It's all quiet in the underground bunker, doors closed, locks bolted. But the Great One isn't just resting on his laurels. He's making sure your weekend is even better by giving you his best. This is the best of Mark Levin. Well, the big issue this evening is the Trump peace plan. And let's see here. I went over this plan, I went over it carefully and went over the leaked drafts by some of the foreign countries involved. I will say this, as one person put it, the plan basically comes down to this. Two options. Hamas surrenders or Israel gets to finish Hamas off with Arab support. Brilliant. I have a little bit of a different take, which I'll get to here in a moment as I pull this up, when it's at least referred to what I posted, because I think you should know about this. There were earlier drafts that had been leaked by these other governments I mentioned to you. I said the Trump peace plan after reading the final plan and watching carefully the press conference just now. I'm optimistic about the broad parameters of this plan. Let me be specific one. Unlike the earlier leaked drafts, there is no mention of Judea and Samaria, which is wrongly called the West Blank. Previous drafts declared that Israel must not annex them. This was not a relevant issue and a big sticking point with me. I'm glad it was dropped. Number two, I oppose a Palestinian state. Period. There is no grant of a Palestinian state in the deal, as there appeared to be in earlier leaked drafts. The language is such that it requires a complete transformation of the Palestinian culture and ideology, which unfortunately is highly unlikely. Moreover, the word may is not binding at all. May. Once this transformation occurs, and it won't, then there may be a basis for a Palestinian state. So to me that's all bs. Number three, if Hamas rejects the deal or otherwise sabotages it after putatively accepting it, the Israelis are free to military demolish them with full United States support. As for the governing aspects of this, it's 21 points and all the important security requirements for Israel. I have faith in both the President and the Prime Minister that they above all others know what they're doing. There are many details and pieces that have to fall into place, many more details and pieces that have to be worked out so none of this will be easier. Certain. And. And as this plays out, I'll have further comments along the way, as will others, but I think the broad parameters provide a solid foundation. But time will tell. We know many of these actors are untrustworthy, many. And there's a lot of layers to this it's not simple, it's fact. It's complex. But the hostages are to be released within 72 hours. Hamas is to disarm or be disarmed. And as this gentleman put it, Hamas either surrenders or Israel gets to destroy them with the support of the United States and the Arabs. I wouldn't count on the latter, but you get the point. So, number one, I think the President deserves enormous credit for his effort here. Enormous credit. As do the people who have been assisting him. Enormous credit. I just feel this is better than it was 48 hours ago, from what I was reading. Much better. Number two, the Prime Minister of Israel deserves enormous credit, enormous credit for engaging on this. And his people, I assume, negotiating, going back and forth and tightening things up. And then there is the reality. A lot of the people in Israel, I am not saying a majority, but a lot, are growing weary of this war and they want their hostages back. Now, this is an act of weakness by the Israelis. How can you call any of this an act of weakness? Given what the Israelis have done to Hamas and Gaza, given what the Israelis have done to Hezbollah in Lebanon, given what the Israelis have done to Iran, given what the Israelis are doing to the Houthis. And I go on and on and on. Weakness. One of the reasons why Benjamin Netanyahu is attacked viciously with anti Semitic diatribes, he's focused on by the isolationist bigot neo Nazis. On the right, he's attacked by the Marxists and the Islamists. On the left, he's attacked by people even in high places in government is because he is a leader and he is effective. If he wasn't a leader and he wasn't effective, they would have no reason to attack him. Many of these people are on the payroll of the Islamists or want to be on the payroll of the Islamists. It is true, directly and indirectly. And so this is an issue as well. Netanyahu is hated because he's effective, because he's a great leader. Same reason with Trump. Trump is hated because he's effective, he's a great leader. And Netanyahu knows better than I if a deal protects the Israelis or not. And President Trump is not Biden, he's not Obama, he's not Clinton. He's not going to throw the nation of Israel off the roof. He's just not going to do it. He's done too much for the nation of Israel to act in such a way as the greatest president the United States has had in its dealings with Israel. So I think the Broad parameters of this are very solid, very positive. Obviously, things take time to implement. It's a very complicated and dangerous part of the world. And I'm not a Pollyanna about these things. I'm not a Pollyanna about these things. I don't think there'll be eternal peace. There is no such thing when it comes to human beings. There is evil. Some people believe there is a devil. There is not eternal peace. This battle between peace and war, between good and evil, that is the eternal battle, is it not? According to your own Bible. My Bible. So that is not going to just go away. The Islamists will exist. Their ideology is dangerous, it's deadly. It's a death cult. And so you're trying to deal as best as you can with what you have in this part of the world with respect to the Arab states and the Muslim states. It's that simple. It's that simple. Now, this Islamist, radical, Islamist mentality threatens some of their dictatorships. Threaten some of their dictatorships. And so that's problematic for them. But I step back and I look at this for Israel and I think to myself, this thing was tightened up. The Judea and Samaria no longer on the table. That's a good thing because they were and that drafted, said they will not annex, annex, annex. The Jews were there 4,000 years ago. It is not about annexing. That is why when you are trying to bring some kind of a peace agreement that was preposterous to have that in there and they removed it. Same with the Palestinian state. You are free to read the language yourself. It is in there. Maybe I'll go over it after the break with you. Anyway, that's my general take on this. I know some people are out there saying this is a complete sellout. It certainly is not. Some people out there saying it doesn't go far enough. I mean, I don't know how much further you could go without being farcical, quite frankly. It's not perfect, because nothing's going to be perfect. And there's going to be a lot of bumps in the road. And we're going to see if some of these bumps are fatal. If Israel believes its security is threatened under any of these circumstances, it's not going to abide by this. It's hard to see how Hamas or even the Palestinian authorities come out and say, we're in. We agree with it because they want to create the impression that they're a moderate force and that they should run Gaza. But that's not what's in the deal. That's not in the deal. Not the Palestinian Authority or Hamas.

