Gage Wood is the new head coach for Varsity Waynesboro High School baseball and he sits down on Little Giants Radio to discuss his background in baseball and years of coaching on the diamond.

Coach Wood shares his passion for the sport, the importance of structure and organization in the program, and the positive feedback he received from players and parents about the changes in the program and the increased passion for the game since joining the coaching staff a little over a year ago.

Coach Wood expresses his desire to build connections with feeder programs in the Waynesboro area and the benefit it will have in creating a cohesive baseball system from middle school to high school.
