See, this money issue is a big issue and this is something that I believe most of you and I are going to want to look at. We're very critical the Obama administration, and rightly so, and rightly so, of giving billions of dollars, including cash, to the regime. We were very critical of the Biden regime giving this regime tens of billions of dollars in economic relief by not enforcing sanctions as well as direct payments. And what did it do with that money? And I would advise the White House that my positive advice is why don't you release the terms so there's no speculation. So people, if they want to debate it, they can debate the actual facts. And this will eventually have to go to Congress as the prior Obama deal did.

Does the treaty clause apply?

It does. Will it be used? It will not. Because the Obama deal set a very bad precedent and we have a very perverse system in place for now handling this with Iran. We actually need a super majority the members of Congress to oppose. To oppose the deal. So if a president vetoes it, they can override the veto. I don't believe that's going to happen. So that's the way that works. But it definitely needs to be sent to Congress. Now, I've had some low IQ mental midgets online, and there's a lot of them.

What does one have to do with the other? There are two different provisions of the Constitution. One talks about a declaration of war,

where that word was used to replace make war. So the framers of your Constitution, the people that actually wrote it and approved of it, ratified it, they changed the word from make war to declare war.

And they said, why?

It's no secret. They said, because Congress can't be in charge of making war and running a war. They had the power of the purse. If they want to use that, that's fine. But otherwise, the President is the commander in chief. Now, I know this is complicated for the isolationists, the leftists, the woke, right, neo fascists, I got it. I know it's complicated for the slugs out there, but you're smart, you get it. And then we have another provision of the Constitution, the treaty clause. And the treaty clause requires, quite frankly, agreements like this to be sent to The Senate, not Congress as a whole. The Senate, which were to review it and 2/3 of the senators present. Present would have to approve it as a treaty. That was violated. That was violated in the Obama deal. And now unfortunately we have other type of precedent. And so the precedent that exists now, I believe it was a statute, but it may have been a resolution either way that requires Congress to come up with a super majority if they're going to oppose the deal. I do have a concern and I think everybody should have this concern. When you look at the Iranians, you know, they are fundamental, fundamental part of Islam. But when you look at what they do, they believe in a thing called Taqiyyah. And Taqiyah is their way of kind of negotiating and thinking about it. How confident are you that this time is different and this memorandum will be signed? I'm not confident. We've seen this before where the administration certainly tries to push the momentum to get a deal. But because the administration has been very clear that there's not going to be any money released to the regime and that the United States is not going to lift the blockade until the IRGC demonstrates it will let ships through the strait without harassing them and shooting at them. And until the Iranian regime, this rump regime, commits to full dismantlement of its nuclear program, that the United States isn't going to remove any U.S. forces from the region at all because of those red lines that President Trump has been so consistent on. I do not see anybody in the Iran regime willing to make that deal and having the ability to enforce it and control the irgc. Remember, the IRGC is still shooting at US Forces in the region. They just shot down an Apache helicopter with Americans in it. Thankfully, they were safe and sound. We were able to rescue them without harm. But I am not confident that this deal is going to happen. And if there is a deal, I don't think it's going to be worth the paper it's on.

Now, that aside, that tells you he knew exactly, exactly what that tattoo was, which we all knew he knew and that he's a serial liar about it. The left Wing Streamer is not left wing, is a commie who spoke to the Post as the second woman to say that Planter knew about the fascist origin of his token cough, skull and crossbones tattoo, despite his claims that he didn't realize it was a Third Reich symbol until last fall. His assertions were backed up by texts reviewed by the Post that she'd sent to her her mom in September 2025. A guy's cheating right up to his campaign in which she blasted him for his Nazi tattoo, small D. And claims that he tarnished her reputation by using her to step out on his fiance.