Stand with amac, help keep the values we hold dear going strong for future generations. That's AMEC US Mark, making your weekend even better. This is the best of Mark Levin. You know, our great former ambassador to Israel. He points out this, this section in the deal dealing with the Palestinian Authority reforming itself. He wrote those conditions in the 2020 plan. And you know, he points out that if the Palestinian Authority met those conditions, it would cease to be the Palestinian Authority. Which is my point, is it not, Mr. Producer? If the Palestinian Authority does what it's required to do, it will no longer be the Palestinian Authority. So as I say, there's some things in here, you know, there's words, words. And you know, you just got to take that under consideration. The things I was most concerned about. Look, there's a lot I'm concerned about. We'll see how this develops over time. I'm sure the President feels exactly the same way. I'm sure the Prime Minister feels exactly the same way. This is a framework and there'll be pressure for Hamas to accept, but it also. Here's the thing, as you know, I'm no fan of Qatar, not in the least, but Qatar, basically Hamas is the protectorate. Excuse me, Qatar is the protectorate. For Hamas, it's a protectorate. So what does that mean? Well, they have to take some responsibility for it. If they can't get them under control and nobody can get them under control. That's what that means. That's what that means. Let's listen to a little bit this. President Trump and Netanyahu at a news conference today. Count one, Mr. Producer. Go.
C
If accepted by Hamas, this proposal calls for the release of all remaining hostages immediately, but in no case more than 72 hours. So the hostages are coming back. And I hate even saying this from the standpoint, doesn't sound right, but it is so important to the parents, the bodies of the young men. I believe in almost all cases, the young men are coming back.
A
It's very important in the, in the Jewish faith, as I said in the first hour, that bodies be treated properly when they're put to rest and when the soul goes to heaven to meet God. It's very, very important. Obviously not to Hamas, but it is to people who care about life. Go ahead.
C
The parents felt as strongly about getting their, the body of their dead boy back as they did as though the boy were alive and well. It's so important to him. And it means the immediate end to the war itself, not just Gaza. It's the war itself. Under the plan, Arab and Muslim countries have committed and in writing in many cases. But I actually would take their word for it. The people I mentioned, I take their word for it to demilitarize Gaza.
A
And that's now see this. So the Arabs have to demilitarize Gaza. That's part of the obligation. Arab and Muslim countries have to demilitarize Gaza. That seems to me to be a very positive requirement. No, Mr. Producer. Now let's see if they do. Go ahead.
C
Decommission the military capabilities of Hamas and all other terror organizations. Do that immediately. And we're relying on the countries that I named and others to deal with Hamas. And I'm hearing that Hamas wants to get this done too, and that's a good thing.
A
Cut to go.
C
Israel would have my fall back into finish the job of destroying the threat of Hamas.
A
Now, what he's saying there is if Hamas doesn't agree to the deal and comply, Israel can go in and destroy them with the full backing of the United States. Go ahead.
C
We're going to have a deal for peace.
A
He wants that.
C
And if Hamas rejects the deal, which is always possible, they're the only one left. Everyone else has accepted it, but I have a feeling that we're going to have a positive answer. But if not, as you know, Bibi, you'd have Marafo backing to do what you would have to do.
A
Mm. Cut three.
C
Go time ago, we had a historic phone call in the Oval Office with Prime Minister Tani, a great, great person so we had a great talk. And I was on the phone and Bibi was talking. Prime Minister Al Thani was of Qatar was. They really had a heart to heart conversation. It was a great conversation. I thought it was productive. It was everything that you need to have something turn out to be successful. And I want to thank Bibi and I want to thank the Prime Minister. It was fantastic. We agreed to launch a formal trilateral mechanism between Israel, Qatar and the United States to begin a dialogue to enhance mutual security, correct misperceptions and avoid future misgivings. And I want to thank Qatar, its leadership, and the emir is.
