I wanted an opportunity to talk about Lindsey Graham with you. Those of you who listen to the program on a regular basis know he was on a few times in the past month or so over the last two to three years. Really three years or so, Lindsey Graham and I became quite close, actually. He would text me, he would call me. We would talk about, among other things, foreign policy. We had very similar views. Not exactly, but similar views when it came to Israel and Ukraine and, I might add, Taiwan. The isolationists and the woke, right, are very vicious, evil people. They want you to believe that Lindsey's a warmonger. Lindsey was never a warmonger. Lindsey didn't like these international bullies who were actually enemies of ours attacking our allies. Israel's our ally. Ukraine's our ally. Taiwan, which Communist China wants to invade and overtake, is our ally. Lindsay was a very, very loyal friend, and he was very, very loyal to our allies. He was no warmonger. He was a humanitarian. I believe that these people, many of whom were surrounded by enemies, should be supported by us, that we have a lot in common with Israel, that we have a lot in common with Ukraine, that we have a lot in common with Taiwan, their democracies, for one. And we have almost nothing in common with the Islamists that surround Israel, with Putin, who tried to destroy Ukraine, and, of course, Communist China. Lindsey Graham, from a national security perspective, had much in common with Reagan, had much in common with Scoop Jackson, much in common with Patrick Moynihan, Joe Lieberman, Jesse Helms, and so many others. The attacks on him have been vicious since his passing. They were vicious before his passing. I know I've received some of this myself, but nothing like him. Lindsey Graham is loved by the people in South Carolina. He's loved by the people in Israel. He's led by the people in Ukraine, and he's led by the people in Taiwan, not to mention other parts of the world. A very consequential senator, and I think he provided enormously useful and important advice to President Trump in the first term and his second term. I believe he was an outstanding counterbalance to some of the naive and green isolationists and woke. Right. And he was also on his way to having a fifth victory for the United States Senate. He would always tell me something that the president would tell Me too. He would always say, keep at it, Mark. You have a very, very big voice. I'd say, well, I don't know about that. He says, trust me on this. I'm well aware of this. President has said the same thing to me. I don't know if I have a big voice or not. I just state what I believe. And it's very, very sad what happened to him. As somebody who's had heart disease most of his adult life, has had bypass surgery. You know, you feel a pain here and there, and you wonder, or you're out of breath and you wonder. In his case, I don't know that he knew that he had, you know, heart disease, but I was somewhat unfamiliar with what took his life. But then I looked at it and read about it and studied it, and it happens. It's relatively rare, but it's pretty brutal. The tearing of the interior main artery. And, you know, the story that he was told, he should go get help without obviously knowing what was wrong with him. He wasn't feeling well. And he said he'd reportedly wait until after his appearance on Meet the Press, but unfortunately died before that. I am quite disgusted with people on TV and elsewhere to use this opportunity to attack us of views. And most of these people are ignoramuses. They always want to talk about American sovereignty, but they don't understand you have to fight for American sovereignty, that we have evil enemies out there that don't believe in American sovereignty. And as Reagan would say, fortress America is a disaster. You'll destroy yourselves. We have alliances for a reason, for a reason. American sovereignty is built on these alliances as well. We can't go it alone. As powerful as we are, we can't. We couldn't In World War I, we couldn't in World War II. We just cannot. And the ignoramuses out there who want you to believe it's America first are really quite pathetic. Truly stupid people. Lindsey Graham had some remarks on Friday after he met with Zelensky, and he was in Ukraine for the 10th time. And what's interesting is the administration's position on Ukraine has kind of moved away from the Vice President's position, has moved toward Lindsey Graham's position. I'm just being blunt. And Ukraine is really fighting an exceptional war. They are the victims. They were attacked. Their cities have been pulverized. But now they have, with their own technology, developed drones that can reach deep into Russia with very severe consequences. They're quite advanced. The Ukrainian people are quite smart, and their backs have been against the Wall. And they're fighting for their survival and they're doing a hell of a job. And it's obvious now Zelenskyy and his people have as their purpose to knock out these energy sources, oil fields and production of Russia, to try and not just slow down, but stop it's military, and its military hasn't been advancing at all. And the casualties on both sides are horrible, but more on Russia than even on Ukraine. Lindsey Graham was right about Ukraine, if I may say. So have I been. And I will continue to support Ukraine and Taiwan and Israel to my fullest ability, as I have now for several years. And this is just 25 seconds or so. Lindsey, on Friday's final public remarks. I've never been more optimistic than I am today that we have the formula to end this war, help Ukraine be more lethal. Let those supporting Russia to know it's going to be a price to be paid if you keep doing it. And to try to find an off ramp, not to humiliate, but to end this war so that Ukraine will thrive and survive.

