end, he kind of just admitted that he's just been a con artist his whole life.
CJ
I know.
Mike
Really?
Ben
Yeah. It was crazy. And, like, he, like, almost seemed proud about it. Like, he was. He was kind of, like, smirking about it. And, like, he kind of just pulled another scheme. And this one was a big one, though. A long. Probably super, super profitable.
CJ
Like, he even.
Ben
Even kind of conned his business partners and everything. Supposedly, like, you know, because they were like. Yeah, I had no idea that he was juicing and all this. And it was interesting, though, because, like, his son, you can just tell, like, in certain shots, he's in the background kind of like. Like, really, Dad's, like, saying some. Some, you know, just character.
CJ
And he's kind of just like, still doing this.
Ben
Yeah. You know, he knows it's ridiculous. Yeah. It was interesting that he pretty much admitted that he's wild con artist his whole life.
Mike
What was his cons before this? Did he have other ones?
Ben
Yeah, he was saying, like, he, like, figured out how to return.
CJ
Return Things supplements and nutrition at like GNC without having like a receipt. But he worked at gnc, so he basically worked there and then figured out that like they would give you a full refund if you didn't like the product. So he would just like get returns and then go to another GNC and return them and then get a full refund. And like he was like falsifying receipts and stuff.
Mike
Oh, he would take other people's returns.
Ben
Yeah.
CJ
But that was just one thing. And then he was like, ah. And then I was like, you know, I was selling drugs and I was, I was making drugs and I turned into a full on chemist in my, in my apartment, you know, I'm assuming making like.
Ryan
So he is.
CJ
I don't know what that looks like.
Ben
But he.
CJ
It was weird because it like built him up. Like the whole doc of like, you know, everything that he was doing. And then at like the end, you know, it all came out that he was juicing or, you know, he was on steroids. Who would have thought the most ripped guy you've ever seen in your entire life is on steroids? And then I didn't think it was like that crazy because I was just like, everyone, I feel like, knew that.
Mike
Yeah.
CJ
And then he kind of like, yeah, you know, I. I've kind of been like shady my whole life without like saying it directly like that. And then he said like all the different things that he did and then it kind of just ended. There was like.
Ben
And he was like kind of smirking about it all.
CJ
They had to do like, they kind of dirty like that. And it, it was definitely like the payoff of the whole thing, right?
Mike
Yeah. Did he do the documentary? Like, did he line it up?
CJ
Yeah, yeah.
Mike
I mean, he's in it.
CJ
In it they filmed like his whole life. Like when he got famous. They pretty much was really interesting to see like the documentaries of, you know, a lot of people like that dude, they just have like doc crews following them around. Cool.
Ryan
I like to see that.
CJ
It's really cool. Like when someone like that is like rising to fame. It's wild that they just have like enough like instinct to be like, yeah, we should just film everything from here.
Mike
Yeah, we better just cash out on the documentary at the end.
CJ
Yeah. Which is kind of how it was.
Mike
You think Liver King's good? Like he could. He did this doc and like basically shot himself in the foot for his trustworthiness for the rest of his life. But you think he's good on money?
CJ
Oh, yeah.
Mike
For the rest of his life?
CJ
Sure, bro. He's making $100 million a year.
Mike
Worst case is or was.
Ben
Net worth is 310.
Mike
310 million? Yeah, dude, I need a couple horse balls or whatever it was for 310 million.
CJ
But he was rich before he got famous.
Mike
How do you get rich before? Like you said, he's been scheming.
CJ
He's doing, like, the ancestral living. And then he started, like, he was, like, genuinely doing that.
Ryan
He was making his social media money.
CJ
No, no, no, no. So he was ripped, right? He was rich. He was ripped. He had his, like, ancestral living company, like, selling these supplements and, like, this nutrition. That's like ancestral living, right? Without. Without straight up eating, like, testicles and shit. It was before social media. And then he went to, like, this marketing firm and was basically like, I want you to help me get a million followers. And then this marketing firm just saw this beefcake of a guy, and they were like, okay, well, we could probably do that. They just started trying things, and then, like, pretty much within, like, a month of hiring this marketing firm, he blew up.
Mike
Wow.
CJ
He was, like, always making, like, the good morning, like, walk in the woods. And they would get, like, a hundred likes.
Mike
Wow.
CJ
Like, years. And then he, like, switched up with his marketing firm, and then the marketing firm at the end was like. We felt like we were lied to when he came out like, that. He was doing drugs. I was like, you guys protect yourselves.
Mike
Yeah, they did what they did. They marketed.
Evan
He said he was natty. Yeah, right?
Ben
Oh, yeah.
CJ
You guys care so much.
Evan
Worst case, he just drops in and hits the enhanced Olympics, and he might actually be able to do something sweet in there.
Ryan
Yeah. I don't know why I have so many bodybuilding videos on my Facebook, but there's lots of, like, what we're gonna do. Go to the show, Flex. And no matter how big or ripped or not big you are, 99% of the comments are like, this dude's on steroids. So it's like, even if you're natural, like, that's cool. If you truly are, then you can say you are. And you know in your heart you are. But, like, if you even did a little tiny bit of steroids, you might as well just do them because people think you're on them anyway. I know it's always been kind of the case.
Ben
Balls will shrink.
Mike
Yeah. I mean, it's. There's a lot of health implications.
Evan
Right, right, right.
Ryan
Well, that, I guess. Yeah. So it's like, can you try them and say you're, like, not on them. Well, yes, if you tried them, could.