A
Well, I wish the emir would just stop pouring billions of dollars into our colleges and universities. You know What I mean, Mr. Producer? I just wish the emir would do that. Maybe we can talk offline with the emir, our government. It's time to cut it out. Go ahead.
C
You know, I'm going to be his public relations man because I know him differently than a lot of people know him. But he wants peace. He wants to see peace.
A
Good. Then it should be very easy for him to stop pouring billions of dollars to poison our children in this country and to push Islamism. I'm just saying he's one of the main funders of these groups in this country. All right, let's go to. Where are we, Mr. Producer? Cut four, I guess. Go ahead.
C
To ensure the success of this effort, my plan calls for the creation of a new international oversight body, the Board of Peace. We call it the Board of Peace. Sort of a beautiful name, the Board of Peace, which will be headed. Not at my request, believe me, I'm very busy. But we have to make sure this works. The leaders of the Arab world and Israel and everybody involved asked me to do this. So it'd be headed by a gentleman known as President Donald J. Trump of the United States. That's what I want, is some extra work to do. But it's so important that I'm willing to do it and we'll do it right. And we're going to put leaders from other countries on and leaders that are very distinguished leaders. And we'll have a board. And one of the people that wants to be on the board is the UK Former Prime Minister Tony Blair. Good man. Very good man. And some others. And they'll be named over the next few days and it'll be quite the board working. Everybody wants to be on it.
A
Now, I wouldn't. What a pain in the ass that's going to be. I'm just saying. Just saying. Cut five. Go.
C
But I've never asked Israel to compromise its security. But we had big, strong talk. Nobody's been better to Israel. No president's been better to Israel than Donald Trump.
A
That's true, 100%.
C
We had a long, strong talk, Bibi and I, and he understands. It's time. It's time. History has shown. And the people of Israel want it. And the people of the Middle east want it. The people of enemies of Israel want it. But they don't have really too many enemies right now. And you know what? Many countries have gained great respect for Israel for the way they fight, the job they do, including me. I had respect anyway, but they gained respect.
A
Mm. Amen. Now, Benjamin Netanyahu cut six. Go.
B
I support your plan to end the war in Gaza, which achieves our war aims. It will bring back to Israel all our hostages, dismantle Hamas's military capabilities and its political rule, and ensure that Gaza never again poses a threat to Israel. We would not have achieved this turning point without the courage and sacrifice of our incredibly brave soldiers. They fight like lions to defend the people of Israel, and they serve on the front line in the war between civilization and barbarism.
A
By the way, I want to read to you what the Prime Minister, Netanyahu actually said in his call with the Prime Minister of Qatar, because it's being horribly misreported. But then again, what do you expect? Mr. Prime Minister, this is Netanyahu. I want you to know that Israel regrets that one of your citizens was killed in our strike. I want to assure you that Israel was targeting Hamas, not Qataris. I also want to assure you that Israel has no plan to violate your sovereignty again in the future. And I have made that commitment to the President. I know your leadership has grievances against Israel, and Israel has grievances against Qatar, from support from the Muslim Brotherhood to how Israel is portrayed on Al Jazeera, to support for anti Israel sentiment on college campuses. I welcomed the president's idea to establish a trilateral group to address both our country's outstanding grievances. Now, that is a direct quote from the phone call. That sounds like a little bit different than just him groveling and apologizing it, doesn't it, Mr. Producer? Because that's not what he did. I've tried to get this to my brothers and sisters at Fox. I've tried to put this out on conservative talk radio. I've tried to put it out. And so hopefully people will have these facts which have now been made available. And it's on the Internet. I'm just circulating it. So that's the Prime Minister's statement on his call with the Prime Minister of Qatar. Not as it's been reporting. All right, let's go on. Let's see here. Lets go to cut seven. Netanyahu with Trump. Go.
B
Now, under your leadership, we're taking the next step to win the war and expand the peace. Your plan is consistent with the five principles my government set for the end of the war and the day after Hamas. Everybody asks, what is your plan for the day after Hamas? Here's our plan. Pass it in the Cabinet. All our hostages, both those who are alive and those who died, all of them will return home immediately. Hamas will be disarmed. Gaza will be demilitarized. Israel will retain security responsibility, including a security perimeter for the foreseeable future. And lastly, Gaza will have a peaceful civilian administration that is run neither by Hamas nor by the Palestinian Authority. If Hamas agrees to your plan, Mr. President, the first step will be a modest withdrawal, followed by the release of all our hostages within 72 hours. The next step will be the establishment of an international body to charged with fully disarming Hamas and demilitarizing Gaza.
A
See, I want you to hear from the President and the Prime Minister directly, rather than people who are trying to put words in their mouth and rather than the neo Nazi bigots that you'll find everywhere in podcasting and so forth. Apparently some in the government who just want you to to hate the Israelis and Netanyahu. The fact is, Netanyahu and Trump are very close. They work very closely together. I know both men very, very well. And all this, this propaganda, this hate, I know exactly where it's coming from.