Yeah, that was it. You know, I endorsed Lindsey in the primary. I'd spoken to him off the air. He had contacted me, and I said, look, I want to endorse you. Will it help you or hurt you? He said, mark in South Carolina, it'll only help. And he had President Trump's endorsement anyway. But we gave more endorsement to you and I, and he won. Significant. I think it was 58%. They needed to get over 50% not to have a runoff. And he succeeded well beyond the 50%. And in April, we talked about the Serenian deal as well. And let's listen in. I haven't listened to this two minutes lately, but let's listen to it. This is April 8th of this year. April 8th, about three months ago. Cut to go.

Well, let me just say a couple things. Here's the way I start meetings when I'm in South Carolina talking about how many of you believe the I told if he had a new would use it? Almost everybody raises their hand. And those that don't, I said, you should not be allowed to drive. When he says, death to America, death to Israel, he means it, but he's dead and so he can't do anything about it. We're deep into the bench, but be on the team over there. You got to buy into this cult of death, this radical Islamic philosophy. So when I hear that we're, you know, we got more reasonable people deal with. With all due respect, if you're in the regime, you're not reasonable. You're a fanatic, you're a religious Nazi. Okay. If you believe they would use a bomb, are they trying to get one? How do you have 900 pounds of 60% highly enriched uranium if you don't cheat? Europe and Obama and Biden tried to control the, the Iranian nuclear ambitions, all these sanctions and, you know, oversight regimes. It failed. They got 900 pounds, 60% uranium that could go to 90% in two or three weeks to make eight bombs. But Trump blew up their crap. That's why they don't. They can't go to 90. The 60% under a bunch of stuff because Trump blew it up. Nobody else would have done it but Trump. I want to get that 60%, 900 pounds in our hands because they can make a dirty bomb out of it. One day they may come back into the Richmond business. So get that.

