Since 1959, Cuba has been under the control of a totalitarian communist government. It has been a communist thorn in the free world. Do you believe that the Cuban regime possesses a national security threat to the United States? I do. It's run by incompetent senile men. Now if you were to steel man the western leftist influencer's argument, it's actually America's fault. People tend to say that immigrants make America great. America made us great. We want to do that in our own homeland. We went straight to the source and brought in actual real life Cubans to give us the straight story. When I see the people in the US just common folk thinking that Cuba is great, I just see a result of the propaganda. They don't understand. Turns out deportation's actually a breeze. I hope you had an enjoyable weekend. Don't worry, Steven will be back very soon. He had leg implants. He wanted to be taller than me and apparently the recovery time for that is not too long. So don't worry, he'll be back, but he's doing well. But until then, the sign stays up and the admonishments still roll. So don't worry, you'll be a happy person. I feel like I'm almost accidentally calling for it, or on purpose. I have no idea. We've got a number of fun stories for you today, mostly because it craps on a lot of people that we'd like to crap on right now. We're going to start off with Mr. Fry. He took some time to post this weekend, probably, you think maybe reflecting on people that have died to protect this country and to make sure that we could have a weekend like we had. No, no, no. He was remembering George Floyd and yeah, it' it's going to be as infuriating as you think it will be. Hasan Piker might be going to jail or getting fined or at the very least have a little bit of a hard time for being kind of a socialist prick. I like that. Then there's some new green card rules that we're going to explain. It's very important to understand when things change, if they've actually changed or if they've pretty much just stayed the same and will now be enforced. I think both sides are getting this thing wrong and we will dive into that. Finally, Iran. It seems like every minute I get some kind of a notification that the war's on. The war is over. Game on, game off. I have no idea right now, but we will dive into what happened this weekend and maybe it takes a little more time. I really don't want to get excited until I see a piece of paper that's Signed by everybody. This has happened 57 times already. Right now, I'm going to get a little pissed off by it. But before I get into anything else, I want to make sure. Lane the Brain, how are you, sir? I am not getting subpoenaed by the Treasury. Do you get some sun this weekend? To the best of my ability. Do I look like I got some sun? No, that's. Why is that a backhanded no, it's this. I figured you'd be by a pool somewhere, hanging out, relaxing. SPF 30 to SPF 50 every. I have got to protect that skin. Not. Dude, you got to get some banana boat. Get a little brown in you. Get a little brown in you. Well, not India. Not in yet, but like, on you. So, Josh Firestein. How are you, sir? I got a little brown in you? Yeah. Oh, yeah, dude. A little bit. I was just having a good Memorial Day weekend. Just remembering all of our fallen heroes at, you know, Iwo Jima and Omaha beach and the streets of Minneapolis. Ah, so include that one. Hot. All the Heroes. I can't believe that. Speaking of which. And I'll get to your promotion in a second. But question of the day. How did you mark George Floyd's death this past weekend, most notably on Monday, when I believe that's when Fry decided to put out his. That's the actual anniversary date. Right? He celebrates all year round, but that's the day that he's gonna do it. But I took a knee. You took a knee? Where? On somebody's back? No, on my porch, like a normal person. Come on. By the way, go see Josh Live. Saturday, May 30, the Roxy Theater in Muscogee, Oklahoma. That is this Saturday. That's right. Buy tickets now. The little known real Oklahoma. The real Oklahoma. The real Oklahoma is Muskogee. That's what they say. Why? Just. I mean, you gotta. It's one of those things you gotta be there to experience. You just looked up a slogan and didn't do any research at all. They just say, the real Oklahoma, and you're like, muskogee. You're watching. You know what I'm talking about? They don't. I've heard that there's a country song called Okie from Muskogee. So it kind of speaks to that a little bit. Is the song named that or is this just a line? That's where the Okie's come. Not sure. Didn't fact check that one. I heard it while in Oklahoma this past weekend. I'm not kidding. All right. By the Way, if you are in Texas right now and can vote, make sure you go out and vote in the GOP primary. Today is the election day for the primary vote for Ken Paxton. Because we don't like John Cornyn. We don't typically do stuff like that where you kind of jump into it. But this one does matter a little bit more than some maybe out in the wilderness. This is in Texas, and Texas needs some help right now. And don't let them convince you. Talarico is going to beat. He gets the nomination. No, no, we're going to take care of Talarico politically. Talafrico. I don't think that makes any sense at all, but it sounds kind of funny. Okay, let's jump into it. So this is probably reason 7.3 million of why flying is just not enjoyable anymore. That's. Why are you just going. Asking you this huge accent. Why are you sitting here? Why are you so special? Because I'm trying to get to the front. Yeah, we're all trying to get to the front. We all paid the same damn money. Okay, but I'm saying, sir, I'm just telling you. Excus me. If you move, cool. And the door ain't open. I'm just saying, though, it don't matter. It don't matter either way. Get up to the front. Yeah, we all are. Excuse me, I gotta take a she. What's her natural hair color? No. Yeah. So you won't move? No, I'm angry. She looks like a push pop. That's Geronal McDonald. I thought spirit went out of business. Sir, I'm saying excuses. And I'm saying just don't block my way. Yeah. Hit you. That's the sound I like to violent. 30 witnesses on you, man with the red hair. You'll get arrested and then you will get a lifetime flight ban. You want that? Okay. You want that? I'm just saying. Excuse me. What you're saying is you think that you are more special than everybody else on this God. Plane. Excuse me. And we checked into it. Listen, I don't think this was somebody like, hey, we made an announcement and some people need to catch a flight. And so is this your final stop? Then let them people say that. When. When they're trying to catch another flight, they will say. That's the first thing they'll. Yeah, I say it. When I'm lying, I go, hey, I got a connecting flight to St. Louis. Meanwhile, I'm going to Phoenix. But they don't know that. They don't know that. Everybody Knows keeping it real. Just being a jerk off. She thinks it's a pass. Like I said, excuse me. And I'm like, yeah, you don't understand. Like, this is like, there's two parts to this transaction. You offer and I either accept or reject. I reject. She's like, but I said, excuse me. I'm like, we're still in the same place. Get it? I want to be in the front. Yes. You saying you want to be in the front. How much sense does that make? But I did eat