It's important, it's very important that we, we police ourselves when we have information, because I know many of you are incredibly busy, some of you in your cars or trucks, some of you just got home eating dinner, making dinner, whatever it is. And so I feel like I have some responsibility to communicate these things to you because I don't know who else will. I'll give you an example here, something that's really weird. We have these Epstein emails I'm trying to stay away with from this, I really have. But I want to address certain aspects of it. First of all, there's not a scintilla of information that ties President Trump to any of this stuff, nothing, despite all the static. But there are some very weird things that are happening as a result of them. For example, many of you like Megyn Kelly, right? Of course, she tried to cripple President Trump's first run for office in 2016. You remember the first set of questions that she asked, and she says day in and day out, she's not a conservative.

And she's one of these people who.

Say, I don't agree with everything that Candace Owens says, but she's a friend. Of course she's a nut. Vile. Vile. Anti. Semite.

Well, I don't agree with everything Tucker says, but he's a friend. How many of you have friends that.

Are anti Semites and bigots?

And so she does this because she's a grifter.

She does it because she doesn't have a single bone of principle in her body.

Wasn't that long ago she was telling.

My buddy Dan Bongino, I really love Mark Levin. You know, I really love him. Today she throws the F word around like she's a drunken sailor. She must be tough and smart.

She'S a very disgruntled person. She's had a number of jobs where she has failed. And here she, she feels she's hit her niche. And I'm going to just tell you.

That most of you are not familiar with, because most of you do not watch her or listen to her. You know, they get 3 or 4 million followers. They don't understand there's over 300 million people out there and we get about 15 million a week just on radio. And I'm not even counting all the, all the rest of it that it's almost impossible to count streaming and our podcast which runs this program to make it more convenient for you or multiple apps and all the rest of it. And so here it is. And I want to apologize to you in advance. It's very uncomfortable for me. It's not something I want to do. I just feel I have an obligation to reveal this stuff to you. I mean, if we're on the left, I'd certainly be revealing it to you. And she is not a conservative because she keeps saying she's not a cons, she's an independent, you know, so there's a piece here from Mediocre, right? Megyn Kelly spends two solid minutes on how maybe Jeffrey Epstein was actually not a pedophile. Now I thought I heard everything. This guy Epstein's a monster. He was a pedophile.

That's the whole point. That's the reason for the prosecutions.

You got victims galore. Something. Well, what the hell does she mean by that? I know she wants to say the most provocative things possible to draw attention to herself. All these, these people are kind of media whores. That's what they are.

Sirius XM host Megyn Kelly took a detour to riff about how deceased sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein might not have been an actual pedophile. Epstein dominated the news after Democrats and Republicans each released tranches of emails. That news was followed by the completion of the long awaited discharge position to force a vote on Releasing more Epstein documents on Wednesday's edition of Sirius xm. And we love Sirius xm. We've been on there a long time. Patriot Channel, they gave Megyn Kelly her own channel, the Megyn Kelly Show. The host spent a significant portion of the show discussing the issue with pro Trump host Batya Unger Sargon, who I happen to like, who called Epstein a.

Serial pedophile seemingly every five seconds because.

He was a serial pedophile.

But Kelly, that would be Megyn Kelly.

Eventually went granular on that count, exploring the quote, difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old and claiming Epstein was, quote, into the barely legal type, unquote. I don't know how many of you have 15 year olds. Is that okay with you? Megan? Kelly said, as for Epstein, I said this before, but just as a reminder.

I do know somebody very, very close.

To this case who's in a position to know virtually everything. Not everything, but virtually everything. And this person has told me from the start, years and years ago that Jeffrey Epstein, in this person's view, was not a pedophile. Her guest raises her eyebrows, says, hmm, this is this person's view who was.

Here for a lot of this, but that was into the barely legal type.

Hmm.

Kelly said, like he liked 15 year old girls.

And I realized this is disgusting. Listen to this word salad.