And now we find out that the candidate for the Democrat nomination for the Senate in Michigan, his father, I should say father in law, is a top donor to his pac, is among the top leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood linked to terror funding in our country. I mean, this isn't even under the covers anymore. Thank you, Washington Free Beacon, one of the great sites out there. Abdul Al Said, father in law. This is the guy running for the Democrat nomination for the United States Senate. A top donor to Al Said super PAC is among top leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood organization. You understand the Muslim Brotherhood comes out of Egypt. It's responsible for the assassination of Anwar Sadat. It's responsible for breeding Al Qaeda, isis, Hamas, Islamic Jihad. It is the mothership. And that mothership is funded by Qatar. That mothership is funded by our friends in Turkey who are going to give F35s to unless Congress stops it. Well, you want to hear the story? Abdul Al Said, father in law, the guy running for the Senate nomination for the Democrats, a top donor to a super PAC supporting the left wing Michigan Senate hopeful, is among the top leaders of an Islamic organization identified by the federal government as a public facing group for the Muslim Brotherhood. A Washington Free Beacon review found. And I'm going to salute the Free Beacon, they're fantastic. As part of his role with the Islamic Society of North America, isna, which the federal government linked to the financing of Hamas, Tayyib Yakaku, that's right, contributes at least 5,000 to the organization annually. Chukaku has served on the 20 member founding committee of the ISNA since at least 2007, according to the organization's magazine Islamic Horizons, and has been a member of the group, quote, for a long time. Cannot recall when I joined. According to Zukaku's online biography, federal prosecutors identified the organization as an unindicted co conspirator in the landmark 2007 terrorist financing case USA vs Holy Land foundation, which culminated in the conviction of the foundation's founders for funneling $12 million to Hamas. They also identified the ISNA, the INSA, again, the Islamic Society of North America is one of eight entities, quote, who are and or were members of the US Muslim Brotherhood, the Mothership. So now this candidate in Michigan is tied to to these terror front groups, and they're more than front groups, they're terror organizations. The Holy Land foundation trial back in 2007, Lorenzo Vidino, the director of the Program on Extremism at George Washington University, said ISNA was historically, no question an organization created by the Muslim Brotherhood and fellow travelers from the Indian subcontinent is basically the Islamist organization in America. He noted that Taib was involved with the group when they were putting out some really nasty stuff. This is the father in law for the candidate who wants to be the Democrat nominee for the Senate in Michigan to be on the founding committee. This is the elders of the organization, vidino told the Free Beacon. Jukaku also served as president ready for this of the Council on American Islamic Relations, cair, who I've told you for decades is a Hamas front group, their Michigan chapter from 2005 to 2010, according to the group's IRS disclosures. CAIR was also named as an unindicted co conspirator in the Holy Land foundation trial. Included on a list of groups who are or are were members of the US Muslim Brotherhood's Palestine Committee and or its organization. It's a similar but separate distinction from the ISNA's Muslim Brotherhood affiliation. Vidino said it was unsurprising that Tayeb is also involved with cair, he said. This is kind of a pattern, he told the Free Beacon. To some degree it's a good old boys network. And so if you're on the board committee in isna, chances are you belong to your local CARE chapter. Chances are you sit on the board of another charity that is part of the network. That's how it works. How many more jihadis are we going