breakfast. It's the old Tim. Does it take for the viewer that might not know what's this Breakfast? It's people who can't conceive hypothetical situations. Yes. It's a sign of low iq. Sign of low iq, yeah. If you say, well, how would you feel if you didn't eat breakfast today? But I did eat breakfast. How would you feel if somebody said no to you going past them on the plane? But I said, excuse me? Yeah, I would fight them and threaten assault. I would never be able to fly again. Which, listen, maybe you should have just not told her that so that that would have happened. And you could have made sure she never ended up on a flight that I'm on because I would obviously say no and be accused immediately of racism. But don't get too worried about this. They're actually gonna make a movie about it. Hold up, wait a minute. Why is it Josh Hartnett. Glad to see him. Getting. It's gonna work. You know that weird arena movie or whatever it was where he was like the serial killer? I'm like, oh, okay, well, 30 days of fright. Is that what it's called? No, that's. No, that's how long the flight was. What? I knew there was a. Okay, anyway, so I have to tell this story super quick because the woman on here reminds me and of who? No, of this is just take this as a real story that really happened to the theater by my house this weekend to watch Obsession, which by the way, one of the best movies I've seen in the last 10 years. Go watching it. We've all seen your ex post gushing over it. Come on. I went to validate my parking and I was asking the woman that's sitting at the front desk if I do it now or when I leave. And she wasn't paying any attention. And she was looking down at something very, very obese black woman, like DMV looking employee. And finally when she slid back her chair, does one of these and puts what she was preoccupied with on the desk. It was a full slice of watermelon that she was eating at work. Why is that relevant to this story in any way other than racism? That's the relevant. That's the relevant. Just people being fatigued. You want to know what else? Black people on planes, they eat watermelon at work. I'm just like. It's just so pervasive. Yeah, but was she like. Did she have an attitude or something? She had an attitude. Did she say, excuse me? She just was not paying attention to doing her job. Well, she was eating. It wasn't like pre cut pork watermelon. It was a whole slice of watermelon. Sounds like you were the one in the wrong, Lane. I mean, how many. How many things are you doing while you eat watermelon? Come on, Lane Turns out a validate. After the movie about me. Everybody knows from 12:30 to 1:00pm don't bother me. I'm in the watermelon office. Are you really? We don't have one of those, which is my office. We have a Christmas office. Drinking watermelon. Same thing, drinking watermelon. I drink anything. Do you really? I'm more efficient. All right, squeezes. None of that is as stupid as this guy. And that's saying something. So it's been six years since George Floyd. Oh, man. Sometimes they write in little punchlines. For me, that change. Let's start that again so that I can deliver it correctly. It's been six years since George Floyd became sober. Yesterday, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry wrote this on X. Instead of saying thank you to our troops, he said, today we remember George Floyd, who was murdered by a former Minneapolis police officer six years ago. That moment changed our city forever. And the good news, Leave it up really quickly. For those of you who don't know, ratioing is kind of fun when it happens. It's got, what was it, 10 million plus views or something like that? Yeah, 10.2 million, but only 10,000 likes. It's crazy that there's that many likes. It's a little weird. Yeah. Well, 10 million views, I mean, I guess every one of his followers liked it. And 40,000, all the anon accounts. Yeah, 40,000 comments. Four to one is a little bit of a ratio there. So there's some good news. But it brought us back to the whole George Floyd thing. And we just wanted to make sure that everybody understood that things aren't what they seemed in the first week or the second week or even in the third week of what was going on there. As more information came out, we Were able to kind of step back and go, wait a minute. Like, maybe we jumped the gun on some of the problems that we had with this. Maybe that wasn't him peeing on the ground. That was actually just the exhaust. There was some dripping coming out either from the air conditioner or from the exhaust of the car. Oh, wait a minute. There's an entire full video where he actually asked to be taken out of the car. Well, wait a minute. Like the coroner's office said certain things about the drugs. Hold on, hold on. So let's go into a couple of those things really quickly just to remind you what happened with this. So if you'll remember, the autopsy report did show that he had 16.6 nanograms per milliliter of fentanyl in his system. The lethal dose is as low as 3.5 nanograms per milliliter. So he was partying. That's very. I think that's very rare, the 3.5. Yeah. But it can happen when you times it by five. Yeah. You know. Well, then we're. We're not talking minimums anymore. Well, that's. That's enough to kill somebody, I think it is. Well, and if that wasn't enough, meth. He had 19 nanograms per milliliter of meth in his system as well. There was no trauma to the neck and also no life threatening injuries. But we really are not the same country that we were in 2020. Like I said, in that moment, people just were so afraid of being called racist. They were so afraid of being categorized for not coming out and speaking out against racism when apparently it was shown to them in a video form or in somebody's comments. They would have to go out and simp and say, hey, I've got to make sure that you understand I'm not one of these people. Right. I'm not one of those people that's not quite simping, but essentially it ends up being the same thing when the people were kissing the boots of the Black Lives Matter. I think of simping a little bit differently, but I was thinking of the lady who got down on her knees and was actually kissing the feet of the black guys. That's super simping. This story. That's on the side of it. So just in case you Forgot, here are five moments commemorating St. George Floyd's legacy, which you may not remember. Number five, we'll just start with the founder of the feast, Mayor Jacob Fry, and him weeping beside Floyd's golden casket. Wanna go tree climbing? Big D, his face Hurts. And where's his speedball? He can't breathe without his speedball. Put his speedball in. Give him his speedball. Gets me every time. Tragic. Actually. It's the wrong clip. Here's the right one. Make sure you shake when you cry, Mayor. Yeah. So people know and believe it. The camera's not on your face. I am so sorry. Eat some Somali food at the after party. Fry. Listen, I understand at the time, that was, what, within like a week and a half, two weeks? You can't understand that. No, no, no, no. Let me finish the statement. I understand being sad that somebody died. I get that. Sure. But it's the mayor of the city who had never even seen this person before and probably would do everything in his power to get away from that person had he seen him. Him. And he's sobbing at a casket