Contact with our leader, Mark Le Ven. Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number, 8773-8138-1187-7381-3811 tons going on. The Democrats are getting more and more belligerent. Over their dead body, they tell us. Will they allow a requirement for voting id? It's all about their power, of course. Just outrageous. Their attack on ICE is unrelenting. They basically have a bunch of reforms that we've discussed here last week that aren't reforms at all. They are obstacles. They are intended to prevent the deportation of illegal aliens. This is a big deal, folks. Big deal. We're going to get into all of it. As a matter of fact, in our three, we have a guest, the lieutenant governor of Texas, Governor Patrick. And he is a good man. And we're going to talk about that. The Liberty Council, where the president and he had to remove a woman who was, in my view, just a blatant nut job trashing the Jews, wearing a Palestinian flag. You got to wonder how she got through the vetting process. Must be a Carlson must hire. I don't know. We'll get into that, too. And all sorts of stuff that I want to get into. Hopefully we'll have time in Munich, the security conference that they had there. Marco Rubio really was outstanding. AOC made an ass out of herself, which she always does, but, you know, the media pretty much cover for her. And then, of course, there's Iran and there's Hakeem Jeffries, who in many ways is the George Wallace of our time. Now, what do I mean by that? Am I trying to be provocative? No. He doesn't believe in one man, one vote. You know, California started it all. Illinois, Massachusetts, in this redistricting stuff. Massachusetts has no Republican representative. Illinois has a tiny number. California had a tiny number. Not. California even has less. Maryland has one. Republican, Hakeem Jeffries is insisting, insisting that they get rid of that. So there's all Democrats there. Same with New Mexico. I mean, it goes on and on and on. Texas responded. Florida, because their legislative schedule as such is going to respond, but has had to wait. Missouri's responding, but the Democrats are blowing out all Republicans and states. That means when you and I go to vote. Well, I'm in Florida now, but if I want to vote in Virginia and there's only one Republican. My vote doesn't count. They've created districts where they know Republican votes don't count. Now, to me, that's utterly unconstitutional. As these federal courts sit on their hands, they absolutely sit on their hands. There has to be a circle of protection, outside of which is politics, and that's fine. But inside of which is the denial of one man, one vote. I don't care what your color is. I don't care what your genitalia is. The Democrats literally, literally are taking your vote away in these states if you're a Republican, eliminating it. And so we got to fight this. But I am excited because today is President's Day and I decided to launch the video podcast tomorrow after the holiday. And it's called Liberty's Voice with Mark Levin. And this is intended to work along with the radio program, the Fox program, in order to, to have overlapping audiences and to push the message out even further. And lots of people have asked me to do this and I'm going to do it. It's a video podcast is what it is. In the two channels that we have, we have two special channels, a YouTube channel and a Rumble channel. And it'll grow from there. It'll grow from there. But for now, you can subscribe to YouTube and follow on Rumble. That's their terminology. You can go to YouTube and subscribe to Liberty's Voice with Mark Levin. You can go to Rumble and follow Liberty's Voice with Mark Levin. There's no cost. We say subscribe, but there's no cost whatsoever to you. 00 Liberty's voice on YouTube. If you want to do it directly at Mark Levin show on Rumble. I don't want to overwhelm you with these things. It gets confusing. But if you think of YouTube, you can subscribe at Liberty's Voice and Rumble, you can follow Arklevin show. This information is on my social media platforms. We have social media platforms I've had that I haven't really used or talked about, have I, Mr. Producer? We are on Instagram and Facebook. Liberty's Voice with Mark levin. We're on TikTok for the first time now that it's American owned at Liberty's Voice. So pretty much if you use at Liberty's Voice, you're going to find us. And of course, we're on Twitter, we're on X. But the two channels to listen to the program and the first program will be at noon Eastern Time, 12pm Eastern Time tomorrow on YouTube. At Liberty's voice, you can subscribe. There you just sign up, and on Rumble, you just follow. At Mark Levin show, and again, there's no cost whatsoever to you of any kind. We have no foreign investment. We have no billionaires. There's no outside financing whatsoever. It's just me, myself and I. And I figure that's good enough that I've decided to invest in this. And if you find it interesting and you listen and the numbers will prove it one way or the other, we'll keep doing it. If after a while you don't, then we won't do it. But I know there are audiences out there we want to reach. We'd like to bring them over to radio. We'd like to. Like to bring them over to the tv. We'd like there to be sort of a seamless, insignificant audience. And I want to build toward this. So tomorrow's our first day. Again, it's Liberty's Voice. That's the point of the program with Mark Levin. YouTube you can subscribe. Liberty's Voice. And on Rumble Ark, Levin's show, you can follow. This is the Mothership, the radio program. It's by far the second largest in the country. Some say it's the first. Whatever it is, it is. We love our affiliates. We love the broadcast companies out there. We work very hard on this program. I don't have writers. We have guests. When guests are important, we don't paint by the numbers here. And each day is a little different. You know, I do all this research and study and I come to the microphone and something could break in 15 minutes and I want to address it. I always try to give perspective and context so these things are better understood, whatever the subject is, and we're going to keep doing it. I'm also going to be taking on those who I feel are trying to destroy our country, our party, our belief system. As much as I would like to ignore it, I can't ignore it because there's just too damn much at stake. So we're going to do this together, as we always do. This is our national town hall meeting right here. But we're going to have a little icing on the cake. And if I have my way, you'll listen to radio, you'll watch the YouTube or rumble channel, and then of course, on the weekends, you'll watch. Watch our Fox show. And so that's. That's the goal. That's the purpose. Let's see here. Okay, it's time to take a break. By the way, just write it down at Liberty's voice on YouTube subscribe at Mark Levin show on Rumble. Just follow. We'll be right back. Mark Levin, AOC Sandy from Westchester.
Dan Patrick
Has.
Mark Levin
Demonstrated that beyond Marxist Islamist slogans, beyond Hate America statements. She doesn't know what the hell to say. She's a nitwit. She will use troops in Taiwan to defend it against China. Troops. Is that how we would defend Taiwan, by the way?
Dan Patrick
No.
Mark Levin
Use air and sea power missiles and that sort of thing. But how would you diplomatically respond to that? You would. Diplomatic respondents say, we have a commitment to Taiwan and we'll do whatever we have to do and whatever we can to, to protect it. Well, what does that mean? It means what I said. But she's not even smart enough to say that. And she doesn't know where Venezuela is, which is kind of surprising given that it was run by a communist for so long. You would think she knows where Venezuela is. She's a moron. And the media have created a phony out of her. The media had been promoting her because this is what our media do. This is what our media do. So I hardly know where to begin. But we got to begin somewhere, right? So let's, let's begin. Let's see here. Man, oh man of Chevitz here. And of course she's talking about Israel and our aid enabled Israel to commit genocide in Gaza. Look, she's an anti Semitic pig. That's what she is. That's what she is. We'll get to that. Here's cut 14, Mr. Producer. Go. Would and should the U.S. actually commit.
Dan Patrick
U.S. troops to defend Taiwan if China were to move?
Mark Levin
You know, I think that this is such a, you know, I think that this is a.
Dan Patrick
This is of course.
Mark Levin
A, a very long standing policy of the United States. And I think what we are hoping.
Dan Patrick
For is that we want to make.
Mark Levin
Sure that we never get to that point. And we want to make. Hold on, we get to that point. She asked you about China invading. We're not invading. Go ahead. We are moving in all of our economic research and our global positions to avoid doing economic research on this and all of our global movement to this point. I bet she would have gotten an A on a term paper as Sandy in Westchester in 12th grade for this. Go ahead. Such confrontation and for that question to even arise. Oh, thank you. So stellar. Oh, God forbid. And let's see, we've got her on Venezuela. Mr. Producer, I believe that's number 22. 22, go.
Dan Patrick
You know, we look at what happened in Venezuela, for example. It is not a.
Mark Levin
It is not a Remark on who Maduro was as a leader. He canceled elections.
Dan Patrick
He was an anti democratic leader.