If you're a Democrat, if you're a Democrat, union member if you're a Democrat, blue collar worker if you're a Democrat, cop or firefighter if you're a Democrat, assembly line worker or a trucker. How can you put up with this? How can you put up with this? Federal prosecutors first charged the Holy Land foundation, once the largest Muslim charity in the United States, with money laundering and providing material support to terrorist organizations. In 2024, the government said the foundation was created for the purpose I'm quoting, providing financial and material support to Hamas. And of course they Funnel more than $12 million to the terror group through affiliated committees and organizations. So both the ISNA and care, these Muslim groups were named as unindicted co conspirators. And though they challenged the label a federal Judge ruled in July 2029 at Jukaku served both the ISNA's founding committee and as president of Care Michigan, that the Department of Justice had provided, quote, ample evidence linking then to Hamas. The Holy Land foundation raised money for Hamas, for example, using a joint bank account with the isna, which deposited checks into the account. They were often made payable to the Palestinian mujahideen, the original name of the Hamas military wing. Lots of names, but the same goal. The ruling also cited a 1991 memo from the Shura Council of the Muslim Brotherhood, an international Sunni Islamist group that has spawned numerous armed jihadist organizations, including Hamas, that described ISNA as a member group. The council stated in the memo that its work in the United States was a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions. This is in the United States of America. These councils, these brotherhoods, these international organizations are right here in our country with these terrorists supporting jihadis, and they are free to operate. They're on the move, they're bringing other people into our country and our politicians aren't doing crap. The trial did not push Jikooki to distance himself from the ISNA or CAIR. In 2010, he was photographed alongside CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad, who said he was happy to see Hamas break the siege on October 7, 2023 at Care Michigan annual banquet. Jikaku is also a top donor to a super PAC supporting El Said's candidacy, the Fighting for Michigan PAC. He's given the PAC $200,000, nearly half of the nearly half a million it has raised as of March 31. Been obvious since the 1970s that the Muslim Students association and ISNA have been strongly tied to extreme fringes of the Democrat party, said Andrew McCarthy, a former federal prosecutor, led the prosecution of the blind sheikh. As his father in law pours money into broader campaign efforts, El Said is campaigning on pushing money out of politics, a slogan featured on Yard Sign supporting his campaign. He has singled out spending from pro Israel groups like the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, aipac, which he accused of working to buy off the government to make sure that our money is sent abroad to kill other people. Simultaneously, the Fighting for Michigan pact, armed with generous contributions from Chukaku, is spending big big to help Al Said secure the Democratic nomination over his primary opponent, Congresswoman Hallie Stevens. So is the American priorities pac. Well, what's that? It's a newly created anti Israel group that aims to counter APAC spending and has vowed to do whatever it takes to help Said get the nomination. Stevens took aim at the contradiction during last week's primary debate. She said, he's great at covering up that his father in law is running his pack that's spending millions of dollars for him. Abdul, you talk about getting money out of politics and putting money in people's pockets, but who's putting money in your pocket? What are you hiding? Al Said campaign did not respond to requests for comment. ISNA and Tayyib did not respond to requests for comment. Tayeb is a kidney doctor, born in India, went to medical school there before undergoing his medical training in the United States. How the hell did he get here and why isn't he kicked out? He has said that he and his family spent the formative years of our lives as Muslims working the isna, which is this radical jihadi group. Al Said appears to share his father in law's sympathies for Islamist figures and organizations. He has rallied alongside Palestinian terror sympathizers on the left, most notably the anti American streamer Hassan Piker, who has said America deserved 911 one of his former campaign staffers, Dearborn, Michigan, Native American Marim Atta, was indicted in June for allegedly engaging in a coordinated campaign that threatened Jewish officials, businesses and groups at the University of Michigan. Al Said himself has been hesitant to criticize terrorists and a concern that doing so could alienate left wing voters. In March, he privately told staffers that he wanted to avoid discussing slain Iranian leader Ali Khamenei because many of his potential supporters were sad about Khamenei's death, as the Free Beacon reported. I also want to remind you guys, he said, there's a lot of people in Dearborn who are sad today, referencing heavily Democratic city that boasts the largest Muslim population per capita in America. So like, I just don't want to comment on Khomeini at all. Like I don't think it's worth even touching that.

Well, they ought to bring him up on perjury and they ought to charge him and throw his fat ass in prison. Senator Chuck Grassley and Senator Ron Johnson published their documents on Tuesday after receiving them from the Justice Department. The file showed Smith read messages from 44 lawmakers, including Grassley, Tom Cotton, Senator Susan Collins on the GOP side, and a number of Trump officials between October 2020 and December 2021, the day Trump's first term ended.

president's daughter, Ivanka Trump, former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, and ex Vice President Mike Pence. The release of the files comes after Smith answered no. He said no when asked during a congressional deposition in December if he had looked at the content of text messages during his Trump investigations. He said no, he's a liar. Senator Rand Paul accused Smith of lying in his testimony. On Tuesday, Paul posted video of Smith's answer and said the files confirm he spied on lawmakers, including himself. He said this is blatant abuse of power and exactly what our founders warned about. And in this instance, Rand Paul is correct and Grassley ripped Jack Smith for it as well. He said Jack Smith's criminal investigation of President Trump was a runaway train that had no brakes, Grassley said in a statement. Based on the information that's been produced to me and Senator Johnson, Biden DOJ and FBI investigators apparently ignored their own routine investigative protocols to obtain and review work related messages from me and dozens of my Republican and Democrat colleagues who were outside the scope of the government's investigation. The New York Post reported Grassley's office previously disclosed subpoenas of 430 Republican individuals and groups for various records in addition to phone logs from more than a dozen Republicans as part of what the Iowa Republican claim was a fishing expedition on Smith's part. You understand the Biden regime and the Department of Justice let loose. This guy. He was getting phone records and communications. He was getting texts and emails. It's unbelievable. In the name, of course, of fighting the politicization of politics, the special Counsel's office had established a so called filter team, quote unquote, to ensure they weren't accessing privileged documents or violating officials constitutional rights. Yeah, right. When reviewing messages that have been sought from the National Archives and Records Administration, Senator Johnson, in his own statement said the file showed yet another grotesque example of ex President Joe Biden's weaponization of the Department of Justice. Now what are they going to do about it? They're in the majority in the Senate. Now what are they going to do about it? He added, Jack Smith's team acted with impunity as they disregarded their own protocols to obtain and access White House text messages, including messages to and from 44 members of Congress. At this point, no one should be shocked by Jack Smith's recklessness and blatant abuse of power. But they should be outraged. Okay, I'm outraged. Now what are you going to do about it? Here's what you ought to do about it. You ought to pull together a strong letter with evidence in it, not only of what he did, but what he said under oath, what he said in depositions. Bring it to the attention of the Criminal Division, Public Integrity Section of the Department of Justice and demand a criminal investigation. No Democrat lawmakers criticized Smith over the documents, of course.