With Donald Trump back in office, one of his biggest adversaries, top Democrat Dick Durbin of Chicago, is leading the charge to derail President Trump's agenda and at every turn. And now Senator Durbin has a new scheme, a government takeover of your credit card. Right now, Americans have thousands of credit card options, all with equal strong security. But Durbin's plan could result in less security. That means more risk for your credit, your identity and your financial future. Durbin's bill isn't about helping consumers. It's a giveaway to corporate megastores, which could shift costs onto you while putting your rewards and fraud protections in jeopardy. We've seen Durbin's failed policies before. His last big banking regulation backfired, leading to higher costs and fewer benefits for American families. Tell Republican senators, stop Durbin's government takeover of your credit card before it's too late. Learn more@guardyourcard.com that's guardyourcard.com paid for by the Electronic Payments Coalition. You're listening to the best of mark Levin. Welcome, Mr. And Mrs. America from sea to shining sea. In fact, the whole world out there. Welcome to our program. Trump's last 24 hours versus the Democrats. In the last 24 hours, President Trump has ushered in a major peace deal, taken on drug prices, instituted AI related research to end children's cancer, and spoke to the generals and admirals about his expectations. It's unbelievable. During the same 24 hours, the Democrats have insisted they will shut down the government. That says it all. They haven't done anything. Nothing except plotting to shut down the government. And what does that mean, ladies and gentlemen? I told you yesterday last evening that I'm going to address this, and I am, because all you hear are the pom pom. Boys and girls in the media say stuff that's just not true. And then you have the Democrats sloganeering and they're liars. So we're going to spend a little bit of time on this. Let's see here with the help of some experts, there's a piece yesterday in the Hill by somebody named Cheryl Kelly. I don't know her. Apparently she's been around various agencies over the years, but that's not the point. The point is what she wrote is very compelling and I happen to know it's true. As somebody who served in the Reagan administration for eight years, she says the government never shuts down. What actually happens in budget standoffs? Congress is threatening another government shutdown, quote, unquote, as the September 30th deadline approaches. That would be midnight tonight, Mr. Producer. But here's what most Americans don't understand. Government is never shut down. Not once. Not once. What people call shutdowns affect only the most visible, least essential services, the actual machinery. Government continues operating normally during shutdowns. You know, I've said this over the decades. You couldn't shut down the entirety of the damn government if you wanted to. That's how massive, ubiquitous it is. Somewhere at 3am this morning, the U.S. drug, the USDA, I should say, U.S. department of Agriculture food safety inspectors walked into meat processing plants across America. They will examine 37 billion pounds of meat this year, not because politicians told them to do it, and certainly not this week, but because that's what the permanent government does every year. In windowless rooms at the National Weather Service, meteorologists are today analyzing atmospheric data that will determine whether your flight gets delayed tomorrow. At the USDA's global intelligence centers, analysts are tracking crop conditions in 95 countries that could affect American food prices months from now. Nuclear engineers are monitoring reactor cooling systems that can't take a day off. This will all continue going on and a whole lot more, regardless of budget negotiations in Congress. This is the government that Americans rarely see but depend on? Absolutely. And it reveals why the term government shutdown is fundamentally misleading. Stay with me on this, because you'll know something, and tomorrow the media plagiarists will regurgitate it. What actually stops during shutdowns are the visible, public facing services that make citizens feel the political pain. This includes tourist visits to national parks in the Smithsonian and processing of some permits and applications. Here's what Nuclear reactor monitoring Air traffic control Food safety inspection Disease surveillance Border security Law enforcement Military operations Social Security payments Medicare processing Medicaid payments Weather forecasting Thousands of other essential functions as Paul Ryan said here in 2010, 83% of the government remains open. In terms of shutdown language, the government consists of 15 enormous agencies that run the country. The government in this sense is very different and separate from politics. Politics is what happens in Congress. The debates, the standoffs, the theater of elected officials. Government is the infrastructure of 2.2 million bureaucrats who maintain complex systems regardless of election outcomes. This separation isn't bureaucratic efficiency. It's a firewall against political manipulation of these services. It prevents politicians from weaponizing food safety, air traffic control, or nuclear security for electoral advantage. That's not really why it's in place, but that's okay. Each of the 15 cabinet level agencies operates as a scale most citizens can't comprehend. The Department of Transportation's FAA coordinates more than 44,000 daily flights, serving more than 3 million daily airline passengers across 29 million square miles of airspace. Its system is so complex that a single software glitch can ground planes nationwide. The Department of Health and Human Services processes Medicare claims for approximately 63 million Americans, with the program serving nearly everyone over 65 plus younger Americans with disabilities. Now, the Department of Energy manages not just power grids but the entire nuclear weapons arsenal, warheads, delivery systems, and the scientific infrastructure that maintains them. The department's responsibilities include ensuring that nuclear reactors continue operating safely. Regulatory Regardless of the political standoffs, what