I'm definitely not trying to make an excuse for this.

I'm just giving you the facts.

And that he wasn't into like 8 year olds, but he liked the very young teen types that could pass for.

Even younger than they were, but would.

Look legal to a passerby. And that is what I believed and what is what I reliably was told for many years. And it wasn't until we heard from Pam Bonney that he had tens of thousands of videos of alleged, forgive me, they used to call it kiddie porn. Now they call it child sexual abuse.

That for the first time I thought, oh no, he was an actual pedophile. I mean, only a pedophile gets off.

On young children abuse videos.

She's never clarified it. I don't know whether it's true. I have to be honest. I really trust, I really don't trust Pam Bondi's word on the Epstein matters.

Yeah. So I don't know what's true about him, but we have yet to see anybody come forward and say, I was under 10, I was under 14 when I first came within his purview. He can say that's a distinction without a difference. I think there is a difference. There's a difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old, you know?

It's sick. Every time we start talking about Epstein, it makes your skin crawl. You're right. The whole thing is just disgusting.

Totally. What do you make of this, Mr. Producer? Isn't this the most bizarre discussion? She's sick, Megyn Kelly, that whole cabal. I'm not saying it's right, just saying it's different. Of course it's different, but it's still a pedophile. And why are you even.

But we don't trust Pam Bondi.

No, no, no. Well, whether you trust Pam Bondi or no, what's that have to do with anything?

Well, it's not like an 8 year old, you know, he's like the 15 year old girls.

Mm. And according to this report, they spent two minutes on this. Two solid minutes. Just disgusting. Just disgusting. The same Megyn Kelly who says if anything happens, you know, to Tucker Carlson, it's Mark Levin's fault. Why? Because Mark Levin dares to mention, you know, that Tucker Carlson seems to be an aficionado of Hitler, keeps suggesting he supports Hitler. I've said exactly what Tucker Carlson has done. He platforms, Hitler supporters, Hitler deniers, Holocaust deniers, Nick Fuentes. So this is Megyn Kelly's way of trying to intimidate me or silence me. God forbid, if anything happens to any of these people, I don't want anything.

Why doesn't Mark debate Tucker? She says, well, let me do this.

Then I'll trash your faith, if you have one, and ridicule it and go on and on attacking it. Would you go on the stage with somebody? What would you debate? And yes, Tucker's obsession with Hitler supporters like Fuentes and others and rewriting history about what happened with the Third Reich. It's funny how that doesn't draw your criticism. Not once are calling Hamas a political organization, not a terrorist organization, despite what they did on October 7th. Have you ever seen the video, Megan? You can show it on your show. I can't show it on mine.

Getting rid of Federal Reserve Chair Jerome.

Powell and other problematic members of the Trump administration, alongside talks about influencing politics in Europe, and a strange list of names and words sent by Epstein to Bannon in 2019 of June, which included Prince Andrew. Now, this would be the same bloated Bannon who made videos, and I'm not saying sex videos, no marketing videos or videos with Epstein trying to teach him how to deal with a hostile press.

Now, ladies and gentlemen, would you be dealing with Epstein at all for any purpose, no matter the amount of money? This is the guy that pleaded guilty and then hence was convicted of having a phony charity to raise funds from many of you to build a wall that he never built in order to stay out of state prison in New York, because I guess federal prison with a fellow inmate named, named Bruce, Mr. Producer was enough for him. He confessed to it. So that's Bannon and this is Kelly. It's pretty gruesome, don't you think?

This, of course, is why they attack.

Normal conservatives and they try and build their own niches and tell you that.

And now a federal judge released records and it shows you more. The New York Times reported via Mediate here. Newly unsealed federal court documents revealed the devastating story of a homeless 17 year old girl who allegedly had sex with former representative Matt Gaetz for money so she could buy braces to straighten her teeth. The federal judge in Florida unsealed the civil case documents in October following a request from the McClatchy newspaper chain, according to the New York Times. The Times reporter Schmidt contacted the girl's attorney, Wolf, and according to him, provided details for the first time of how the girl's circumstances led her to her Encounters with Gates. Ms. Wolf said her client believed the public should have a fuller understanding of how she had been victimized. I'll be right back.