during the COVID stuff that we had to deal with, with the masks and everybody doing stupid stuff. Sobbing at the casket, making sure the cameras see him kneeling down. Like you said, somebody coached him on, like, hey, if you're going to sob, that means, like, you're gonna move. You gotta move around a little bit. Yeah. You're gonna be wearing a mask. People won't be able to see your face. So you need to, like, do the shake. You need to make sure people know you're at a black funeral, man. You gotta really sell it, dude. You gotta be very expressive. O4 the I take responsibility stuff. So the NAACP, NCAA, the NAACP sponsored a video that featured celebrities like Aaron Paul stepping up for the black community. I take responsibility. Do ya? She's the worst. I take responsibility. He thought about that. I take responsibility. Kesha, by the way, for every unchecked moment, for every time it was easier to ignore than to call it out for what it was. Every not so funny joke. No, they were funny. Come on. Every unfair stereotype, every blatant injustice, no matter how small. Every time I remained silent, every time I explained away police brutality. They're all looking off camera or turned. Read the script. I take responsibility. Black people are being slaughtered in the streets, killed in their own homes. What? These are our brothers and sisters. What's he talking about? And killer cops must be prosecuted. Murderers. We can turn the tide. Turn up the tide to take responsibility. Call out hate. Step up and take action. I stand against hate. I stand against hate. I stand against hate. You want to cook crystal meth? Pinkman got exactly what he deserved. Change my mind. You want more of that? It's a live show. Weekdays, 11am Eastern, Monday through Friday, make sure you are here. I mean, the guy had 19 nanograms per milliliter of meth in his system. He did. I don't think he wants to make it, but he wants to do some of it. Walter White. They want to keep his. Keep his memory strong. Just do math. Just do what. What he did. There you go. Do as George did. You'll have a happy life as well. I can't believe that celebrities are out of touch. I mean, I can't either in touch thing. It's when it's so fake, like, it's just like, wow, that's just you trying to act like you're sad, step up and fight hate. Like, as soon as you said the jokes weren't funny, I'm like, I can't listen to this guy anymore because he didn't believe he hasn't won an Oscar. Man. That was. Yeah, that was pretty good. Touching. All right, number three. Unfortunately, we have to call out our own sometimes. This is one of those moments, and it's not because of just what they said. It's because of the environment that we were in and why they said it. So they were very quick, some Republicans, at least, to jump on this because of the initial video that was released. And I understand when you see the initial video, you're like, oh, my gosh, this looks really bad. Until further information comes out. So let's start with Dan Crenshaw. He said this on X. RIP George Floyd, you should be with us today. Yeah, like, with you. I mean, without the 16 grams of fit he, you know, might have been. I'm interested if Dan wanted him actually with him at his family barbecue, like, yeah, come to my house. I don't think he sees it very clearly. Ted Cruz also wrote on X, having watched the video. What happened to George Floyd is inexcusable and cannot be tolerated. Law enforcement should protect everyone, regardless of race. I am glad that the Department of Justice has stepped in, and I pray that justice is done. You may wonder why so many Texas people are responding to this. It's because of the next thing that we'll talk about, I guess. He was a Texan. George Floyd. I don't remember that as much, but his funeral was definitely held in Houston, and that led to this from Texas Governor Greg Abbott about George Floyd's death. We are proud George Floyd is a Texan. No, we're not. Today is a sad day. Ever since his death has been a sad day. This is the most horrific tragedy I've ever personally observed. George Floyd is going to change the arc of the future of the United States. His most per. He got hit by a tree. That's a pretty big tragedy, right? He was alive for 9, 11. Probably lost his legs at the Alamo. I don't know. He's old as shit. There's been some tragedies that you've been alive for, is the point. And it wasn't the biggest tragedy out there. And listen, I understand you're at a funeral. You want to say something, you can do that without saying, like, this is the biggest tragedy I've ever witnessed in my life. But listen, the great thing about Greg Abbott is that he tries to get everywhere as quickly as possible. And the funeral was no except. Showed up with a smile on his face. He celebrates life because George Floyd lived it, trust me. With the drugs in his system, he was having a great time right up until he wasn't. They still have that ramp, by the way. They do. They do. Dallas to Houston. Yeah, you can hop on that. They have speed in common. That's why we don't need high speed rail. We got high speed track, high speed wheels. So this one, I was a little surprised by this one. I didn't remember this one at the time, but I believe this was about six days later. After George Floyd, the whole incident happened. I don't remember when the video came out, if it was a couple of days afterwards or if it came out right after the death. I can't remember the timeline there, but it was pretty soon because it was personal phone footage. It came out pretty quickly. In a week. No, it was. No, it wasn't body cam. It was cell phone. Somebody else. It was one of the people who was trying to interject and try to get Chauvin off of him. Because the body cam footage kind of came out later. Told the whole story. Yeah, told the whole story. This is Rush Limbaugh who had this to say on the Breakfast Club. The George Floyd story is being lost. Right. There are two things happening in America. And it sickens me what happened to him. Legitimate national outrage about a policeman's criminal brutality has been hijacked. And I don't want to forget about George Floyd. What happened to George Floyd sickened me. And I wanted to reach out and tell you all this. I want to make sure you black people. No, I'm not the only American who feels this way. It is an election year, after all. Court press for all of them. Yeah. How much of that did you see? The. I mean, it goes back to the. I take responsibility. I take Responsibility video. They wanted to ingratiate themselves with the black. The black. The black community. Yeah. No, I'm not like one of the bad white people. You don't have to. You don't have to loot my store. I support you. That's what this Rush Limbaugh thing is. I wanted to reach out to you. You. Who's you? The Breakfast Club, obviously. Because I know not all white people are bad. And it was so many people groveling for something that in hindsight is very clear that it was taken advantage of from the very moment by specific nefarious forces to force people to shut up. Yeah. And very glad that we're not that same place today. But it can very quickly go back. Yeah. So that's. That's what we used to have to deal with. Do you guys remember that? Where when something like this happened, you had to immediately come out? And it's not that you were not involved with it. It