
The Tennessee Titans rookie class has a chance to make an immediate impact and no one is higher on that list than Carnell Tate. Not only is Tate going to be a starter, but he needs to be the Titans #1 wide receiver and alpha target on day one. Tate fills the X role perfectly in Brian Daboll's offense and should be able to take advantage of isolated opportunities. Keldric Faulk may take more time. Faulk should focus on a specific role in the defense and get proficient at it before being given a lot to do. The Titans have the depth on the defensive line to not have to rush Faulk into too much action. However, Anthony Hill may be able to make an impact from day one and that may have more to do with Cody Barton than Hill. Hill has to develop mentally at the position and play with better instincts, but his pure athleticism and violence advantage over Barton will make it hard to keep Hill off the field.