Like I say, I don't enjoy this. I don't like to have to use my show this way. I don't like having to feel like I have to take a shower after these things. But these are public figures. They want you to believe they're conservatives. They want you to believe they're maga. They want you to believe they're American first. It's just not the case. It's just not the case. And I feel like I have an obligation to reveal things that I come across and that's what I'm going to do. So get ready. Here you go. She the 17 year old was a high school junior in Florida. She was working at McDonald's. And I'm just reading the story to you. She was living in and out of a homeless shelter. The Times New York Times story began. Hoping to save up to buy braces to fix her teeth, she falsely advertised herself in 2017 as 18 year olds on a website that matches men looking for companionship with young women looking to make money. According to this material that was released by the federal court and the House Ethics Committee, the girl signed up with a sugar dating website that arranged mutually beneficial relationships, usually with younger women and older men. And that's when she met Gates associate Joel Greenberg, who allegedly paid her $400 for sexual encounters. The documents continued that the girl met Gates at a party where she took cocaine and ecstasy and allegedly had sex with him twice for $400. She later told congressional investigators that she saw Gaetz use cocaine that night. I'm just reading the story. During a Justice Department investigation in Greenberg's alleged illegal political activities, the DOJ learned about the girl and the connection to Gates. Gates was accused of child sex trafficking and statutory rape, and the girl became the chief witness against him. Ultimately, though, the Department of Justice declined to bring charges. But the case affected his political career nonetheless. Gaetz dropped out of contention 2024 to be the attorney General. He's denied all wrongdoing. Greenberg, who cooperated in the case against Gaetz, pleaded guilty to underage sex trafficking, wire fraud, stalking, identity theft, producing a fake ID and conspiring to defraud the US government. He was handed an 11 year sentence. So this whole thing is disgusting. Sex, cocaine, it's not America first. It's just not. And thank God he didn't become Attorney General of the United States. What a scandal that would be. Truly. It's a very long article in the New York Times. I'm not going to read it all. There's more details that would cause you to throw up, but I'm just going to leave it at that. Enough said. You can read it yourself. And then I'd say, trifecta, it's over. But it's not a trifecta. I don't even say July 4th, because they actually voted on it and approved it on July 2nd. Are you aware that, Mr. Producer, because you listen to the show. Okay, but they. They did sign, or most of them did sign because it took time to, To. To make copies of it back then, obviously. And I revere these things. I revere our history. I revere the founders and the framers. These people do not. They don't know a damn thing about them. I revere our documents early on. And so when people attack them, whether it's the fascistic right or the Marxist left, you and I, constitutional conservatives, we have to defend them. We have to defend them. We're not into a cult of personality. Well, this guy used to be like, that doesn't matter. We believe in our country. We're patriots. And so we can't. We can't believe in a cult of personality where people are literally destroying our entire belief system and then telling us Putin's a good guy and Qatar is pretty cool. And the head of Iran telling us the Bonhoeffer is something wrong with him on Churchill, in other words, trashing the greatest generation, trashing our men and women in military or veterans, telling us Mandami is pretty cool and that Hamas is not a terrorist group, it's a political organization. And if you're Christian, you believe in a holy land.

What did he say? He detests you more than anybody.

And then he has his surrogates who pile on and. And make excuses for him and, you know, F you.

You know, the Democrats were blackmailing the country, you and me, Mr. And Mrs. America, for $1.5 trillion to fund illegal alien health care, to fully fund, like before, public broadcasting and npr, a whole bunch of left wing groups to fund and all the rest of it. And the President. No, no, no, you don't get to undo what we just did in May.

And it takes time for these tax.