was that you had to come out and make sure that people understood you were on the right side of it. The right side of it was whatever the media said. Whatever the media said was the right side is what you had to run with. People weren't fact checking. People weren't using alternative media sources. X at the time was still Twitter and not owned by Elon Musk. For all the benefits and drawbacks that you may think of that at least you can see information now about this stuff come out and you can speak freely about it. It's not censored nearly as much. We didn't have Donald Trump in office again and have the ability for him to make sure that Facebook and other organizations aren't censoring this kind of speech as well. And CNN has been called to the carpet enough to where they've lost so much of their audience that they've had to kind of try and rebrand themselves to a degree and be a little bit more balanced. All of that just came out. And you were immediately, I have to get on the right side of this. And the right side is whatever they say. But here's the thing. Just like with code, we're not holding you responsible for what you don't know. Right. We may not like how quickly you came out and assumed and ran with the narrative. There's some problems we can have there. We're gonna hold you responsible for what you do know. And now that all of the information is out, it's been out for a very long time. It was out very shortly thereafter. I didn't find, unfortunately, Ted Cruz coming Out and saying, hey, I want to clarify my remarks, or Rush Limbaugh, before he died, retracting or clarifying his statements. I didn't find that. It's probably what would have been helpful. Yeah, I would have liked to see that. I would have liked to see, like, hey, look, upon further review, like, should he have gotten off of him? Yeah, sure, fine. You can make that argument. But did that kill him? No. Should everybody have been protesting and outraged and burning cities down and looting and rioting in this. No, of course not. This was all ginned up as a controversy. Wasn't there a white guy? I think his name was Terry. I can't remember his last name. The exact same scenario happened. Police officers are trying to. I think it was a wellness check or something like that. It wasn't like a drug stopper, you know, somebody getting in trouble for driving. Same kind of thing happened. It was a white guy that it happened to. And literally the guy died. No outrage, no media coverage. Wall to wall. Maybe we can pull that clip up. We have it. I think it was named Terry. It's a similar situation as George Floyd. I think within the last few years, three times the lethal dose of fat. Are you thinking of the black guy in the wheelchair and the fireworks? Put it in reverse, Terry. Oh, no. This is happening right now and I think we'll probably talk about it later this week. But the situation in Britain with a student, Henry Novak, that was stabbed 100% and watched die while because he was accused of racism. Exactly. So we're covering that Thursday. Next time we're back on, which I believe. Yeah, we got the Cuba show tomorrow, so we'll do it on Thursday. We will 100% cover that. Make sure we write that down. Because I, I could not agree more. The same kind of situation is happening over there right now. Same kind of thing. The only thing is they don't really have the same kind of access to information that we do. But it was also a white Polish kid and it wasn't the minority du jour. Ah, it wasn't a. The police didn't necessarily kill him either. They handcuffed Washington boys. No. Yeah, for sure. They're. They're not at fault. For sure. But it is a little different. It is a little different. Agree. I think it's worse. Yeah, it's terrible. I'm just saying that the. The situation is different. Like, I don't think that the riots and all the. Oh, yeah, all the stuff would have happened if it wasn't not a police officer, if it Was just like Lane kneeling on a guy's neck. Why would Lane do that? He's a nice guy. He wouldn't do that. You know who else is virtue signaling white women? Hit the number two. They're still doing it. Matter with you? You didn't say number two. Number two. White women. Virtue signaling white women Immediately jumped. Immediately. And this was one of the first groups that you knew would do this? To sympathize with George Floyd and blm. I might not be the same but that's not important. Freedom til we're equal. Damn right I support it. Take that right to be the same but that's not important. No freedom til breath. Damn right I can't breath. Get your emotes out. This is. It's a shield. Our job is to use it to shield black and brown bodies. And this. Do you hear this? This is a microphone. Use it to amplify black and brown. Who shields those bodies? Damon Targaryen. Damn right I support it. I might not be the same. Are we including Macklemore as a white woman? I guess I'm right. I support it. Why you looking up we're equal. Restaurants and bars in that country are closing. Supplies are being rationed. I wish, but that's not important. No freedom till we're equal. Damn right I support it. Did you get that acting gig? I know that's what they're going. I think. No, no, no. The answer is definitely no. Here's our number one. David. Is it Guetas? David Guetta. What? I don't know his name, bro. Absolutely insane. Guetas David Gu. That question. Thank you. Say it right. I don't know the DJ scene like you guys do. Okay? I'm. It's married with a lot of kids. Yeah. David Guetta. Yeah. He was famous before you had a kid. Jay. I never. I never heard of this guy. I don't care who the hell he is. But he did have this. In support of George Floyd and his family. David Guetta Getta don't care about it. Dropped a special track. So this record. Hi Dave. Is in honor of George Floyd. I'm happy now that I don't know. I really hope we can see more Hell yeah. Unity and more peace when already things are so difficult. So shout out to his family. Oh, really? He's the cool kid and I'm not? His family is definitely listening. Oh man. They're so honored. What? Sampling mlk. That's crazy work. A lot in common. Okay, I see the vision now. Dancy. Like this is so goofy. You know what that reminds me of? Is voice. Do you like to scuba. Or. Or, or do you remember the Post nightclub shout out to the gay lovers? I stand here today in the Norman. Yeah, dude. We'll try to get his completely off the script out in as far into left field as we can go. Yeah, I think he needs an admonishment. I think. I think American Financing, as eloquent as we can possibly be. I think American Financing is fine with the ads, man, maybe not the setup that you provided. That's true, but we'll see, won't we? All right. Speaking of we'll see, Hasan Piker may be going to jail or getting fined, but I'm okay with all of this. And you're probably asking, why, like, free speech, can't you do what you want? Well, no, there are certain rules that you do have to abide by, and he may have run afoul of some of those. So the U.S. treasury subpoenaed him over his Cuba trip in March, if you guys remember all of that. And he doesn't seem too confident about it. I, on the other hand, got a text message or a voicemail from a Fox News producer saying that I had been subpoenaed by the federal government. And I was like, that's strange. Asking for comment. But let's just say that