And he goes into the other team's tent and he's asked politely to leave upwards of 15 times in a period of four or five minutes. And then, and then Austin Metcalfe just says to him, look, you really, you really need to leave and so forth and so on. He says, put your hands on me and I'll show you what I'll do. So it doesn't shove him. He doesn't hurt him, barely touches him, not to, not to challenge him, but in a very friendly way, like, come on. Pulls out the knife and shoves it with all his might right into the center of his chest. And his last words were, I'd been stabbed. Like he couldn't believe it. And he knew he was dying.

be eligible to be released. Austin Metcalfe is dead. His life is gone in a second. He's no longer with us. A week ago he was and his parents are suffering. His twin brother saw it happen right in front of his eyes. Numerous photos showing the despicable act surfaced on social media this week after 19 year old Anthony was convicted on Tuesday of first degree murder. And the 20th took them three hours in the 2025 stabbing with some of the photos tagged with the likes of Free Carmelo Anthony, hashtag Austin Metcalfe, even F him. And I can't read all this other stuff, which is grotesque, but they show pictures of themselves leaking, if you will, on his headstone. Each of the photos showed the individual standing by what appeared to be 17 year old Metcalfe's grave, which featured photos of him in the caption beloved son, brother and warrior as a stream of fake yellow yorn flowed from their crotches and onto the tombstone. Who even thinks of this sick stuff?

They appear to be part of a

wider movement that believes the prosecution was racist claims stemming from the fact that he's black while his victim was white.

The witness that the defense called and lawyers, former prosecutors, even defense counsel who watched the entirety of the trial for various television networks and cable networks and other media outlets. To a person, as I heard, said it was an open and shut case that the defense attorneys didn't even. Didn't even have much to argue.

Compounding the issue was the racial makeup

Texas courthouse where it was held with factions clashing in explosive arguments over the race issue. They created a race issue. Anthony was 19, Metcalf was 17. He was found guilty of first degree murder. Landed him 35 year sentence. And that's the situation. These people who are doing this are disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. They're barely human beings who does that to a deceased individual who was murdered? So you're not allowed to find them guilty? Is that it? Is that how this works? You're just not allowed to. If you want peace and tranquility in the community. Sick.

Americans are Already paying dearly for the national debt. Well, do tell us.

Fiscal hawks like to drum up interest

in the national debt by making the

astronomical numbers more tangible.

The United States owes $31.6 trillion to public creditors. We owe a hell of a lot more than that, but I'll play along. That's more than 290,000 for each household. And you could spend $1 million every day for almost 86,000 years before having to borrow more.

But no one seems to care. No one really cares. Talking about how many times all the dollars laid end to end would go around the moon and back. 6,000 as it happens. Just not going to get people to think differently about the national debt. What should matter is that the consequences of this debt are not off in the future. But already here, the government's deficits have saddled many American families with higher costs, largely from rising interest rates. The Budget Lab, the policy research center at Yale, she says, where I'm the executive director, recently estimated that congressional spending decisions since 2015 have raised treasury yields by almost a full percentage point, which affects what American households pay to borrow. For someone taking out a 30 year mortgage at last year's median home price, this rise in long term interest rates has increased their borrowing costs by about $2,500 a year, or roughly $76,000 over the life of the loan. The problem is not just for Americans who are lucky enough to buy a home. The bloated government budgets and waning federal revenues of the past decade are driving up costs across the board. Compared with a world in which these fiscal policy changes did not take place, the annual borrowing costs on a typical auto loan are now up by $120 and about $770 on a typical small business loan. Credit card borrowing rates are also hovering near record highs.

And although affordability has become a watchword

for politicians who understand that rising prices hurt American families, lawmakers seem to have forgotten that reducing federal deficits would help bring down prices. Yeah, Mandami, bringing down city spending. City spending would help American families.

1990s, Congress and the White House prioritized bringing deficits down by both cutting spending and raising revenue, moves that lowered borrowing costs for American families by 0.6 percentage points. But few lawmakers seem to be suggesting

the spending cuts and tax increases necessary to lower costs. I don't believe in these tax increases. We got to grow the economy. We have to grow the economy. And they have enough money. They have enough taxes. Elon Musk and Doge and others have already demonstrated that this kind of the