Mark Levin
That doesn't mean that we can kidnap a head of state and engage in acts of war just because the nation is below the equator. The nation is not below the equator, which means it's above the equator or on the equator, but it's above the equator just because they're in Maduro. She kicks in with the accent. But just because it's below the equator, okay? And it doesn't mean, you know, that we can commit acts of war, folks. Venezuela. The reason the president moved on Venezuela wasn't just because it was ruled by a dictator. He moved on Venezuela because Venezuela was giving really bases almost to China and Russia and Iran. And they were also using it for intelligence gathering against us. And they were also using it to, in the case of China, to prop up the regime with Venezuelan oil. So it was a national security problem, it was an intelligence problem, it was an economic problem. And then on top of all that, Venezuela was, as Bernie Sanders calls it, was working closely with communist China to move deadly drugs into our country, namely fentanyl, which are acts of war. Now, she doesn't address any of that because she's an idiot or an ideologue or an idiot ideologue. Now, what about Israel? Now she's doing this. You understand? This is an international stage. You got Newscom as a buffoon. He's there trashing us, trashing ice, comparing them to the Nazis. I'm so sick of this. We will do everything we can to defeat him because that guy is desperate to be president. We will have to fight him tooth and nail. We will not allow him to turn this country into California. We cannot to take the greatest state, and it was, and make it the worst state. From a financial and cultural now and safety and all the rest of it perspective. Let's take this one. Cut 12. Go. Personally, I think that the United States has an obligation to uphold its own laws, particularly Leakey laws. And I think that personally that the idea of completely unconditional aid, no matter what one does, does not make sense. I think it enabled a genocide in Gaza. And I think that we have thousands of women and children dead that don't. Oh, really? Thousands of women and children dead. It amazes me how the murderous Islamists, how they treat women, how they treat children, the rape, the mayhem, the abuse all over the world, all over the Middle east, all over Gaza and now in our own country in Europe. And she focuses on Israel killing women and children. How sick is this, it's really sick because she's a Marxist Islamist ideologue. She's evil. And the group she deals with, Democratic Socialists of America who created her, are backed by the enemy. Mark Levin on the front line of Liberty.
Dan Patrick
Call in now. 877-381-3811.
Mark Levin
Well, John Fetterman was on Fox News Saturday and he was kind of appalled by AOC, as most regular Americans would be. And he said this in response to AOC trashing Israel, of course, because that's all she knows. You know, cut 13, go. Why is she so eager to criticize and find a way to criticize Israel, But I don't really recall them saying anything as Iran was, was executing thousands of thousands of their protesters for that. Now there was never any genocide in Gaza. Absolutely. And there shouldn't ever be any conditions for aid for Israel because they were in an existential war. That's part of the problem with the.
Dan Patrick
Very anti Israel part of my, my, my party.
Mark Levin
So call that what it is. Why wouldn't you can't just stand. And why would you align yourself for raging anti Semitites and very pro Hamas people like Hassan Piker and now why can't you just call it what it is? You know, there's a rot in my party standing with pro Hamas people like that, whether it's even in the New York Times, they're fascinated with him. So I mean where we are and call this is and stand with Israel, that's our special ally and there was never a genocide. And when there is a genocide where you're executing tens of thousands of people in Iran, why not and call that out too. Amen. Amen. Amen. You know, it's amazing. Even Hamas, I'm sure not intentionally said that 80% of those who the Israelis killed were part of their terrorist militia gang. 80%. And everybody's been citing that all over the place on talk radio, on tv, on the Internet. So she didn't miss it. She just blows it up. So she Imami and Taliban, Omar and Bernie Sanders and that whole crowd. Well, basically 90% of elected Democrats are saying things about Israel and genocide that Hamas isn't even saying. Now I want you to think about that. And there was no reason for AOC to even bring up Israel in Gaza, but she did because she only knows certain slogans and certain trigger phrases. That's it. She's a moron. And he's right. And I spent some time with our buddy Josh Hammer on Sunday going over why aren't the Democrats criticizing Iran why aren't they challenging Iran? Why are they on the sidelines just shooting spitballs at the president in case he takes military action? You don't see any outrage there. You don't see any outrage by their billionaires who are funding their activists. You see nothing in the streets from the Islamists or the Marxists at the universities or colleges. You see absolutely nothing because they don't have a problem with it. That's the truth. They don't have a problem with Maduro killing and locking up people. Are Cuba killing and locking up people? They don't even criticize Communist China, which has 2 and a half, 3 million Uyghurs effectively in concentration camps that has been murdering the Tibetans and now Christians. You hear nothing from these people. In fact, as Fox News Digital pointed out and Chairman Jason Smith pointed out in his hearings and so forth, the Democratic Socialists of America organization that is behind Bernie Sanders, that is behind Mandami, that is behind AOC and that whole crowd, which is slowly but surely, and not so slowly anymore, devouring the Democrat Party leadership and politicians, is linked to Communist China and Communist Cuba and communist Venezuela. They're getting their talking points from them. They're getting zillions of dollars from billionaires in Europe and, of course, Soros in the United States to push this agenda, to break up and break down the United States of America. It's stunning what's taking place in this country. It's horrendous. And she's part of it. So even the questions, look, she's never going to come on this show. Let's just be honest. The questions are even kind of, I'm sure the questioner said, should the United States use troops to defend Taiwan? I thought she probably thought it was a simple question, a simple question. Let's hear somebody who does know what the hell he's talking about, Benjamin Netanyahu. Let's do this. Let us go to one second here. Let's start with cut 10, Mr. Producer, cut 10. Netanyahu at the Jerusalem summit yesterday commenting on some of this. Go.
Dan Patrick
The United States just issued a Security.
Mark Levin
Council memorandum and it described its vision.
Dan Patrick
Of regional alliances and anchor countries. And it called Israel, you know, the model ally.
Mark Levin
The model ally, an ally that obviously believes in democratic principles but is willing.
Dan Patrick
To fight for itself.
Mark Levin
We don't ask for American boots on the ground. We develop our own arms industry.
Dan Patrick
By the way, that's something I discussed.
Mark Levin
Too, with President Trump. With deep appreciation for American support given.
Dan Patrick
Over the years by both parties, both sides of the aisle, for Israel's military assistance.
Mark Levin
But they are very committed now, like a laser, of building their own military industry to support their activities. As a matter of fact, they're now cutting deals with India, with Germany supplying them. They have these big contracts now to help supply them with advanced military weaponry and technology. And it's never said enough, and it ought to be. The Israelis take the jets that they purchase from us with our support, and they add cutting edge technology to them. They improve the jets, the F35 as an example. They just got a contract from manufacturers here in the United States for the upgrade in the technological cutting edge advantages that they bring to these machines. And they're getting like the F35. Then they're upgrading it, adding the technology and selling that information or giving it back to the United States. Same with these missile defense systems. I know the President has said he's tired of the Israelis taking credit. The Israelis built it because the Democrats in our Congress kept blocking Reagan, shutting down the government. Reagan shut it down too, because he insisted he wanted money for the Strategic Defense Initiative. The Democrats and their media called it Star wars, kept blocking them. Well, the Israelis signed a memorandum of understanding to go ahead and develop the technologies for this. And they built the Iron Dome. Remember, this is a nation of 9 million people. Maybe 8 million, but maybe 9. That's it. That's it. And by the way, their GDP, I think, is bigger than every single Arab country. I believe that's true. Even though there's hundreds and hundreds of millions of them. So that's Netanyahu's point there. Now, what about, what about these negotiations with Iran? And ladies and gentlemen, I've made my view clear. I made it clear Saturday night. I made it clear Sunday night for the entire program and my monologue. I've made it clear here scores of times. And I suspect very strongly there won't be any diplomatic agreement or negotiated agreement. We're going to act and take them out. I don't think we have any choice. And I suspect, and I believe the President knows that. Let's go to cut eight. Go.
Dan Patrick
I will not hide from you that I express my skepticism of any deal with Iran because frankly, Iran is reliable on one thing. They lie and they cheat. But I said that if a deal is to be reached, it should have several components. Several components that we believe are important.
Mark Levin
Not only for the security of Israel.
Dan Patrick
But for the security of the world.
Mark Levin
The United States, the region, the world. The first is that all enriched material.
Dan Patrick
Has to leave Iran.
Mark Levin
The second is that there shall be no Enrichment capability.
Dan Patrick
Not stopping the enrichment process, but dismantle.
Mark Levin
The equipment and the infrastructure that allows.