kind of my whole night up, I'm not going to lie to you guys. It's. It's not great. The news is not great. Ok. I mean, it's bull. Still not great. That, you know, they're. They're after your boy. They're up my ass. I'm fine with all of that. Why is he stealing Nick Fuentes? Look, I don't know. I mean, come on, Come on. I'm being a little weird there, so. But he did respond to the news of the subpoena on X with this. The American government would rather try to criminalize delivering aid to a country we've starved than punish the Epstein class. It's always the Epstein class, by the way that people are referencing right now. And it's this monolithic term. I understand what it means. I'm not sure what he means to mean when he's saying it, because it's pretty much just anybody that disagrees with his position politically and the way that this country go. But just so that we can make sure everybody's on the same page about what this is and what this isn't, let's evaluate this and claim truth. Alright, so let's get to the first claim. And it's that Hasan was really there on humanitarian grounds. Last month I took the opportunity to go as part of a humanitarian mission to bring aid that my government won't. I'd be accompanying Progress Progressive International alongside hundreds of others from around the world. Activists, journalists, artists and politicians will be coming to the island by boat and plane to deliver over 40 tons of necessary supplies, food, medicine and medical equipment. Ah, makes him look to be like such a great guy. He's going to go there and help some people and be fantastic. Well, here's the truth. Hasan and his group violated humanitarian restrictions. So he specifically said he went to expose what the United States government has done to the Cuban population. Watch him. What's up, guys? I'm Hasan Piker. I'm here in Havana, Cuba right now on a humanitarian aid mission alongside numerous other organizations, including but not limited to the dsa. And the role here today is to bring awareness to what my government, the United States of America, has done to the Cuban population. See? Didn't make it up. Words came right out of his own mouth. So this case gets pretty easy to prove pretty quickly. We'll see if they can actually make the case or not. But each humanitarian traveler must engage in these kinds of activities that I'm going to list below. Right. Only and only. Exactly. So these are the rules and restrictions when you're going to a place like Cuba. A full time schedule of activities that enhance contact with the Cuban people support civil society in Cuba or promote the Cuban people's independence from Cuban authorities. Do you think Cassan Paker did any of those things? By the way, supporting the Cuban government is in direct contrast to the permitted humanitarian activities that you can go there for, such as these actions by the organizers. Right. So the trip was organized by people tied to the Cuban government, like Mariella Castro Ro Castro's daughter, via nonprofit of Progressive International. That itself is a violation right there. Distribution of some goods by groups tied to the Cuban government, another violation. President Miguel Diaz Canel allegedly welcomed the delegation. Another one, Piker, attended the Kneecap concert, which was anti Trump in nature. And I know you're thinking like, can't he attend a concert? No, no, we gave you a list of what he could do. These are all things that he cannot do, that he did do, that he talked about doing or showed you that he did. And by the way, just in case, we all want to make sure that we understand what the people on this channel trip thought this trip was about. Code Pink described the trip as challenging the brutality of the US blockade and so shout out to the people living in the blackout, You don't have food, You can't hear this music because the there's no power. Just do it. So if he understood and he made the claim that everything he did was pre approved by the treasury, but if that's true, then you would know that facilitating the narrative of the Cuban government was actually not facilitating the independence of the people from the Cuban government. Those things are diametrically opposed to each other. Yet he got permission for all of them. That really, that stinks pretty bad. It doesn't seem like he understood that there are laws when you go and do stuff like this. I think he just thought that, you know, why wouldn't he be able to get away with it? Think about everything he's gotten away with up to this point. That's true. Well, here's another truth. I'll just wait just to make sure. Piker also visited Cuba with CodePink's Jody Evans. Now, Jody Evans is married to Neville Roy Singham who works with the CCP to spread Chinese propaganda. Shares Shanghai office with CCP Media Co. Maku Group produces pro China content many leftists echo on social media as we have highlighted here on the show and responsible for 25% of Code Pink's donations. Now, you do have to prove these allegations, right? You have to prove them. And I think he had to prove that he knowingly did it or willfully. There's Some legal, I guess, hurdles that we have to overcome. With some of these, it looks like there's probably a case, but let's narrow it down to just one. One, just one thing that there is zero doubt about, and that's the hotel where he stayed. So here's the claim. Assange stated a US Government approved hotel. The American government makes it illegal for Americans to stay wherever they want when they're in Cuba. They have to stay in what they've declared as five star hotels. Ah. So here's the truth, Booth. The hotel that he stayed at was actually on the State Department prohibited list, the one that he apparently stayed at. So I don't know if you remember the clip that we showed you about him saying that the government forces you to stay at these five star hotels. Was all of his viewers and listeners and all these people that were down for the struggle in Cuba saw him at a really nice hotel when he went there instead of staying with the people. And they were giving him crap for that. And he's like, no, no, no, bro. I had to stay at this hotel because this was the place that the United States States tells me that I have to go. The government approved it. Well, he apparently stayed at the Grand Hotel Bristol, which is banned on these lists. The Cuba prohibited accommodations list and the Cuba restricted list. The hotel is either owned or controlled by the Cuban government. That one in and of itself is enough to get a fine. We'll see if they actually go through with all of this and this comes to fruition or not. But it doesn't look good, which it seems like it was clearly set up by the government to stay at this specific hotel that is owned facilities. And the government reaps the benefits of which there are specific places set aside and. Well, not set aside, but that are owned by Cuban people. Right. That they can own things, I think, like Casa Particulares or something. That's where you're supposed to stay because you're giving money, right, to those people, which you're allowed to do under these specific regulations. There's no way the treasury ever approved him staying at this place. Like, none of this, none of this passes muster at all. Explains why the lights were off on, though. It does. Well, yeah, well. And