Ben
Have been two weeks.
CJ
But you'll shrink Ken, you could go on steroids. You got so much to work with it, you know, you get back to normal levels.
Ryan
Yeah.
Ben
At least normal sized testicles.
Evan
But you still have to work hard, though, when you're on.
Ben
You still got to go to the gym.
Evan
Still got to go and work hard.
CJ
Yeah.
Ken
It's not like you just take a shot.
Evan
It's not like you just take a shot and you're gonna be getting right.
Ryan
Right, right.
Evan
It's still hard work if you're running steroids.
CJ
Yeah. I think it just speeds up your recovery.
Ryan
Recovery.
Evan
Yeah. Well, it depends what you can train harder.
CJ
Yeah.
Evan
That's like what the moto guys run.
CJ
Hgh.
Evan
Because they don't want to get big. Right. Like, you don't want to have huge muscles. You're not working out to get big. You're working out to get like strong and. And fit.
Ryan
Quick recovery.
Evan
Quick recovery is what. Is what you'd want.
Ben
Dude.
Ryan
I was laughing on Andrew Scholl's last stand up on Netflix. Super funny. He's talking about how, like, hair pills, like hair loss pills, they make your swimmers not work so well. Your sperm. And then he's like, whoa, whoa, hold up, hold up. I didn't know that. When he's talking to the doctor, he's like, so you're telling me that this pill is just that awesome? He's like, yeah, it was helping me not lose my hair, but it's like birth control and it helps me grow my hair back. He's like, why isn't anybody talking about this with that side effect? And I was like, that's true. Because I then did a little research and I didn't like, if you're trying to get pregnant, you should get off your hair pills. Pretty easy to do. Just don't take them. But that's a pretty sweet double whammy.
Mike
But it comes back. Or it's like it, like it takes you down, you don't rebound.
Ryan
It comes back. But you got to. It's. It's not just like quit taking them and then you're good to go next week. Like it probably a month or two. But I just thought that was insane. I'm like, I didn't really know it made your swimmers not work as well. So I take hair pills.
Ben
You can get off them or what?
Ryan
Probably I want to have a kid. I think they're working. Not bringing my hair back, but I used to shed like crazy on my Pill. You could just see it. Like, I'd wake up, there'd be hair all over. I'm like, and now it doesn't happen.
Mike
I didn't notice your hair was thicker because it's short now.
Ryan
Yeah.
Mike
So like, it could look a lot thinner.
Ryan
Some better shampoo, and then those hair pills again. I don't think my hair is growing back, but it's not falling out.
CJ
Like, it was getting more gray.
Evan
You're on the hair pills?
CJ
Yeah.
Evan
Yeah.
CJ
Like progressively getting more gray.
Ryan
Yeah, dude, I got.
CJ
No offense. I don't mean that bad.
Ryan
No, it's like.
CJ
But it's like, I noticed it in the last video, actually. I was like, oh, damn. I looked at Mike closely.
Ryan
I do want to, like, diet for fun, you know? You guys have known if I've always been into, like, screw it, I'll try something new with my hair. Get a bowl cut, whatever, diet. I want to die, but I don't want to, like, I don't want to show up and have like Spencer colored hair and everyone's like, whoa, I don't.
CJ
Think you dyed your hair.
Ryan
You can do it, dude.
Evan
I got grays coming in too.
Ryan
Yeah, you have like five.
Evan
No, they're coming in 15. No, I'd say more now stress, but I'm stressing.
Ben
What are you stressing about?
CJ
Are you stressing about the grays or you're stressing otherwise and then getting grays?
Evan
I'd say the grays are probably from past stress. Crazy that, like, I'm not stressed.
CJ
And change the color of your hair.
Evan
And stress will change your whole body.
Ben
Everything's like the worst thing.
Ryan
Skin tone and quality.
Ben
You do need a little bit of stress though. I feel like just to keep you sharp. Keep it sharp? Yeah.
CJ
You don't want to be tube so you don't get loose. Yeah, Loose and lazy with it.
Ryan
Yeah.
Evan
I live pretty stress free now though. I'd say. Yeah, I don't stress about anything.
Ben
What were you stressed about?
Evan
The last thing?
CJ
Yeah.
Evan
Ex girlfriends.
Ryan
Yeah.
Ben
They're stressing you out. Dude.
Ryan
It has been a minute since you've been so bad.
Evan
Oh, it's been a minute.
CJ
You told me that. I learned all about that in the merch when we were packing over Black Friday. I learned all about Spenny's stress levels.
Evan
Yeah.
CJ
Yeah.
Ryan
That's the last thing you want to stressing about random dude.
Evan
Just dumb stuff. Like, just such dumb stuff.
Ben
You definitely don't want too much stress, but I feel like you should have a little bit of stress because, like, I don't know, it just like, keeps you going. Like, you need something to get up and, like, go do every day. And you also, like, you got to build up a tolerance to stress, too.
Ryan
Yeah.
Ben
Like, certain people have way higher tolerances to stress than other people. And, like, you can kind of build that up, but within reason, obviously, you don't want to just be carrying around so much.
CJ
Dude, I've really been testing my. My stress levels the last month between getting married, planning a wedding, buying a house, planning to build a house, and then everything that we've been dealing with in our business.
Ben
Yeah.
Mike
Yeah.
CJ
It's like three constant stressors all separate all at once.
Mike
Yeah.