Dan Patrick
You to enrich in the first place. And the third is to deal also.
Mark Levin
With the questions of ballistic missiles.
Dan Patrick
There's an empty CR limitation of 300 km. And Iran is supposed to adhere to it. Of course it doesn't, as the rising.
Mark Levin
Line operation by itself manifested. Everybody knows that.
Dan Patrick
And the fourth is stop the dismantle the axis of terror that Iran has built.
Mark Levin
And Iran won't do one of those things. It won't even do one of those things in part. And it's just not going to. And even if it did, it's not going to honor it. I've spent a lot of time here, here first on radio, going over all these deals with North Korea, all these resolutions with the un all these, all these activities involving North Korea and the EU and US and all the subsidies. We gave them billions of dollars. We even denuclearized South Korea. They're still denuclearized because North Korea promised it would not build nukes. So they built nukes, and now they have nukes and South Korea does not. And we can't do that again. And Iran's never been weaker than it is now. That's not to say this would be easy. Nothing's easy. But it would be a lot harder for your children and grandchildren have to fight this, because they're going to have to. Somebody's going to have to do this. Somebody is going to have to do this. Because those, those absolute genocidal maniacs that run that regime, they will fire nuclear weapons at this country just as easily as they mowed down 50,000 of their own people. And they're still murdering them. We'll be right back. You know, folks, you either have talk radio in your bloodstream or you don't. You love doing it. Ask my wife. I'm chomping at the bit to do the show. When that mic comes on, I'm ready to roll because I know I've prepared, I've done everything I can. And I want to share my thoughts. I want to hear from some of you when you call in. And I've always been a radio, a talk radio junkie, so I'm doing what I want to do. And it is a great honor. I'm blessed to have you out there, blessed to have our wonderful broadcast companies and our platforms, our affiliates, satellite, you name it. And also I'm blessed to be in a position to start this video podcast. I hope you'll be able to watch our Inaugural show. Our inaugural show is tomorrow, 12pm Eastern Time. We're going to do it three times a week, 45 minutes each show. I do radio five times a week, three hours a day. So this is quite different. It's truncated, it's tight, but they're both different. But my goal is to try and bring some of that audience to radio and vice versa. In other words, just to have a huge outpouring of interest and engagement. And on YouTube you go to Iberty's voice to subscribe, and on Rumble, you go to Arklevin show to follow. That's the bottom line. All the other social media is fine, but Those are the two channels. They're specifically set up for us with YouTube, with Rumble. By the way, I want to give a hat tip to my brother, Dan Bongino. He's a big wig over there. Rumble. He's very excited to have us. We're very excited to be there. He's just a good guy. He's a good guy. He helps people. People don't know that. It's what he does. I try to do the same thing I do because I'm not going to be here forever. People keep saying online, hey, old man. Wait, I'm not that old. Hey, old man. They must be like 22, so they know how the whole world works. Oh, man, am I that old? No, I don't think so. But there's a point at which you gotta, you gotta help help the, the next team farm team come in and, and we've got quite a strong group. We really do, as far as I'm concerned. All right, let us continue here. I, I, I left my laptop in another state in a state of confusion. It's being shipped to me, so I'm doing everything off my iPhone, off my own noggin, my own notes and so forth and so on. So if it's a little choppy, give me a little break because that's, that's part of what's going on here. But it's okay. We have a big guest hour three. The Lieutenant Governor of Texas who runs the Religious Liberty Council that the president set up. And there was a member, Carrie Brujon Boiler, I guess Bowler. And how do you know that? I know, but it's spelled B O I L E R. Oh, L L. While she will go down in infamy, not for me, infamy, a real big time Jew hater, but she loves the Palestinians, so there is that. I'll be right back. This segment of the podcast is exclusively sponsored by PureTalk. PureTalk offers great coverage and can save your family money on your wireless bill every single month. Go to PureTalk.com to find the plan that's right for you. Thank you again for listening and thank you so much for this sponsorship. PureTalk he's here. He's here now.

Contact with our leader, Mark Levin. Hello America. Mark Levin here. Our number, 8773-8138-1187-7381-3811 danielgreenfield.org Virginia begins criminalizing opposition to Islam There is a big and growing pocket of Islamists in Northern Virginia and they have a lot of sway within the last 10 years. And because every one of these counties in Northern Virginia is controlled by the Democrats and left wing Democrats, they work closely with the Islamists on zoning, on school lessons, on hiring and firing. We've seen this throughout Europe with the left and of course, we saw in Iran when the left worked with Khomeini, he took over the country and then he slaughtered them. The left is quite stupid. Senator Saddam claims that Virginia is in the middle of an Islamophobia crisis. The second Muslim selected for the state Senate if the Ghazala Hashmi, who is now acting as Virginia's lieutenant governor, the Bangladeshi immigrant from a country where non Muslims are being murdered in the streets has made complaining about Islamophobia in his new home his signature issue. Senator Saddam Azim Salem his first priority has been a bill to define Islamophobia. The most notable thing about his bill, SB624, assault and battery definition of Islamophobia. The penalty is now completely unnecessary. Virginia already has multiple layers of hate crime enhancements for assaults motivated by race, ethnicity and religion. During Governor Glenn Youngkin's term, the legislature has already passed SB 7. That's Senate Bill 7 and its counterpart enhancing the assault charge for anyone who intentionally selects the person against whom a simple assault is committed because of his race, religious conviction, gender disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, color or ethnic or national origin. Does that include Everybody, including Caucasians? Mr. But I don't know people of UN color that should cover Islam and Muslims, he writes. And yet Senator Saddam introduced a three page bill with 10 clauses in the first section, a whole lot of whom do nothing more than ad, including Islam where it is remotely needed or useful, for example, because of his race, religious conviction, including Islam. I'm quoting from it gender disability, gender identity, or because of his race. So he keeps putting in Islam, Islam, Islam throughout. Why provide Islam with this privileged status? Doesn't say anything about Christians and Jews and Buddhists and Hindus and so forth. Because it makes Islam distinct, which is a step toward making it superior. And making Islam distinct and superior is the religious mission of believing Muslims, he writes. This isn't about making sure that attacks on Muslims are prosecuted, but about providing Islam with special privileges. And it's about using supposed crimes against Muslims as bait for Islamophobia indoctrination. The Islamophobia switch in SB624 comes after the bait about assaults. First. The bill sets out a definition of Islamophobia which transforms a term created by Islamists seeking to impose the religion on society into an official legal term. Remember, Christopher Hitchens warned us about this. He said about 15 years ago, actually more like 18 years ago, they've invented this word Islamophobia. It is. It's not a real word, but they've invented it. And now Daniel Greenfield's pointing out, now they're legalizing it and using it as a club. Notably, the definition in SB624 in Virginia States that Islamophobia means malicious prejudice or hatred directed toward Islam or Muslims, unquote. The distinction is legally significant as prejudice, quote, unquote, towards Islam is distinct from prejudice towards Muslims. For example, in the uk, burning a Quran has been prosecuted as a form of hate towards Islam, and that opens the door to blasphemy laws. Anybody with the First Amendment? No, not now, no. These are all recent immigrants into this country now playing the system, you understand? Having malicious prejudice towards Muslims, he writes, is perfectly sufficient in prosecuting an assault or a case of discrimination. Islam, however, is a religion. And just like any religion or any other belief system, people have the right to be opposed to it as long as they don't mistreat others. The use of Islam or Muslims embeds the first stage of blasphemy law inside Virginia law. But that's the whole reason why Islamophobia, so called, was manufactured as a political term. Unlike racism or antisemitism, it's not hatred towards a group, but towards an ideological abstraction. Islamophobia legislation isn't protecting persecuted individuals, but the status of an ideology. And those forms of protection invariably turn out to ban blasphemy against Islam. For censoring cartoons, art. At least one of the professors who was fired from showing paintings of Muhammad in a class. Excuse me. And any public criticism of the Islamic persecution of women, minorities and all non Muslims. The point he makes is a brilliant one here. This is a legal sanction for speaking against an ideology. For speaking against an ideology. SB624 claims it's not trying to regulate or restrict any speech, expression or belief, but by including a definition of Islamophobia that mentions Islam and puts it first, it's laying the groundwork for doing exactly that. And his other point is important too, which is Islam gets a higher status than every other religion or race or whatever. Compare this to HB 2261 under Youngkin, which Islamists and leftist groups urgently opposed, which defined anti Semitism and which does not mention Judaism, but rather define it as a hatred toward Jews and includes rhetorical