everybody else's lights were on. Because I remember we were watching those videos of him and going, oh, wow. I mean, I guess his hotel is on and we all thought, oh, I guess it's because he has to stay in a five star accommodation. No, no, it's government owned hotel. That's why the lights are on. Well, and they had to have a concert there too. They had to have a concert. The government had to keep that, keep that building running so that they can run this propaganda through Hassan. Hello. What do you think David Guett is playing in Cuba? Goetta? Yeah. I don't know. No. Never going to live that one down, am I? Okay, moving on. Here's a bonus claim for you guys. It's not helpful to you if Hassan goes to prison. Listen to him say it. It's so strange because, like, this is not even beneficial for any of these people, right? It's not even beneficial. I assume he's talking about the treasury and they don't get, they don't understand it. Like, who is this for is the question? Is it for you? Is this helpful for you if I go to prison? No, it's not. I'll just take your word for it. I guess. The good news, though is that the Justice Department has agreed to let him serve his time in a Cuban prison. That's nice. Don't roll them too tight. But here's the truth. It's beneficial to all of us. All of us would like to see you and people like you punished when you break the law, especially when you do it at the expense of the United States. When you hate the country that you live in and you love these other socialist paradises, communist hellhole, whatever things that you're going to, to support. Everybody knows what you went there to do, everybody knows what you're all about. And listen, you have some obvious rights here in the United States that I don't want to violate. But when you step outside of those rights and you break the law, I would absolutely love to see you invested. And hey, just like you, I don't want the socialist class protected. I want you guys to have to face the penalties that are associated with breaking those laws. And it's really crossing political boundaries here. I don't know if you saw, but Nick Fuentes and Laura Loomer basically came out with the exact same tweet about Hasan Piker. No. What do they say? If Trump was able to put Hasan Piker in jail, it would single handedly bring him back. Like that was. If Trump wants to get back in our good graces, he could single handedly do that by jail. And Laura Loomer basically said the exact same thing. So there's a lot of vitriol for this guy. And it is not Republican, Democrat, left, right. It's just understandable. Anybody that's not a complete. I love seeing that argument in court though, Your honor, how does it help you if I go to jail? It doesn't help you. How does it help you have to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars or millions, depending. I don't know if you saw Myron's. Myron Gaines's post about this. I know my algorithm sucks. He basically said, I don't support this because eventually they'll come for Republicans. What the fuck do you mean eventually they'll come for Republicans? They've been coming for us for the last two decades. And if a Republican was acting in the interest of a foreign adversary, they should go to jail. Exactly. This isn't a freedom of speech issue. Yeah, this. Which is why I think someone like Jackson Hinkle should go to jail. Or if you find a Republican has been taking money from a foreign government to push their propaganda, just like the man Acadia was found to be a foreign agent of China. I don't care what political party you claim to represent, if you're doing the bidding of a foreign nation at the behest of American interests, you should go to jail. I 100% agree. And I think that's a really bad take. I understand the idea behind that take. And it's like, yeah, you gotta be careful on some of these things, but it's a well sought take. No, it's not. It definitely isn't. And I think that it is imperative that these laws are enforced. I mean, absolutely. It's the exact same. It's not the same. Same case being made, but it's the same general rule. When you violate the law, the law should be enforced. It's the same argument they're making against the Epstein class. When they violated the law, the law should be enforced and people should go to jail. Fully agree 100%. If Hasan Piker violated it, then yes, he should be going to jail or paying fines, whatever the due penalty is. It's got House of UN American Activities vibes, which is great. Which should be locking up communists. Most of that was fine. Some of it was outside the bounds, but the reason for it was absolutely legit. Yeah, 100%. Do some research. And I don't know that registering as a Farah agent should just be able to get you off. I understand, like the fact that Pam Bondi became our attorney General after she was a registered agent for the state of Qatar. Like what? What are we doing? There's a lot of things that. That just don't make much sense to me that need to be rectified. Some of the things that Trump has done have been very questionable. That was one of them. The appointment of Pamban. Yes, yes, yes. And Matt Gaetz before. I know some people would be pissed off at that, but I was like, okay, well, neither one of these is good for different reasons. By the way, not sure how you transition off of that, but we do want to thank one of our sponsors. It's a different thing. It's a completely different animal. All right, let's get to a story really quickly that hits a little close to home. I know some people, and I want to make sure that everybody understands what it does and does not do. And there's a lot of misinformation right now and overreactions. So On Friday, the U.S. citizen and Immigration Service released a new policy that could have pretty big impacts. Right? So here's what the memo. We're returning to the original intent of the law to ensure aliens navigate our nation's immigration system properly. From now on, an alien who is in the United States temporarily and wants a green card must return to their home country to apply, except in extraordinary circumstances. This policy allows our immigration system to function as the law intended instead of incentivizing loopholes. And the reaction to this has been much like you would think, right? Some people freaking out, a lot of people freaking out, but for different reasons. Right? So the people that were the most angry about this are the people that think that they have a right to be in your country when they're not citizens of your country. And sometimes when they're elected leaders of your country. Kathy Hochul. Forcing immigrants pursuing green cards legally to leave behind their homes or jobs and in some cases their families, betrays the very promise that built this country. Not quite. Doesn't portray this. If any of them are taking 1 cent of state money, 1 cent of some kind of assistance from the government, then it's a different promise that we're talking about. That's her voters we're talking about. That's true. That could hurt her at the ballot box. I guess so. Maybe that's why she cares. Is this a name that I should know how to pronounce, by the way? Nope. Sounds. Think he's located in Canada after I did some research. AK he blocked. Just dodged Ebola. First they came for undocumented. You said nothing because you're there legally. Then they issued