Do you. A little bit of good news on the consumer and economics front. Matter of fact, it's big good news from our friends at Breitbart. Inflation was crushed. Consumer prices fall sharply in June. Much better than expected. Biggest decline in six years. Biggest decline since 2020. And there's crickets because the economy is the number one issue to. To people who are voting, apparently. And this is great news.

So they wanted to make sure again that smaller states had a say, not control, but had a say. So those two senators count as two electoral college votes and the number of House members of the House that you have. So in the case of Delaware, they get three, two senators, one House member, three. And you have other states with three or four and five, something like that. So all of the big heavily populated states aren't the only states that have a say. When you add up the other 38 states, their populations equal the 12 states pretty much. But nobody's going to campaign in those states. They're all going to campaign in the heavy populated states. The real reason why they push for this, the elimination of the Electoral College is they want these Democrat metropolitan areas and Democrat blue states to control the entire country. Get rid of the Senate, get rid of the electoral college and we can ramp through whatever we want through MO and more to keep the borders open. Because you interpret the Constitution wrongly in my view, as not counting citizens but counting people. So the borders are wide open. You want to get rid of ice, you don't want to deport anybody because those people, well, they're Democrats and waiting and certainly their children are through birthright citizenship. So it's a massive power play for a big centralized Marxist government.

A government that is prepared to act and act, apparently, significantly. Well, I'm a constitutional conservative. I don't want a bold government. I want an effective government that operates within the confines of the Constitution. But a bold government, that's what the socialists want. That's what the Marxists want. That's what liberals want, a bold government. We want a bold private sector. We want individuals to boldly go forward and create things and invent things. We don't want a bold government. Is that what the Constitution calls for? A bold government? What does that even mean? This nationalism, populism crap? What does that mean? That's not what your Constitution provides. You've got three branches with defined narrow powers. Then you have the states, and beyond that, the individual.

We cherish the individual, the sovereign of the person. That's what the Declaration is all about. You know, we celebrated July 4th, 250 years. Do we even what we're celebrating? Do the people in government know what we're celebrating? We're celebrating the individual. We're celebrating freedom. We're celebrating a government that respects the sovereignty of the people. The Consent of the government. We're not celebrating a bold interventionist government. Now, if I'm the last man standing it, so be it. But we have enough of bold government in our face, in our wallets, in our purses, in our lives. We have enough of that. And now what are we going to do? We are going to compete with the Marxists, with the Socialists, with the Islamists for bold government. We want the government to be strong in the areas where it is supposed to be strong, like immigration, like national security, securing our sovereignty and so forth and so on, because the states can't do that. But a bold government. And watch those Israelis and the Jews, boy, watch them. We've never heard that before, have we, America? No, no. Look at the influence that these people have. It's enormous. It's enormous. That's why anti Semitism is on the. On the rise, because their influence is enormous.