Ben
Yeah. I.
CJ
And it's all good. I mean, it's all like, it's good. It's good stress. It's like, it means that, you know, like, we're evolving and.
Ben
Yeah, for sure.
CJ
Taking big steps in life. It's like big life stress. Everyone kind of has them all in their life at some point, but I have, like, all three of them at once.
Ben
I feel like our business has always been stressful. Like, right now is not nearly as stressful as it used to be, but.
CJ
I've been stressing more about it now. Really?
Ben
Yeah, I'm just like. I don't know, maybe I'm just used to it. Yeah. Speaking of the house thing, because I was looking at getting a house that was roughly the same amount of money as what you're going to be spending, and it was like this close to pulling the trig, and I ended up just backing out because I was just like, just don't want to deal with the stress of it. Like, I knew it was going to cause more stress. To me, that stress wasn't worth it.
CJ
Yeah.
Ben
It wasn't worth the payout. I. But granted, you're. You're doing a completely different thing to me. You're building a new house. I was just going to get one and it was already built and it wasn't like, dialed, you know, I literally.
CJ
I told you that too. I was like, is the stress worth it? And it's where I evaluate of, like, I try and actually make a lot of my life decisions off of, like, is this going to cause me stress or make my life more simple? I was telling Greta this. I was like, I think I just, like, I operate a lot better when I'm not stressed out. And in, like, my line of work, when I'm operating better, like, you know, I'm in a better mood for filming better filming videos. Yeah. I have A way better output. Right? So, like, I try and just evaluate what I'm doing if it's going to cause me stress because it. It makes an effect on our business. I actually got to be in, like, a good state of mind to, like, bring value to us.
Ben
Yeah, you got to have. You have to have a good vibe and be carrying good energy, like, to what I was saying, carrying around a little bit of stress. I think it keeps me pushing. Like, this video bit didn't work out. Now we got to come up with something before in two days. That's when you can think of something, right? You know, that's when things really good can come out, you know, like, versus if I just said, screw it, we're not going to. We're not going to post it. So you got rid of your stress, but you didn't keep pushing. That's what I'm talking about for good stress.
Ryan
The biggest thing for me is, like, differentiating between actual stress, like stress that is imposed on you because of things out of your control, and fabricated stress. Fabricated stress can happen to anyone. I actually was, like, thinking about it really deeply that I go, women fabricate a lot of stress. It's not just women. It's. It's all of us. You know, it's like, women want to plan something, and then all of a sudden they're all stressed out because of this thing that they planned and they wanted to do. But I'm like, but I do the same thing. This is really silly. And that's why it's good to realize that I go buy a bunch of parts for my truck, and then I'm all stressed out because I need to install these parts. It's a bad example. But like, yeah, Mike's stress. But yeah, it's so you have to understand, you not know, why do you keep money?
CJ
Money stressing himself out. He's buying so much shit.
Ryan
From a broad standpoint, sure. But no, everybody knows buying stuff is awesome. Click an order online, buying it at the store, that's awesome. But yeah, so that's fabricated stress in my head. I'm stressing myself out because I have parts that I need to install that I bought three weeks ago and I still haven't got them on my dang car. Just stuff like that.
Ben
But it's like, don't like, not real stress, though.
Ryan
Exactly. But that's why you need to differentiate between fabricated stress. And maybe that was too silly of an example, but, like, you, like, could be like, oh, I'm not getting this stuff done. And Then you tell yourself you're stressed out. Even though if you just forgot of all of the whole telling yourself you're stressed out and just did it and just like knocked it out, and then you can't even be stressed about it because you got rid of it. The more you think about something that you put on yourself to do, the more it stresses you out. I don't know, you know, differentiate between.
Ben
But then there's like whole other perspectives to the side of it, like where you have health issues or you're worried about where you're gonna get your next meal, or you gotta stress, you get. You're worried about your. You gotta feed your baby. You worry about where you're gonna sleep tonight. That's real stress, you know?
Evan
Yeah.
Ben
And almost like those are probably. That's probably how you build stress tolerance.
Mike
Not.
Ben
Not necessarily. You don't want to have to have those problems, but if you deal with them, other things seem a lot smaller right after that.
Ryan
I'm surprised Evan doesn't have more gray hair.
CJ
Yeah, the other thing too, there's a difference between like self inflicted anxiety. Like, you know, you're dealing with your decisions and then it's just like fighting your own demons of like, why did I do that? It's like the Sunday scaries are a real thing, dude.
Ryan
Oh yeah.
CJ
And if you drink every single day, you have scaries every single day.
Ben
I've been getting back into drinking a little bit, but not nearly like we used to, or at least like I used to. And I don't even remember the last time I woke up and was like, what I do. I don't even remember the last time.
Evan
I don't think I've ever even had a night.
Ben
Really?
CJ
That's crazy.
Ryan
That is actually crazy.
Ben
That's awesome. Where you didn't regret a single thing you did.
Evan
No, I don't think so.
Ryan
That's incredible.
Ben
So you might be the only person I've met that's ever incredible, Penny.
Ryan
Well, actually, yeah, it happens.
Evan
But like you're saying think so.
Ryan
Really? Oh, okay.