and physical manifestations of hostility or hatred that may be directed toward Jewish or non Jewish individuals or their property, the Jewish community or Jewish institutions and religious facilities. In all of these cases, antisemitism involve hatred against Jewish people or against Jewish synagogues or other facilities, not Judaism as a belief system. Why doesn't Senator Saddam's Islamophobia bill use that as a model? Because it's not about protecting Muslims from violence, but about imposing Islam as a legal concept on Virginia. And I assure you he got help with the legal team over at Cairo. But if not at care one of these other radical Islamist groups. Because the object of SB 624 and every effort to define Islamophobia isn't Muslims, it's Islam. The pretense that Muslims are facing violence and need a new bill to protect them falls apart because the very definition is aimed at protecting Islam, the religion, not Muslims as individuals. Virginia's extensive hate crime codes already amply protect Muslims from anything and everything. The only gap so called from the Islamist perspective is the status of Islam. The Islamophobia definition of SB624 gives a distinct and special status to Islam. It defines Islam as an entity that must be protected by the government and the law enforcement agencies. From the bill obligates to use this definition of Islamophobia when prosecuting hate crimes. And that paves the way for criminalizing Quran defacement and Muhammad paintings. It's telling the Virginia's highest profile Islamophobia case was a lie. And it happened in Fairfax county, which is represented by Senator Saddam Adam Saleem, the author of that bill. Darwin Martis Torres, an illegal alien Ms. 13 gang member killed Nabra Hassan, a Muslim teenage girl. And rather than blaming Fairfax sanctuary policies that enabled Torres to be there roaming the streets, Islamist groups And their radical allies falsely blamed Islamophobia and intimidated local authorities, including prosecutors, into propping up their hoax. He writes, police initially correctly stated it was a road rage killing before being forced to spread the lie that it had been motivated by Islam. The evidence that it was a hate crime, well, in the words of the Washington Post reporter, hitting a 17 year old girl with a bat and dumping her body in a pond would be an act born of hate, perhaps, but not of Muslims or of Islam. Nebra Hasanen's murder was used to promote the myth that there was an Islamophobia crisis in Virginia. And SB624 is the next stage in which Islamists profit by creating a distinct legal status for Islam. That is how one lie about Islamophobia becomes a state. This is a real connivance here. It's one thing to get in the face of somebody and start trashing them because of their faith or hitting them or doing worse. It's another thing to raise questions about a particular faith that can't be criminalized. Yet in Virginia, it's going to be criminalized. Look what's happened to Virginia. Look what's happened to Virginia since the swearing in of all the Democrats in the assembly, in the Senate and the Governor's Mansion. Look what's happened to Virginia. Took no time at all. They're destroying it at breakneck speed. Virginia, I think, has five or maybe six Republican congressmen. They're going to have one one out of 11 in a state that voted 47% for Donald Trump. 1. Hakeem Jeffries is demanding that the Senate leader in Maryland eliminate the one Republican seat Maryland has eliminated. So there's no Republican representation as in Massachusetts. That's why I said he's the George Wallace of our time. He doesn't believe in one man, one vote. He, one woman, one vote. And at the same time, of course, illegal aliens. They want to protect them. He even said the other day, and I brought it to your attention here, that there needs to be a pathway for citizenship for these people. So they're going to destroy our electoral system, they're going to destroy our legal system. They're going to empower themselves, the Democrat Party. And you're not going to recognize this country, a country of civil liberties, a country diversity, country of tolerance. You're not going to recognize this country and it's not going to take 25, 30, 50 years. It's going to happen during the lifetime of your children and your grandchildren. I'll be right back. Mark le Beginning. You know What? Pure Talk's favorite holiday is President's Day because they believe wireless service should only cost you a couple of presidents. Now, after all this talk by that state senator and these phony Muslim civil rights groups, Madame Talib and Omar and so forth. And so when I ask you these questions, ladies and gentlemen, how come there's not a single Jew elected to any office in any Muslim majority country? Hmm? How come there's not a single Christian elected to a top office in Qatar, in Saudi Arabia? First of all, most of them are not democracies, are they? They don't hold real elections, do they? They would never allow a Jew to serve in any office appointed or elected. And the only Christian they allow is the mayor they appointed at Bethlehem, who our dear friend, the former ambassador to Israel, David Freeman, points out as nothing but a stooge for the Palestinians. So there's that. And yet we have people come to this country, Islamists, who want to rewrite the hate crime statute in, among other places, Virginia, to make it a hate crime, to effectively criticize Islam. Talk about Islamophobia. They don't talk about Jewophobia or Christianophobia, of which there's a ton. Where exactly is this widespread violence against Muslims in the West? Where is this? The widespread violence against Muslims is in Muslim majority countries by Islamists who brutalized them in Syria, in Yemen, in Iran, in Jordan, in Egypt. I am sure I left out about 12 countries. So I watch this as these ideologues come into our country, seek to use our freedoms, our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, our electoral process, to impose their tyranny. And the Democrats are perfectly happy with this as long as these people are voting Democrats. And so as long as they vote Democrat, like in 10 of the top cities in England, like throughout France and so forth throughout Western Europe. Sure. But then there's a little bit of a problem when the Islamists turn on the. On the left. But in our country, the Islamists are not going to turn on the left because they haven't gotten far enough yet. There will be a point at which they do, because the Islamists do not believe in gay marriage. The Islamists do not believe in LGBTQ anything. The Islamists do not believe in free speech and freedom of association. The Islamists. The Islamists do not believe that there should be a diversity of viewpoints. One viewpoint, and they can't always agree on that. And the Islamists don't believe that the west should exist. They don't believe the United States should exist. They don't hide it. Now, some of their politicians do. Behind Islamophobia. But it's amazing to hear this. You want to know where Islamophobia is? It's in Qatar. It's in Saudi Arabia. It's in Syria. It's in Yemen. That's where Islamophobia is. Notice they don't call it Muslim phobia. Do you notice that, Mr. Producer? Islamophobia. Because we're talking about the worst of the worst. The jihadis, the Islamists, Islamophobia. It's not a phobia, it's a reality. You could go to these countries, probably wouldn't live, but you can go to these countries and actually interview Muslims on the street. And they're going to tell you how they detest these Islamists. I'll be right back. You know what PureTalk's favorite holiday is? Presidents Day. Because they believe wireless service should only cost you a couple of presidents. This is where liberalism ends. At Liberty begins the Mark levin Show at 877-381-3811. See, what is today's date? Ms. February 16th. It's been 10 months since I decided to take after Katarlson, Third Reich Bannon. A few months later, after Megyn Kelly. What's another guy's name? Pros Biak or something or other, I don't remember. Pros Biak. Fuentes. Fuentes. And you were with me every step of the way. And it was very lonely, wasn't it? In America, I'd get these phone calls from people, you know, and I won't humiliate them. Keep it up, Mark. You're doing a great job. And my wife would get very angry, said, well, what are they doing? They're doing nothing. And all over the Internet. And I spent a little time there having fun, but it is a cesspool. It's. They thank each other, Mr. Producer, for what they've done in the last three or five months. Have you noticed that? I want to thank so and so, so and so, the true voice of this. Oh, he had Bannon. He did. I'm like, well, that's fantastic. The true voices of conservatism. Where were they? That's why we do things differently here. That's why this radio audience, you are massive. You're loyal, you're red blooded Americans just like me. I'm the same as you. Bannon's really taking it now because the Epstein files, which he said he wanted release, which his supporters said they wanted release, have been released. And his DNA is all over that damn thing. He was a kiss ass to Epstein. He was conspiring with Epstein to take out the president's family. Ivanka and Jared, a big leaker, apparently. Ehud Barak, who apparently they worked with, who is a radical leftist, a failed prime minister who has spent years trying to destroy Netanyahu and will do anything to get rid of Netanyahu. And he comes off as a complete sleazeball in there. And Epstein and Bannon are supporting the guy. This is why Bannon, day after day, night after night, was trashing Netanyahu. This is why Bannon flipped from being a Christian Zionist to being, in my view, an Israel hater and an anti Semite in many respects, if not all Respects my opinion. But listen to the guy. I think Qatar is the big reason why Katarl Sin is Qatar. These are very sick and evil individuals. Candace Owens is a mentally unhinged buffoon. I barely talk about her because I figure why she's destroyed herself. I don't care what kind of following she has. She has a legacy her children will have to live with. This guy Fuentes, he doesn't know who he hates and who he loves. It just depends on the day. Why? Because he's another mentally ill mental midget. So he doesn't know whether he