Cuts to resonate throughout the economy. Under Reagan, it took about 14 months with these massive tax cuts and then it was off to the races. And so you got to figure after.

The first quarter, maybe in the second quarter of next year, you're gonna see.

This stuff really kick in. It just takes time. The economy is very big. And so the President last night when he signed this bill, he made something very clear to the extortionists, the Marxists, the Islamists, AKA the Democrats. Cut one, go.

We've seen how good government can be and how bad government can be if people don't know what they're doing. For the past 43 days, Democrats in Congress shut down the government of the United States in an attempt to extort American taxpayers for hundreds of billions of dollars for illegal aliens and people that came into our country illegally from gangs, from prisons, from mental institutions. They wanted to pay them $1.5 trillion, which would have really hurt our healthcare businesses and our recipients at levels never seen before. Today we're sending a clear message that we will never give in to extortion, because that's what it was. They tried to extort. The Democrats tried to extort our country. In just a moment, I'll sign a bill exactly like we asked Democrats to send us all along many days ago. This cost the country $1.5 trillion, this little excursion that they took us on. Republicans never wanted a shutdown and voted 15 times for a clean continuation of funding. There's never been a time when one or the other party ever didn't sign a continuation, just a continuation. Not a big deal. It's a continuation. And we'll talk later. Yet the extremists in the other party insisted on creating the longest government shutdown in American history. And they did it purely for political reasons.

I want to also thank the eight Senate Democrats who finally did the right thing in voting to end this craziness, this madness. But unfortunately, the vast majority of Congressional Democrats were happy for millions of Americans to suffer. They really did suffer, too. And the Democrats admitted, they said, well, no, we finally have a point. Even though people have to suffer, we finally have a point. And that didn't work out too well for them, but they really went out and they could appease the fringe benefits of their far left base. But that didn't work out because now their far left base is angrier than ever before. We actually elected a mayor of New York City who happens to be a communist. When was that going to happen? Remember, I said all the time during my campaign, we will never be a socialist country. And that's right. We turn out to have a communist in New York City. And if you look at his views, those are the views of a communist, not a socialist. So this is no way to run a country. I hope we can all agree that the government should never be shut down again. Again. End the filibuster. Terminate the filibuster. It'll never happen again.

But it all includes fixing the healthcare system that Democrats broke with the disaster known as Obamacare. Obamacare was a disaster from day one. It's done nothing but go up. And if you remember President Barack Hussein Obama, when he came up with this crazy idea, he said, everything's going to be great. Rates are going to go down, payments are going to go down, everything's going to go down. It went the exact opposite with the biggest increase of any of healthcare in any country. It's a disaster. And I'm calling today for insurance companies not to be paid, but for the money, this massive amount of money to be paid directly to the people of our country so that they can buy their own health care, which will be far better and far less expensive than the disaster known as Obamacare. And I've had, I think, great support. I've even had Democrat support. So we want the money that would be going to the insurance company, which is hundreds of billions of dollars. You know, their stock prices have gone up by 1000%, in many cases a thousand percent over a short period of time because our country stupidly pays them so much money. With this Obamacare scandal. So I want the money to go directly to you, the people, and you'll go out and you'll buy your own health insurance and you'll negotiate.

Here's the thing, folks. I don't trash our pharmaceutical companies, our insurance companies and so forth and so on. We have the best health care system in the world thanks to hundreds of thousands of Americans who work for these companies. And they work hard, they try to do the right thing under the rules that are set by Congress or the states. But that doesn't mean we can't make decisions, good decisions, that are wiser than we have been. And I'm a big believer in these health saving accounts or whatever you want to call them, where people have more money in their own pocket. But that requires the people then to use that money to choose a health care program, a premium, and to pay for it. And so if they get the money and they don't pay for it, and all we're going to do is put them on Medicaid, that's a problem. So people are floating ideas. I'm just telling you because I take on this issue of affordability.