Mike
It happens to varying degrees. Like there's people that wake up. I know they're literally crippled by it. And then also like, you know, I mean, it doesn't. I feel the same way. Siege, like, you know, you kind of dabble back in and you feel like you have things more to control. But like we've got like stable relationships and then now we're also learning how to not be dickheads, so that helps, you know, like you don't accidentally get in Some dumb with your girlfriend. And that's something like when you wake up, you're like, oh crap, like I messed up last night. But yeah, now the basically thing I have is I go, man, I do anything stupid last night, Was I talking dumb to them or whatever?
Ben
You know, Like, I think maybe I've just slowly learned after 29 years of life and just being so critical on myself that I just don't do stuff like that anymore. But also it really just boils down to if you just drink too much alcohol, you are going to do something stupid. Doesn't matter who the you are.
CJ
Yeah, you're going to say you're just a little blurry. You're gonna do something stupid.
Ben
You're gonna be a little bit weird. It also depends on who you're hanging out with in the situation. But like generally, like, if you just don't over consume, you're probably not gonna do something stupid if you're not an idiot.
Ryan
Yeah, that's very true.
Ben
But even if you're smart, you're gonna do some dumb.
Ryan
Now that I'm sober, I just don't even think twice about anything I do. As in like. Because I know for a fact that whatever it is can't be nearly as crazy or stupid as it was when I was drinking.
CJ
Yeah.
Ben
And you made it with a clear conscience.
Ryan
Yeah, exactly. So even if someone was like, what the fuck were you doing man, if you're dead? So we're like, I don't know. Yeah, it's chilling.
Mike
Yeah, it's being done.
CJ
Pretty worried about you actually, Mike.
Evan
Yes.
CJ
Yeah. Because you've been like falling asleep like on top of the covers. Oh yeah. He said, yeah. And Evan's like, dude, I don't know. It's like he's like drunk Mike all over again. Except for the only excuse he has is he isn't drunk. And that's a problem. Why is he falling asleep like that? And sleep alarm clock.
Ryan
And then I kind of blamed it on him because I'm like, dude, because I did your ass. And then bar close comes around. And yet it's still not time to leave.
CJ
I'm like, it was 2:30.
Ryan
It was 2:30 in the morning and I just wanted to leave so bad. And we get to the hotel at like 3:15 and I'm like, sorry I slept in my clothes.
Ben
That's worse than you drinking is you having a DD around and stay out till 3:30 is no fun just being sober. Definitely a bunch of drunk idiots. And then you gotta drive them. They're like, we want McDonald's and you.
Ryan
Go over there for the most being slow.
Evan
As Evan gets so mad when he's drunk too. Remember when I tried to go to bed early and he's like, he's gonna leave.
CJ
You're gonna leave Mike and me alone.
Evan
Like, what are you doing?
Ryan
Then he acts like he tries to party so hard and like, be that guy. And you're straight up not bro. And it was like getting really serious.
Evan
Yeah, he was pissed. I was like, dude, I got to go to bed.
CJ
Just.
Evan
I don't see the point on drinking a bunch of beers on a Tuesday. Like, I just going to go to bed.
Ryan
I partially beat myself up because I kind of was that guy. So if you were, I'm like, if you're going to hang out and you're like going to be sober, then drive. I was kind of like, mean about. I wasn't like mean to them. I was like, seriously?
Ben
I think that's fair.
Ryan
Yeah. If you're going to hang around and be sober, like, yeah, you're going to drive us home. That makes sense. But that doesn't mean that all the other rules are out the window. As in, like, yeah, I'll drive you home. But like, why four nights in a row? And why all of them have to be passed?
Ben
You don't have to hang out though.
Ryan
Right, Right, right.
CJ
Yeah, yeah.
Ryan
If I am.
Ben
If you're gonna like go to the roadhouse with everyone and you're not drinking, I think that's fair to drive, but also not fair. They have to leave on your agenda. Yes, they have to leave on your agenda. So, like, if it gets to where you have to stay an extra 3, 4 hours just waiting around for everyone.
Evan
To go home and I'm like, way.
Ryan
Too easy going, you know, like, even when I do finally lay down the law and everyone's like, what? Really? And I'm like, what?
Evan
That's not the real mic.
Ben
Come on.
Evan
They're like, I gave you like six.
Ryan
Passes to stay longer, drink more. Six free passes run you to the gas station.
Evan
Yeah, dude.
CJ
It's like, it's so. It's so easy to understand when you're sober. And then as soon as you have one drink, you're just like, yeah, what do you mean Mike can't bring us to McDonald's? Yeah, you're just having fun. Like as soon as you're boozing, it's just like all just like sober thoughts. Common sense. It's like general respective of like sober time out the window. It's Just like.
Ryan
What do you mean?
CJ
We're partying, bro. I thought we were buddies for your.
Ryan
Buddy, but you guys know me. I don't mind when it gets late. I actually really don't mind it. What? I do mind, and I'm sure a lot of people dd ing mind. This is the. It's the multiple stop thing. It's the, yo, can you go pick up this girl? Can you go pick up my buddy? Can we go buzz, Whatever. And I'm like, what? No, I'm hanging out here. Just cuz I'm not drinking doesn't mean I'm not hanging out here.
CJ
Yeah, that's true. Yeah, yeah. You're not like uber driving.
Ryan
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Ben
We almost kind of have stopped using the Sprinter van for that reason. It just got to be too many stops. It was too many, literally. And then like, it's like riding the school bus home or.
CJ
Yeah, we got school buses, so that's true.
Ben
We don't just get.
CJ
We could probably just sell the Sprinter van at this point.
Ryan
True.
CJ
Cash out on that thing and then just buy.