visa bans on multiple countries and set ICE on rampage. You stayed silent because it didn't affect you. Ah, I see where this is going now. They're targeting those already in the legal green card pipeline, forcing H1B and O1 holders to leave the US for consular processing. Don't speak up. Green card holders are next. Then naturalized citizens, then US born children of non citizens. Then. Then I just quote, tweeted that and put hell yeah. And then he blocked me. Nice. It reminds me, all of that sounds fine. You know, it's like first they came for the Hispanics and you said nothing because you're not Hispanic. Then they came for the Asians or whatever. Then they came for the Somalians and I said, you forgot two Somalians. They're in the attic. No. So these are all people, you know that are not here legally in this country and they're not necessarily illegal. No, they're here. Hold on, I'm explaining legally. No, I understand. What I'm saying is he's conflating all of those. He's saying illegal immigrants because he's talking about ice and then he's talking about people who are here legally but don't necessarily have a right to stay here during this process. It's a big difference. True. One more. Sridhar Ramesh. Pathetic nobodies love to cry. But my ancestors, some of us have accomplishments of our own. Do you remember? Really? Yeah. Accomplish it in your own country. Yeah. Then go accomplish away. Right. Let me give you some facts. Fact one, the memo targets what is called adjustment of status. Let me explain this super simple language. When you Apply for green card inside of United States. This is called adjustment of status. You fill something called I485 form. This guy isn't bitching, by the way. Another option to it's actually telling people to calm down is counselor processing, which means you fly home and apply from there. For decades, adjustment of status has been the default for most people. That's what everybody does. But the memo is telling. It's like a reminder to USCIS officer saying something different. It is reminding them that, hey, adjustment of status was never supposed to be automatic. Like us, you are just giving right and left. Everybody's getting automatic adjustment of status approved. It was supposed to be an exception. And officers always had discretion to say, no, you don't deserve automatic approval. Go back to your country and file it from there. But now the memo is telling them to use the discretion more often, saying like, hey, you actually have the power to say no. Why are you not using. So really nothing. The rule didn't change. He could stay there, right? The law. Yeah, the law. The law didn't change. What they're saying is you need to start using your ability to say no because we've just kind of let this become the default. Right. So deciding to stay in America to adjust your status will now be seen as more of a negative. Right. And the policy was actually further clarified by UCIS spokesman Zach Keller, which says while we work to operationalize this, people who present applications that provide an economic benefit or otherwise are in the national interest will likely be able to continue on their current path, while others may be asked to apply abroad, depending on individualized circumstances. That was to calm everybody down who is currently in this process right now. Right? Right. Basically what he's saying is that we need to return to a status that doesn't allow you to overstay visas, that doesn't allow you to just hang around during this process. We need to return to the norm. Because being I'm in whatever country I would like to become a citizen of the United States, I'm going to start the process and apply there. Because if we take 10 years, take five years, take three years, whatever it is, you're not here in the country while we're trying to figure this out. You're there while we're trying to figure it out. It's a much different situation. And it's how we should have been doing this from the very beginning. And in fact, we were. We just kind of started letting this become the de facto situation. So here's fact number two. Two. And by the Way Dan rated. Thank you very much. I appreciate that you guys came in during the colton Wade schedule. I figured give you a little minute to get your feet settled after that. So. Fact number two, this could affect millions of potential green card applicants. Currently, there's a 1.2 million person backlog of applicants right now. And there is no grandfather clause. Applicants may be forced to wait years as the bulwark wind. About the other big deal is is wait times. Right? I mean, I mean, every consulate in the world is a little fiefdom and only certain consulates do immigrant visas, that is Green card applications. And the waits can be quite long. I mean, it depends on where you happen to be from. But I checked the couple of consulates in India and it looks like the wait is over a year to even just get the interview for the green card. So this is. This is a big deal to force people to go home. Oh, sorry. I got excited there. He checked in India. You don't say it takes a long time. This is a fantastic idea and we should do it tomorrow. And. But when they're saying these people aren't grandfathered, what they're saying is yet there's 1.2 million people that are currently in the process. But even if you're in the process, it's not like you beat it and now you're just safe. And this only applies going forward. No, it retroactively applies to all these people as well. Well, but again, like the spokesperson from ucis kind of tempered the expectation on both sides. It's that, yes, this will affect a lot of people, but if you expect this to be some mass deportation, that's not what this is either. But if you're so, for example, maybe you're here and you're in this process right now and you're a drain on society. You're a net negative on society. They may look at you and go like, hey, you need to go back to your own country to apply for this. Or let's say that you're here right now and you're actually a net benefit to society. We like having you here. This is actually working out just for fine for us. We'd probably be like, yeah, we're going to finish the process with you on this and take care of it. Right. That's essentially how he's kind of couching this. If you're a net benefit to the United States, if there's other things that we have to take into account that will impact this decision. But this makes it very easy for me to go well, the people are here. They're a net negative on society. They don't need to be here during this process. They're not granted status yet. The problem is who defines negativity? We do. Our country. The officer. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. The officer that's processing some random guy. Guy. Yeah. His wife could be cheating on him. He comes in and he goes, oh, well, screw everybody. That's true. And that's, that's, that's, that's difficult to deal with, but it's hard to appeal. But it is on the other side of the equation. You could have somebody that's an activist that thinks everybody needs to be here. Yeah. Which is sort of what it was before. Now they can't, they can't say, no, this doesn't work. But they can say, no, you need to go back to your country. And if it was stricter and a lot fewer people were let in, because fine, I would much prefer that over, over activist officers that are saying, everybody, come on in, and you can be here by the millions while you wait for this to work through. Exactly. So I actually don't have any sympathy for this at all. I, I understand people that are in the midst of the process. I get it. And having a, it feel like maybe the rules are going to change midstream for you. I understand that. Especially people that we want here and that are just in the midst of it. I mean, there's people that years, they spent years new lives raising children, owning property, paying taxes more than 40% of the country does. Why are you making permanent plans on a temporary visa? They all, they all know what they come in here for, 100%. So let me, let me just parse this a little bit. If the United States has historically said, do this and you will get this, then it's reasonable for them to start making a life here to try to show I will be a benefit to this community. I will be a net positive to this country. So it's understandable that they took what we said and went with it. Decades of persistence. Now, if we're going to change that, I want to make sure that those people are not screwed. Because, hey, listen, it's not their fault that they took us at our word to do it. But we do have to change the system and we have to get rid of people that are here that are a net negative drain on this country at the very, very least. It can't just be net negative in terms of economic benefit either. No, I understand that a lot of People are reading into that. They're like, well, if you, if you pay taxes, you should be able to be here. How about no? Because I've been through immigration systems in other countries and never once did I feel I paid taxes there. It didn't matter. The laws there. I did everything right. No, I understand. It did not matter. I'd never felt entitled to be in somebody else's country if at any point they were to say, I'm sorry, you have to go. That's just the way it is. It 100% is. I get it. And I would agree with that decision if we were at that point. That's not what we think they are actually saying. That's not at all what they're saying. So that's what we're saying is that it would be good to make sure that we change policies that leave open doors. We need to get rid of people that are very easy to get rid of. NET Negative people, H1B stuff, people here illegally that are in prisons, all that stuff. Get all of those people out of here and reform the system. And I think the system going back to, hey, the norm is you're going to have to apply from your own country will prevent people like Josh said, from going through years of this process and setting up lives and buying property and then not having the result that they want. Want that would be better to have them apply from their country. Especially if it's not for any kind of specific need like you're not seeking asylum, right. You're not fleeing persecution or anything like that. For most of us, those people will not be forced to go back anyway. No, they wouldn't be forced. So let's really quickly, we've got just a minute or two here left. Fact number three, this one's actually good. I think we can all agree on this one H1BS. They're not safe. The memo targets single intent visas like tourism and student visas. However, dual intent visas like the H1B are not off limits according to the memo. Let me read. Maintaining lawful status in a dual intent nonimmigrant category is not sufficient on its own to warrant a favorable exercise of discretion. And since 1956, 56% of permanent residencies have been achieved by people already in the United States. And 2/3 of all new permanent residents are family sponsored citizens. So here's the conclusion. This will not get rid of the immigration problem, but it is one step among many to make sure that the immigration problem is fixed long term. We have to make sure we manage the transition fairly to Everybody and fairly needs to start with Americans first. As much as I love people that are coming to this country and doing it the right way, fairly as Americans first and then make sure that we get the people here that we want here who have lives here. I understand we have to make changes, but we have to do it in a way that is fair. Fair to us first and then fair to them. And then we have to answer the question. Lane, I think you bring up a very, very good point that most people haven't really thought about. Who is entitled to actually physically be here? Go to any other country in the world for the most part. There's some people that have very lack standards because nobody wants to be there. Go anywhere else. Yeah, anywhere else. And see who's entitled to be there and how they view it. Do we want to be open for some of the best and brightest to come here? Yeah, of course. Are we in the same position that we were 100 years ago? 200. No, we're not. Of course not. And we need to make sure that we understand that. We need to make sure that we are not setting ourselves up for failure and having the kind of empathy for people who are just trying to get to a better economy that will ultimately tank out. We can't do that. This process has to change and it has to change today. And listen, here's the other thing. It will be messy and it will be hard. There is no easy solution. There is no non tearful way to get this done. There is no place that you can kind of go to and make everything magically happen and fix this problem. You will see people being taken out of this country and crying about it and telling a story that will take and tug at your heart. And I hate that. I hate that for those people. I really do. But we have a problem that we have to fix in this country. We should have never allowed it in the first place, but we did. That ship sailed. We have to fix it and it's going to be difficult. All right, we've gone a little bit late today. We are going to be going to Rumble Premium. Mug Club is Rumble Premium. Rumble Premium is Mug Club. If you're not a member right now, you'll go on to Hailey Caronia. Did I say it correctly this time? I'll probably get admonished either way. If not, you'll be staying with us if you are a member for $99 annually, $9.99 a month. Try it out. You can get this mug if you buy annually at 99 bucks. But stay with us, hang out for a little bit. We're going to talk about Iran and give you kind of an update and where we land on this. But also don't forget we do have the Cuba episode tomorrow and you will not want to miss it. 2021 Cubans go massively out into the street. They start protesting since 1950. In 1969, Cuba has been under the control of a totalitarian communist government. It has been a communist thorn in the free world side. Do you believe that the Cuban regime possesses a national security threat to the United States? I do. It's run by incompetent senile men. Now if you were to steel man the western leftist influencers argument, it's actually America's fault. People tend to say that immigrants make American America great. America made us great. We want to do that in our own homeland. We went straight to the source and brought in actual real life Cubans to give us the straight story. When I see the people in the US just common folk thinking that Cuba is great, I just see a result of the propaganda. Sam, Marketing is hard, but I'll tell you a little secret. It doesn't have to be.