does shut down theater actually okay, what does shut down theater actually caused taxpayers lost productivity, for starters, she explains. Shutdowns also result in special expenses specifically related to preparing for shutdowns. Shutdowns can cause economic disruption. Finally, Shutdowns cause a great deal of administrative drama. The government's actual structure is both simpler and more complex than political rhetoric suggests. Simpler because just 15 major agencies with clearly defined missions. It's more complex because each agency is as large as most multinational billion dollar companies and they operate multiple sophisticated systems that interlock with each other. Department of Agriculture doesn't just inspect food. It manages global agricultural intelligence, rural banking systems, emergency food stockpiles, scientific research networks and international trade relationships. When politicians threaten to, quote, unquote, shut down the department, they're really threatening to pause passport applications at rural offices while inspectors continue examining meat. And intelligence analysts keep tracking global grain supplies. So understanding the distinction would make Americans immune to much political manipulation. It can't be misled about agriculture policy if you know it involves operating intelligence networks in 95 countries. American government isn't all broken, it's just invisible. And she goes on, I've read you this not for the politics of it or even her politics, whatever they may be. I read you this because the substance of it is true. 83% of the federal government does not shut down. It almost never shuts down. Almost never shuts down. And then you have certain programs that are specifically, specifically excluded. They call these essential programs. But you understand the government considers most of the government essential. Veterans benefits continue to be paid. Medicare Social Security checks continue to go out. Medicaid continues to be paid. Border security continues. The military continues. And I go on and on. They're specifically exempted. Whether there's a budget or no budget, they keep plowing ahead. Here's how PBS writes it. A fight between Republicans and Democrats could lead to an October 1st federal government shutdown. Now see what I mean? This is why I led with the other article. I've talked about this many, many times, regardless of that article, but I thought the article was very well stated. There is no government shutdown. Aspects of the government discontinue, some of them are inconvenient and so forth and so on. There is no government shutdown. The government itself, Congress itself has talked about essential and non essential services. It is determined that 87% of what it does is essential. But it goes on does pbs? Democrats are trying to leverage the must pass bill to extend Affordable Care act subsidies. Trump administration is tying a shutdown to potential mass federal worker layoffs. Current battle focus is on expiring subsidies for the Affordable Care act which is unaffordable. Obamacare. Ask anybody who's on it. And the health care sucks. But that's much like the biden presidency. It's unaffordable and it sucks. Current battle focuses on that Democrats will hurt the ability of millions of enrollees to afford insurance. Democrats have also said they want to reverse Medicaid cuts. In other words, they want a fortune of money to go to illegal aliens where you pay for their health care. And many of them will get better health care than you. Republicans have said no. This is important to know. Now what the Republicans in the House already did is they passed what they call a clean continuing resolution. No changes, just a continuation of government till they finalize a big budget for the following year. Democrats are trying to use that to add on $1.5 trillion in new spending. Now when we come back, I'm going to tell you what that $1.5 trillion in new spending, certainly in a general way that the Democrats want to spend on a continuing resolution that again has as its purpose to continue current programming and spending, not to increase it by $1.5 trillion.

Israel is at war with Iran, a nation whose leaders have vowed to wipe Israel and even the United States off the map. In a necessary act of self defense, Israel struck Iranian nuclear facilities, military targets and top leadership. Right now the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is on the ground preparing large scale distributions of life saving food, first aid and emergency kits, especially to Israel's most vulnerable people, the sick, the elderly, children and families in great need. The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is also making sure that hospitals, emergency rooms and shelters are fully stocked with critical and life saving medical supplies. But the fellowship needs your most generous gift today to make this work possible. Now is the time, ladies and gentlemen, to stand with Israel's most vulnerable to rush your gift. Call 888-585 IFCJ and donate today. That' 585 IFCJ or online at Levin for the fellowship.org that's L E V I N for the fellowship.org the great one makes your weekend even better. This is the best of Mark Levin, ladies and gentlemen. The Democratic Socialists of America are, among others, the enemy within. They're not democratic and they're not socialists and they have nothing to do with supporting America. The entire nomenclature of this entity is intended to mislead. That's the nature of the Marxists and the Islamists. This is the party of the Marxists and the Islamists fused together under this so called Democratic Socialists of America party. This is why you see Bernie Sanders campaigning for this guy. This is why AOC fully supports this guy. The Democratic Party is irrelevant this is the Democratic Socialists of America. Now it is the Marxist Islamist party, which means it is a facade to overthrow the country. It is a facade to overthrow our economic system. It is a facade to overthrow and destroy our culture in our civil society. That's what it is. You can use words like affordability and whatever other words they want. The Democratic Socialist America want you to listen to this hat tip canary mission on Twitter on x cut21go.