Ryan
Put a slightly comfy.
CJ
You could buy some 30. 30 school buses.
Ryan
We don't need to do that.
Ben
I think we just keep the short.
Mike
Of our own school bus and we'd be dialed.
Ryan
Evil Knievel just rolled in his grave. 30 school bus.
Ben
I honestly wouldn't even care if we sold the Sprinter van. I don't know if it's.
Ryan
Now that we have the short bus. I wouldn't either.
Ben
But the thing's trash. I don't know if we'd get like. How much money you think we'd get for that thing? 100 racks.
Evan
85. Dude, that thing's so sick still.
CJ
Yeah, it's not living.
Ryan
Honestly, it's kind of like back to what you said about the supercar thing. Like, at face value, it's there. Like, yeah, it's a little rough around the edges, but like, that doesn't make it worth much less.
CJ
We didn't buy it to be a party hauler though. Like, we bought it because it's like really good for getting our crew around and like filming intros and like.
Ryan
And that's what we've been using it for lately. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
CJ
That's what we use it for now. But like, you know, it just slowly just turned into just like what our limos were. So we had one limo that we bought for 3, 500 bucks, and that thing was a Lincoln town card limo. Probably fit what, 30 at most? No, but like 15. And we would Pile every single person that we knew into that thing.
Ben
That was fun.
CJ
And then we got a Ford Excursion limo.
Mike
That one fit like 30.
CJ
That thing fit 30 and we would fit like 45 into it.
Mike
Yeah. It was actually insane.
CJ
And then. And then we got the Sprinter. And the Sprinter's tough because it, It. It's supposed to carry like, eight people comfortably, but we still pile like.
Ben
Like 17.
CJ
Yeah, like 17 in there.
Ryan
And it is cool. It's cool to be the group or whatever that lets other people come on. You know, it's like you run into some, like, distant buddies and they're like, dude, can we hop on? It's cool to have them. Well, I'm just saying, like, if they're your close buddies are probably already on. Mmm. But, you know, or some people, some girls and whatever, it's cool to have them come on. But then you run into more people than you want on there. And how.
Ben
Yeah.
Ryan
How are we gonna get home? Yeah, because we.
CJ
Yeah, because then it's like we drop you off. Yeah. We hire a driver for it. Right. And then it's just like, oh, yeah, the Sprinter van's just like, freaking game to just bring us wherever then. And then you find out, like, the next morning that the Sprinter driver didn't get home till 4:30 in the morning. And we're like, oh, they're never going to fucking pick up our phone call again.
Mike
The last time I drove the Sprinter, I have a snap of it pulling into the driveway at 5:45am After I dropped everybody back off in all the different places and I went, that sucked. But, I mean, is what it is. And that was a long time ago. That was the last time I drove the Sprinter van.
CJ
It is still fun, though. Fired up, dude. Me and Spenny and CJ actually had a great time. And Gavin Mechanic. Gav, last summer, that was like, the last, like, sprinter van outing that I've had. Dude, it was last August. And, man, that was fun.
Ben
I'm down to rip the Sprinter van tonight.
Evan
Or let's go golfing in that thing.
Ben
I'd be down. And then we could, like, cruise around.
CJ
And like, all the things.
Ben
Like use the Internet, cruise around and drop seats.
Evan
And drop everybody off the baby on both TVs.
Ben
Yeah.
CJ
Yeah.
Ben
We'll put debate, watch music videos while we're on both screens.
Ken
Can take it to the golf course, too.
Ben
I'm down. Let's do it.
Evan
There's. Book it to have a couple drinks and be in the Sprinter van with all the boys. There's probably Nothing better. Like, it's way better than being in a bar.
Ben
It is. It is.
CJ
When you get to the bar, it's just like, ah, damn. I kind of want to just like drive around in the sprint.
Ben
I know.
CJ
Sprinter van is more fun.
Ben
That's for sure.
Ryan
It is.
Evan
It really is.
Mike
And even.
Evan
It doesn't even need to be stacked and it doesn't need to be like.
Ben
No, it's more fun when there's less people.
Mike
Exactly.
Ben
It's more fun when it has the right amount of people for the amount of seats there is. As soon as, like, you gotta like, double up and do all this, that's when it's not fun.
CJ
Yeah, we ain't selling that shit. We would just sell it and be like, what are we doing?
Mike
We gotta get another one.
Evan
But as soon as.
Ryan
As soon as we got the short bus, I'm like, I wanna short, but I want to have a big, like all DD and I want to take.
CJ
Everyone on this big bus. So then you can straight up.
Ben
Those buses are pretty awesome. And they're actually, I mean, not to. No surprise. They're clean but easy to maneuver. They're not as hard.
Evan
So easy to drive.
Ryan
Really good turning radius.
Ben
I didn't mind driving that thing home three and a half hours.
Ryan
Yeah, that was fun. So, yeah, you're right. Screw the short bus. We're doing the long bus. And then we actually can be that guy, those guys, and be like, yeah, of course you can. Come on.
Ben
What we did, what we could do is turn the seats sideways, but we just can't drop to the windows. And then we could put fireman poles, some roof supports in case you wanted to like. Yeah, roof supports. That's what they would be better for.
Mike
It's interesting you brought this up. When we bought those buses and I was talking with the insurance guy, he had three questions. How many people does it sit? Are the seats facing normal or sideways? Slash, party bus. And then four was, do people pay you to ride on it? Which I said no to everything because the. It's not a party bus. But like, that was the thing. If it was turned into a party bus, they were like, you're not going to insure.