Now, we don't need a Democrat party light in the Republican Party. We don't want a Democrat Party light in the Republican Party. We want a party that carries forward the principles of Jefferson, of Washington, of Madison. That's what we want. We've read our Constitution. The Constitution doesn't talk about a bold interventionist federal government, does it? And what's wrong with Milton Friedman and free markets? What's wrong with that? You know, this. This new crop of Republicans and whatever they want to call themselves again, they remind me of Marxists. Because Marxists believe the world begins today. All history is to be dismissed. We are just so much better and so much smarter. We know everything with minimal experience, if any. They know what the world is supposed to be like. Well, we want politicians who recognize we are a special country, that the individual in this country rules, that we want a civil society. We understand our history, we understand our principles. That's what we want. That's what we will fight for in 2028 is no better time, no better time than to make that clear. And so we have a candidate, whoever that may be. I don't know who it is yet. I'm not in it. I'm not in on any candidate yet. But we want to be able to contrast our belief system, not muddy the waters, not bow to the left. We want to be able to contrast our belief system with theirs. And what you need are articulate candidates who have the capacity, who have the belief system to compare and contrast what we stand for versus what they stand for on the left. As Reagan would say, bold colors, not pastels. Bold colors. That's what we want. And I'm not going to support anybody who dismisses Ronald Reagan, Bill Buckley, Barry Goldwater, Milton Friedman.

and the cities and states that are more socialistic than others make it harder and harder to earn a buck. Now, we don't want that. The way Reagan created massive economic growth was embracing the market system. Slashed taxes like no president in history, across the board, eliminated the death tax, sped up investment deductions for R and D and capital improvements and investments. We had economic explosion. Our economy actually grew during the Reagan years. 25% think about that in eight years. He killed off inflation. He killed off unemployment. He inherited a disastrous economy. What is the market system? The market system is commerce all. It is commerce. Nobody invented it. As I've said many, many times. Nobody wrote and said we're going to create capitalism. That's not what happened. Commerce is the natural state of things. It's a spontaneous method of exchanging work for pay or for service. That predates our country. That predates Much of the West. Why do we refuse to embrace successful presidents? Why do we refuse to embrace successful policies? The Democrats don't turn their back on fdr. They think he was the greatest president to ever walk on water. That's their view. Why? Because he was the biggest socialist we've ever had. But we reject our successful prep. We reject Coolidge, we reject Reagan, may reject Trump. We'll see how time goes on. But when you have people talking the way they talk, well, it tells you a ton. Tells you a lot. It tells you a lot. Have people read Bill Buckley, how brilliant he was? The battles he fought to help create the modern conservative movement? Did people read? Do they understand what Barry Goldwater did to create the modern day Republican Party? Did people understand that Milton Freeman was the brains behind massive economic growth? Do they understand Reagan was a one of a kind president who won 49 states and almost won 50 states? He lost by 3000 votes, Minnesota, which means he really lost by 1500 votes. The greatest vote. Get a Republican in American history. Popular vote, Electoral College vote. I know people will say, well, the demographics were different. We had a lot more white voters. But even then, when you compare the demographics to the demographics, when we had a lot more white voters, nobody accomplished what he accomplished. Nobody. Why do we reject and dismiss success, Political success, economic success, foreign policy success. He destroyed the Soviet Union. But don't worry, we have people today who are much smarter. They don't have the experience, they don't have the background. They never managed a damn thing. He was governor of the biggest state in America. No, no, no, no, no. He doesn't count and Friedman doesn't count and Buckley doesn't count and Goldwater doesn't count. We're going to do things new, but they're not new. Socialism light. It was Mises who said that we all sound like Marxists now. We all talk like Marxists now. He's right, isn't he? It was. He passed away, but he was right, wasn't he? Who out there is talking about unleashing the American spirit? Who out there is talking about opening up the economy? Donald Trump. But who else out there is doing? Almost nobody. Almost nobody. Too many who are socialist light, big government light, Democrat light. That's not how we're going to win, certainly not in landslides. That's not how we're going to attract young people. We should direct our focus on young people, reject authoritarianism and talk to them about freedom and liberty, which many of them will enjoy.