D
You've heard of Zahran Mamdani, the charismatic socialist who's running for New York City mayor. Behind Mamdani's success stands the Democratic Socialists of America, or dsa. A group group that molded his campaign from the very beginning.
A
I decided I had to join dsa.
D
The DSA has become a pro Hamas, anti American group that supports some of the most dangerous ideologies and figures in modern history. On 7 October, while the massacre of Israelis was in of favor full force, the DSA International Committee applauded Hamas. They called the murder, rape and kidnapping of civilians resistance. On October 8, DSA held a rally where they gleefully cheered and celebrated the massacre that had just occurred. DSA even argued that there are no such things as Israeli civilians de facto giving their approval for their murder. As their radicalization intensified, the DSA Liberation Caucus openly endorsed the brutal murder of a young couple outside the Jewish Museum in D.C. calling for the murderer to be freed, referring to his actions as righteous and justified. DSA members mocked and celebrated the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Support for terrorism and murder runs deep within the dsa.
A
You know, I can think of no images like more stirring and heroic than the resistance fighters. They make figures like Hamas and quote unquote terrorists. There are actual terrorists in the United States. The terror comes from the capitalists and their pawns.
D
For the dsa, Israel is only the stepping stone. The real target is America. They loathe the very idea of America denouncing it as empire.
A
The PSA has to actually be serious. Like we have to concretely be an actual threat to empire.
D
The most important thing that we can do is take that empire down from within.
A
Ultimately to overthrow our own empire.
C
We need a movement that can drive.
A
A snake through the heart of the empire. We need to orient ourselves towards insurrection. We know how to fight now because we are all fighters.
D
In the words of the co chair of Philly dsa, they want to build a communist party unifying colonized people to start to attack the walls of empire, to prepare for its final destruction. This is the organization behind Zoran Mamdani. These are the people who put him on the map. All of his top advisors align with the ideology of the movement and they are laying the groundwork to elect more DSA politicians and eventually take over the Democratic Party.
A
We collaborated with the Zorat Bondani campaign. We wrote the platform with him. He comes out of our membership organization. We can have people like Zoran all over the country. We can run a thousand Zoharans across the country.
D
The DSA made Mamdani. Don't let them destroy America.
A
Now that's incredibly effective and very, very important because it lays it out. It's what I've been saying. Madame supports terrorism. That's why he will not denounce Hamas. Mandami's party supports terrorism. They support Hamas and they support what hamas did on October 7. Mandami's party supports the overthrow of the United States government, the overthrow of our capitalist system. These are not liberals, these are not old time Democrat Party operatives. These are Marxist Islamists. I come to you behind this microphone and I say over and over again that people like Tucker Carlson and his ilk, they're distracting our country, they're undermining our country while we're trying to deal with these true real threats, these enemies from within. They're obsessed with their hatred for Jews and Israel and Netanyahu in particular, because Netanyahu stands up to them and fights them. And you'll notice from time to time this cabal stabs the President in the back again, not friendly disagreement, that he should be impeached. This clown, David Smith, who's a so called comedian, I haven't heard anything funny out of his big mouth. And others, and others. These are, these are, in my view, grifters, these are podcasters, These are phonies and frauds, miscreants and malcontents. A grave distraction to conservatives and Republicans and people who aren't members of the Democratic Socialist Party, AKA Marxist Islamists. But if he's elected in New York, I've even had a good friend, and you know his name and I'm not going to mention it, say to me, well, it's okay, because they can only win New York. They can only win the cities. And I'm thinking, excuse me, going to let Marxists, Islamists who want to overthrow our country win the cities. You got to fight these people for every inch, every inch of every part of the country. We need to oppose them. There's no silver lining in this. I hear Republicans talk about like there's a. So there's no silver lining in this. And it's an excuse for not confronting them and taking them on. You have to have the guts to take on the Mandamis, the Bernie Sanders, the AOCs, but also the Katarlsons and the Owens and so forth. You have to take them all on because you won't recognize your country if any of them succeed. Any of them. But Mandami is a very radicalized individual. His father is a. Is a Marxist Islamist who preaches revolution from his tenured position at Columbia University, and his mother was funded in large measure by the Qatari regime, who we now love. They're so close to us, they're our friends. Now here he is, lying on the constipated news network that he's not a communist. Well, of course he's a communist. If it walks like a communist, quacks like a communist, it's a communist. Cut. 19. Go.
D
Last time you were on this program, you were unequivocal in saying you do not like capitalism. But Trump just, in those remarks there, I counted, called you a communist eight times. Are you.