Ryan
You know, how many people. Is it fit? Nope.
Ben
Dude, I'm down.
Mike
Perfect. Well, of course.
Evan
Then call your driver.
Ryan
Oh, wait. I also have a really funny story about when I got pulled over on the way to the car show that I want to tell. So, you know.
Mike
Wait, what?
CJ
You got pulled over?
Ryan
Yeah, on the way to the. The car show that we Went to. A little bit ago, I got pulled over because I got vanity plates. They don't tell you whether, like, they're good or not. But I got money Mike for the Viper.
CJ
Sick.
Ryan
M N Y M I K E. And they take eight weeks to come in black. No, they don't make black plates.
CJ
Okay. I was gonna say, because I ordered vanity plates in black.
Ryan
I know.
CJ
And they never came for mine.
Ryan
And then I came in non black.
CJ
No. And I. I don't know. It was real confusing. But long story short, I was running the wrong plate on my raptor. I was running my lambo plate on my raptor for a year because I thought it was the right one. It. It was the wrong one. And then I got pulled over, and they told me that. I was like, wow. Yeah. But anyway, so, yeah, I was gonna say it's not coming in black, but. Okay.
Ryan
No, it's not. And so they. All they give you is a piece of paper, not laminated for this position in your license plate. They just say, tape down your back window. So I went and re registered all my cars, and I like getting the customized plates. So all my cars are, like, plateless. And the Viper, you can't see it. The truck, you can't really see it. Anyway, I'm driving the Viper, the windows angled. I get pulled over. No surprise. It's actually. The cop was in the parking lot that we were in and followed us all the way out. You guys took off. I got pulled over on the.
Mike
Oh, after Canes, he hunted you down?
Ryan
Yeah, he just. Well, he was just, like, waiting for me to get onto a public road before he pulled me over, pulls me over and goes. I'm just trying to figure out, you know, you don't have registration, so what's going on? And then I'm like, here's the space paper.
Evan
He's like, all right, what is this?
Ryan
I'm like, this is my registration. I'm like, chilling because I'm good to go. Yes. This is a pain in the butt. I probably should have tried taping the piece of paper or something. And he's like, all right. So this is all they gave you? I'm like, yes, this is all they gave me. And he's like, just doesn't know what to do. Classic. How often does that happen to us where the DNR or something jams us up and they don't know what to do? And he's like, all right, well, you just sit tight. I'm like, yep, take your time, man. And then a second Cop pulls up, like, starts asking me the same questions. He's like, yep. So we're just trying to figure out, you know, if this car is registered. Yeah, it is. And then he's like, we ran the VIN and just nothing's coming back. I'm like, that's an issue. Like, what do you mean, nothing's coming back? He's like, like, your name's not come. I'm like, oh, okay, my name. But, like, it's not like nobody scrubbed the van or anything. He's like, I don't know. We're just trying to figure it out. Okay, cool. And then they. He goes, so, where'd the car come from? I'm like, ohio. And he's like, you know anybody own Ohio? I go, nope. He's like, you didn't know who had the car before you? I'm like, I didn't know him. I mean, I knew him from the sale. I don't know what to say. And then he's like, all right, well, like, you buy it from a dealership. And I'm like, I got it on ebay. And he goes, you said ebay? And I'm like, yeah, yeah, ebay. Like, ebay motors just all chill. And he's like, and you're. You live in North Dakota? I go, yep, I just moved there. I totally guess when I. I guess when I transferred my license over, I'm like, it was the beginning of the year. He's like, yeah, it says January. All right, good. And then he's like. He comes back again, and he's like, listen, this is a really nice car. And, you know, you don't have registration on it. I'm like, I do. I do. I just showed you. He's like, we're just trying to make sure that it's not stolen. And I was like. I was waiting for you to say that. And I was like, it's not stolen, but take your time, do what you got to do and figure it out.
Mike
Because if that was your Viper that was stolen, like, you'd appreciate them asking all the questions and possibly nothing back.
Ryan
I was solely entertained by it, but I was not upset that they were insinuating that it might be stolen. And then since North Dakota has much more lax rules on registration and stuff, he was trying to figure out if my North Dakota ID was fake so that if so, I could, like, register my car in North Dakota. And I'm like, it's not stolen. And they just still, like, I was there for 30 minutes.
Mike
Yeah, you're a Long way behind us.
Ryan
And I was like me sitting there in my stolen, allegedly stolen Viper.
Mike
They were watching YouTube video, me buying it.
Ben
Did you pop that up?
Ryan
Yeah. And then so I did. And some kids start hollering at us. He goes, you know them kids? Like, kind of like. And I was like, I don't personally know them, but they know me. And he's like, how? And I was like, we have a YouTube channel. All right, okay. And I'm like, did you see the guys in the other supercars ahead of me? Yep. Like, that's, that's what we do. And then I like showed him the thumbnail and he's like, all right. And they still like spend another five minutes, like deciding what to do.
Mike
Oh my gosh.
Ryan
And it's just like, I really need to like laminate those pieces of paper and put them because I'm just going to get eight weeks. Like that's like another month.
CJ
Yeah.
Mike
So the whole summer driving it.
Ryan
Yeah.
Mike
Guys, I think AI is coming for our jobs.
Evan
Us.
CJ
The near us podcast job or what kind of. What job?