should put on his brown shirt or his white robe or what the hell he's supposed to do. Of course, Fuentes is very embarrassed by his heritage, which includes being Mexican. Claims to be Italian. Did you know that, Mr. Producer? Oh, yes. Much like the idiots in the street a couple years back outside of Colombia were busy waving the Italian flag when they meant to be waving the Palestinian flag, such as it is. This is what we're dealing with. All these people have at root an IQ of a cucumber. They're all failed drama queens and drama kings. They've all failed at real media, a real media. Some have been fired, some have had to quit, some have been forced out. And they have determined that the best way to get rich and infamous, I guess, is to be as racist and bigoted and anti Semitic and anti Christian, as foul mouth as possible. Because there's a certain percentage of the audience that wants to listen to it, particularly overseas. They have a big overseas following. So we were duking it out here alone for a very long period of time. And now we have a lot of people who are duking it out with these reprobates. And that is a damn good thing. And I urged that and I encouraged that. I just wanted people to show. Rather to show people who have a microphone or a camera or both. You can do this and you'll survive to the next day. So do it. I just posted the speech I gave at the Republican Jewish Coalition. Take a listen to that. Before that, I gave a speech to Christians United for Israel, another fantastic group. Take a listen to that, if you care. I'm just explaining. And in each one of those cases, I said, speak out, stand up. Particularly if a microphone and a camera. What are you waiting for? Because these people are destroying the Republican Party. They're destroying or trying to, the President and maga. They have their own agenda. They have massive narcissistic egos. They don't have any principles whatsoever. Think about these people from Katarlson to Fuentes to Owens and on and on along the list from Bannon. They have no principles, but they're slick talkers. They all talk fairly quickly. Slick talkers that they know how to do because that's what they were trained to do. Bannon was in Hollywood for years. Kitarlson has been in the talk business in the writing period. Nothing else. She's never done anything else. Fuentes is still pre pubescent, but that's pretty much all he does. Kelly's been bouncing around and broadcasting for her whole career, except I think she was a lawyer for about five minutes. I don't know. I don't care. But you can't point to anything these people have done that is profound or lasting in a substantive way. Nothing. Zero. Zero. And so the Epstein papers, I've said, you know, they're just trying to get Trump with this thing. There's nothing in there on Trump and there's nothing in there on Trump except in the last group of papers that were released, he contacted the Palm Beach County Sheriff and said, you got a problem with this guy Epstein? And he said, we're looking into him and Trump, basically. Good. Something needs to be done about him. Wow, that's pretty compelling, I would say, wouldn't you, Mr. Producer? But there's nothing in there about him in any sinister way. None. That's why the Biden regime never released this stuff. Then you have Massey in the city at row. What's his last name again? Khanna. Ro. Con man and Messi. This guy goes to the floor, this Khan, and I think Massey did too, but. And starts reading names of individuals for them in particular, who never did anything wrong. They were actually working for the prosecution. I think they were part of a lineup. You know how you get these guys in a lineup who haven't done anything wrong, but they look a certain way, so they want to. They set up well, you watch TV enough, you've seen that. So these poor guys who did nothing, this Roy Khanna goes to the ro. Khanna goes to the floor of the House where he's protected under the speech and debate clause, and starts reading their names out. One of them gets fired. And this is why you need to understand from a legal perspective, this is why you just don't start releasing people's names, even though the politicians want it released, because they're trying to get people and they're trying to get Trump. But this is why names are redacted and so forth. So finally, justice said, okay, here you go. Now, to me, Ro Khanna and Massie should be expelled for what they did. You believe in civil liberties. You believe in due process. This is basic stuff. They won't be expelled because there won't be enough votes, but they should be expelled. This is why Talib should be expelled. Not because of this per se, but because of her association with terrorist front groups, which has now been reported. She should be expelled, but she won't be because the Democrat Party, the whole damn thing, is now associated with various terrorist front groups, terror and so forth, with Hamas. So we do have an enemy within, and we do have a Democrat Party that is really an alien entity within our Republican system, small R Republican system. And now they want to destroy the way we vote. They want to make sure illegal aliens are counted for the purpose of empowering them. The Democrats. That's why the border was open, and that's why they would keep it open. Look, if they win, they're going to keep the border open and they're not going to deport anybody. It's over. And if they get the court to do what they want the court to do, which is to say there's some constitutional right to birthright citizenship, that is a as close to an arrow to the heart of the republic as you can get. It's very, very damning and dangerous. So Bannon is now Persona non grata among a lot of people who took him seriously. The war room. I told you, it's the fraud room. How do you take a guy seriously? Was arrested by the feds when he was on a boat with a Communist Chinese guy. He gets a pardon for any federal offenses related to this scheme where he was ripping off people for. I'm going to build a southern wall. Trump won't go up, but I'll raise enough money. So maybe some of you got ripped off because the audience was who he sought to rip off. But the state prosecution, he agreed to plead guilty because he didn't want to do any more prison time. He pled guilty. He didn't have to. He did. And people still watched him and quoted him. Now he's all over the Epstein files. He was giving advice to Epstein even when he knew Epstein was a complete sleazeball. And then when you read some of this stuff, he was like a yes man for Epstein. And he was thrilled when a federal judge threw some case out involving a poor young woman. Victory. You know, Bannon, there's a reason he doesn't work at the White House anymore, folks. Seriously. And he never should be anywhere close to it. And I don't know why any of you are listening to him or following. You know, I love this line. We shouldn't deplatform people. My view is they deplatform themselves. We're the market. We just want nothing to do with them. It's like Guitarluson, you know. Oh, you must be Israel first. Let me say this. At least Israel's an ally. Their democracy. We support each other. Qatar was involved in 9 11. Saudi Arabia was involved in 9 11. They're destroying our school system, K through 12. They're destroying our colleges and universities. They're pushing the Islamist radicalism onto our country. Which side would you take? America? Or is this show flying by? We'll be right back. With Donald Trump back in office, one of his biggest adversaries, top Democrat Dick Durbin of Chicago, is leading the charge to derail President Trump's agenda at every turn. And now Senator Durbin has a new scheme, a government takeover of your credit card. Right now, Americans have thousands of credit card options, all with equal strong security. But Durbin's plan could result in less security. That means more risk for your credit, your identity and your financial future. Durbin's bill isn't about helping consumers. It's a giveaway to corporate mega stores, which could shift costs onto you while putting your rewards and fraud protections in jeopardy. We've seen Durbin's failed policies before. A nondescript building, we've once again made.
Mark Levin
Contact with our leader, Mark Levin. Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number. Help. Hello? Hello? 8773-813811-87733-813 811. We have Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick on in about 15 minutes. I'd like to discuss with him. What is it called, Rich? The Religious Liberty Council. I think the President's this Carrie Parisian Buller who had to leave, and she should have left. She shouldn't be on the Religious Liberty Council. She should be on the Palestinian Council, I think, don't you, Mr. Producer? We know how they treat women and Christians, particularly Catholics. I'm sure she'd be very welcome on that. No, she wouldn't, obviously. And really, Dan Patrick has conducted himself with a lot of class, I don't believe. Have we ever spoken to Dan Patrick? Maybe once, 20 some years. I've always admired this guy. He's. He's a man of deep Christian faith. He's a solid conservative. I've always been impressed with him whenever I see him or read about him and so forth. That's why, again, I don't know him. Certainly not well. I think he owns a radio station or two, doesn't he? Or he did. I'm not sure. I'm not sure, but I believe so. Let's see here. You know what, ladies and gentlemen, we want to. I don't want to play Chuck Schumer. He's such a jackass. He's such a snake about. There's no evidence of voter fraud. ICE can't go to bowling places. No more secret police. This is a sick man. You know, I gotta play Gavin Newscomb. The President put up a nice post, a good post. He says, you know these three aoc Newscomb and Hillary Clinton going overseas, trashing the country. I just posted on this myself. This guy Newsom is actually a very, very stupid man. But he is sinister and he's a snake oil says. And everybody's picked up on the fact that his hands never stop moving. Remember, we Talked about that, Mr. Producer. It's with his hands they keep going. Circus. Moving and moving and moving. What's with this guy? Here he is. Cut, four, go. Oh, by the way, before we go. At the Munich Security Conference, last time I checked, that's in Germany. Cut, four, go.
