GIANTS POSTCAST: Roupp Runs Up Pitch Count, LETHARGIC Offense Leads to Another Loss

The San Francisco Giants couldn't get the bats going tonight against the Chicago Cubs, ultimately falling 5-1 at Oracle Park. Only two total San Francisco Giants players were able to record hits against the Chicago Cubs staff tonight, and the team only generated three at-bats with runners in scoring position. The pitching was also not very good as Landen Roupp couldn't make it out of the fifth inning, and Erik Miller gave up a three-run bomb to the first batter he faced in relief. The only bright spot from tonight was Bryce Eldridge, who keeps ripping the cover off the ball every time he steps in the box.