Mike
I think podcast job. I think YouTuber. I think everything.
Ryan
The new Google influencer.
Mike
Even though we don't call us that. I think. I think AI is coming for our job.
CJ
In which way?
Mike
I mean, have you seen. So Google released this new AI software that basically you can take a prompt, which of course it all is in the prompt, but I think there's going to be people that are creative enough to make it and you can make a video that actually looks realistic. Now, like in this case, they're kind of memeing like a Mr. B style video here, but check this out.
CJ
Into a zoo to prove one man is enough to fight a gorilla. I mean, it still looks fake though.
Mike
I'm going to lick this glowing pole.
CJ
Let's see how many views this gets.
Mike
Like no plan.
Ryan
Like the, the wind noise and the.
CJ
Liquid cement until it hardens.
Mike
Obviously these prompts are, are made to be impossible challenges, but it's pretty realistic.
CJ
That's. Yeah, that's pretty.
Ben
It looks real.
Evan
Yeah, it does look, but you can.
Ben
Tell something's a little.
Mike
Something's weird.
Evan
It's kind of cheesy. Like it's like weird.
Ken
There's always something about like the voices that it's like that's not how a real person would. Would say that kind of.
Ben
There is like a YouTuber that's not real. Like that's, that's like popping and people don't know.
Ryan
Things are just moving really fast. Because I do remember A few creators that. But they had to do that. So they would record a video, then they would change voice, then they would AI like themselves over and over and over. And then it was like it was still being essentially created by a human. But now. Yeah, the new Google VO3 thing, it's just like it creates the human. All the audio, the background music, the. The wind noise, the birds. Like, everything is just a part of essentially one big prompt instead of having to bring it through the video AI. The audio AI. Yeah, color enhancing AI, Dude.
Ben
I mean, I. Even through this podcast, when I pop on my phone, it's because I'm chat GPT AI questions, and it can find me information or a clip or whatever.
Mike
So quick, here's this brand, which is actually like a moderately big brand, advertising on Facebook. That's AI.
Ryan
Yeah, straight up, guys.
Ben
Got a little bit small of a head for his shoulders.
Mike
It looks when you. When you scroll through, you're like, okay, real. And then you're like, wait, this guy is way arms.
Ben
His arms look a little like his. The way he's holding. I don't know, some slightly off biceps.
Evan
Look like into his body. He's like. His shoulder's not lined up properly.
CJ
Yeah. And his hair.
Evan
God, it's just.
CJ
Looks like Ryan.
Evan
How is it so perfect? He does look like Ryan right now.
CJ
Look at that.
Evan
They actually got like the same hair and beard.
CJ
Ryan.
Mike
Holy.
Ben
If you stay, that's me, dude.
Mike
You could be that I should just. Yeah, stay in the gym and start wearing coconut oil. Fingers are like the. The dead giveaway, right? Yes. He's got a finger behind it.
Evan
Look at his eye, though.
CJ
The left eye.
Mike
Yeah, it is someone that real. Like this one. This is the first one I saw a little too. And it made me question it for a while. And then I saw another one of their ads and I went, all right, this is definitely. Give me family man on private jet. Because the jet doesn't make any sense. It's only got one row of seats, but it's too wide, you know?
CJ
Anyway, you know who they need to AI to bring back and make new content?
Evan
Outdoor boys.
CJ
Oh, dude.
Mike
Ready?
Ryan
Let the hiatus sink in. Let you self miss him.
Ben
Why do you guys think, like, Outdoor Boys blew up almost due to a meme? Yeah, they were. They were obviously already big and successful. I'm not taking away anything from them. But then where they became superstars was over. Like a meme. Like people almost memeing them, you know?
CJ
Yeah, no, I. I do. I know exactly what you're saying. I think it was.
Ben
Yeah.
CJ
I don't know if it was just like the fact that it's like a guy that shouldn't be as famous as he is. Like his personality isn't your classic like celebrity. And then I think just with the Internet doing what the Internet does, they're like, yeah, this is our guy.
Ben
Yeah, yeah, because.
CJ
Yeah, yeah, we're gonna, we're gonna blow this guy up.
Ryan
He literally, like, as far as socially never made a mistake is that, you know, like he never really, like, there was no. Did you hear what he said about this? Like he was so just a tried and true dude. It's just incredible. 15 million subscribers.
CJ
Those, I think you don't know. 10 million of them in 18 months. 12. 12 million or 12. It was this guy that's probably mid-40s and he basically does like, like survival type content out in the wilderness in the middle of Alaska in the dead cold of winter where he'll go out, he'll dig a cave and he'll do like his five day survival. And that is like the most simplistic editing and filming of it. But the guy is just like, he grew up in Alaska and he has like the most wild pocket knife of skills of like surviving off of nothing.
Mike
Like a Swiss army knife.
CJ
Dude, it's, it's insane.
Ryan
And so it's like second nature to him. He's not going out and being like, here's all the things that I need to learn to do this. No, he just goes out and makes surviving on almost nothing look easy.
CJ
Yeah.
Ryan
Casual. Yeah.
CJ
And he's just kind of like a nerdy white guy with dad.
Evan
Just looks like an office guy.
CJ
Yeah, he used to, He's a lawyer. He was a lawyer that quit being a lawyer and then he started doing this. But he, he basically, he got so famous. In the last 18 months, 15 million subscribers on YouTube.
Mike
That's insane. I mean, that's insane. Numbers of eyeballs, insane.