Dan Patrick
But I want to remember all those images of masked men, the secret police, something familiar.
Mark Levin
In Germany, all those images of masked men remind them of secret police. You mean during the pandemic? Oh, yeah. All the men in the country had to wear a mask. Remember that, Mr. Producer? Masked men, you got to wear masks. And of course, we learned later, they were irrelevant. Didn't matter. You got to wear a mask. Mask. Mask, Mask. Mask. Industry, mostly Chinese, made a fortune. Now they're against masks when it protects law enforcement officers from being identified, having their spouses identified, having their children harassed and identified. Now they're against masks because it reminds them of the ss. So when we were forced to wear them, it didn't remind them of the ss, but now when law enforcement wears it to protect themselves, it's the SS mask. A question. Why do people need to see their faces? If they're illegal immigrants and they're bringing them. What is that all about? Why is that important? Because they come up with these symbolic issues and these propaganda slogans, and they just beat them to death. Anyway. Start at the top. Here's Newscombe at the Munich Security. Hey, California, everything going okay? Newscomb seems to be spending a lot of time overseas. Hey, Palisades, how you doing there? You getting the buildings back up? The houses, the water coming through the pipe system, the hydrants. Getting any water? How's it going out there? Everybody go ahead.
Dan Patrick
But I want to remember all those images of masked men. The secret police, something familiar in Germany.
Mark Levin
Can I stop? I don't remember Masked men in Germany. I remember the Nazis, including their ss. They weren't masked. Were they rich? They were open. They were notorious. They were doing it. They were proud of it. They were psychopaths. I don't remember the masked Nazis in Germany. I don't remember the images of masked Nazis in Germany. I remember the images of Nazis in Germany with their faces shown in Germany. So what the hell is he even talking about? Let's do it again at the top. Cut four. Go.
Dan Patrick
But I want to remember all those images of masked men. The secret police, something familiar in Germany. Those first images came out of my state, the second largest city in the United States. In America, we saw 4,000 National Guard federalized.
Mark Levin
First time.
Dan Patrick
We'd never seen anything like this.
Mark Levin
Yes, we have, you dumbass. And in California, too. The Rodney King situation, maybe. There were 2,000, 3,000. I mean, in fact, I remember Reagan calling in the regular Marines. Not just the National Guard. Or the regular Marines, I should say, were called in to help. The Insurrection act has been used two dozen times or more by both presidents of both parties. So the guy makes statements that are just outrageous. Go ahead.
Dan Patrick
Duty Marines sent not overseas, but to the second largest city in the United States of America. Militarizing the streets of my city. Masked men.
Mark Levin
Listen to this psychopath. Listen to these Democrats who hype up their base, which is illegal aliens, Marxists and Islamists and criminals. That's their base. That's their base. Not you, Mr. And Mrs. America. The thugs, the criminals, the illegal aliens. There would be thugs and criminals, the Islamists, that's their base. They got them all worked up. They urge him to go into the fight, to be violent, to obstruct, to intervene. And then when you call in law and order, you call in the police or you call in the National Guard. They're the thugs. They're the Nazis. It reminds me of those black and white pictures. Germany. You should be familiar with this. How sick is this? Trashing our country, trashing our law enforcement personnel on foreign soil. This guy has no business even thinking about being President. He's horrendous. He had some of the strictest mask rules in the country in California. Do you remember Germany back, back then, Newscom, when people lost their civil liberties? When they ordered not to leave their homes, when they were told they'd be arrested if they went in, out in the public. Remember that? Remember that? Newscomb, you dumb bastard? That's right, I said it. Go ahead.
Dan Patrick
Asked men showing up unaccountable. No idea.
Mark Levin
IDs, unaccountable unaccountable. Of course they're accountable. Cut 5. Go. 27% of the state is foreign born, which is an important point.
Dan Patrick
We practice pluralism.
Mark Levin
You don't practice pluralism, you creep. They practice pluralism. No, the Democrat party practices power grabbing. That's it. Power grabbing. It's not pluralism. Pluralism is an organized, managed, lawful immigration system. Pluralism isn't illegal. Immigrants up the wazoo. Paid for by the taxpayers of California. Go ahead.
Dan Patrick
Might be even banned one day in.
Mark Levin
The United States, but not currently.
Dan Patrick
We're a universal state. My state of mind is in that construct. I come from San Francisco.
Mark Levin

Dan Patrick
Mark, I'm great. Great to be with you tonight. We have big time coming up here in Texas. Primary opens up tomorrow night. Early voting, a lot of big races in Texas that will impact particularly the US Senate race in America.
Mark Levin
Hold on, I didn't know that's tomorrow night. Tell the American people who's running.
Dan Patrick
Yeah. So early vote. We have two weeks of early voting in Texas. Election is two weeks from tomorrow night. So early vote starts tomorrow. We've got Ken Paxton running against John Cornyn and Wesley Hunt is also in that race. So it's tight right now. Paxton's ahead by several points. Cornyn's in second and Wesley's in third. Looking at all the polls, but that will be a big race. That will be a big race to keep the Senate in November.
Mark Levin
Let me ask you something while I have you here. A lot of talk on this program and elsewhere about these Islamist communities that are starting to, you know, get. Get established in Texas. What's that all about?
Dan Patrick
So, as a matter of fact, we have what are known interim charges. You know, Texas is A little bit different. We meet every other year and considering we're almost the seventh largest economy in the world and we all make $600 a month of work part time, your kind of government, we show up every other year. But in the, in the even years, we'll go back January of next year, we have interim hearings. So the first interim hearing I put at the top of the list of about 90 that we'll have is, is on the. We call it Epic City and all these Islamic neighborhoods and, and Sharia law, because we really need to dig into it. Look, we had this situation, Mark, you may remember something called Colony Ridge a few years ago. In fact, that was just settled in court. And that was another huge development of the basically illegal immigrants that started with like a few hundred people. In 2013, it was growing to over 100,000. And so we're going to have our hearings, we'll investigate it, we'll see, we'll see what the facts are and we'll go from there. But we're not going to have Islamic Sharia law in the state of Texas. Not going to happen.
Mark Levin
Good. Because, you know, my residence is in Florida, but we spend time in Virginia too. And Virginia is going to hell in about three weeks here. I've never seen anything like it in my life. Have you seen this?
Dan Patrick
Yes, yes, I have.
Mark Levin
It's crazy. And I just fear the Democrat Party, once they get power, man, they don't intend to let go. And you see it in all these states. You got Hakeem Jeffries. Now he's threatening Maryland. They want to get rid of the one Republican seat. They have no Republican seats. None in Massachusetts. Illinois is a joke. California is a joke. Whatever happened to one man or one woman at one vote? So Republicans are going to vote. They have nobody to vote for.
Dan Patrick
Yeah. You know, Mark, it's interesting because this, we passed, you know, five additional seats in redistricting last session. We were there in extra sessions last summer when we did it. And so we kicked it out of the Senate and the House passed it and we moved forward. But I think what was shocking to America is all the Democrats were complaining about, we wanted to redistrict. And one of the reasons we're just a fast growing state, you know, we had, we had 18 million people in 2000. We've got over 31 million now. We're scheduled to go to 4, 45 million in another 15, 20 years. But when we redistrict and the Democrats started complaining, then, then you looked at Illinois 14 to 3. You looked at, I think Massachusetts with one. And now you look, looking at this, Massachusetts has none. Has none. So it's, it's amazing where we have Republicans in all these states and they have no one to vote for. And the Democrats, you know, we expose them but it doesn't stop them. Like you're saying they're pushing the envelope. And that's what happens when you have a corrupt mainstream media that doesn't tell the people the truth. What's going on?