A
No. Can you stop a minute? Is this the way you ask a question? Why don't you, rather than attacking Trump all the time? These bad, these fools on sin, these bastards are sick. They're sick. They're just sick. Can't you confront this guy, go over his record in his statements like a real journalist? No, I'm a democratic socialist. Go ahead, List. I've said that time and again. And I think it reflects the fact that whereas those critiques, whereas that identity would have been enough for Donald Trump in the past about Donald Trump, and this is what he does, because this is what Marxist Islamists do. They throw shiny objects out there, so you chase them while they're gaining power, consolidating power, imposing power, and so forth and so on. There's nothing democratic about these people in the dictionary understanding about what democratic means. Forget about party, that means the people's participation. Should he get elected, he'll be elected by a minority of the voting eligible population, which means he'll be even a smaller percentage of the overall population, and he will impose his will. And I was discussing this with my wife the other. The other evening, and we've talked about this too. Mao, Lenin, Castro, Chavez, all the other butchers, they didn't leave, they didn't lead mass movements where a majority, or even a significant plurality the population rose up to overthrow these various governments and regimes. No matter how bad you think those prior governments, regimes were or were, in fact, it was a minority. The population 25, 30% of the people backed it. The vast majority of these people weren't peasants. They didn't come out of even working classes. Some of them were professors, some of them teachers, some of them very highly educated. Lenin masters. Castro was a lawyer. It's the top down. That's what they do. Hamas had one election and then they didn't have another election. Abbas, that clown, that fraud, that terrorist with the Palestinian Authority, he had one election. They haven't had another election. What they'll do if and when they take over New York is they're going to try and enshrine and institutionalize and make permanent their agenda. You watch. They will even change the voting system more if they can. And they can. He'll have the city council too. All a bunch of nut jobs. Pull up your own nut jobs. I'm a democratic socialist. Oh, okay. I mean that should be bad enough, right? But he's not, he's a hardcore, hardcore Islamist communist that I've written about on, on power that I've discussed with you many, many times. That's what he is. No matter how much the idiot Aaron Baron, Aaron Burnett at the Constipated News Network. And Trump calls you just use his own words. Now I'm going to play that audio you heard. It's a video. But that audio you heard after the bottom of the hour so you can call your friends and tell them you got to listen to Levin show. If you're going to listen to, at least listen to it 10 minutes from now so you can hear again exactly what New York is dealing with. And quite frankly, America is dealing with. Look at dear Bornistan overtaken. Look at Minneapolis, overtaken. Look at parts of New Jersey overtaken. Look. I mean it's, it's going on in front of your eyes right now. Right now.

Mark Levin.
A
We're giving you nothing but the best, the best of Mark Levin. You know folks, when you read Karl Marx or you read some of the other others of his ilk, Rousseau or Hegel, but don't worry about that. I'm just saying when you read them, they act like they're starting the world all over again. That whatever came before is bad and whatever came before is irrelevant. There's nothing to learn from it. When you watch the Marxists and the Islamists in the streets, they don't even know history. They don't even know American history. They don't care. They're hardcore ideologues. The world begins today. You could be a 33 year old Marxist Islamist Jew Hater, American hater who's running for mayor. He knows everything. Everything. It could be a TV host or even a radio host. They spend more time on the Internet, more time talking in their own little circle than they do actually informing and educating themselves. But I've noticed this problem is not just on the radical left. I'm seeing this problem among podcasters, TV hosts, and some radio hosts. They believe the world begins with them and the world begins today. That they're the only ones who figured out that the left is bad and how to fight the left. Now, this is really asinine. We stand on the shoulders of the people who came before us. All of a sudden, our history is wiped out, including the history of the conservative movement. Let me tell you a little story. Let me tell you why some of our conservative forefathers are a lot braver, a lot smarter, and some who beat their chests and pat the back of their heads. Today on TV and radio, most of you have heard of William F. Buckley, Jr. He was eccentric. He was an intellectual scholar. He had his little facial tics and so forth. But he founded modern day conservatism. And modern day conservatism brought us to this day with Donald Trump. The conservative movement, not the Republican Party, the conservative movement. The conservative movement has always had different factions. Always. There was never one, one faction that everybody unified behind. There were general principles and beliefs that people unified behind. There were libertarians, paleo conservatives, neo conservatives, traditional conservatives, religious conservatives, fiscal conservatives, social conservatives. They all pulled together under Ronald Reagan. And Ronald Reagan owed a lot of his progress of his success to, among others, William F. Buckley, Jr. Of National Review. They were close friends, and Buckley was a close advisor. And yet, I should tell you, in 1976, Buckley backed Ford against Reagan for a variety of reasons, none of which were philosophical. He was wrong about that, as we're all wrong about a lot of things. But the birth of the Barry Goldwater movement, which was the early rise of this new conservatism, this new conservative movement, again, Buckley and his cohorts were very much involved in that, crucially important for laying the foundation for Reagan, Reagan laying the foundation for Trump, this is