CJ
He said he was so famous now that he can't live a normal life because he has like, you know, a couple kids, three kids, I think, and a wife and, and he was like, I'm so famous now, if I continue on this trajectory, I will not be able to like leave the house without taking photos and meeting people and like, you know, being like a celebrity. And he was like, that's not the life I want to live. So I'm done making YouTube videos. It's just quitting.
Ryan
And I just like, people were just saying like, I mean, he did kind of win.
Evan
He's retiring.
Ben
Yeah.
Ryan
Right.
Ben
Yeah.
Mike
Because I think he just wants to live a moderately simple life in Alaska or somewhere. Right. Like, he, you know, not like he wants to move to L. A and be in movies or anything like that. He beat what he wanted to do was pretty cool, actually. To be like, all right, I'm happy here. That doesn't happen a lot either. People quit right before they get to the edge or never realize their dreams, or then they get so locked in that they can't stop. So, like, pretty cool that he was just like, I'm happy here. But now, dude, I feel like if I saw him, I'd be like, holy. Like, you're the reclusive door. It's an even bigger deal. So, like, I hope that doesn't negatively affect it. I hope that it actually works how he intended and people give him the space he deserves.
Evan
People are going to be going to Alaska to try to find him. We got to find him. We got to get him back.
Mike
It is unfortunate we never had the collab. Sea boys, outdoor boys.
Ryan
True.
Ben
I'm insane.
Ryan
Yeah, he would have been.
CJ
Straight up having to take care of us, dude. He would have been like, how do you guys get through your day? What do you mean? You don't know how to start a fire without a match.
Mike
Back to the AI Thing. I. I did try. I worked with the prompts and tried to make an AI Video. I guess you guys will have to let me know how I did. Money Mike don't believe in banks.
Ben
Is that you?
Mike
That's you, bud. Eight seconds.
Ben
It looks like Mike when he was 10. Literally. Same haircut.
CJ
What did you say that Mike was Asian?
Mike
No. Money. This is who Money Mike learned from your money. Mike's the little kid. This is his origin story.
Ryan
Okay. Okay.
Mike
And then only Mike was like, wow, I want to be just like this guy.
Ryan
We got the gen 4.5 Viper.
Ben
You just saw this guy giving out money, and he was driving a red Viper. And Mike said that's who all of.
Evan
His buddies are throwing money in the air. Dude, I love family.
Mike
It actually is hard. I tried really hard to, like, make a half ass good video. And like, it. It was hard to get something to come out that I actually, like, was even moderately amused with.
Ben
Yeah. When I was trying to use it for, like, pictures, for landscaping. It works, but not perfectly.
CJ
And they're not, like, always kind of messes.
Ben
It's always something's a little mess and like. Or you tell to change one thing and it changes three things. Everything, you know? But it is an insane tool.
Mike
Have you heard why they're pushing this AI to make like the advancements so fast and, you know, no idea. The rumor on the Internet of what I've heard is, is now that all of like the Epstein island and the Diddy trials are like, going on, that they're going to then make it so good that we go like, this is.
Ryan
I. I could see that.
Mike
I don't know, but just rock with the story.
Ryan
I could see that happening.
Ben
No, I don't think Diddy and Epstein were involved in AI.
Mike
No, I mean, the people that could be.
Ken
I. I get that.
Mike
Like the people that could be implicated.
Ken
In his trials possibly are like, they're the ones funding it.
Mike
Yeah. They're like, dude, we got to get this AI going so we can blame this story. And it'd be a precedent setting case, you know, like, it would be the first AI somebody trying to get out of a case using AI.
CJ
I see your point.
Mike
I don't necessarily believe it.
CJ
I don't know if I believe it.
Mike
But yeah, that's what. I guess that's what people have been saying.
CJ
Like, the advancements of AI, I feel like, is not like, oh, we gotta get this out. Diddy's trials coming up in 45.
Ryan
Are they asking, are they trying to get like the AI, let's say, let's use video, for example. Are they trying to get the AI video so good that they can say footage from Epstein island was AI created?
Mike
Presumably, it's like anything. It's not going to be like this HD video like I took of us, right? It's going to be some grainy security cam footage or whatever. You just be like, no, that's. I didn't do that. Look at what you can create with AI that isn't me.
Ryan
We don't go super in depth with it, but when we take a video, it'll. It'll tell you in the information that it was taken on a Sony A7S3, on a 16 to 35 lens, on an iPhone. It'll tell you all that stuff. But like, how much does that hold up, I wonder.
Mike
But you can.
Ken
You can scrub all that information off and put in fake stuff. It's not like you could. That information is just permanently attached to that clip.
CJ
Right.
Mike
All I know is if, you know, we do take this sprinter van out golfing and then to the bar and I do anything embarrassing, dude, it was AI last night. Wasn't me.
CJ
There you go. Start telling Ev that Ev's gonna sleep like a baby once he finds out that AI.
Ben
Oh, it was AI.
CJ
Oh, it's the AI. I go hit the chorus.
Ben
Eh, I'd say.
CJ
I knew cj'd be down already.
Ben
Got a tea time, 5:00'.
Evan
Clock.
Ryan
Oh, he's super down then. I gotta go change my oil, test.
Ken
Out the new clubs.
CJ
Well, if you guys made it to this point in the podcast, hit subscribe if you're new here. And if not, we'll be back next Tuesday. We'll see you then.
Ben
Thanks. Peace.
