FMCSA targets Dispatch Companies

FMCSA is targeting dispatch companies as it has issued guidance recently attempting to define when a dispatch company must have broker authority. If this guidance is finalized, dispatch companies that violate the law, could face civil penalties (if someone wanted to file suit) of up to $10,000.
