With the Tennessee Titans schedule about to drop, now is the perfect time to look at how a perfect slate would unfold. First, the Titans don't want to be playing their most difficult opponents too early in the season. As a team with a lot of new, coming off some struggling years, matchups against the Cleveland Browns and New York Jets early would be helpful to get some momentum. Also, having a second before playing too many divisional games would also be ideal. Saving some until after a late-seasons bye week gives the Titans the best shot to be competitive. Finally, the Titans do have some tough teams on the slate and getting challenged a little later in the year to really test who they are going forward would be welcome, but a Week 18 showdown with Jacksonville would be a must.
