Of this MSC, it's very rewarding, not just for the year in which it occurs, but also because we form relationships with the students which carry on beyond the MSc. My own ex students who've gone on and done PhDs and great work and I stay in contact with them. We have. Our alumni have gone into parliaments and gone into NGOs and worked in the business sector and we keep contacts with them and they come back and we talk to them and when we hear about how they're able to use what they learned here, I find that deeply fulfilling.
