The Tennessee Titans kickoff rookie mini-camp on Friday as the new additions get their first action and two rookies in particular need to make a strong impression. Carnell Tate and Anthony Hill are those names. Tate is being asked to be a lead receiver in year one while Hill is being talked about as a guy who can wear the green dot in his first season. If that is going to be true for both, they need to hit the ground running.