Mark Levin
Let's talk about this controversy that was resolved fairly quickly. I thought you are chairman of, it's called the Religious Liberty Council, is that correct?
Dan Patrick
Yeah, the Presidential Religious Liberty Commission. Correct.
Mark Levin
And what's the, I mean other than the obvious title, what is the mandate?
Dan Patrick
So Mark, this is interesting and I wouldn't tell the story except the President told the story. So after the election in November when he won, I got a phone call by accident, it was kind of an accidental call and the President I were on the phone and, and we were talking and I've chaired his campaign here for, for three times in Texas, which is an easy job by the way. If he lost Texas, I'd have to leave the country. You know, it's like the Maytag man, you know, if anyone remembers the mag tag man had nothing to do. So, and so I brought up, by.
Mark Levin
The way, you're, you're self deprecating but you did a good job. Go ahead.
Dan Patrick
Well, thank you. So anyway, I talked to him that you know, the, the Obama, the Biden administration, they don't, they didn't only go after people of faith, they punished them. They punished them. And I said, you know, Mr. President, let's do a comparison committee on religious liberty because Americans don't know where to pray, when to pray and it's an all faith community. And so I mean committee and you know, in terms of the issues, it's not just about Christians. And I have an outstanding committee. There are 13 of us, there are now 12 but Cardinal Dolan, Reverend Graham, Rabbi Slavitchik, Dr. Ben Carson, Dr. Phil. And so we bring in, we focused On K through 12, we focused on higher ed, we focused on the military. And this hearing that we had last Monday, I wanted to do a hearing on anti Semitism that you know, is happening all over the world, but in this country that I think shocked a lot of people. What happened on the college campuses and elsewhere. And the next hearing in March is on healthcare. So we're looking at this. And Mark, the testimony has been just, it's mind numbing you think this can't happen in America, what's happening to people for their faith? And so we're going to issue a report because it's a presidential commission, it doesn't go to Congress, goes right to him with suggestions for executive orders, legislation, etc. So in every one of these hearings, Mark, we bring in people, you know, this is not supposed to be a controversial issue. We bring in people, you know, we bring in our witnesses. Most of the witnesses are from cases that are either in the court court or one in the Supreme Court. And we have them tell their stories and, you know, we ask them questions. This is not like we had a Navy Seal that after 19 years of service, was thrown out of the service because he wouldn't take the vaccination for religious reasons, and he lost everything. Well, we didn't ask him, well, do you think maybe the Navy was right? I mean, it's not a contentious hearing. It's tell the story and then we'll issue the report and we'll look what we need to do to. To continue this great inheritance we got from our founding fathers and on the First Amendment and the first freedom. And so in this hearing, it was teed up to go on anti. Semitism. It's been on the schedule. And one of our members decided to make it about Israel and Gaza. And it was totally inappropriate. She didn't listen to. And we had incredible testimony from Bruce Pearl, the former Auburn basketball coach, from Seth Dillon, the CEO of Babylon Bee, and just regular folks who are Jewish who had their rights taken away. Heartbreaking. Mark, our first witness was a UCLA student who had to show a card to be able to get around campus. And he brought. Mark, he brought his grandfather's Nazi card because his grandfather was in one of the prison camps and had changed his name. So it's the only way he stayed alive. And he had this little card and he said, you know, I never thought 80 years later what my grandfather went through. And here I am at UCLA and I have to carry a card around. I mean, it was just these things are heartbreaking and people are punishing people in this country, whether they're Jewish, Christian. We've had, you know, different faiths before the committee, but. But Terry Bowler.
Mark Levin
Hold on. Code Governor, don't stop. We have a break. I want to continue this. I don't want to stop it here abruptly so we can get into this more deeply after the bottom of the hour here. We're here with the great lieutenant governor of Texas, Dan Patrick. We're going to get into this issue. That was a controversy, but it was put to bed quite quickly. We'll be right back. It's tax season, and at LifeLock, we know you're tired of numbers, but here's a big one you need to hear. Billions. Mike, put in the thunder on the right. Call in now. 877-381-3811. We're here with Lieutenant Governor of Texas Dan Patrick. So, Governor Carrie, I don't know if I'm pronouncing this Parisian bowler. Is that the name? Yes.
Dan Patrick
Correct. Correct.
Mark Levin
So what happened? You're there. Did you know her? And kind of blows up.
Dan Patrick
So I didn't know her before she was joined the committee last June, and I knew by some text or tweets, rather, that she had put out that she may have been going down this direction. And so I tried to meet with her, along with Ben Carson and Paula White, who's on our committee. And she didn't want to meet. And I'm only sharing this because, once again, this is public. Eric Metaxas, a great, a great writer, good man, came in the meeting. She invited him in the meeting. And if you read his, his tweet, he says it was so combative. And, you know, we were, Paula and Ben and I were being, you know, very polite, very respectful. We just said, what's your plan for the day? And so she was just, she was, her motor was revved up to go. So I kind of expected what was going to happen. And so we went out in the committee, we had a few witnesses, and, and she hit her mic to talk, and when she did, she didn't pay any attention to what their stories were. She didn't ask any questions about that. Her questions about, were questions about, well, the Catholics, she's converted to Catholicism and they don't support Israel and trying to conflate Zionism with, you know, being anti Semitic and, and just went after our witnesses. And at one point, I had to gavel her down to stop her. And she was sitting to my right, so I, I could see her phone. She was getting questions from the audience. They were, I could see the questions coming in someone in the audience. And she put a penalty.
Mark Levin
Hold on a second. Somebody was planning questions.
Dan Patrick
Yeah, someone was giving her questions, planning her questions and telling her what to say. And she kept going back to the Jews killed Jesus. The Jews killed Jesus. And at one point, Franklin Graham, who doesn't say a lot, but he says a lot with a few words. He just leaned forward, he said, no one killed Jesus. Jesus is alive and the tomb is empty. And then a priest that was one of the witnesses on behalf of the anti Semitic issues that we're dealing with, he spoke up and said, look, we're all guilty. We're all guilty of killing Jesus. We're all guilty. That's why he died for all of us. And, and, but she kept coming back to that theme, Kept coming back to that theme. And then she really got in a row with Seth Dillon, CEO of Babylon B, and she started talking about Charlie Kirk and Candace Owens, and it just went south.
Mark Levin
Good Lord.
Dan Patrick
And she hijacked the committee. That's not what it was for. And so after, after the hearing, after it was over, I just made the decision that she had to be removed. And she was removed. But, Mark, we have a. You know this. I am preaching to the choir here. You know this. We have a real problem with a very small group in our Republican Party and the anti Semitic group. And as, and as you know, I've been. Now, I was a senator for eight years, lieutenant governor for, for going on 16 years when this, this time, or 12 years when this is over. And I'm running again. So I'll have another four years here. But I'm not going to put up with this. This is going to destroy our party. You know, and in both books of the Bible, in Genesis 50, Joseph talked about, you know, what his brothers meant for evil. God made for good. And then it's in Romans 8, 28. And then if you go back to the Bible, a house divided against itself cannot stand. Well, Sam Houston's said that and Abe Lincoln said that. And right now, our Republican Party, if we don't come out and fight this scourge of anti Semitic attitudes by small group in our party, we will, we will fall and the nation will fall. And, and, and I'm. I'm willing to be in the fight all the way. You know, Mark, it's interesting. And again, going back to Genesis or Romans about what some people mean for evil turns out for good is that Carrie, in essence brought this to the forefront because of her behavior and her combativeness and her disrespect of the witnesses. We really dug into the issue more, and now it's become a big issue and people are really looking at it. And if people go to YouTube or the justice.gov website and watch this, they'll see it. We had a great discussion on this issue. And, Mark, we cannot have this on our planet. We cannot have this in our country, and we dang sure can't have it in our party. And I'm not going to put up with it.
Mark Levin
First of all, I want to thank you, millions of listeners here who agree with you. It's number one. Number two, are you running against anybody in the primary?