understandable. This is a very important sequence. Sequence of events. And yet some people in radio and TV who've never been involved, really, in the conservative movement have no idea what the hell they're talking about. In fact, some of them, some of them in 2016 were not just backing other candidates other than Trump. They were trashing the hell out of Trump and said they could never back him now they carry the flag. Bill Buckley was a very brave man, a very principled man. I didn't know him much, but I knew of him had an enormous impact on me. At the age of 13 and 14, there were people who came before me, people who came before Rush, people who came before Charlie, Very, very important people who fought the good fight and fought it well. Buckley and Rush were very good friends. David Horowitz, who also went to college campuses, who also went to events where the audiences were highly hostile, who came out of the communist movement. The Black Panthers built a tremendously important organization, tremendously important books had a great amount of influence on my generation and the generation before me. Crucially important people who are not to be dismissed. Everything didn't begin today. But Buckley did something that the vast majority of modern day maga, modern day conservatives, in and out of the media, don't have the guts to do. They don't have what it takes. You see, Buckley did more than found National Review, crucially important magazine. He did more than that. Buckley did more than found the modern conservative movement, which led to so much, including eventually the election of Donald Trump. Indeed, make America great again was Ronald Reagan's campaign slogan in 1984. 85. Peace Through Strength was Reagan's foreign policy slogan when he ran for president the first time in 1976 and again in 1980. This is a good thing. Edmund Burke talks about it, how one generation is linked to the next. This didn't just happen maga. And yet Donald Trump is a historic, iconic, unique figure who's carried off things and been able to do things I don't think anybody else could do. But my focus isn't on that because everybody knows how tremendous I think he is. My focus is on an attitude out of ignorance of some people in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s who think that they have discovered the world, that almost nothing came before them. William F. Buckley, Jr. Was watching and seeing something that troubled him a great deal. A great deal. Buckley was a faithful Catholic, a traditional Catholic, a believing Catholic, but he saw something, was watching, something, was reading, something that began to appear in his own pages of National Review by columnists. And back then, radio was getting big under Rush. There wasn't a Fox News. There was the counterculture, the independent media platforms that were mostly based on magazines and columns and that sort of thing. The predecessor to podcasting and so forth. He was very troubled by what he was saying, very troubled by what he was hearing, because he knew his history. He knew what it could lead to. He knew that it would poison and destroy the conservative movement in the effort to create a workable, powerful conservative movement to counter the left, the New Deal, the 1960s, radicals and rioters, the New Left. He understood that this poison within the conservative movement would destroy it and destroy any chance of success and defeating the Democrats on the left and defeating the Republican establishment. What did he see? In fact, it was so bad that he committed an entire edition of his magazine from COVID to cover to address this issue. And then he went and he wrote a book about it. By the way, he created Firing Line, the first true debate program where he too wanted to take on people who disagreed with him. And he did. Firing Line. He took on people who disagreed with him. It was a debate show of his values and beliefs versus other scholars, writers, producers. The first of its kind, Firing Line, that went on for over two decades. Hugely successful. He invented that genre. What was it that he saw that compelled him to take action?

| Speaker | Quote | Timestamp | |-------------|------------------------|---------| | Mark Levin | “The plan basically comes down to this: Two options. Hamas surrenders or Israel gets to finish Hamas off with Arab support. Brilliant.” | 00:24 | | Mark Levin | “No mention of Judea and Samaria, which is wrongly called the West Bank...I'm glad it was dropped.” | 01:02 | | Mark Levin | “If the Palestinian Authority met those conditions, it would cease to be the Palestinian Authority.” | 11:38 | | Donald Trump | “If accepted by Hamas, this proposal calls for the release of all remaining hostages immediately, but in no case more than 72 hours.” | 12:56 | | Donald Trump | “To ensure the success of this effort, my plan calls for the creation of a new international oversight body, the Board of Peace...” | 17:50 | | Benjamin Netanyahu | “…It will bring back to Israel all our hostages, dismantle Hamas's military capabilities and its political rule, and ensure that Gaza never again poses a threat to Israel.” | 19:58 | | Mark Levin | “The government never shuts down. Not once. Not once. What people call shutdowns affect only the most visible, least essential services.” | 27:11 | | Mark Levin | “The DSA has become a pro Hamas, anti American group that supports some of the most dangerous ideologies and figures in modern history.” | 39:47 | | Mark Levin | “You got to fight these people for every inch, every inch of every part of the country. We need to oppose them. There's no silver lining in this.” | 48:50 |
Levin is at his most combative and unapologetically polemical in these segments, blending legal/historical expertise with political activism. The episode stands as both analysis and rallying cry—a call to vigilance on the Middle East, sober realism on U.S. politics and bureaucracy, and a warning against complacency amid what he sees as rising internal threats from the radical left and foreign-backed activists.
Listeners seeking critical coverage of the Israel peace process, the rhetorical versus actual impact of government shutdowns, or insights into the evolving landscape of American conservatism will find this episode especially rich.
