The Tennessee Titans are trying to get pieces in place to become a championship contender and some may already be, like Cam Ward and Jeffery Simmons. Recently, NFL Analyst Daniel Jeremiah laid out a format for teams to be that kind of contender and boxes that needed checked. While the Titans might have a few pieces, they certainly aren't all the way there or close, to be honest. Needing three playmakers on offense and three on defense, along with three quality offensive linemen and two good pass rushers, the Titans can't fit the bill as of yet. However, as they continue to build and see internal improvement, it is possible they find answers in the building or outside in the comings years.