Dan Patrick
I have three opponents in the primary, and we always take everyone serious. They're not major challengers. We'll have a battle on Texas and in November. We're still a republic state, but the winds are shifting. We lost us, we lost a state Senate seat that Trump carried by 17 points in a special election. And so the Democrats will say, see, we can win this. They'll pour money in. You know, if it's Jasmine Crockett who wins their primary, that's going to be one heck of a race on our side. But, but we, you know, Mark, this is, things happen and this happened for a reason. And she's now dismissed. And by the way, I want to say something. When she said my Catholic faith, she just converted to Catholicism. She said that in the meeting, but her Catholicism is with a group called Catholics for Catholics. And get this, Mark. On Saturday, Catholics for Catholics announced they're giving her the Courageous Champion Award. But I found out because Ryan Anderson, who's on our committee, who's Catholic and the priesthood, was there. Cardinal Dolan wasn't there that particular day, but they refuted everything she said. But Catholics for Catholics is not recognized by the church. It's not recognized by the bishops. It's just a, it's a fringe group. It's Candace Owens. It's, you know, other people who are in this little cabal with all these conspiracy theories and this, you know, attack on the Jews. And I'm going to call them out. It's about time they're called out. Because I, I, in my heart, I know that's not where America is. In my heart, I know that's not where our party is. And I heart, my heart, you know, my wife's Catholic, I'm Baptist. You know, we raised our kids Baptist. They're very confused. But in my heart, I know where America is. And we stand with Israel and we stand with, and we stand with the Jewish people in this country.
Mark Levin
And I stand with you, not that it'll matter. I'm going to endorse you for lieutenant governor. I think you're fantastic. I've been watching you. I've talked to Mr. Producer about you. You're just a great honor.
Dan Patrick
That's a great honor.
Mark Levin
And you come on here whenever you want, Governor.
Dan Patrick
Well, anytime, you know, anytime. I'm happy to. You know, the lieutenant governor in Texas is different. Most lieutenant governors are like vice presidents. But in Texas, our, our founders didn't like the carpet bagging governors the north sent down. So the governor and Governor Abbott's still very powerful. But as lieutenant governor, I get to appoint all the committee chairs, all the committee members, write the budget, which is 170 billion a year, pretty big with my team, and then also decide which bills come to the floor. So the lieutenant governor in Texas is like a majority leader. So I love what I do. I'm passionate about what I do. I have a great staff. I have great senators, work well with the governor. And we have a new speaker that we work well with. So look, we know in Texas we have to lead. We cannot lose Texas or we'll never elect another Republican to the White House because the electoral vote count. And as we like to say in our speeches, Texas is America, where all America used to. Used to be. And, and we have to get it right in Texas because there's not another Texas to move to.
Mark Levin
No, no, there's. No, there's not. And there's a reason why people want to go to Texas and a few other states, and that's about it. Listen, you're terrific, and I want to thank you for coming on the program. And if people want to help you, where do they go?
Dan Patrick
DanPatrick.org they can go to. DanPatrick.org Prayers. Prayers are needed. Courage is needed. And, and funds are always needed. But, you know, we'll. We'll have a pretty big race come November. It's going to, it's going to be a battle here. We'll win it, but we're going to have to fight for it. We can't take it for granted. And Mark, I'm a big fan of yours. I'm a very, very big fan of yours. Seldom miss the show and thank you for always telling the truth and not leaving anything in doubt of where you are.
Mark Levin
You're very kind.
Dan Patrick
Thank you. Well, thank you, sir.
Mark Levin
All right. And God bless you. And we endorse Dan Patrick for lieutenant governor. Not that he needs it, but why not he ought to. He ought to be re elected. God bless you, sir.
Dan Patrick
I need, I need. I need everybody in the army. I need everybody in the army.
Mark Levin
There you go.
Dan Patrick
Thank you, sir. Hey, thank you, sir.
Mark Levin
All right. You be well. You too.
Dan Patrick
Man.
Mark Levin
I tell you what, he's just fantastic. I'm a big Abbott fan, too, and that's why people move to these states. The problem is this effort by the Islamists and others, it's got to be opposed, it's got to be fought. I'll be right back. Mut Lev. All right, let's, let's get a few calls in here. Let us go to Tony. Silver Springs, Maryland, the great Wmal go.
Dan Patrick
Hey, Mark. Talking about the importance of voter id, I can just tell you my personal experience. The last time I voted, when I got to the desk where you check in, they asked me my name and address. I told you, and she told me where to, you know, where to go cast my ballot. And I said, you don't need my id.
Mark Levin
And she said, no.
Dan Patrick
And I said, how do you know.
Mark Levin
That I'm not someone claiming to be me but really isn't?
Dan Patrick
And her response, I see no evidence for that.
Mark Levin
And she kind of dismissed me. And of course they don't look at any evidence. That's how they don't see it. Well, I'm going to tell you, Maryland is one of about 11 Democrat states that have absolutely no voter ID in. And that's your point. Yeah, they're all, they're almost all Democrat states.
Dan Patrick
Even if the issue of undocumented people was, was not there, anybody could claim to be me and I lose my vote, you know, legally illegal, whatever.
Mark Levin
They're, they're, in fact, they're counting on that. They're counting on it. This is such a scam. And the idea that the Democrats think they're going to get away with this, and they might, is really appalling. I mean, voter ID is not complicated. It's just an identification that demonstrates you are who you say you are. And we need it in virtually every walk of life, every age group, everything you do, whether you get a hotel room or rent a car or buy a car or get a loan or open a bank account or get some booze or go into a casino or get some cigarettes. I mean, the whole list. Try to get into any government building without an id, you can't, you can't get into the Capitol building where all the Democrats are saying you don't need an id, but they would require you to have an ID to go in and meet them for security. While voting needs security too. But they don't care. These people are evil. They're just plain damn evil. Thank you for your call, friend. And they get away with it. Let's be honest. They get away with it. So they do more of it. They're not. They don't have a conscience. They're not circumspect about stuff. This is a power grab. They think them being in power, them getting wealthy, that that's. That that's good, that's good. Let's go to Bridgeville. I don't know where it is. Rich. Where is. Where in Delaware. The great WGMD go.
Dan Patrick
Yeah. Marxist revolution against Western civilization. Israel, the Judeo Christian heritage and our constitutional republic is brought to us by the Marxist mullahs. These are people motivated by their pathological ideologies and what they push for in Europe and here is two different systems of law. In Europe it's increasingly Sharia. Here it's sanctuary cities and entities. And also the beginning of the infiltration of Sharia. It was Obama who said at the UN that the future just does not belong to those who would blaspheme Mohammed. So his dedication to the First Amendment is non existent. Then we have the case, which should be a cautionary tale to Americans of Tommy Robbins. He is the working class Charlie Kirk, the blue.
Mark Levin
He's terrific. I've become a huge fan of his.
Dan Patrick
Yes, he stood up for Israel. He stood up for the indigenous people of England, not the Pakistani grooming gangs. And do you know what just happened to him? A couple of days ago the police called to tell him that there was an imminent assassination attempt on him. This was authenticated by. By their counterterrorism and intelligence agencies. They said it appeared in a Pakistani manual manifesto online. Tommy said, can I bring it up to see what they're saying? They said, no, if you do that, it will be construed as a terrorist act. He said, well.
Mark Levin
What? How did we lose that woman? She dropped. Oh my God. I was listening to every syllable. Feel free to call back tomorrow, please. And Mr. Bedusa, let's see if we can track down Tommy Robinson. I know he's in England. There's got to be a way to find him. Let's see if we can get him on the show tomorrow. Let's give it a shot. Ladies and gentlemen, don't forget tomorrow's the day. It's tomorrow noon Eastern time. You can get us on YouTube. YouTube, remember, it's Liberty's voice. Me and you can get us on Rumble at Mark Levin show. Please check us out. Tomorrow's the day. I can't wait. Hope you can't too. We'll see you then.

Mark Levin’s episode foregrounds fears about legislative and cultural shifts that, in his view, risk criminalizing dissent and protecting ideological interests at the expense of American traditions of free speech and religious equality. Using Virginia’s Islamophobia bill as a focal point, he ties together local, national, and international controversies—in electoral politics, faith, media, and global security.
The episode is a call to action for conservative audiences to defend the First Amendment, remain vigilant against ideological legal overreach, and confront anti-Semitism wherever it arises, including within their own political ranks.
